The purpose of this study was to explore factors influencing on work values of female college students focusing on parental effect to enhance their participation in labor market. The respondents were asked to answer a questionnaire, and the collected 400 data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results showed that the students and their parents had more leisure-oriented and extrinsic work values than labor-oriented and intrinsic work values. The labor-oriented and intrinsic work values appeared to be high in the group with experience of part time jobs, with high educated father or with middle household income. The influencing factors on college students' work values were parental work values, gender consciousness, self-efficacy and major. The results from this study suggest that parents of college students should be educated to change their work values.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing on the mental health in bereaved adults. Methods: A descriptive and correlational study was conducted in 160 adults who had experienced bereavement. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical multiple linear regression analyses with SPSS 26.0. Results: The participants' mental health showed a positive correlation with complicated grief (r=.31, p<.001) and a negative correlation with grief and meaning reconstruction (r=-.30, p<.001). Sex, sleeping time, intimacy with the deceased, grief reaction, and grief and meaning reconstruction were significant factors influencing on the mental health. The total explanatory power of these variables was 31.8%. Conclusion: It is necessary to explore the persistent and impairing grief after experiencing bereavement. Our study findings will be fundamental evidence to develop nursing interventions to improve adult mental health dealing with bereavement and grief.

Despite the phenomenal growth of Internet users in recent years, the penetration rate of B2C electronic commerce(EC) is still low. According to previous studies, one of most often cited reasons is the lack of consumers' trust. Although trust is an important concept in B2C EC, there is a lack of theory-based empirical research in this area. In this paper, influencing factors are proposed for investigating the nature of trust in the specific context of B2C EC. Thirteen hypotheses are empirically tested. The results show that most of hypotheses are supported except for perceived size, perceived competence, perceived reputation, familiarity and third party recognition. In addition trust was found to have a strong positive effect on intention to purchase. Finally, trust was found to have a mediation effect between on influencing factors and intention to purchase. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

Cambodia retail industry starts to entry SNS market. The online market of Cambodia is very unique. Facebook users of Cambodia are purchasing products, without electronic payment and delivery system. Therefore, this study focused on the immature online environment, proved the influencing factors of purchase intention on SNS. And also this study proved that the influencing factors on purchase intention are different, depending on whether or not a purchase experience exists. As results of analyzing with full data, price reduction, convenience, and customer service had significant impacts on purchase intention. The experienced group has significant effects of price reduction and customer service on purchase intention, while the inexperienced group has significant effects of convenience and customer service on purchase intention. This study provides marketing and strategic implications for companies seeking to enter the online market of Cambodia.

The number of vegetarian restaurants in Malaysia has been increasing as people are motivated by various reasons to consume vegetarian foods. In addition, university students contribute to the economy, hence it is important for investors or owners of vegetarian restaurants to understand university students' perceptions on vegetarian restaurants based on their own experiences. This research provided an insight of factors influencing university students, such as family members, religion, trend and health. The objective of this research was to identify the perceptions of university students on vegetarian restaurants. This research used a qualitative approach by conducting a focus group interview with university students as a source of data collection. The six respondents were selected based on the criteria of university students in Malaysia who are consuming vegetarian food. Findings enabled investors and owners of vegetarian restaurants to have an in-depth understanding on the factors influencing university students' perceptions on vegetarian restaurants and take necessary action to accommodate them.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to examine factors influencing health-related quality of life in women workers using the dataset of the Korean National Health and Nutritional Examination Survey(KNHANES 2th). There were 955 subjects. Methods: A multiple regression model was used to study the factors influencing health-related quality of life of women workers. Results: A positive relationship was found between education(b=0.014, p=0.029) and health-related quality of life in women workers and non-osteoarthritis(b=0.037, p<0.001) and health-related quality of life in women workers. Conclusions: The results of this study show the importance of improving the working environment and preventing osteoarthritis in non-regular employment.

This study was conducted to identify the differences in service quality between Incheon and Kimpo international airports and critical factors influencing satisfaction of their customers. According to the results of the study, all service quality factors of Incheon international airport except the service factor of geographical location were better than those of Kimpo international airport. However, all service quality factors of the two airports were evaluated inferior to those of American, western European and Japanese international airports. In addition the service quality factors such as response, safety, airport facility and geographical location were found as critical factors influencing satisfaction of the airport customers. The service quality factor of geographical location of Incheon international airport was measured much inferior comparing with other service quality factors. Thus, the results of this study suggest that the Korean government deliberate and benchmark the international airports of western Europe and the USA in determining the geographical location when planning new international airports.

This study aims to determine the importance of each factor considered when operating a rotorcraft in a city. After identifying factors that could affect urban air mobility, we reviewed the influencing factors by applying an analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Level 1 classifies the essential factors of the urban operation of rotorcraft in nominal and off-nominal situations. The factors corresponding to the characteristics of each were composed of lower levels, such as Levels 2 and 3. Using this, the importance of influencing factors was analyzed and the most important factors were determined. The most influential factors of the urban operation of rotorcraft included engine failure, fire situations, and vehicle safety. Accordingly, an environment that can guarantee safe operation by considering the most influential factors in advance in an actual operation stage must be constructed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing college life adjustment in nursing students. Methods: The subjects consisted of 206 nursing students. Data were collected from December 6 to December 13, 2012. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlational coefficients and multiple regression with SPSS WIN v 20.0. Result: The mean scores of ego-identity ($3.53{\pm}48$), social problem-solving ability ($3.41{\pm}.42$), and college life adjustment ($5.27{\pm}.91$) were above average. College life adjustment was significantly different according to ego-identity, academic performance, and perceived health state. Ego-identity, academic performance, and perceived health state were influencing factors of college life adjustment (53.2%). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an education program to improve ego-identity, academic performance, and perceived health state to help nursing students to adjust to their college life more effectively.

Purpose: This study was to investigate lifestyles and identify factors influencing the bone mineral density (BMD) among employees in a community. Methods: Data were collected from 199 employees. Their lifestyles and BMIs were measured with a self-report questionnaire. As for their BMDs, their calcanei were measured with Quantitative Ultrasound. Results: Assessing their BMDs with reference to the WHO standards, 52.8% of the subjects' calcaneus BMDs were normal and 44.2% showed osteopenis, 3.0% showed osteoporosis. Age (odds ratio=1.05, p=.029), exercise (odds ratio=.31, p=.006) and the number of eating meals per day (odds ratio=1.97, p=.046) were significant factors influencing the subjects' BMDs. Conclusion: Strategies to emphasize exercise and dietary habits in employees are important for improving their bone mineral density. Programs for improving bone mineral density based on life cycle need to be developed.
