It has long been recognized that exposure to low levels of toxic chemicals could have beneficial effects, such as increased resistance to related chemicals or stimulation of growth or development. The notion of radiation hormesis, that exposure to low levels of ionizing radiation could produce beneficial effects, developed seriously in the late 1950’s, and was, to most radiation scientists, incredible. This was due in pan to the then prevailing ideas of radiobiological mechanisms, in part to the sweeping generalizations made by the leading proponents of the radiation hormesis concept, and in pan to the many failures to confirm reports of beneficial effects. More recent understanding of the mechanisms of radiation damage and repair, and discoveries of induction of gene expression by radiation and other genotoxic agents [the adaptive response] make it seem inevitable that under suitable conditions, irradiation will produce beneficial effects.

애니메이션은 우리 생활 전반에 그 영향력을 과시하고 있으며 특히 영화, CF 등과 결합하고 응용됨으로서 새로운 영상 산업을 창출하고 있다. 애니메이션 산업이 활발해지고 있는 시대적 흐름은 영상 제작, 기획, 소비의 전 분야에 걸쳐 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 본 논문은 애니메이션의 발전과정과 표현 영역을 확장하고 한계를 넘어서기 위한 목적으로 발전해 온 애니메이션 기법에 관한 내용을 살펴보기 위함이다. 에서 제작된 <인크레더블>을 분석하여 12가지 디즈니 애니메이션 기법이 어떻게 적용되어 사용 되어 졌는지 알아보았다. 그 결과 하나의 자연스러운 동작을 표현하기위해 디즈니의 12가지 기법들이 복합적으로 사용되었음을 알 수 있었고, 특히 <인크레더블>은 디즈니가 아닌 , 2D가 아닌 3D애니메이션, 그리고 2004년에 제작된 애니메이션임에도 불구하고 1987년의 2D애니메이션 제작 테크닉이 그대로 적용되어 사용되어졌다. 그 결과 제작사, 제작방법, 시대가 변해도 1987년의 제작 방법이 그대로 적용 되고 있음을 알 수 있다.

The quantitative aspects of 2D carbon-13 INADEQUATE (Incredible Natural Abundance DoublE QUAntum Transfer Experiment) experiment were studied on the basis of the time needed in various concentrations of samples. In order to evaluate the quantitative time of this experiment, eight compounds were selected (M. W. ca. 150-500). The effect on time needed of various concentrations showed exponential decay function, Y=$8.15X^{-0.64}$.

In classification and discrimination, we often face with incomplete group variable arising typically from many missing values and/or incredible cases. This paper suggests the use of K-means clustering for pre-adjusting incompleteness and in turn classification based on generalized statistical distance is performed. For illustrating the proposed procedure, simulation study is conducted comparatively with CART in data mining and traditional techniques which are ignoring incompleteness of group variable. Simulation study manifests that our methodology out-performs.

It reinforces the idea that even in the darkest moments, one can find the light of hope and resilience. Her story is a testament to the indomitable human will. Furthermore, Helen Keller's narrative often reminds us of the importance of gratitude for gifts and opportunities that are often taken for granted. Her longing for the simplest things, like sight, teaches us to cherish the abilities and privileges we currently possess. When facing contemporary challenges and uncertainties, her story conveys a profound message of unwavering hope and steadfast faith. She encourages us to seize the present moment, value the gifts we have, and embark on the journey of life with patience and hope, even when the path appears difficult. In this paper, we explore the life of Helen Keller and her literary work, emphasizing the importance of patience and hope in the difficult times faced by Koreans today, and we aim to present our attitude towards contributing to the nation's development. We seek to provide methods for preparing for a better and more hopeful future. We assert that we must carry hope and determination for the future and strive for new optimism and hope in Korean society.

In the design and analysis of electric machines the precise calculation of iron loss has incredible significance. It is tough to foresee iron losses precisely in machines due to distribution of non sinusoidal flux density. It is necessary to approximate the iron losses for the precise computation of efficiency. This paper presents a novel approach for the prediction of iron losses of the brushless dc (BLDC) motors by considering the effects of minor hysteresis loops in the simplified model. The novel iron loss model results are compared with the simplified model and with finite element method (FEM).

We have put considerable time and work to find a proper solution to restore the damaged natural environment due to Dam construction, and to restore the field around Dam on the basis of Environmentally Sound Sustainable Development(E.S.S.D). We've replaced the site which had been used as a equipment space with the natural-oriented park, have made a wildlife corridor for those animals which have been living in the area in a newly constructed road to in an out, and have introduced a streamside plant to organize green-space. We've received incredible favor from visitors and residents for the environment restoration. The natural-oriented park plays a role of giving the citizens to the pleasure and the comfort.

The purpose of this case study is to discuss the issues and challenges pertaining to industrial safety. Management perspective, workers viewpoint, competitors approach and diplomatic comments by political bigwigs have also been incorporated so that the students may have 3-dimensional understanding of the scenario. The case of such genre will facilitate the students to comprehend and discuss the employee-employer relationship and industrial safety, in particular and industrial relations and IR machinery, in general.

As the World Wide Web (WWW) has become a major channel for information delivery, the data accumulated in the Internet increases at an incredible speed, and it derives the advances of information search technologies. It is the search engine that solves the problem of information overloading and helps people to identify relevant information. However, as search engines become a powerful tool for finding information, the opportunities of plagiarizing have increased significantly in e-Learning. In this paper, we developed an online plagiarism detection system for detecting plagiarized documents that incorporates the functions of search engines and acts in exactly the same way of plagiarizing. The plagiarism detection system uses morpheme analysis to improve the performance and sentence-based comparison to investigate document comes from multiple sources. As a result of applying this system in e-Learning, the performance of plagiarism detection was improved.

With the rapid growth of the World Wide Web and electronic information services, information is becoming available on-Line at an incredible rate. One result is the oft-decried information overload. No one has time to read everything, yet we often have to make critical decisions based on what we are able to assimilate. The technology of automatic text summarization is becoming indispensable for dealing with this problem. Text summarization is the process of distilling the most important information from a source to produce an abridged version for a particular user or task. Information retrieval(IR) is the task of searching a set of documents for some query-relevant documents. On the other hand, text summarization is considered to be the task of searching a document, a set of sentences, for some topic-relevant sentences. In this paper, we show that document information, that is more reliable and suitable for query, using document length normalization of which is gained through information retrieval . Experimental results of this system in newspaper articles show that document length normalization method superior to other methods use query itself.
