In this study, the effect of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on boiling heat transfer is investigated. Three refrigerants of R22, R123, R134a, and water are used as base working fluids and 1% of CNTs by volume is added to the base fluids to study the effect of CNTs. All data are obtained at the pool temperature of $7^{\circ}C$ for all refrigerants and $100^{\circ}C$ for water in the heat flux range of $10{\sim}80\;kW/m^2$. Test results show that CNTs increase the boiling heat transfer coefficients for all fluids. Especially, large enhancement was observed at low heat flutes. With increasing heat flux, however, the enhancement was suppressed due to vigorous bubble generations. Fouling was not observed during the course of this study. Optimum quantity and type of CNTs and their dispersion should be examined for their application in pool boiling heat transfer.

As a traditional agricultural society changes into an industrial society due to an industrialization policy since the 1960's, there is a tendency of decrease in population and being old in a rural area. Also there has been a remarkable decrease in the rate of large family and families of over three generations as a family type changes from a large family system to a nuclear family one. According to resent studies, the rate of families of the old over 65 in a dong area is 17.0%, While that in eup and myon areas is 35.3% This shows the rural exodus of the young caused by urbanization. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze consciousness of residence by studying satisfaction of each room of a house by type of living-together in a rural area. On the basis of this, to provide data for planning various residential environment by change of type of living-together in a rural area.

노년세대는 발달과제인 '자아통합감'을 이루기 위해 기억, 평가, 종합의 역동적인 과정인 '인생회고'가 필요하다. 자서전 쓰기는 사고양상으로서 내러티브를 기반으로 인생회고의 도구 역할을 해왔다. 본 연구는 뉴실버세대에게 디지털 자서전이 자아통합감을 이루는 도구로서 본래의 역할을 충분히 할 수 있도록 고려해야 할 점을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 인생회고로 자아통합감을 이뤄가는 과정에 관한 이론들을 먼저 살펴보고, 자서전 쓰기의 양상 및 내러티브의 3가지 개념과 자서전적 글쓰기의 구성자질을 고찰할 것이다. 다음으로, 디지털 내러티브를 기반으로 한 디지털 자서전의 특징을 살펴보고, 뉴실버세대의 디지털 자서전 연구를 위한 고려 사항을 제안한다.

Tumors are encircled by various non-cancerous cell types in the extracellular matrix, including fibroblasts, endothelial cells, immune cells, and cytokines. Fibroblasts are the most critical cells in the tumor stroma and play an important role in tumor development, which has been highlighted in some epithelial cancers. Many studies have shown a tight connection between cancerous cells and fibroblasts in the last decade. Regulatory factors secreted into the tumor environment by special fibroblast cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), play an important role in tumor and vessel development, metastasis, and therapy resistance. This review addresses the development of FAP inhibitors, emphasizing the first, second, and latest generations. First-generation inhibitors exhibit low selectivity and chemical stability, encouraging researchers to develop new scaffolds based on preclinical and clinical data. Second-generation enzymes such as UAMC-1110 demonstrated enhanced FAP binding and better selectivity. Targeted treatment and diagnostic imaging have become possible by further developing radionuclide-labeled fibroblast activation protein inhibitors (FAPIs). Although all three FAPIs (01, 02, and 04) showed excellent preclinical and clinical findings. The final optimization of these FAPI scaffolds resulted in FAPI-46 with the highest tumor-to-background ratio and better binding affinity.

개인용 컴퓨터, 인터넷, 모바일 기기의 발전에 이은 네 번째 컴퓨팅 기술 혁신으로 불리는 메타버스 기술은 타인과의 소통뿐만 아니라 현실 세계에서 이루어지는 사회, 문화, 경제 활동이 가능한 3차원 가상세계를 구현하였다. 2018년 출시된 제페토와 2020년 출시된 모여봐요 동물의 숲이 출시 당시부터 젊은 세대를 중심으로 화제가 되었지만 2023년부터 메타버스에 대한 투자와 이용률 감소에 대한 우려가 가시화되고 있다. 이 연구는 메타버스 이용자의 프레즌스 경험이 이용몰입과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보았다.

Among process synthesis problems, the heat exchanger network (HEN) has been subjected to the most concentrated effort because this kind of problems was well defined for solving it and 20-30% energy savings could be realized in the present chemical processes. In this paper, we use an evolutionary approach for HEN synthesis because this approach can overcome the local optimum and combine some heuristic rules. The basic evolutionary approach is composed of three parts, that is, initialization step, growth step and mutation step, as in the simulated annealing and genetic algorithm. This algorithm uses the ecological rule that a better cell will live and worse cell should decompose after repeated generations. With this basic concept, a new procedure is developed and a more efficient method is proposed to generate initial solutions. Its effectiveness is shown using test examples.

Purposes of this study were to analyzed coat types and characteristics of coat of young persons, and search whether fashion trend is reflected on coat. Data collected pictures that they are wearing dress in street of Daejeon city 3 places that there are much the rising generations at November, 1999. This study target was from teens latter half to 20 opening part, 154 women. Data analyzed content analysis, frequency analysis, crossing and the result is as following. First, classification standard of coat was textile fabric, form of detail and ornament. Second, coat could classify in three types, type 1 was traditional duffle coat style that is distinguished by form of detail and ornament(hood and button). Type 2 was classified property of textile fabric that used leather, padding, fur etc., and type 3 was classified by collar detail of woolen fabric coat. Specially, ornamental fur of woolen coat perceived visually strong. And design detail of coat showed significant difference in coat type. That is, duffle coat type was designed patch pocket and toggle, woolen fabric coat type was hidden button and seam pocket. Third, fashion tendency of coat was proved that is reflecting part of predicted fashion trend.

The objective of this study was to localize QTL affecting meat quality in a pig family of three generations. All animals were genotyped for twenty-four microsatellites on SSC3 (Sus scrofa chromosome 3), SSC4 and SSC7. One hundred and forty $F_2$ offsprings were scored for eleven meat quality traits. Least square regression interval mapping revealed quantitative trait loci (QTL) effect for meat pH (m. Semipinalis Capitis, SC) on SSC4 and SSC7; for moisture (m. Longissimus Dorsi, LD) on SSC3. Furthermore, there was suggestive evidence for a QTL on SSC4 affecting intramuscular fat (IMF) content that nearly approached the chromosomewise (p=0.05) significance threshold.

Although the history of the contemporary museum architecture is relatively short, the concept of its existence has changed owing to its openness to the spectators at large. Within the short period of time, it has developed into a multi functional architecture with eduinfortainment function for the general publics in concert of the changes of its social activities in addition to its innate function as a museum to meet the intellectual desires of the spectators. Therefore, this study looks Into how to suffice the ever changing Intellectual desires of the spectators and the various spatial correspondences in accordance with the social and cultural roles of the museum with purpose to present the materials of the typological characteristics of the third generation museum architecture, which shows diversifying propensity, by means of an analytical study on the characteristics of the third generation museum architecture with confidence in mind that such materials are needed in the early planning stage. The chapter 2 divides the museum architecture into three generations for a comparative analytical study and presents the three classification standards thru the preceding studies related to the museum typological classifications. In accordance with the standards, 60 selective art museums have been classified by their typological patterns. The chapter 3 shows the result of the typological space classification of the 60 art museums through an analyzation on the typological characteristics and the interrelations of them. Such study is considered to furnish important measures for the realization of the substance of the museum architecture. At the same time, it Is also judged to play an instrumental role for the theoretical system of the communication function and classification required in the early designing stage as well as to play an educational role important as the designing guide line.

From the Darwinian perspective, all the human behaviors and thoughts are operated by "the selfish gene," the term coined by Richard Dawkins, which has long been evolving to survive by utilizing the limited quality and quantity of resources. And an organism which fails to regenerate by creating its "replicator" is doomed to extinction, for gene combinations which help an organism to survive and reproduce tend to also improve the gene's own chances of being passed on through generations. Dawkins also coins the term "meme" for a unit of human cultural evolution analogous to the gene, suggesting that such selfish replication may also be the principle for human culture. Ian McEwan is not only a controversial but more importantly influential writer in the 21st century academic world. His 1997 book Enduring Love is not exceptional in that it draws both literary and scientific attention. Intentionally set up with the dynamic conflict between the two cultures, namely art and science, the book explores the way in which the state of the modern minds is misinterpreted and estranged by each other. In this novel, the three main protagonists, Joe, Clarissa, and Jed, each representing the very important three elements of human civilization-cognition/science, emotion/art, and faith/religion-meet an unexpected peril of life. The author of the novel employs the narrative of evolutionary science-in particular the narratives of gene and meme-to provoke the question of the two cultures famously addressed by Snow in the mid 20th century and the further discussions followed by the later Darwinian scholars such as Richard Dawkins. In this paper I aim to illustrate the way in which the author develops the idea of gene science and literature and how he proceeds to provide a sophisticated bridge between the two cultures and induce a kind of consilience by the recurrent name of love in the story of Enduring Love.
