The ship management industry in Korea is on the decrease since the latter half of 1980s. The ship management companies in Korea today has been confronted with a severe business crisis beacause of the pressure if rising coasts, marine environmental protection under the slowdown, to evade become a crew. This is a study on a revised bill of the related laws and regulations for revitalization of ship management companies.

The Purpose of this paper is to automate the representation of manufacturing line using Petri net model. In the manufacturing cell, the line can be represented using workflow which is composed of Bill of Material (BOM) and Bill of Processes (BOP). BOP shows the precedence of processes and the relationship between assembly and disassembly. As a modeling scheme, generalized stochastic Petri net is adopted. For a problem domain with flexible manufacturing cell, Petri net model is made and behavioral properties are analyzed.

As for the Elect-CAD, it was developed a design of the electricity equipment which did manually, a quotation, all kinds of bill writing in the program that Package anger became. Elect-CAD can easily write an estimate back by all kinds of bill writing and estimatic with a design at the same time, and maximization gets an efficiency of work done and can efficiently manage project, and it is a revolutionary program in a management plane.

New simplicity means essential concept that is continuous rather than being concept that do not overcome formal, material functional boundary. Consuming masses, decorative reactionism is possible in infinite resource and continuous plenty. Nowaday situation can not forecast the affirmative future bases on economic performance and practicality, so simplicity esthetics which consisted of minimum things is justified. The purpose of this study is to discuss not the formal and functional simplicity but new simplicity to express the essential thoughts and emotional contents of human life.

공동발의 네트워크는 법안 공동발의로 형성되는 국회의원 간의 관계를 통해 국회 입법과정을 보여준다. 본 연구는 제19대 국회 임기기간 중 발의된 도서관법안을 중심으로 공동발의 네트워크 분석과 국회의원 액터의 중심성 분석 및 키워드 중심 네트워크의 서브그룹 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 도서관법안 공동발의 네트워크는 정당에 따라 분절된 모습을 보였으며, 다른 소속 정당 의원과 근접한 거리에 위치하면서 매개적 역할을 수행하는 의원들이 네트워크에서 중요한 영향력을 미치고 있었다. 키워드중심 네트워크로 재구조화할 경우, 다른 정당 소속 의원들이 동일한 키워드를 공유하면서 서브그룹을 형성함에 따라 정당으로 분절된 네트워크 구조가 개선되는 모습을 보였다. 연구결과를 토대로, 도서관계 입법활동 활성화를 위해서는 정당 간 매개적 역할을 하는 의원들을 중심으로 도서관 법안이 아닌 주요 키워드를 중심으로 정책이슈를 확산하고 공유하는 전략이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

제4차 산업혁명 시대가 진전되어 정보통신기술이 획기적으로 발전하면서 사이버위협은 점점 더 지능적이고 고도화될 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 그 위협에 대한 대비책을 마련하면서 사고가 발생할 경우에도 체계적이고 신속한 조치를 취하기 위해서는 정보기관의 역할이 중요하다고 할 것이다. 그러나 우리나라는 이와 관련된 '국가사이버안보법안' 제정이나 "국가정보원법" 개정에 대한 논의가 지지부진하여 사이버위협을 대응하는데 어려움이 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현행 법 체계상 정보기관의 사이버안보 기능, 최근의 법 제 개정 논의 동향과 우리 실정에 맞는 정보기관의 역할에 대한 시사점을 살펴본 후 향후 사이버안보 수행체계 보강을 위한 정보기관의 역할 정립 방안으로 사이버안보에 관한 첩보수집 분석 집중, 사이버위협 예측 대응역량 제고, 법과 원칙 준수를 위한 법적 토대 구축 등을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 기지국 공유가 가능한 셀룰러 네트워크에서 에너지 효율화를 위한 기지국 운영 방안에 관한 것이다. 기지국 운영에 따른 에너지 사용 비용과 기지국 공유에 따라 나타나는 서비스 사업자 간의 트래픽 교환을 함께 고려하기 위하여 에너지와 트래픽에 대한 비용 모델을 수립하여 에너지 비용 최소화에 관한 최적화 문제로 나타낸다. 최적해를 구하기 위하여 게임 이론을 기반으로 정보교환을 기반으로 각각의 서비스 사업자가 독립적으로 기지국을 운영할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한 제안된 방안이 항상 유일한 Nash equilibrium을 가지며 최적화 문제의 해가 됨을 보인다. 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 기지국 운영방안이 에너지 비용 절감을 이룰 수 있음을 보이고, 다양한 파라미터와 에너지 비용 절감 간의 상관관계를 논의한다.

순환관계란 동일 클래스 내의 엔티티 간의 관계를 말하는데, 이중 N:M 순환관계는 자재소요명세서 구조를 기술하는데 사용할 수 있다. 자재소요명세서란 제조분야에서 자주 쓰이는 것으로 계층형의 특수 데이터 구조로 되어있다. 비즈니스 차원은 거의 대부분 계층구조로 되어있다. 본 연구에는 자재소요명세서 유형의 계층차원을 다음과 같이 설계하고 있다. 먼저 일반적인 N:M 순환관계에서와 마찬가지로 교차 테이블을 만든 다음 이를 OLAP 모델에서의 차원으로 변환시킨다. 즉 교차 테이블의 첫 번째 컬럼은 이 차원의 가장 낮은 수준으로, 두 번째 컬럼은 이 차원의 유일한 상위 수준으로 변환시키는 것이다. 이렇게 설계한 차원을 사용한 다차원 사례 정보시스템도 아울러 구축하고 있다.
