토양 조건에 따른 농업용 트랙터의 견인 성능 분석 (Analysis of Traction Performance for Agricultural Tractor According to Soil Condition)

  • Traction performance of a tractor varies depending on soil conditions. Sinkage and slip of the driving wheel for tractor frequently occur in a reclaimed land. The objective of this study was to develop a tractor suitable for a reclaimed land. Traction performance was evaluated according to soil conditions of reclaimed land and paddy field. Field experiments were conducted at two test sites (Fields A: paddy field; and Field B: reclaimed land). The tractor load measurement system was composed of an axle rotation speed sensor, a torque meter, a six-component load cell, GPS, and a DAQ (Data Acquisition System). Soil properties including soil texture, water content, cone index, and electrical conductivity (EC) were measured. Referring to previous researches, the tractor traveling speed was set to B3 (7.05 km/h), which was frequently used in ridge plow tillage. Soil moisture contents were 33.2% and 48.6% in fields A and B, respectively. Cone index was 2.1 times higher in field A than in field B. When working in the reclaimed land, slip ratios were about 10.5% and 33.1% for fields A and B, respectively. The engine load was used almost 100% of all tractors under the two field conditions. Traction powers were 31.9 kW and 24.2 kW for fields A and B, respectively. Tractive efficiencies were 83.3% and 54.4% for fields A and B, respectively. As soil moisture increased by 16.4%, the tractive efficiency was lowered by about 28.9%. Traction performance of tractor was significantly different according to soil conditions of fields A and B. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the traction performance of tractor for smooth operations in all soil conditions including a reclaimed land by reflecting data of this study.

콩 원료에 따른 일반 두부의 품질 비교 (Quality Characteristics of Firm Tofu Made from Various Soybeans)

  • This study was conducted to compare the quality characteristics of firm tofu (coagulant calcium chloride, CaCl2 used) made from eight imported and four domestic soybeans selling in Korean markets. The 100-seed weight of soybeans imported from China and Seonpung cultivated in Korea was the highest at 33.23 g and 32.51 g, respectively. Soybeans imported from the USA (bulk type) showed the lowest at 16.12 g, followed by Ukraine at 16.94 g, and Brazil at 18.51 g. The range of protein and fat in the 12 soybeans was 37.08~41.36% and 18.35~22.17%, respectively. The isoflavone contents were the highest in Daepung2 cultivated in Korea at 3,764.10 ㎍/g and the lowest in soybeans imported from Brazil at 1,439.85 ㎍/g. Tofu yield among the samples was in the following order: Seonpung (235.2%), China (232.0%) Daepung2 (228.7%), Daechan (225.7%), and Brazil (208%). Tofu made with soybeans cultivated in Korea (including from China) showed a higher yield compared to that made from soybeans from seven other countries. In the analysis of the correlation of quality factors of tofu, the hardness of the tofu was correlated with 100-seed weight (r=0.676⁎) and protein content of the soybeans (r=0.837⁎⁎). Tofu yield was correlated with 100-seed weight (r=0.748⁎⁎) and protein content of the soybeans (r=0.583⁎).

  • 딥러닝의 발전으로 인하여 의미론적 분할 방법은 다양한 분야에서 연구되고 있다. 의료 영상 분석과 같이 정확성을 요구하는 분야에서 분할 정확도가 떨어지는 문제가 있다. 본 논문은 의미론적 분할 시 특징 손실을 최소화하기 위해 딥러닝 기반 분할 방법인 PSPNet을 개선하였다. 기존 딥러닝 기반의 분할 방법은 특징 추출 및 압축 과정에서 해상도가 낮아져 객체에 대한 특징 손실이 발생한다. 이러한 손실로 윤곽선이나 객체 내부 정보에 손실이 발생하여 객체 분류 시 정확도가 낮아지는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 의미론적 분할 모델인 PSPNet을 개선하였다. 기존 PSPNet에 제안하는 multi scale attention을 추가하여 객체의 특징 손실을 방지하였다. 기존 PPM 모듈에 attention 방법을 적용하여 특징 정제 과정을 수행하였다. 불필요한 특징 정보를 억제함으로써 윤곽선 및 질감 정보가 개선되었다. 제안하는 방법은 Cityscapes 데이터 셋으로 학습하였으며, 정량적 평가를 위해 분할 지표인 MIoU를 사용하였다. 실험을 통해 기존 PSPNet 대비 분할 정확도가 약 1.5% 향상되었다.

Comparison and analysis on sheep meat quality and flavor under pasture-based fattening contrast to intensive pasture-based feeding system

  • Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of 4-month intensive feeding on the meat quality, fatty acid profile, flavor, and growth performance of grazing Hulunbuir sheep (HBS). Methods: The HBS were selected 4-months after birth in a pasture rearing system as the experimental animals (n = 44, female, average body weight 23.8±2.2 kg) then divided equally into pasture-based grazing fattening (PAS) and concentrate-included intensive fattening (CON) groups for another 4-month finishing. When finished fattening, all animals were slaughtered to collect musculus longissimus dorsi subcutaneous adipose tissue and to investigate the influences on meat quality, fatty acid profile, flavor and growth performance. Results: The results showed lambs in CON group got significantly higher live weight, hot carcass weight, and dressing percentage. The CON group had significantly higher value of redness (a*), lightness (L*) and water holding capacity (p<0.05), significantly lower value of Warner-Bratzler shear force than the PAS group (p<0.05). The subcutaneous fat from CON group lambs demonstrated a significantly higher content of C18:1 and C18:2 (p<0.05), but lower C14:0 and C16:0, indicating an increased degree of unsaturated fatty acid. The content of 4-methyloctanoic acid, 4-ethyloctanoic acid and 4-methylnonanoic acid had increased 2 to 4 times, representing a more intense odor in the CON group. However, the values were still lower than most sheep breeds reported, indicating the indoor feeding system could not fundamentally deteriorate the excellent meat characteristic of HBS. Conclusion: It was evident that lambs in CON group exhibited a better meat production performance, improved in meat color, texture and healthier fatty acid profile through pasture-weaned concentrate included intensive fattening system, which offers a good alternative regimen for lamb finishing and has a wide prospection in the HBS meat industry.

  • It is necessary to prepare a stable production base in advance for a change in the global grain market, and it is required to prepare comprehensive countermeasures such as securing technical skills and cultivation technology. Therefore, Korea, which relies on imports of major grains other than rice, could be exposed to a food crisis at any time unless the self-sufficiency rate of grains is improved. In order to respond to this new food crisis, it is necessary to find ways to efficiently utilize rice fields to increase the domestic grain self-sufficiency rate. From this point of view, interest and demand for the generalization of farmland that can be used as paddy fields and returned to paddy fields are increasing, and related research is also being continuously performed. In order to select a multipurpose farmland project site, this study extracted farmland containing 10% or more purchased and stockpiled farmland through spatial analysis (buffer, dissolve, intersect, etc.), and finally presented areas subject to multipurpose farmland projects. The target site for the multipurpose farmland project was finally selected by integrating data onto a point-by-point basis so that the current status of farmland purchased and stockpiled, Farm Manager Registration Records, and the Korean Soil Information System data (drainage classes, surface soil texture, field-suitability classification, etc.) can be used in combination. There are 175 areas where the multipurpose farmland is possible. Incheon 2, Gyeongbuk 40, Gangwon 2, Chungbuk 7, Chungnam 48, Jeonbuk 34, Jeonnam 19, Gyeongbuk 15, Gyeongnam 8. Chungcheongnam-do has the most target site for the multipurpose farmland project, and Gangwon-do is the least. It is expected to contribute to new commercialization and business expansion by deriving business areas by identifying the scale of the farmland multipurpose farmland project using Farm Manger Registration Records and spatial data.

What is an Appropriate Promotion Strategy for Korean Wheat Consumption? - Find Out in the Sensory Evaluation of Rice Meal Versus Rice Containing Wheat Meal by Age Groups-

  • Wheat was brought to solve food scarcity with aid from the United States caused by the Korean War. The Korean government launched a campaign to encourage mixed rice and wheat meals due to shortage of rice production in the 1960s, Wheat consumption began in earnest. However, it is difficult to rebuild the domestic wheat production base devastated by the Korean War with the technology at the time. Thus, wheat was mainly consumed from imported in the past. Since then, as wheat consumption has increased due to westernization and diversification of dietary life, wheat became the second staple grain in Korea. In this situation, the government enacted the Wheat Industry Promotion Act to create a basis for sustainable production and consumption of wheat in Korea. This study sought to improve the self-sufficiency of domestic wheat by examining the possibility of using "Ariheuk", a variety of new Korean wheat, as a rice supplement in the same context as the govemment's policy. Wheat has been used as a raw material for the processed food, such as noodles and bread. However, we approached it by using whole wheat as a nutritional grain. Participants were recruited from the agri-food consumer panel conducted by Rural Development Administration. We set a final sample of 525 consumer panels based on the age of census household heads. The experiment was conducted in such a way that participants cooked and ate 100% rice meal and rice containing 20% whole wheat meal. Participants completed the sensory evaluation questionnaire with online. For this experiment, all participants were given same whole wheat product. The sensory evaluation questionnaire consisted of color, glossiness, stickiness, aroma, chewing, sweetness, nuttiness, chewiness, softness, bursting, flavor, texture and swallowability. The sensory evaluation results were analyzed by giving -3 points to +3 points. The former points were given to the response that 100% rice meal is very superior to the response that rice containing 20% whole wheat meal. The latter points were given vice versa. Zero point was given to the response that they are similar each other. As a result, rice with 20% whole wheat meal was better than 100% rice meal in terms of color, aroma, chewiness, bursting and flavor. In case of sweetness and glossiness, there didn't exist significantly different. On the other hands, 100% rice meal was better in terms of softness and swallowability. As a result of ANOVA by age groups, from 30s or younger to 60s or more, there was significant difference among the groups in terms of color, chewiness and bursting. As a result of post-hoc analysis with Duncan's multiple range test (p < 0.05), 50s were evaluated to be significantly superior in color, chewiness and bursting compared to other age groups. In conclusion, it is appropriate to use whole wheat as a supplement to rice in order to improve the self-sufficiency of domestic wheat. As a strategy to promote domestic wheat consumption, in case of Ariheuk, it is necessary to provide an experience through whole wheat tasting and to establish a marketing strategy segmented by age groups.

프로폴리스 추출물이 닭고기 패티의 품질 및 저장특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Propolis Extract on Quality and Storage Characteristics of Chicken Patty)

  • 국내에서 채집된 프로폴리스 추출물이 닭고기 분쇄육을 사용한 육제품에 나타내는 영향을 확인하기 위해 프로폴리스 추출물을 첨가하지 않은 닭고기 패티와 프로폴리스 추출물을 각각 0.1, 0.2, 0.4%를 첨가한 닭고기 패티의 육질 특성 및 저장성을 비교 분석하였다. 프로폴리스 추출물의 첨가 시 닭고기 패티의 지방과 회분이 증가했다. pH, 보수력, 가열감량, 조직특성에서 프로폴리스 추출물을 첨가한 처리구와 첨가하지 않은 처리구의 차이가 나타나지 않음으로 프로폴리스 추출물은 유화 안정성에 부정적인 영향을 주지 않았다. 관능평가 결과 프로폴리스 추출물 첨가량이 많아질수록 닭고기 패티의 전체 기호도가 떨어졌다. 프로폴리스 추출물을 첨가한 처리구와 첨가하지 않은 처리구의 육색과 TBARS 결과는 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, 저장일이 길어질수록 프로폴리스 추출물을 첨가한 처리구가 첨가하지 않은 처리구보다 pH, 총 미생물 수, 그리고 VBN 함량이 낮았다. 위 결과를 토대로 프로폴리스 추출물을 닭고기 패티에 첨가 시 유화 안정성을 해치지 않으며, 저장성을 향상시켰다. 이를 통해 프로폴리스 추출물이 닭고기 육제품에 첨가제로써 사용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 하지만, 프로폴리스의 독특한 풍미로 인해 관능적 특성이 저하될 수 있으니 사용량을 고려해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

효율적인 이미지 검색 시스템을 위한 자기 감독 딥해싱 모델의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Self-supervised Deephashing Models for Efficient Image Retrieval System)

  • 해싱 기반 이미지 검색에서는 조작된 이미지의 해시코드가 원본 이미지와 달라 동일한 이미지 검색이 어렵다. 본 논문은 이미지의 질감, 모양, 색상 등 특징 정보로부터 지각적 해시코드를 생성하는 자기 감독 기반 딥해싱 모델을 제안하고 평가한다. 비교 모델은 오토인코더 기반 변분 추론 모델들이며, 인코더는 완전 연결 계층, 합성곱 신경망과 트랜스포머 모듈 등으로 설계된다. 제안된 모델은 기하학적 패턴을 추출하고 이미지 내 위치 관계를 활용하는 SimAM 모듈을 포함하는 변형 추론 모델이다. SimAM은 뉴런과 주변 뉴런의 활성화 값을 이용한 에너지 함수를 통해 객체 또는 로컬 영역이 강조된 잠재 벡터를 학습할 수 있다. 제안 방법은 표현 학습 모델로 고차원 입력 이미지의 저차원 잠재 벡터를 생성할 수 있으며, 잠재 벡터는 구분 가능한 해시코드로 이진화 된다. CIFAR-10, ImageNet, NUS-WIDE 등 공개 데이터셋의 실험 결과로부터 제안 모델은 비교 모델보다 우수하며, 지도학습 기반 딥해싱 모델과 동등한 성능이 분석되었다.

Smooth versus Textured Tissue Expanders: Comparison of Outcomes and Complications in 536 Implants

  • Background Increasing concerns regarding the safety of textured surface implants have resulted in surgeons transitioning from textured tissue expanders (TEs) to smooth TEs. Given this change has only recently occurred, this study evaluated outcomes between smooth and textured TEs. Methods Women who underwent two-stage breast reconstruction using TEs from 2013 to 2022 were included. TE-specific variables, perioperative information, pain scores, and complications were collected. Chi-squared, t-test, and linear regression analyses were performed. Results A total of 320 patients received a total of 384 textured and 152 smooth TEs. Note that 216 patients received bilateral reconstruction. TEs were removed in 9 cases. No significant differences existed between groups regarding comorbidities. Smooth TEs had a higher proportion of prepectoral placement (p < 0.001). Smooth TEs had less fills (3±1 vs. 4±2, p < 0.001), shorter expansion periods (60±44 vs. 90±77 days, p < 0.001), smaller expander fill volumes (390±168 vs. 478±177 mL, p < 0.001), and shorter time to exchange (80±43 vs. 104±39 days, p < 0.001). Complication rates between textured and smooth TEs were comparable. Smooth TE had a greater proportion of TE replacements (p = 0.030). On regression analysis, pain scores were more closely associated with age (p = 0.018) and TE texture (p = 0.046). Additional procedures at time of TE exchange (p < 0.001) and textured TE (p = 0.017) led to longer operative times. Conclusion As many surgeons have transitioned away from textured implants, our study shows that smooth TEs have similar outcomes to the textured alternatives.

제주산 재래 마육의 등심부위와 볼기부위의 물리화학적 특성 (Physicochemical Properties of Loin and Rump in the Native Horse Meat from Jeju)

  • 본 연구는 제주산 재래 마육의 등심 부위 및 볼기 부위의 물리화학적 특성을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 시험에 사용한 마육의 등심과 볼기 부위의 일반 성분은 수분 함량 72.2 및 $73.8\%$, 조단백질 20.1 및 $21.2\%$, 조지방 2.42 및 $3.08\%$ 그리고 조회분 0.13 및 $0.14\%$의 결과를 각각 보였다. 아미노산에서는 glutamic acid가 가장 높게 나타났으며 등심 부위와 볼기 부위에서 각각 3,275 mg/100g과 3,572mg/100g 함량을 보였다. 무기질 함량에서는 K 함량이 388.0mg/100g으로 제일 높고, 그 다음으로 P>Na>Mg>Ca의 순이었다. 지방산 조성에서 oleic acid가 가장 높게 나타났으며 불포화 지방산 함량은 등심과 볼기 부위에서 각각 62.64와 $63.77\%$의 결과를 보였다 콜레스테롤 함량은 등심 및 볼기 부위에서 각각 43.25와 43.57mg/100g으로 나타나서 부위별로 차이를 보이지 않았다. pH를 측정한 결과, 등심과 볼기 부위에서 각각 5.60과 5.75의 결과를 보여, 부위에 따른 차이를 발견할 수 없었고 보수력은 볼기 부위가 등심보다 높았으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 조직감의 경우, springiness는 등심이 볼기보다 높았으나 다른 측정 항목에서는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 색깔의 경우, 볼기의 적색도가 등심보다 높았으며 관능 검사 결과, 색깔과 이취에서 부위에 따른 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 전체적인 기호도에서 등심이 볼기 부위보다 높은 경향을 보였으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 본 실험의 결과로서 제주산 재래 마육은 식육자원으로 훌륭한 가치가 있는 것으로 판단되었다.있음을 확인할 수 있었다.1(최고값=0.03)이였다. 마지막으로, 우리는 한반도 지역에 대해서 2001년 동안 총 36개로 구성된 정규화 지표반사도 값의 데이터베이스를 구축하였다.(p<0.05). T3와 T4는 T2에 비해 조섬유 및 조회분의 소화율이 증가하였다(p<0.05). 대조구는 T3와 T4에 비해 필수아미노산인 arginine, leucine, phenylalanine의 소화율이 높았으나(p<0.05), T3와 T4 처리구는 T2 처리구에 비해 필수아미노산 arginine, lysine 및 thereonine과 비필수아미노산 alanine의 소화율이 개선되었다(p<0.05). 이러한 결과들로부터 건조 잔반의 AO 배양조건 구명과 영양소 이용율 시험을 통해 FW사료의 품질이 기초사료에 비해 영양소 이용율이 낮고, AFW 사료가 AO에 의해 개선될 수 있음을 시사한다라서 이러한 수문자료 연산 프로그램(JydroDB Solution)은 수문자료의 신뢰도를 분석할 수 있을뿐만 아니라 IRWMS 내부의 여러 모형과 연동이 가능하도록 개발하였고 수자원 전문가에 의해 테이터베이스관리가 손쉽게 이루어지도록 구성하였다. 식양토 1.09, 식토 1.15로 평가되어 침투수에 비해 토성별 차이가 크게 나타났다. 이는 토성이 세립질일 수록 유거수의 저항이 작기 때문으로 생각된다. 경사에 따라서는 경사도가 증가할수록 증가하였으며 $10\% 경사일 때를 기준으로 $Ro(mm)=Ro_{10}{\times}0.797{\times}e^{-0.021s(\%)}$로 나타났다.천성 승모판 폐쇄 부전등을 초래하는 심각한 선천성 심질환이다. 그러나 진단 즉시 직접 좌관상동맥-대동맥 이식술로 수술적 교정을 해줌으로써 좋은 성적을 기대할 수 있음을 보여주었다.특히 교사들이 중요하게
