대학생의 원가족 건강성이 친밀한 관계의 두려움에 미치는 영향: 성인애착의 매개효과 (The Influence of Family-of-Origin Functioning on Fear-of-Intimacy: The Mediating Effect of Adult Attachment)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of the adult attachment in the relationship between the family of origin functioning and fear of intimacy. Data were collected through a questionnaire from 557 university students in the Jeollabuk-do of South Korea. The collected data were analyzed by basic descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations and multiple regression analysis. Baron and Kenny's method was used and examined, and the Sobel test was performed to determine the mediating model's significance. It was adapted to SPSS ver. 18.0 for Windows. The major findings were as follows: first, the functioning of family-of-origin was negatively related to the fear of intimacy. In addition, younger students and students with less past dating experience were more likely to fear of intimacy. Second, fear of intimacy was influenced by the family-of-origin through the intermediate effect of attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety. Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety had partial mediating effects on the relationship between family-of-origin functioning and the fear of intimacy. That is, family-of-origin functioning was shown to have not only a direct effect, but also an indirect effect through attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety, on the fear of intimacy. The results of this study suggest that the importance of family-of-origin functioning in order to improve Korean college students' intimacy abilities.

중학생의 SNS 상향비교가 우울에 미치는 영향: 자기비하의 매개 효과와 인지적 유연성의 조절된 매개효과 (Effect of Upward Social Comparison in SNS on Depression among Middle School Students: The Mediating Effect of Self-Deprecation and the Moderated Mediating Effect of Cognitive Flexibility)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of middle school students'self-deprecation in the relationship between upward social comparison in social network service (SNS) and depression and the moderated mediating effect of cognitive flexibility. The participants were 288 middle school students, in the first to third grades from four middle schools located in Seoul, Gyeong-gi, and Jeonnam. The date were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients and the Process Macro Model 4, 1, and 14. The results of this study are as follows. First, an upward comparison in SNS has a significant positive influence on students'depression, and students' self-deprecation of students mediated the relation between two. Second, the level of control, which is a sub-factor of cognitive flexibility, moderated the mediating effect of self-deprecation. That is, if students are more likely to perceive difficult situations as controllable, upward social comparison in SNS mediated by self-deprecation has smaller effect on depression. Based on these results, we suggest practical interventions to reduce depression among middle school students by decreasing upward social comparison in SNS and self-deprecation. In addition, helping students perceive difficult situations as controllable could be another effective way of reducing depression among those students who have a high level of self-deprecation in upward social comparison in SNS.

헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향 : 직무열의와 경력몰입의 이중매개 효과 (The Effects of Hair Designer's Job stress on Flourishing : Dual-mediating Effect of Work engagement and Career commitment)

  • 본 연구는 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이러한 과정에 있어서 직무열의와 경력몰입 두 변인의 이중매개 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 B 브랜드에 종사하는 다양한 직급의 177명의 헤어디자이너를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통계패키지 SPSS 21.0과 매크로 프로그램인 SPSS PROCESS Macro의 부트스트래핑 방법을 활용하여 직무스트레스와 번영의 관계와 직무열의와 경력몰입의 이중매개 효과를 검증하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 유의미하게 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 둘째, 이 과정에서 직무열의와 경력몰입 두 변인이 이중매개로 투입되면서 직무스트레스가 번영에 있어서 부적(-)으로 유의미한 간접효과를 미치는 반면, 직접적으로는 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스가 번영에 미치는 영향이 유의미하지 않게 바뀌면서 완전 이중매개 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 결과적으로, 헤어디자이너의 직무스트레스 요인들의 점수가 높으면 직무열의 수준이 떨어지고, 결국 자신의 경력에 몰입하지 못하게 되며 행복감과 사회적 성공을 의미하는 번영의 수준이 떨어지는 과정을 확인한 데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

중학생의 또래애착이 자존감과 내재적 학습동기 간 관계에 미치는 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Middle School's Peer Attachment on Relation between Self-esteem and Intrinsic Learning Motivation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 또래애착이 자존감과 내재적 학습 동기 사이에서 매개효과가 있는지를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전라남도 S시 소재의 남녀 중학생 457명(남학생 225명, 여학생 232명)을 대상으로 자존감, 또래애착, 내재적 학습동기의 수준을 측정하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 중학생의 자존감과 또래애착, 내재적 학습동기 사이의 상관은 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 자존감은 또래애착과 내재적 학습동기에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 또래애착도 내재적 학습동기에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 한편 또래애착은 자존감과 내재적 학습동기 사이에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또래애착의 매개효과는 학년에 따른 다른 양상을 보였다. 본 연구를 통해서 중학생들의 자존감은 또래애착에 영향을 주며, 자존감의 영향을 받은 또래애착은 내재적 학습동기에 영향을 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

호텔조리사의 조직문화유형과 혁신행동 관계에 라포의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Rapport on the Relationship between Organizational Culture Type and Innovative Behavior of Hotel Chefs)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of rapport on the relationship between type of organizational culture and innovative behavior of hotel chefs. In order to accomplish the research purpose, data were collected from 202 chefs working at five-star hotels located in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas, and SPSS 22.0 Program was used to conduct frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis and mediation effect analysis. The results of the study were as follows. Firstly, it was found that innovative behaviors of hotel chefs are significantly affected by three types of organizational culture: rational culture, consensual culture, and developmental culture. Secondly, it was found that rational and consensual culture have significant effect on rapport. Thirdly, it was found that better-formed rapport in hotel chefs significantly remarkably influences their innovative behavior. Fourthly, the study results revealed that rapport has a mediating effect on the relationship between type of organizational culture and innovative behavior of hotel chefs. Thus, in order to induce voluntary innovative behaviors from building rapport in the hotel organization, it is necessary to develop and implement effective strategies which will form a work environment where chefs can freely engage in mutual exchanges and build trust with one another.

소비자의 환경적 관심과 유기농식품 소비행동: 소비자의 지각된 시장영향력의 조절효과와 매개효과 (Consumers' Environmental Concerns and Organic Food Consumption Behaviors: Moderating and Mediating Effects of Perceived Market Influence)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of perceived market influence, which is an important psychological factor influencing consumer behavior in the market, and explain how consumer beliefs related to the market can affect sustainable consumer behavior. First, this study found that gaps in perceived market influence were statistically significant for age and job. Second, environmental concern, organic food consumption (vegetables and meats), and purchase behavior of organic foods were found to be significantly different by degree of perceived market influence of consumers. The mean values were found to be high for the group having strong perceived market influence. This tendency suggests an association between higher perceived market influence consumers and more environmentally friendly consumer behavior. Lastly, this study used Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the effect of perceived market influence as a moderating variable and mediating variable on the relationship between environmental concerns and consumer behavior toward organic foods. The results show a mediating effect on perceived market influence, but a moderating effect could not be found. This result implies that perceived market influence might indirectly affect consumer behavior when transferring environmental concerns to consumer behavior toward organic foods.

이러닝 준비도가 온라인 교육 학습성과에 미치는 영향: 가족건강성의 매개효과 (Effect of Family Strengths on Learning Outcomes in Online Education: Mediating Effect of E-learning Readiness)

  • Purpose: This study was undertaken to identify the mediating effect of family strengths in the relationship between e-learning readiness and learning management system-based online education learning outcomes. Our results provide basic data for proposing strategies to increase online education learning outcomes of nursing students. Methods: A self-report questionnaire was surveyed by 133 nursing students who took online education using a learning management system at three nursing colleges in Daejeon, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk. The mediating effect of family strengths in the relationship between the e-learning readiness of the subject and online education learning outcomes, were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression. Sobel test was performed to verify effectiveness of the pathway. Results: In the relationship between e-learning readiness and online education learning outcomes of nursing students, family strengths were determined to exert absolute mediating effect. Conclusions: Our results indicate that in order to improve e-learning readiness, the basic curriculum for nursing students should include web-based communication, cooperation, and the use of information technology, including interaction for online education. Improvements in family strengths can be achieved through home study activities, such as frequent conversations with members, monitoring achievements of the students, and sharing family leisure activities.

강직성 척추염 환자의 통증이 수면장애에 미치는 영향: 피로의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Pain in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis on Sleep Disturbance: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Fatigue)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of fatigue on the relationship between pain and sleep disturbance in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: The subjects of this study were 109 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who visited the rheumatology department in a university hospital. Subjects completed structured questionnaires measuring pain, sleep disturbance, and fatigue. Data were analyzed using t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and 3-step regression analysis. Results: Pain was positively correlated with fatigue (r=.60, p<.001) and sleep disturbance (r=.45, p<.001). Fatigue was positively correlated with sleep disturbance (r=.55, p<.001) and had a mediating effect on the relationship between pain and sleep disturbance. Conclusion: The findings confirm that pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis affects fatigue and its accumulation has a mediating effect on increasing the level of sleep disturbance. In clinical practice, education on symptom management for patients with ankylosing spondylitis needs to be provided for encouraging proper exercise and rest. Patient education should also include strategies to reduce fatigue and promote sleep in daily lives in addition to pain management.

어린이집 교사의 창의적 인성이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향에서 스트레스 대처전략의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Stress-coping Strategies of Childcare Teachers' Creative Personality on Teacher Efficacy)

  • Objective: This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of stress-coping strategies of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Methods: Study subjects were 204 childcare teachers working at nursery schools located in S city of Gyeonggi province, and this study collected materials from childcare teachers through a self-report survey. For materials collected, this study conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using spss 21.0, and verified the mediating effect through the Sobel Test. Results of this study are as follows. Results: First, there was a positive correlation among creative personality, teacher efficacy and stress-coping strategies. Second, results show that stress-coping strategies mediate the effect of childcare teachers' creative personality on teacher efficacy. Lastly, problem-focused coping strategies turned out to be full mediation, whereas coping strategies seeking social support was partial mediation. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study suggested the necessity to prepare a practical plan for enabling childcare teachers to use stress-coping strategies in a successful way.

수간호사의 윤리적 리더십이 간호사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 정서적 몰입의 매개효과 (Influence of Head Nurses' Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction among Staff Nurses: Mediating Effect of Affective Commitment)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the mediating effect of affective commitment on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. Methods: Participants were 216 nurses drawn from three general hospitals in C city. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The findings from multiple regression were as follows. First, people orientation, ethical guidance of ethical leadership factors showed significant positive effects on affective commitment. Second, people orientation, ethical guidance of ethical leadership factors showed significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Finally, when ethical leadership factors and affective commitment were entered into the regression model at the same time, ethical leadership factors showed no significant effects on job satisfaction, however, affective commitment showed a significant effect and so affective commitment had a mediating effect between ethical leadership and job satisfaction. Conclusion: Results of this study indicate that affective commitment with an effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and job satisfaction plays a full mediating role. Thus, developing ethical leadership training programs for head nurses would likely increase the affective commitment and job satisfaction of staff nurses.
