Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-perception on the relationship between body image and depressive symptoms in middle school adolescents. Methods: This study performed a pathway analysis with a sample of 284 adolescents recruited from three middle schools. Self-reported questionnaires consisted of items regarding body image, self-perception, and depressive symptoms. Results: Body image, self-perception, and depressive symptoms showed a significant correlation. Self-perception was directly affected by body image and depressive symptoms were not affected by body image. The mediating effect of self-perception on body image's impact on depressive symptoms was confirmed. Self-perception had a significant indirect effect on depressive symptoms, which means that self-perception has a full mediating effect on body image's impact on depressive symptoms. Conclusion: The effect of body image on depressive symptoms was fully mediated by self-perception in early adolescents. It suggests that self-perception needs to be considered when providing nursing interventions for adolescents.

본 연구는 코로나-19시대 청소년의 문제해결능력이 사회성에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원이 수행한 코로나-19 이후 청소년의 사회성 싵태를 파악하기 위해 웹과 모바일을 이용한 조사자료를 활용하였으며, 학령기 청소년 1,471명을 조사대상자로 선정하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS WIN 25.0과 PROCESS MACRO를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계 분석 및 자아존중감의 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 문제해결능력은 사회성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 문제해결능력과 사회성 간의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 향후 청소년의 자아존중감을 높이고, 사회성을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 개입과 프로그램들을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 조직 내 사회복지사들이 경험하는 컴페션이 긍정감정, 긍정심리자본, 그리고 조직 동일시에 미치는 인과관계를 실증하는 것이고, 이중매개 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 서울과 경기도에 위치한 사회복지 10개 시설 내의 사회복지사들 369명을 표본으로 하였다. 연구 결과 사회복지사들이 받는 컴페션이 긍정적 감정과 조직 동일시에 미치는 영향, 그리고 긍정심리자본이 조직 동일시에 미치는 영향이 모두 유의한 것으로 실증되었다. 또한 컴페션과 조직 동일시의 관계에서 긍정적 감정과 긍정심리자본의 이중매개효과 역시 유의한 것으로 실증되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 컴페션과 조직 동일시의 관계에서 긍정적 감정과 긍정심리자본의 이중매개효과를 실증했다는 이론적 시사점이 있다. 향후 연구에서는 표본의 일반화를 표본수집이 이루어져야 할 것이며 긍정적 정체성의 매개효과 검증도 수행되어야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data for vascular health of patient who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) by verifying the mediating effect of compliance in the relationship between risk level of coronary artery disease (CAD) and blood vessel elasticity. Methods: This is a descriptive study with 115 patients, who underwent the PCI a year ago and visited in the cardiology department from January to March, 2015. The risk level of CAD, blood vessel elasticity and the compliance were measured. For data analysis, SPSS/WIN 21.0 and AMOS (IBM) 21.0 were used. Results: There were a positive correlation with blood vessel elasticity score (i.e. inelasticity of the blood vessel wall) (r=.189) and a negative correlation with compliance (r=-.658) in mediating effect of risk level of CAD. There was a negative correlation between compliance and blood vessel elasticity (r=-.482). The direct effect (${\beta}=-.226$), indirect effect (${\beta}=.415$) and total effect (${\beta}=.186$) of mediating effect of risk level of CAD on blood vessel elasticity were significant. Compliance had a partial mediating effect of risk level of CAD on blood vessel elasticity. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that managing and preventing moderating effect of risk level of CAD on compliance is helpful in restoring blood vessel elasticity.

본 연구는 스포츠센터 지도자들이 인식하는 조직공정성이 혁신저항에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석함과 동시에 이들 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 자료 수집을 위해 서울·경기지역에 종사하는 스포츠지도자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 274부의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하여 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 분배공정성은 심리적 저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면에 행동적 저항에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 절차공정성은 심리적 저항과 행동적 저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 분배공정성과 절차공정성은 조직신뢰에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직신뢰는 심리적 저항과 행동적 저항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 조직신뢰는 분배공정성과 심리적 저항의 관계에서는 부분매개 역할을, 분배공정성과 행동적 저항의 관계에서는 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 절차공정성과 심리적 저항, 절차공정성과 행동적 저항의 관계에서는 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of attributes of online influencers on customers royalty mediated brand image and impulse buying. Research design, data and methodology: To conduct this study, a survey of 521 online user who experienced online shopping. Results: The empirical analysis results are as follows. First, among the influencer attributes, attractiveness, reliability, and expertise all had a significant positive effect on the brand image. Second, among the influencer attributes, only attractiveness had a significant positive influence on Purchase Intention. Third, the brand image had a significant positive influence on Purchase Intention. Fourth, while the influencer attributes did not have a significant influence on customer loyalty, brand image and Purchase Intention a significant positive influence on it. Conclusions: Among the influencer attributes, attractiveness and reliability had a significant positive mediating effect on customer loyalty through brand image, but the influencer attribute had no significant mediating effect through Purchase Intention. The influencer attribute had a significant positive mediating effect through brand image and Purchase Intention.

본 연구는 경기도 소재 지방자치단체 공무원 312명을 대상으로 직무자율성과 조직시민행동의 관계에 관한 가설검증을 위해 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 조직공정성 인식의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 분석을 위해서는 경로분석을 실시했다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 조직구성원들이 인식하는 직무자율성의 정도가 높을수록 조직시민행동이 긍정적(+)인 관계임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 절차공정성은 자율성과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 반면 분배공정성은 자율성과 조직시민행동과의 관계에서 매개효과가 기각되었다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 절차공정성 인식이 직무자율성과 조직시민행동 사이의 매개적 역할을 조절하였다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 직무자율성과 조직시민행동 사이에서 조절역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지방공무원들의 조직성과를 높이기 위한 조직시민행동의 선행요인을 통해 조직행태이론의 발전에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between father marital satisfaction and parenting participation and young child emotion regulation to determine the mediating effects of father marital satisfaction and parenting participation on young child emotion regulation. Methods: This study was conducted with 249 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds and their fathers at nurseries in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The collected data were analyzed via frequency, average, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation analysis, Baron and Kenny's hierarchical regression analysis, and the Sobel test. Results: First, father marital satisfaction, parenting participation and young child emotion regulation, including the sub-factors of each variable, were all significantly correlated. Second, father parenting participation was found to have a full-mediating effect emotion regulation of the young child. Meanwhile, father parenting participation was found to have a full mediating effect others-regulation of the young child. In addition, father parenting participation was found to have a partial mediating effect on young child self-regulation. Conclusion: These results suggests the need to provide more practical family programs and realistic governmental support to promote father parenting participation.

본 연구의 목적은 아동의 모 애착과 행복감 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성과 스마트폰 의존도의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 육아정책연구소(Korea Institute of Child Care and Education)에서 조사한 한국 아동패널 12차 데이터를 활용하였고, 그 중 1,143명을 연구대상자로 선정했다. 분석 방법은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석을 실시하였고, Process Macro Model Number 4 분석을 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 스마트폰 의존도와 자아탄력성의 간접효과는 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)를 적용하여 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모 애착은 아동의 행복감을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동의 모 애착과 행복감 간의 관계에서 자아탄력성의 부분 매개효과를 확인했다. 셋째, 아동의 모 애착이 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 스마트폰 의존도는 부분 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 아동의 행복감을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 실천적 과제들을 제시했다.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 체험활동 만족도와 삶의 만족감의 관계에서 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국아동·청소년패널 자료(KCYPS) 6차 자료를 활용하였다. 공동체의식의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 매개효과의 통계적 유의미성을 분석하기 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 청소년의 체험활동 만족도가 공동체의식에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 청소년의 체험활동 만족도가 삶의 만족감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공동체의식이 삶의 만족감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고 동시에 청소년 체험활동 만족도가 삶의 만족감에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 체험활동 만족도는 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 검증되었다.
