The Influence of Self-Directed Learning and Learning Commitment on Learning Persistence Intention in Online Learning: Mediating Effect of Learning Motivation

  • This is a descriptive investigative study which attempts to confirm the mediating effect of learning motivation in the relationship between self-directed learning, learning commitment, and learning persistence intention of university students in an online learning environment. The questionnaires were randomly distributed online and the agreed questionnaires were retrieved, with a total of 338 copies used for analysis. The following is the summary of the findings. First, there were significant differences in learning persistence intention according to general characteristics depending on age, major, part-time job, and academic level. Second, the results showed a positive correlation between self-directed learning, learning commitment, learning motivation, and learning persistence intentions of the subjects were statistically significant. Third, after checking the mediating effect of learning motivation in relation to self-directed learning, learning commitment and learning motivation, the learning motivation has a partial mediating effect on learning and 23% explanatory power, and the learning commitment was found to have a complete mediating effect on the impact of learning motivation on learning intentions with 21% explanatory power. Based on these results, it is necessary to provide a more diverse educational environment, such as operating a motivation semester program that can improve learning motivations along with learning commitment, and the use of a variety of contents that can focus the learner's interest or attention.

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of life attitude on the relationship between appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy of college students. Methods: The data from 223 college students (K-do and -city) highly interested in body and appearance, and were analyzed by three-step mediation analysis and Sobel test. Results: The mediating effect of life attitude was significant on the relationship between appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy. Namely, there was a mediating effect meaning the higher the appearance satisfaction, the more positive the attitude of life and the more self-efficacy. It was simultaneously found that the appearance satisfaction had a direct influence on self-efficacy. Conclusions: In summary, appearance satisfaction and self-efficacy act as internal factors that motivate individual self-development and the smooth adaptation of university life by changing own behavior. Accordingly, an education program should be devised to help college students form their own regular and correct lifestyles, which will also contribute to the improvement of self-efficacy of college student.

초임 유아교사의 정서지능, 교사-유아 상호작용 간의 관계에서 정서노동의 매개효과 (The Relationship between Novice Early Childhood Teacher's Emotional Intelligence and Teacher-Child Interaction in the Mediating Effect of Emotional Labor)

  • This study examined the mediating effect of emotional labor in the relations between teachers' emotional intelligence and teacher-child interaction of novice early childhood teachers. The sample consisted of 248 novice early childhood teachers in Gyeonggi Province. The structural equation modeling was conducted using AMOS to test the fit of a hypothesized structural model. The mediating effect of emotional labor was verified by the bootstrapping approach. The results were as follows: First, teacher-child interaction was positively associated with teachers' emotional intelligence and deep acting in emotional labor was negatively associated with surface acting in emotional labor. Next, surface acting in emotional labor had a mediating effect on the relations between emotional intelligence and teacher-child interaction. Finally, deep acting of emotional labor had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher-child interaction. Based on these findings, ways to enhance teachers' emotional intelligence in relation to the novice teachers' emotional characteristics, and to improve recognition on emotional labor were discussed.

클라이언트 폭력과 사회복지사의 직무반응 관계에서 직무스트레스와 직무태도, 사회적 지지의 매개효과 (A Study on the Mediating Effect of Job Stress, Job Attitude, and Social Support in the Relationship between Client Violence and Social Worker's Job Response)

  • This study investigated the effects of job stress, job attitude, and social support on the relationship between client violence and social worker job response. The multi-mediating effect of job stress, job attitude, and social support between client violence and social worker job response was empirically analyzed. 257 social workers in social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS. The following conclusions were drawn. First, there was a significant correlation between client violence, job stress, job attitude, social support, and job response variables. Client violence was affecting variables related to social worker job response. Second, job stress, job attitude, and social support had multiple mediating effects. The parallel mediation effect and the serial mediation effect were verified. Third, job attitude was found to be a variable of multiple mediating effects. Fourth, job stress and social support were found to be double mediating effect variables. In response, programs and manuals suitable for the type of social welfare facilities and the policy basis for preparing countermeasures for social workers were limited, and follow-up studies on various variables were suggested.

  • The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance, and the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship in entrepreneurs' cooperative. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 379 employees of entrepreneurs' cooperative in Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with risk-taking and proactiveness. Also, intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with proactiveness only. Second, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase, but intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with employment increase only. Third, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase. Fourth, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) had mediating effect on the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance. But, intellectual stimulation had not mediating effect.

다중매개모델에서 bootstrapping기법을 이용한 흡수능력의 매개효과 분석 (A Mediation Analysis of Absorption Capacity by Bootstrapping Technique in Multiple Mediator Model)

  • 매개효과 검정기법으로 널리 사용하고 있는 Baron and Kenny 접근법, Sobel, Aroian, Goodman 검정법들의 통계적 검정력이 약할 뿐만 아니라, 정확하지 않다는 비판이 대두되면서, bootstrapping 기법이 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 bootstrapping 기법을 토대로 세 개 이상의 변수로 구성된 다중매개모델에서의 매개효과 검정을 위해 가상의 phantom 변수를 도입하여 검정하였다. 특히, 경영전략분야의 자원기준관점 연구에서 진행되고 있는 조직자원과 매개변수 흡수능력, 그리고 기술사업화역량 관계 모델을 다중매개모델로 설정하여, bootstrapping 접근방법과 phantom 변수 설정을 통해 총간접효과 크기와 유의확률을 계산하고, 흡수능력의 매개효과를 검정하였다. 검정결과 매우 효율적이고, 체계적인 매개효과 검정이 가능하였음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 인적자원과 물적자원의 자원 특성에 따라 흡수능력의 매개 특성도 차이가 있음을 확인하였다.

조직공정성과 서비스품질의 관계에 있어 상급자 신뢰의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Superior Trust on the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Service Quality)

  • This paper is to test the mediating effect of superior trust on the relationship between organizational justice and service quality in service food industry. Based on 302 data gathered in western Kangwon area, analysis result showed that procedural, interactional, and distributive justice have affirmative relation with trust, and also trust has close relation with service quality. Therefore, trust appeared to have fully mediating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and service qualify.

세대별 개인·직무차원 만족이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 - 직장(일자리) 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Study on the Effect of Individual and Job-Level Satisfaction by Generation on Turnover Intention : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Workplace Satisfaction)

  • 이직은 노동시장에서 중요한 화두이며, 최근에는 다양한 세대들이 함께 일을 하면서 세대간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 조직 관리에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 세대별로 개인차원의 변수(미래전망, 생활만족)와 직무차원의 변수(전공-일 수준, 직무만족)가 이직의사에 미치는 관계에서 직장만족의 매개 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국노동패널 제22차 자료를 활용하여 관련 변수를 선정하고, SPSS를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대는 다른 세대와 다르게 직무차원의 직무만족의 변수만 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

소상공인 역량강화교육이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The effect of small business owner's professional education on business performance)

  • 우리 경제에 소상공인 차지하는 비중이 큰 반면 창업이후 5년 이내 생존율이 30% 미만임에도 불구하고 소상공인의 역량강화에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 소상공인의 역량강화교육이 경영 성과에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 소상공인의 역량중 관리역량은 재무적, 비재무적 경영 성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 기술역량은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 한편, 역량강화교육은 소상공인의 역량과 경영 성과간 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 소상공인의 역량과 비재무적 경영성과, 소상공인의 역량과 재무적 경영성과간의 역량강화교육이 매개 역할을 하는지 알아보고자 하였으며, 부분매개효과가 있음을 밝힌 본 연구는 학문적으로 의미가 있었다. 이러한 학문적 시사점 이외도 역량강화교육의 효과를 실증적으로 입증함에 따라 향후 정부가 소상공인 역량강화를 위한 교육 재원 마련의 근거를 제시하였다는 점에서 실무적인 의미가 있었다.

다운증후군 가족의 가족응집성이 자녀 자립생활에 미치는 영향: 가족역량강화 매개효과 중심으로 (The Effect of Family Cohesion of Down's Syndrome Family on Children's Independent Living: Focused on Mediating Effect : Mediating effect of strengthening family capacity)

  • 본 연구는 다운중후군 가족의 가족응집성이 다운증후군 자녀들의 자립생활에 미치는 영향에 가족역량강화가 매개역할이 있는지 검증하고자 하는 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 다운증후군 부모회 가족 146명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 통계프로그램 SPSS WIN 25.0을 활용하였다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위해, 바론과 케니가 제안한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 다운증후군 가족의 가족응집성이 높을수록 자녀의 자립생활수준이 높게 나타나 가족응집성은 자립생활에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 가족응집성과 자녀의 자립생활 사이에서 가족역량강화가 매개 역할을 하고 있음이 도출되었다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 다운증후군 자녀의 자립지원 실현에 대한 정책적 접근 및 지원방안에 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.
