The article analyzes and shows the rapid development information and telecommunication technologies, and their capabilities are becoming unprecedented for human development, effective solutions to many professional problems. The analysis of information and communication technologies of education used in higher educational institutions of Ukraine confirmed that for the effective use of special teaching methods, as well as software and technical teaching aids, it is necessary to have a trained teaching staff and students.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' professionalism and teaching efficacy on their teacher-child interaction. A total of 761 early childhood teachers working at childcare centers and kindergartens in South Korea were selected as the participants for the study. The study variables were measured using survey questionnaires. Pearson's correlation analyses and regression analyses along with Sobel test were conducted. The results demonstrated that early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy had a significant mediation effect on the relationship between their professionalism and teacher-child interaction. The results suggest the need to support early childhood teachers' recognition and development of professionalism as well as teaching efficacy that result in positive teacher-child interaction.

This study is quasi-experimental study of nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design which applied simulation nursing education programs by standardized patient instructor to look into the effect on the Teaching Effectiveness and Clinical Nursing Performance of nursing students. There was a significant difference between two groups in the Teaching Effectiveness of the nursing students(t= 3.68, p<0.001). There was a no significant difference between two groups in the Clinical Nursing Performance of the nursing students.(t = 1.724, p = 0.089). The simulation nursing education by standardized patient instructor program can help then relieve the Teaching Efficacy of the nursing students. In addition, it is required to develop an appropriate simulation nursing education by standardized patient instructor program considering level and experience of nursing students.

Purpose of the study To study the effects of teaching chamber music courses on the mental health of college students in music schools. The key to the results is as follows. There was a significant difference in the total level of mental health between the experimental and control classes after the experiment. The total level of mental health of male and female college students in the experimental class had significant differences after the experiment, respectively. There was no significant difference in the ten factors of scl-90 in the control class before and after the experiment, while there was a significant difference. in the ten factors of scl-90 in the experimental class before and after the experiment. The experimental teaching of chamber music courses improves the mental health level of female college students better than male college students. We have come to understand Teaching chamber music courses can significantly improve the mental health of college students in music schools.

In non-face-to-face teaching-learning, a survey was conducted on 55 students in the department of chemistry education at university A on the variables (behavioral control, instructor-learner interaction, cognitive learning) affecting learning satisfaction and academic achievement. There were relatively large positive correlations between variables. The positive correlation between them was found to be the factors that influenced learning satisfaction and academic achievement in non-face-to-face teaching-learning. The average values of non-face-to-face teaching-learning for each variable were lower than the corresponding values of face-to-face teaching-learning, respectively. As a result of the perception survey on the detailed factors of each variable, negative responses were relatively high in factors such as 'concentration of behavior' in behavioral control, 'level-considered explanation' in instructor-learner interaction, and 'knowledge understanding' in cognitive learning.

As the first class Teaching Artists system is about to be brought to effect, the ability required for Teaching Artists to design educational contents, develop and manage education programs is not much different from that of a museum Educator. This system is necessary for resolving problems in existing Arts and Culture Education, such as overlapping programs and adjusting difficulty levels by age to meet the demand of educatee. It also deals with drawbacks in production-oriented curriculum originating from the preference in some subject. In addition, as progress in science and technology makes rapid changes in digital media and its subculture, increasing need for novel and interdisciplinary curriculum in the field of Arts and Culture Education puts further emphasis on the importance of this system. In this study, we focus on clarifying the significance of Educator as a professional and proposing curriculum for the system, trying to avoid restricting our discussion to current Arts Instructor Supporting Project which are merely aimed at supporting children and adolescents to grow up to enjoy culture and arts. Capacity for designing curriculum for culture and arts, the kernel of qualification for the first class Teaching Artists, requires a variety of comprehensive expertise and qualification such as doing preliminary research on contents related to animation, curating, determining potential of educational contents, organizing educational contents for appropriate educatee, understanding esthetic property and its role in education, and appreciating and enjoying cultural contents. Therefore, Teaching Artists plays roles not only in developing and running educational programs but also in supporting and cooperating with culture and arts institutions, designing and managing creative programs, combining and communicating with different social groups, and emphasizing mutual interchange in culture.

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of motivation of choosing the teaching profession, teaching personality, grit on flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. The study was conducted with 112 pre-service early childhood teachers of a university in City H, Gyeonggi Province. Using multiple regression analysis, the study found that the motivation of choosing the teaching profession, teaching personality, and grit of pre-service early childhood teachers all had significant effects on flourishing. Among these variables, teaching personality had a relatively stronger impact compared to the other two variables. Furthermore, examining the impact of sub-factors of the motivation of choosing the teaching profession, teaching personality, and grit on flourishing revealed that active and passive motives for teaching, general personality, and consistent effort influenced the flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. This study provides foundational data for the development of programs aimed at enhancing the flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers and suggests further research on the design and verification of a program to promote flourishing through the improvement of motivation of choosing the teaching profession, teaching personality, grit of pre-service early childhood teachers.

This study was conducted to investigate students' perception of the integration of Chinese ethnic minority culture into the college EFL teaching which was carried out in the fall and spring semesters with different presentation topics. One and the same questionnaire was distributed to 61 participants, involving Han Chinese and Chinese ethnic minority students, at a university in ethnic minority area in China at the end of each semester, and SPSS 20.0 was used for t-test to analyze the data. The research results showed that Chinese undergraduates have got more significant improvements in cultural cognition, emotions, attitudes, and multi-cultural values in the spring semester than those in the fall semester. All participants benefit a lot from multi-cultural activities without significant differences between Han Chinese and ethnic minority students in both semesters. It is suggested that ethnic minority culture be integrated into the college EFL teaching, along with English culture and Chinese mainstream culture, which be administered as a practical teaching mode to develop students' intercultural competence.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy and teaching flow on their teacher-child interactions. The subjects were 386 early childhood teachers in Metropolitan area, South Korea. Subjects' teaching efficacy, teaching flow, and teacher-child interactions were measured using the self-reporting questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analyses, and the analyses of multiple regression using SPSS 21.0. As results, early childhood teachers' teaching efficacy and teaching flow had significantly positive correlations with their teacher-child interactions. In addition, teaching efficacy and teaching flow had significantly positive effect on their teacher-child interactions.
