본 증례보고에서는 과로 후 공황장애가 온 44세 남성 환자를 상한론 변병진단체계(傷寒論 辨病診斷體系)에 입각하여 태양병(太陽病)으로 진단하고 15조문의 계지탕(桂枝湯)을 약 6개월 동안 투여한 결과 주소증인 심계항진, 가슴답답함, 기역(氣逆), 호흡곤란을 포함한 제반 증상들이 호전되는 치료적 효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

2단 행거는 공간 활용도가 높고 설치가 쉬운 장점으로 인해 많은 가정에서 사용되고 있지만 사용 시 높이 조절이 불가능해 사용자가 상단봉에 걸려있는 옷을 내리기에 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 2단 행거의 기능 및 장점은 유지하면서 사용자가 의류를 손쉽게 걸거나 꺼낼 수 있는 새로운 형태의 2단 행거 형상을 제안한다. 한 번의 동작으로 상단봉이 사용에 편리한 높이까지 내려올 수 있도록 적절한 링크기구를 설계하였으며 높이 조절 시 상/하단 의류가 겹치지 않도록 상/하단봉의 움직임을 입체형으로 구현하였다. 또한 상단봉이 내려올 때 행거가 넘어지지 않으면서 사용 후 고정이 해제되어 원래의 높이로 올라갈 수 있는 적절한 링크 길이와 조인트 위치 및 구속 조건을 선정하였으며 사용자의 안전을 위해 가스 스프링을 추가하여 하강 및 상승 속도를 조절하였다. 높이 조절시 옷의 하중을 지탱할 수 있도록 FEA 해석을 통해 개선 형상에 대한 안정성을 검증하였으며 실제 제작을 통해 입체형 높이 조절 행거의 작동 여부를 확인하였다.

The influence of normal stress perpendicular to the potential shear plane was always neglected in existing researches, which may lead to a serious deviation of the shear strength of concrete members in practice designs and numerical analyses. In this study, a series of experimental studies are carried out in this paper, which serves to investigate the shear behavior of concrete under compression shear loading. Based on the test results, a three-phase shear failure model for cohesive elements are developed, which is able to take into consideration the influence of normal stress on the shear strength of concrete. To identify the accuracy and applicability of the proposed model, numerical models of a double-noted concrete plate are developed and compared with experimental results. Results show that the proposed constitutive model is able to take into consideration the influence of normal stress on the shear strength of concrete materials, and is effective and accurate for describing the complex fracture of concrete, especially the failure modes under compression shear loadings.

This paper describes a method for steady state hot gas flow analysis considering nozzle ablation for the nozzle of $SF_6$ gas circuit breaker. In order to take account of the effect of ablated nozzle material on the hot gas flow. the PTFE mass concentration equation is added to the established equations for hot gas flow analysis. The steady state simulations were carried out under the condition of DC current flows and the results are presented.

Diode laser absorption system is advantageous of their non-invasive nature, fast response time, high sensitivity and real-time measurement capability. Furthermore, recent advances in room-temperature, near-IR and visible diode laser sources for telecommunication, optical data storage applications are enabling combustion diagnostics system based on diode laser absorption spectroscopy. So, combined with fiber-optics and high sensitive detection strategies, compact and portable sensor system are now appearing for a variety of applications. The objective of this research is to take advantage of distributed feed-back diode laser and develope new gas sensing system. It experimentally found out that the wavelength, power characteristics as a function of injection current and temperature. In addition to direct absorption and wavelength modulation spectroscopy have been demonstrated in these experiments and have a bright prospect to this diode laser system.

This paper analyzes Korean residential tenure choice for house which is the most important in Korean households' assets. Data used in the analysis is the data of Korean Labor and Income Panel Study for the period from 1998 to 2006 and with 2341 households. In this paper, a household chooses a housing tenure mode, either by renting or by owing house. We use a mixed-logit panel model as an estimation model to take into consideration household's heteroscedasticity of preference in tenure choice. It turns out that the heteroscedasticity is significant in households' tenure choice behavior, implying that Korean housing policy emphasizing supply side should consider the demand side.

The transformer inrush current can cause a voltage drop by source impedance. This current can impact sensitive loads by the voltage drop. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to limit this inrush current. This study, described in this paper, analyzes the power quality affected by transformer inrush current using the X power system in Korea. The Electromagnetic Transients Program(EMTP) is used to analyze the transient phenomenon. We discuss a method to model the hysteresis curve of the transformer in EMTP. We carried out various simulations to analyze the power quality during transformer energization. The analysis results of voltage drop by the inrush current occurrence when certain requirements are met are presented.

As of date, the cadastral information which is the utility to be computerized have not been identical with local autonomous entities and relational groups each other and updated real-time, therefore the relation group or the academic circles carried out in many researches on a cadastral map matching, but the cadastral maps have not been even occurred the expansion and contraction so that the theory arrangement doesn't seem simple as to a cadastral map matching. As being take such reality into consideration, We have to be based on $\boxDr$construction ministry of the rules for continuous map$\boxUl$ for a continuous cadastral map with using PBLIS data; so the operators use Autodesk Map 5 which added applications and match the neat line by the identical scale, the different scale, the district boundary and the origin according to the judgement myself We have the purpose to minimize the problem as analyzing the accuracy between the parcel coordinates If the matched map and ones of moved map.

The self-image of the adolescence which the reality helps to develope character formation mental health and adaptability. The purpose of this study is to find out how the self-awareness and self-image of the adolescence could be changed through the sociodrama in which their inner aspects such as dream imagination mental state etc. may be expressed extempore. The sociodrama has been performed 14 times by 6 volunteer students from June 13 to Dec. 20 1994 They also had interviews and answered questinnaires. The result shows that the drama is helpful for the experimental group in such a way to establish the self-image to take the opportunity to introspect themselves and to be aware of their own problems.

In Korea, the elderly support has been accomplished by the families in the extended family system with the influence of the transmigration and the confucianism thought. But in Korea the drastic changes of society such as, the growth of the elderly pollution, the urbanization, the decrease of the birth rate, the increase of the working women, the growth of the nuclear families, etc., make the family difficult to take care of the elderly. Therefore, some people insist on the construction of the elderly home as the way to solve the elderly problems and some of corporations including profit-organizations are ready to participate the construction of the elderly home. They force the change of the current social security law because it is impossible to carry out the plans uncer the law. At this point, the conditions of the elderly home in Japan which is geographically close to Korea and has facillicated the elderly home business were examined at the consumer perspectives. The purpose of this study were to consider the possible problems in the elderly home and to prevent from happening another elderly problems in the future.
