The purpose of this study is to identify relationship among motivation factor, hygiene factor, and job satisfaction of school meal chefs. The respondents included 155 school meal chefs in the survey. Data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and cause-effect analysis among the constructs. After research model testing, the following results was obtained : hygiene factor was influenced directly and positively by the job satisfaction of school meal chefs. But motivation factor was not influenced directly and positively by the job satisfaction of school meal chefs.
Many studies states that improperly uprising of infrastructure may cause leading the forest degradation and canopy reduction in many tropical forest of Asian countries. Other studies revealed that habitat destruction and fragmentation, edge effects, exotic species invasions, pollution are provoked by roads. Similarly, environmental effects of road construction in forests are problematic. Similarly, many researches have been indicated that roads have a far greater impact on forests than simply allowing greater access for human use. Moreover, people using river as means of transportation hence illegal logging and felling cause canopy depletion in many countries. Therefore, it is important to comprehend the study about spatial relation of road, river and suburb followed by temporal change of forest canopy phenomena. This study also tried to examine the effect of road, river and suburb in forest canopy density change of Terai forest of Nepal from you 1988 to 2001. So, Landsat TM88, 92 and 001 and FCD (Forest Canopy Density) mapper were used to perform the spatial .elation of canopy density change. ILWIS (Integrated Land and Water Information System) which is GIS software and compatible with remote sensing data was used to execute analysis and visualize the results. Study found that influence of distance to suburb and river had statistically significance influenced in canopy change. Though road also influenced canopy density much but didn't show a statistical relation. It can be concluded from this research that understanding of spatial relation of factors respect with canopy change is quite complex phenomena unless detail analysis of surrounding environment. Hence, it is better to carry out comprehensive analysis with other additional factors such as biophysical, anthropogenic, social, and institutional factors for proper approach of their effect on canopy change.
The purpose of this study is to analyze cause-and-effect relationships between patterns of the road network and socio-economic factors such as population, industry, and land use of Seoul during the period of 1970~2000. In this study, Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to estimate simultaneously the cause-and-effect relationships between many independent variables and dependent variables. For the observed variables, variables related to population, industry, land price, land use, and road variables were included; these variables were classified by exploratory factor analysis. The analysis using the SEM showed that the structure of the model changed around the 1980's. In general, socio-economic factors such as population, industry, and land use affected construction of the road network of the city during the 1970's and the 1980's. Especially, it was analyzed that the industrial development had the greatest impact on formation of the road network. In the 1990's, the effect that the road network exerts on socio-economic factors proved to be more appropriate than the other way round. At that time, the road-related factors had the greatest effect on the land price and industrial development, and that tendency has continued until now.

Conflicts in public construction projects become more serious and complex so that they have a negative effect on performance of projecets. Conflicts in public construction projects are defined as expanding in complaints. This study analyzes the relationship structure and effect on performance between complaints and conflicts. First of all, 219 survey data collected from industry experts were used to derive complaints arising from the project and to understand the characteristics of each complaint. In the case of environmental damages, rather than environmental damage during construction, harmful substances or effects that can occur in completed facilities cause complaints from local residents, and opposition from environmental groups has a great effect on time and cost increase. As for safety damage, civil complaints related to prevention and countermeasures for safety accidents occur frequently, and additional construction affects cost increases. Through this study, it is possible to understand the serious complaints that are prone to conflict in public construction projects, their frequency, and the performance of the project.
In manufacturing company, safety is a important issue because it can cause many cost and problems of company. So reduce safety accident can increase manufacturing company's productivity. Safety accident has close relationship with employee's behavior, which is 'safety behavior'. In this study, researcher try to find out role of leader-member exchange and employee's job commitment effect on safety behavior in manufacturing company. A total of 279 responses were collected from manufacturing company's employees. The result of this empirical study show us that leader-member exchange has positive effect on employee's job commitment and safety behaviot. And job commitment has positive effect on safety behavior. Base on this empirical result, researcher provide critics and manageric implication for manufacturing companies.
Purpose: The present study is a descriptive cross-sectional study of cause-and-effect relationship, which used the $7^{th}$ year data of the Panel Study on Korean Children, to investigate the effects of parenting stress, depression, and family interactions of the parents of early school-age children on children's subjective happiness. Methods: The present study included data of 1419 pairs of parents who participated in the mother and father survey of the Panel Study on Korean Children. The effects of parenting stress, depression, and parental family interactions on children's subjective happiness were analyzed as actor and partner effects using path analysis. Results: Parenting stress had an actor effect on depression; maternal parenting stress (${\beta}=-.21$, p<.001) and depression (${\beta}=-.30$, p<.001) had an actor effect on maternal family interaction; and paternal parenting stress (${\beta}=-.18$, p<.001) and depression (${\beta}=-.17$, p<.001) had a partner effect on maternal family interaction. Paternal parenting stress was found to have an actor effect on paternal family interaction (${\beta}=-.30$, p<.001), and parental depression was found to have actor effect (${\beta}=-.23$, p<.001) and maternal depression had a partner effect on paternal family interactions (${\beta}=-.22$, p<.001). Children's subjective happiness was found to have a statistically significant relationship with maternal family interaction (${\beta}=.40$, p<.001). Conclusion: The significance of the study is in its provision of basic data for adjusting parents' family interactions that are closely related to the growth and development of children by confirming the effect of parents' parenting stress, depression, and family interaction on children's subjective happiness.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between chronic low grade inflammation theory, psoriasis, and herbal medicine. Methods : We reviewed recent studies on the relationship between chronic low-grade inflammation, psoriasis, and herbal medicine through Pubmed. Results : The pathological basis for psoriasis is the action of inflammatory mediators by the activation of the immune response, which can be a cause of various cardiovascular, metabolic and psychological symptoms of psoriasis patients, in addition to skin lesions. The herbal medicines improve these inflammatory conditions and improve local lesions through herbal medicine such as Qingdai, which have a strong inhibitory effect on IL-17,22 production. Conclusions : Herbal medicines used in psoriasis are thought to be effective not only for the improvement of local psoriasis lesions through anti-inflammatory effect but also for the improvement of systemic inflammation associated with chronic low grade inflammation.

This research aims to examine the cause-and-effect relationship between the user's purchase intention and word-of-mouth for Instagram advertisements. In addition, Instagram currently has many users in the order of Kakao Talk, Facebook, and Instagram. However, most of the previous prior papers are research on the current status of Instagram. Recent research on Instagram advertising has been lacking. This research is academically significant in that it conducted with the focus on advertising on Instagram. In addition, we provide a framework based on future research in that we proposed a model between human psychology and the oral effect on how much Instagram affects purchasing through the theory of emotional response (PAD). Future studies need to demonstrate the relationship between emotion response (PAD) factors that directly affect purchase intent. Finally, it will need to be studied to analyze purchasing patterns using data mining techniques between different social network services.
The Cancer Patients are rapidly growing and it became one of the main cause of death. Lately with the effect of Chemotherapy, drastically improved patients quality of life and also Prolonged Life of Cancer Patients. But the Chemotherapy not only Kill the Cancer cells but also harm to normal cells witch Cancer lots of side effect. This study was designed to identify the effectiveness of patient education to reduce side effect and help promote self care. The date was collected from October, 2001 to February, 2002 by questionary Survey Method. The subjects were 24 patients Who were and Anti Chemotherapy C University Hospital. Educated booklet contained what is Chemotherapy, what are the side effects, and to promote Self care, Pre test was given after 3-4 weeks re admission period. Analysis data was done by SPSS Program Paired t-test was used to differentiate Knowledge and difference of performing self care. Relationship in between Knowledge and promoting Self care was used Pearson Correlation. As the result of education, knowledge of self care and performance was drastically increased but the relationship in between knowledge of self care performed was not significant. Therefore it is proposed as follows: 1) Further research with experienced subjects to differentiate experience group and control group. 2) Education program need to be develop and standardize for anti cancer Chemotherapy patient. 3) During 6 cycle of Chemotherapy what is ideal number of in order to get the best result.
This study attempts to examine the moderating effect of religiosity in the relationship between religion and secular giving behavior (absolute amount and philanthropic effort). For the analysis, this study utilizes 'Giving Korea 2012' by the Beautiful Foundation and employs Tobit regression model. Focusing on giving amount, major findings are that (1) Protestants and Catholics give greater amounts for secular cause than those with no religious affiliation; and (2) interaction between Protestants and religiosity and interaction between Catholics and religiosity have significant relationships with citizens' secular giving amount in a positive direction. Focusing on philanthropic effort (giving amount divided by family income), major findings are that (1) there is no significant relationship between religion types and citizens' philanthropic effort and (2) interaction between Protestants and religiosity and interaction between Catholics and religiosity have significant relationships with citizens'philanthropic effort in a positive direction. This study provides new knowledge foundation on citizens' secular giving behavior and contributes to developing effective fundraising strategies of nonprofit organizations on religion-related donor markets.
