워셔블 울과 노멀 울편성물의 구성특성에 따른 질감 및 감성이미지 (제2보) -구성특성에 따른 선호도를 중심으로- (Textures and Sensible Images on Structural Properties of Washable Wool and Normal Wool Knit Fabrics (Part II) -Focus on Preferences-)

  • This study examines the effect of structural properties of F/W wool knit fabrics for woman's knitwear on the preferences for textile designing through analyzing the relationship among the structural properties, mechanical properties, objective hand measurements, and preferences. The 'knit structure' was determined to be the most important parameter in rating preferences, apart from the 'preference for cardigans'. Consumers preferred washable wool to normal wool when comparing a normal wool knit with a washable wool knit on a 'knit structure' factor. Preferred structural properties showed a similar tendency 'preference for fabric' and the 'preference for cardigans', 'preference for sweaters' and 'preference for vests'. The 'sophisticated/feminine' factor showed a correlation with 'fabric preference' and the texture and sensible images had a similar effect on fabric preferences. In the relationship between objective hand measurements and fabric preferences, the KOSHI value had a negative coefficient and the THV value had a positive correlation with fabric preferences. In conclusion, we found a consumer preference for more flexible fabrics.

대두의 동결처리에 의한 두부의 텍스쳐 특성의 증진 (Improvement on Textural Properties of Soybean Curd by Freeze Denaturation of Soybeans)

  • 동결이 대두의 익힘속도를 촉진하고 맛을 증진시켰던 사실로부터, 동결이 대표적 대두가공품인 두부의 가공공정과 품질에 어떠한 영향을 이치는 지에 관하여 검토하였다. 동결 대두로 제조한 두부는 비동결 대두로 제조한 두부보다 견고성, 껌성, 씹힘성이 각각 3배 정도 높았으며, 응집성과 탄성은 비슷하였다. 관능특성에 있어서도 동결은 두부의 맛과 풍미를 증진시켰다. 또한 대두 곤죽의 가열시 간을 단축(5분${\longrightarrow}$-2.5분) 하였을 경우 비동결 대두로 제조한 두부는 텍스쳐 특성이 열약하였으나 동결 대두로 제조한 두부는 가열시간에 관계없이 우수하였다 대두의 동결은 두부제조시 대두단백질의 가열변성을 용이하게 해주며, 대두단백질간의 응집체 형성과 응집체의 $Ca^{++}$과의 가교형성을 촉진시키는 것으로 추정된다. 두부중의 조단백질 함량은 동결여부, 가열시간에 관계없이 거의 동일하였으나 지방질 함량은 동결구에서 낮았으며 수율에 있어서도 동결구에서 낮았다. 이와같이 동결구의 지방질 함량과 수율이 낮은 것은 동결구에서는 지방질이 whey중으로 보다 많이 유출되었기 때문인 것으로 여겨진다.

화강암의 풍화산물에 대한 기계적 풍화지수의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Indexes and Properties of Mechanical Weathering to Granite Distributed in Korea)

  • 풍화작용은 여러 영역에 의해 지배를 받고 있으며 지형형성작용 중 가장 기본이 된다. 우리나라와 같이 화강암류로 구성된 지역에서는 다른 암석류로 구성된 지역보다 풍화작용이 활발히 진행되어 풍화산물이 많이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 화강암 풍화산물이 형성된 영역과 기계적 풍화지수 및 특성을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 토화학적 풍화작용은 clayey gruss에서, 지화학적 풍화는 gruss에서, 쪼개짐작용은 풍화암석에서 강하게 작용하고 있었다. 기계적 풍화지수는 일반적으로 clayey gruss 계통은 5내외이고 gruss는 10내외 정도이었다. 그리고 입자붕괴는 풍화작용과 열수작용에 의해 형성되었으며, 세립질로 구성된 식토계통은 주로 열수영역을 많이 받았고 조립질로 구성된 사토계통은 풍화작용을 강하게 받았다.

Characteristics of Fertility of Cucumber Cultivated Soils at Controlled Horticulture in Chungnam Province

  • The management of soil chemical properties is very important to sustainable agriculture of many horticultural crops, including cucumber. This study was conducted to find the optimal soil properties of environmentally friendly agriculture in controlled horticulture. Soil chemical properties of 267 samples were collected from soil in Chungnam Province. The average of pH, EC, OM, available $P_2O_5$, exchangeable K, Ca, and Mg was 6.1, $5.38dS\;m^{-1}$, $34g\;kg^{-1}$, $1,321mg\;kg^{-1}$, $1.50cmol_c\;kg{-1}$, $10.3cmol_c\;kg{-1}$, and $3.4cmol_c\;kg{-1}$, respectively. The organic matter content in silty clay loam was significantly higher than in the other soil textures, whereas the pH, EC, exchangeable K, and Mg in loamy fine sand showed significantly lower among soil textures. The EC value and exchangeable Mg concentration were highest in mountain foot-slope soils. The frequency distribution within optimum range of soil chemical properties was 26.2%, 30.3%, 2.3%, 3.8%, 3.4%, and 6.7% for pH, OM, available $P_2O_5$, exchangeable K, Ca, and Mg, respectively. Especially, excessive portion of available $P_2O_5$ and exchangeable Ca were 94.0% and 94.4%, respectively. The EC value and organic matter content of soil samples were positive correlation with all chemical properties except soil pH. In principle component analysis of chemical properties in soil samples, the percentage of variance explained by PC 1 was 52.2%, while PC 2 explained 21.3% of the variance, for a cumulative total of 73.5%. In conclusion, these results are considered to improve soil nutrient management for sustainable controlled horticulture.

인발공정에 의해 강소성 가공된 AA1070선재의 미세조직 및 기계적 특성 (Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of an AA1070 Wire Severely Deformed by Drawing Process)

  • A commercial AA1070 alloy for electrical wire is severely deformed by drawing process in which a rod with an initial diameter of 9mm into is reduced to a wire of 2mm diameter. The drawn AA1070 wire is then annealed at various temperatures from 200 to 450 ℃ for 2h. Changes in microstructure, mechanical properties and electrical properties of the specimens with annealing temperature are investigated in detail. The specimen begins partially to recrystallize at 250 ℃; above 300 ℃ it is covered with equiaxed recrystallized grains over all regions. Fiber textures of {110}<111> and {112}<111> components are mainly developed, and {110}<001> texture is partially developed as well. The tensile strength tends to decrease with annealing temperature due to the occurrence of recovery or/and recrystallization. On the other hand, the elongation of the annealed wire increases with the annealing temperature, and reaches a maximum value of 33.3 % at 300 ℃. Electric conductivity of the specimens increases with annealing temperature, and reaches a maximum value of 62.6 %IACS after annealing at 450 ℃. These results are discussed in comparison with those for the other aluminum alloy.

메밀묵의 제조조건에 따른 텍스쳐 및 관능적 특성 변화 (Changes of Textural and Organoleptic Properties as Influenced by Preparation Conditions of Buckwheat Mook)

  • Response surface methodology (RSM) was used for optimizing preparation conditions and monitoring the quality of buckwheat mook prepared using buckwheat starch. The textures(hardness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness and gumminess) of buckwheat mook were decreased in inverse proportion to the increase of water content. the L and b values of Hunter color parameters in buckwheat mook were increased in proportion to the increase of water content. However, The a value of Hunter color parameters of buckwheat mook were decreased in inverse proportion to the increase of water content. Organoleptic properties(color, form, taste and mouth-feel) of buckwheat mook showed a maximum score in 700ml(water content), 14min(gelatinization time)

밭토양의 물리성(物理性)과 수분문제(水分問題) (Soil Physical Properties of Upland Soil in relation to Soil Moisture)

  • Analysis of data in the Official Soil Series Description showed the dominant texture of upland soils is SiL, of which available water range is 21.1% highest among textures. Analyses of data in the N, P, K Trials on Barley in 1964/65-1968/69, and N, P, K and Soil Improvement Trials on upland Crops in 1961-1969 were made to relate fertilizer response to the amount of rainfalls during the growing season. Correlation between nitrogen response and the amount of rainfalls was observed but not between P and K and the amount of rainfalls. Some of physical properties were discussed to seek feasible means for increasing available water.

Size-controlled Growth of Fe Nanoparticles in Gas Flow Sputtering Process

  • In grain oriented electrical steel process, hot band annealing has thought to be essential for obtaining good magnetic properties. New hot rolling method of heavy reduction in early hot rolling stage was applied to obtain good magnetic properties in GO process without hot band annealing. Hot rolling was carried out by varyinghot rolling reduction distribution along hot rolling pass. The heavy hot rolling reduction in rear stand improves the magnetic flux density in the case of no hot band annealing. The hot band specimens of the heavy reduction in front stand shows the elongated hot deformed microstructures in the center layer and strong {001}<110> texture.On the contrary, the heavily reduced specimens in rear stand shows the recrystallization in the center layer of hot band and strong {111}<112> and {110}<001> textures.

모델시스템에서 기름과 당이 분리대두단백 두부의 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Oil and Sugar on SPI-Tofu Characteristics Under Model System)

  • Effect of addition of oil , sucrose, dextrin and oil-sucrose (1 : 1 w/w) mixture on SPI tofu was investigated. The characteristics measured were yield , water holding capacity , textural and organoleptic properties. THe SPI tofufwas prepared by coagulation of soyprotein isolate (SP) suspensino by CaCl$_2$ , CaSo$_4$ an dGDL , followed by compression . Addition of oil to SPI increased the tofu yield and water holding capacity, particulary for those tofu coagulated by CaCl$_2$. Eventhough dextrin addition decreased the yield, it showed the most improving effect on water holding capacity. The tofu prepared by CaSO$_4$coagulant resulted highest in yield and water holding capacity. Hardness was found to be decreased as the oil, sucrose and dextrin added more and adhesiveness, cohesiveness and guminess were also affected. The sensory evaluation showed the SPI tofu prepared by CaSO$_4$ and 10% addition of oil and sucrose mixture to be realtively high in hardness , elasticity and uniformity of the texture.

밭작물 토양물리성 지표관련 인자의 상관분석 (Correlation between the Factors of Soil Physical Property in Upland Soil)

  • 경북지역내 밭토양 20지점을 선정하여 토양속별로 토양물리성의 주요 지표인 용적밀도와 토양경도에 대한 토양층위별 분포비율을 분석한 결과 밭토양의 표토의 용적밀도는 전체평균값인 1.2 Mg $m^{-3}$ 보다는 높게 분포되어 있었으며, 표토의 경도는 일반작물의 정상생육 범위인 20 mm 보다는 낮게 분포되어 있어, 정상생육에는 크게 지장은 없으나 토양물리성은 전반적으로 악화되어 있는것으로 나타났다. 이들 토양물리성 특성별 회귀식에 의한 용적밀도와 경도의 결정계수는 0.325로 용적밀도와 유기물함량의 결정계수 0.093보다는 높게 나타났으며, 이들 주요 물리성 지표와 토양유기물 함량과는 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 토양의 물리성은 작물의 생육과 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 이러한 물리성을 대표할 수 있는 인자는 용적밀도와 토양경도 등이었다. 용적밀도와 토양경도가 낮을수록 작물생육이 양호한 것으로 보고되어 있으며, 분석결과 이들 값, 특히 토양의 유기물 함량과 상관관계가 높은것으로 나타나 밭토양의 물리성 개선을 위해서는 토양의 유기물 함량을 높이는 방안이 강구되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
