  • The recent fast change of information technology and business environments has led to increasing effort to achieve the business goals by using company resources effectively and efficiently Strategic Information Systems Planning is the first and significant step support the objectives. However, the present situation is that the SISP works are performed only by the methodological process of some chosen consulting house without a full considerations of organizational environment and system development characteristics. So, this study's purpose is to improve SISP works by observing the organizational environment factors through planning cases. This paper is composed of investigating the organizational characteristics and the additional problems from the analysis of three cases on the basis of 12 organization context factors founded by previous studies. And the conclusive part presents the organizational considerations according to each planning steps. This works will be used framework of SISP on the contrary previous studies only found organizational factors related to SISP works by questionary research methods. The more fundermental and multi-dimentioned researches is to be expected as more enterprises perform SISP works.

  • Female-headed household is one of the common family type in the changing Korean society. This study explored and described the coping strategies of poor female household heads who were in struggle with economic, physical, and emotional problems. The data was gathered by in-depth interviews with fifteen poor female heads of households. In the process of qualitative interview and analysis, the coping strategy was emerged as an important theme. The major strategies which the poor female heads had adopted were as follows. First strategy was making up their minds to live as heads of households to keep their children in the fence of family. Second was accepting that any husbands would not be helpful in general. Third was developing independence, which meant providing their families on their own labor without expecting the support from social network or welfare system. Forth strategy was giving the present situation a positive definition: it gave them the emotional comfort.

  • In this paper, we present a system which enables a real-time measurement of the number and also the body length of the fry (baby fish) using a line image sensor. Here, we consider a situation that fry are transported from a pond to another, pond through a pipe. At one position of the pipe a transparent rectanglar channel is mounted. The images of the fry, which run through this rectanglar channel, are detected by a line image sensor. The image signals are digitized to binary ones and the contour of the fry are detected. After that, a real-time image analysis is executed with a digital signal processor. Labeling program analyses the connection of every pixel. The results are transfered to a personal computer and displayed on the online monitor graphically.

  • 3D object detection pipelines often incorporate RGB-based object detection methods such as YOLO, which detects the object classes and bounding boxes from the RGB image. However, in complex environments where objects are heavily cluttered, bounding box approaches may show degraded performance due to the overlapping bounding boxes. Mask based methods such as Mask R-CNN can handle such situation better thanks to their detailed object masks, but they require much longer time for data preparation compared to bounding box-based approaches. In this paper, we present a 3D object recognition pipeline which uses either the YOLO or Mask R-CNN real-time object detection algorithm, K-nearest clustering algorithm, mask reduction algorithm and finally Principal Component Analysis (PCA) alg orithm to efficiently detect 3D poses of objects in a complex environment. Furthermore, we also present an improved YOLO based 3D object detection algorithm that uses a prioritized heightmap clustering algorithm to handle overlapping bounding boxes. The suggested algorithms have successfully been used at the Artificial-Intelligence Robot Challenge (ARC) 2021 competition with excellent results.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a sensor based service model for traffic facilities in u-City through analysing the present condition of urban infrastructure, especially traffic facilities management. In order to achieve this purpose, we did a comparative analysis of internal and external situation of ITS(Intelligent Transport System) and classified service for traffic facilities to 3 categories, namely traffic flow management, traffic information offering, formation of road structure. Also, we examined technological trend of USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network). Through this process, we present a sensor based service model of traffic facilities for building sustainable road environment.

  • With the rate of spread of motors rapidly increased, but parking difficulties in an apartment complex was aggravated due to an insufficient parking lot. Visual interference on residential environment, various kinds of pollution and noise, decrease of open space in an apartment complex are also causes of parking difficulties. Therefore, this study is to suggest a theory of desirable direction for planning of the parking space by studying psychological characteristics of users' behaviors by the type of the circulation of motors and pedestrians. Consideration on the present situation, real conditions of underground parking space and the consciousness and parking habit of residents, the most important problem is required in this study.

  • The supervision mode, monitoring basis and monitoring scheme of radiation environment monitoring concerning typical research reactors in China were investigated in this study. Summary and analysis were concluded of the present situation of supervised monitoring of radiation environment, such as monitoring objects, points, frequency and so on, based on the relevant data of monitoring points of four typical research reactors in China. Some experiences and existing problems were analyzed concerning the supervised monitoring of China's research reactors. Tips on topics related to strengthen the monitoring of radiation environment around the research reactors has noted.

  • The dam plan quantity of constructive and water supply quantity of present time are showing a difference with change in climate and augmentation of water demand for multipurpose dams in Nakdong river basin. But revaluates a water supply ability the method or the process is official for is not taking a position, so actual condition applies the plan quantity of dam constructive. Considers various situation of actual multipurpose dam from research sees consequently and in K-WEAP is an integrated water resources evaluation plan model applies as water permit availability multipurpose dam, currently water permit availability comparison, analyzed. In this study, the natural daily flow data and apply the dimensions of the reservoir, and for more than 30 years of the long-term water balance analysis conducted by Date Nakdong river basin can supply reservoirs are large quantity of permits available is presented.

  • This study aimed to analyze the economic feasibility of Mackerel offshore aquaculture production performance in Jeju region, Korea. Based on the collected biological, costs and market price data, farming revenue and expenses during the farming period were evaluated, and the net present value and the internal rate of return of a 10-year cash inflow and cash outflow were estimated to determine the economic feasibility of Mackerel offshore aquaculture production system. Model results indicated that the Mackerel offshore aquaculture production performance would have high profitability under the current production and market situation. This is because of the relatively high survival rate, relatively low feed conversion ratio and good market prices. However, sensitivity analyses of main important biological and economic variables showed that the economic viability of Mackerel offshore aquaculture production system would be highly vulnerable to production and market condition changes.

  • Considering the present development situation of domestic apartment complexes, the environment and its landscape is monotonous and dull, so the diversity is very important socially and visually. The ground floor dwellings can influence the richness and diversity of ground landscape in the apartment housing. Because they are set on the ground and directly contact with people's sight line. In this context, this study aims to identify the elements of design diversity in the ground floor dwellings, to analysis the architectural characteristics of them and to propose the improvement of diversity.
