정보시스템 품질, 조직압력, 팀 풍토가 정보시스템 전유에 미치는 영향과 과업성과 (Effect of Information System Quality, Organizational Pressure, and Team Climate on the Appropriation of an Information System and Related Task Performance)

  • 최근 정보기술의 발달로, 군에서도 정보시스템의 활용이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 포병화력지원부대에서는 임무수행을 위한 정보시스템으로 전술사격지휘 시스템(BTCS-A1)을 활용하고 있다. 하지만, BTCS-A1이 각종 정보를 제공하고 사격지휘 절차를 자동화하여 사격시간을 단축하는 등 임무수행에 도움이 되는 정보시스템으로 인식되고는 있지만, 시스템이 제공하는 효과성이나 포병부대의 성공적인 임무수행을 위한 기여정도에는 여전히 논쟁의 여지가 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 적합구조화이론(Adaptive Structuration Theory)에 근거하여 BTCS-A1의 활용을 전유(Appropriation)로 개념화한 후, BTCS-A1의 전유가 포병 사격지휘팀 구성원의 과업성과(Task Performance)에 어떻게 영향을 주는지를 조사하였다. 또한, BTCS-A1의 전유에 영향을 주는 다양한 요인으로 기술적 특성(정보시스템 품질), 조직환경 요인(조직압력), 사격지휘팀의 내부 환경요인(팀 학습풍토, 팀 권한위임풍토)을 고려하여 연구가설과 모형을 제시하였다. 설문분석 결과, 조직압력, 팀 학습풍토, 팀 권한위임풍토가 정보시스템의 전유를 촉진하였으며 정보시스템의 전유는 과업성과를 개선한다는 결과를 얻었다. 반면 정보시스템품질은 정보시스템의 전유에 유의미한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 BTCS-A1을 사용하는 포병부대가 정보시스템의 활용을 통하여 과업성과를 향상하기 위해서는 정보시스템의 제공과 사용의 강조뿐만 아니라 시스템 활용을 위한 상급자의 관심과 제도적 장치의 지속적인 고려가 필요하고, 팀 학습풍토와 권한위임풍토의 여건을 마련해주는 조치가 중요하다는 시사점을 발견하였다.

Suggestion and Application of Emergency Simulation Educatin using Real-time Video Observation for Inactive Nurses

  • This study is a pilot study to confirm the effectiveness of training after applying emergency simulation training for inactive nurses and to present a new model of simulation training operation method. In this study, the control group is a group that directly participates in the simulation activity, and the experimental group is the group that observes the control group's simulation activity. Experimental group and control group were matched 1:1 to experience all the roles of the resuscitation team. The study participants were 5 inactive nurses in the experimental group and 5 inactive nurses in the control group, and the total training time was 5 hours. The emergency simulation operation composition consists of theory education, skill education, and simulation. The interview was conducted. The educational satisfaction of the participants was 4.65 points for theory education and 4.70 points for practical education based on 5 points. Participants' performance confidence improved from 3.60 points before operation to 7.20 points after operation. Emergency simulation operation consisted of pre-test, theory education, skill education, simulation implementation, debriefing, and post-test. Participants expressed that the choice of group greatly reduced the burden and anxiety about performing the role of the resuscitation team. However, difficulties and inexperience in the operation of the defibrillator were reported in the experimental group. The control group reported that the simulation activity of the experimental group was not significantly different from theirs. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that emergency simulation education not only reduced the burden and anxiety of inactive nurses, but also had an effect of education. Based on the research results, it is proposed to expand the participants and verify the effectiveness of education through specific variables such as learning commitment, learner confidence, simulation satisfaction, and team effectiveness.

치과위생사 역할중심의 문제중심학습 패키지 개발 (Development of PBL Package - focusing on dental hygienist roles -)

  • The purpose of this study was to introduce PBL to dental hygienist education in an effort to raise a question about the inauthentic and inappropriate curriculum. PBL is one of learning methods to enhance the problem-solving ability of learners, and it's attempted to develop a PBL package focusing on dental hygienist roles to lay the foundation for producing competent and expert dental hygienists with a good problem- solving ability. The literature concerned was reviewed from November 2002 through January 2003 to determine whether or not PBL was applicable to dental-hygienist course, and that turned out to be effective for dental hygienist education. And then a PBL package was developed to train students to be knowledgeable and have a knowhow and excellent problem-solving skills. The characteristics of the PBL package could be described as follows: First, that focused on dental hygienist roles to serve the purpose of this study to remedy the current unrealistic and improper curriculum and improve the problem-solving skills of learners. Second, time factor was taken into account. In this four-week course for two credits, there are four classes a week, and it's required to take six or eight weeks to apply the PBL package, which is expected to demotivate students. Therefore, it's planned to conduct more weekly classes to make a proper progress. Third, a wide variety of teaching aids were put to use, and learner would be encouraged to be more interactive and utilize teaching aids properly, and eventually, they could have an opportunity to better express themselves. Fourth, online real-time learner discussion would be attended by this researcher. Learners would have a discussion in real time in the Internet cafe chat room, and different discussion time would be allocated to each team. This researcher would take part in each team's discussion once or more. Fifth, learners would prepare one or more journal(s) about four-hour Internet cafe learning. They have to make it twice a week at least, and it would be a good opportunity for learners to look back on themselves and their teams, and their learning effect would be greater. Specific rules were presented to help them make a successful self-examination. Sixth, there are some spaces in the lower part of objective test sheets to have students describe why they make a particular answer choice. They would be asked to depict the reason of their prior evaluation and lecture assessment especially because their responses would be important for more successful discussion and feedback. Seventh, problem-solving approach was designed to attain learning objectives, stimulate the creative thinking of learners and help them share a more systematic discussion. That would serve as a secondhand guide not to make them digress when they discuss by using information they acquire from a scenario presented in class.

시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력, 메타인지, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Simulation-based Program on Self-Directed Learning Ability, Metacognition and Clinical Competence in a Nursing Student)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 시뮬레이션 교육이 자기주도 학습능력, 메타인지, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 시뮬레이션 교육은 청주시 소재 대학교 간호학과 4학년 88명을 대상으로 팀별 사전토의, 팀 시뮬레이션, 디브리핑으로 구성되어 12주간 운영되었다. 사전 자료 수집은 2014년 10월 8일에, 사후 자료 수집은 12주간 시뮬레이션 교육이 종료된 후 2014년 12월 8일에 수행되었다. 연구결과, 시뮬레이션 교육 후 자기주도 학습능력(t=4.270, p<.001), 메타인지(t=4.435, p<.001)는 교육 전보다 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하였고, 임상수행능력은 교육 전보다 상승하긴 하였으나 통계적으로 유의하진 않았다. 그러므로, 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력, 메타인지, 임상수행능력 향상을 위해 보다 체계적인 시뮬레이션 교육과정의 개발 및 운영이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

학습성과를 기반으로 한 기초간호학 교과목의 강의계획서 개발: 인체 구조와 기능, 병원미생물학, 병태생리학, 약물의 기전과 효과 (Development of Syllabuses for Biological Nursing Science Subjects based on Learning Outcomes: Structure and Function of Human Body, Pathogenic Microbiology, Pathophysiology, and Mechanisms and Effects of Drugs)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop syllabuses of basic nursing science subjects (Structure and Function of Human Body, Pathogenic Microbiology, Pathophysiology, and Mechanisms and Effects of Drug) based on learning outcomes. Methods: We developed a 3-phase plan to develop the syllabuses. In the first phase, The Korean Society of Biological Nursing Science (KSBNS) held a workshop in May, 2013 in which professors who are in charge of basic nursing science subjects shared opinions about learning outcomes. As a result, initial prototype syllabuses came out. In the second phase, revised syllabuses based on learning outcomes were presented and discussed in the conference held by KSBNS in November, 2013. In the last phase, a research team who taught basic nursing science subjects finalized the syllabuses during the meetings. Results: Syllabuses of 4 basic nursing science subjects were developed. Conclusion: These syllabuses of 4 subjects need to be disseminated throughout nursing colleges. Further revision needs to be made according to the circumstances and context of each school.

한국 벤처기업의 해외진출성과 영향요인에 관한 연구 - 해외지식학습을 중심으로 - (A Study on Factors influenced on International Performance of Korean Ventures - The Importance of Foreign Knowledge Learning -)

  • 본 연구는 해외진출 중소벤처기업의 기업 내외부적 요인이 해외지식학습과 해외진출성과에 미치는 영향에 대하여 이론적 모형을 도출하고 실증적인 연구결과를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 토대로 연구모형을 설정한 후 222개의 벤처기업을 분석대상으로 하여 공변량 구조모형을 통한 가설검증을 시도하였다. 실증분석 결과, 경영자의 해외경험과 기업가정신, 기술혁신성, 해외네트워크 활용이 해외진출성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치며, 경영자의 해외경험과 해외네트워크 활용은 해외지식학습에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 해외지식학습은 중소벤처기업의 기업 내외부적 요인과 해외진출성과간에 유의한 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 기업 내외부적 요인을 적극 활용하여 해외지식학습을 증가시켜 해외진출을 수행하는 중소벤처기업들은 자원제약을 극복하고 높은 해외진출성과를 달성할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공해 준다.

온라인 PBL이 학습자의 4C 역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study about the Effects of Online PBL on Students' 4C Competencies)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 온라인 PBL(Problem Based Learning)이 학습자의 4C 역량과 학습 경험에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 온라인 PBL이 학습자의 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력, 예비교사효능감에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자들은 온라인 PBL 경험에 매우 만족했으며, 학습과 예비교사로서의 자신에게 매우 도움이 된다고 인식했다. 셋째, 학습자들은 실시간 화상회의 시스템과 메신저가 온라인 PBL을 성공적으로 수행하는 데 매우 도움이 된다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 온라인 PBL을 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 중요요인에 대해 본 연구 참여자들은 의사소통과 성실성이 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고, 리더의 역할도 중요하지만 팀원 간의 개인적 친밀도는 상대적으로 덜 중요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 다섯째, 학습자들은 온라인 PBL을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 교수자의 피드백이 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점과 함께 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

동작 기반의 훈련콘텐츠 : "3D 우주탐험" 개발사례 (Development of Motion based Training Contents: "3D Space Exploration" Case Study)

  • 기존의 학습자에게 제공되는 교육용 콘텐츠의 대부분이 2D 기반의 단방향 교육으로 효과가 현저히 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 상호 인터랙션을 적용한 3D 우주탐험을 개발함으로써 학습 몰입도를 높이고 교육효과를 극대화하였다. 제안한 방법은 과학 학습 특성상 기존 2D 개발 기술로는 개념화 및 실체적 접근이 어려운 학습영역을 3D 객체로 제작하였고 이를 학습자가 직접 접근할 수 있도록 동작인식 센서를 이용한 체감형 인터페이스 기술을 연구하여 콘텐츠에 적용하였다. 본 논문의 결과로 학습자는 '3D 우주탐험' 교육용 콘텐츠를 직접 체험함으로써 학생들이 실제 현장에서 수업을 받는 것과 같은 몰입교육에 큰 효과가 있을 것으로 예상된다.

시뮬레이션 기반 교육이 간호학생의 심폐간호응급지식, 비판적 사고 및 문제해결력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Simulation-based education on Cardiopulmonary Emergency Care Knowledge, Critical Thinking and Problem solving ability in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of simulation-based education regarding care in a cardio-pulmonary emergency care as related to knowledge, critical thinking, and problem solving ability in nursing students. The study was conducted with a nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design. Seventy four participants were assigned to either the experimental group(34) or control group(40). The simulation-based cardio-pulmonary emergency care education included lecture, team-based practice, and debriefing, and it was implemented with the experimental group for a week from September 1 to December 11, 2015. Data were analyzed using chi-square, t-test and ANCOVA by using SPSS 21.0 program. The experimental group who had the simulation-based education showed significantly higher knowledge(F=24.930, p<.001), and critical thinking(F=5.951, p<.05) for cardio-pulmonary emergency care compared with the control group who had traditional education. However, there were no significant differences in problem solving ability(F=3.327, p>.072). The results indicate that a simulation-based education is an effective teaching method to improve knowledge and critical thinking in nursing students learning cardio-pulmonary emergency care. Further study is needed to identify the effect of a simulation-based team positive education program of nursing students.

응급환자의 수술 후 관리를 위한 시뮬레이션기반 교육프로그램의 효과 (Effect of a simulation-based program for post-operative care of emergency patients)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to confirm the effects of a simulation-based program on knowledge and clinical performance in the post-operative management of emergency patients. Methods: This was a pre- and post-research design with a nonequivalent control group and randomly sampled 29 experimental and control groups, respectively from nursing department juniors for 4 weeks from September of 2014. The experimental group received lectures, team study, team simulation, and debriefing in post-operative management of simulation-based emergency patients and control group conducted in the traditional lecture-type setting. Educational learning effects were measured by using the knowledge and clinical performance measurement tools of 15 and 20 items, respectively. Data were analyzed by using the SPSS program, including frequency, ratio, and results from the Chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, t-test. Results: Our research results indicate that, the experimental group showed significantly higher knowledge and clinical performance score compared with the control group. Conclusion: We confirmed that education on post-operative management of simulation-based emergency patients was an effective educational method to improve the knowledge and clinical performance of nursing students.
