현행소방시설설치기준의 분석과 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis and Improvement of Current Fire Protection Standard for Buildings)

  • Fire Protection System is facilities that Control the fire by mechanic means. Buildings Over a Certain Scale is required this system. As the small from the fire extinguisher as the large to the sprinkler system of automatic fire extinguishing equipment the kinds are various. With the development of architecture technique while modern higher buildings are increased. As fire is a first product that human make, it performed many profits and services for our mankind. Sometimes as it is profitable fire or harmful fire, it takes charge of human's life culture. Therefore fire protection system is facilities that control the ]after fire by mechanic means Building over a certain scale is required this system. As the small from the fire extinguisher as the large to the sprinkler system of automatic fire extinguishing equipment, the kinds are various. With the development of architecture technique while modern Higher buildings are increased high level and fire prevent facilities aren't reached to that level. The object of this study is present the problem which appear from the analysis of place standard for fire protection facility. This study described as a following order. First. We are going to look history of the fire protection system and change course of that with the year and facility. Second, We say the frame system and special nature of the foreign fire prevent Act. Third. We understand the control reality of fire protection system. Fourth. We took out the merit of foreign fire prevent law and the problem of our current domestic system. The placing standard of proper fire protection facilities that be presented from this study are followed next. 1) We have reinforce sprinkler system placing standard for the fire extinguishing and check the spread of fire. 2) We must to be ruled the standard for keeping fire prevention system that are received reality and people's idea. 3) We should prepare lawful basis which can be place fire prevention center. 4) We have to correct the standard of use about complex building without mainuse and we take increase the real effectiveness of this. 5) We ought to match the use of current fire prevention act and the use of architecture law.

AEIC 프로그램을 사용한 국내 공항 항공 온실가스 배출량 산정 (Emission Estimation for Airports in Korea Using AEIC Program)

  • 항공기 배기가스가 지구의 현재와 미래의 기후에 미치는 잠재적 영향력은 항공산업계가 당면하고 있는 매우 중요한 환경 이슈 중 하나이다. 온실가스 배출의 잠재적 악영향에 대한 우려가 증가함에 따라 기후에 관한 항공기의 영향을 완화하는 수단 중 하나로 항공기 배기가스를 산정하고 예측할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항공기 배기가스의 산출과 저감효과 분석을 통한 항공기 온실가스 배출량을 최소화하여 미래 기후변화와 에너지 고갈에 대비하는 것을 연구목표로 한다. 우선 민간 항공 교통 스케줄을 보유한 OAG 데이터를 사용하여 우리나라 공항에 대한 항공 비행 일정을 확보하였다. 이후 미국 MIT 대학 항공 환경 실험실에서 개발한 AEIC 소프트웨어를 사용하여 2005년 한해 동안 우리나라 모든 공항에서의 3,000 ft 이하의 고도에서 이륙, 상승, 접근, 착륙단계를 포함하는 LTO 운항 시와 3,000 ft 이상의 고도에서 상승, 순항, 하강단계를 포함하는 non-LTO 운항 시의 연료소모량과 온실가스 배출량을 계산하여 결과 데이터를 각 조건별로 비교분석하였다.

  • 인터넷의 발달은 통신 기술에 커다란 변화를 요구하고 있다. 특히 공중전화망(PSTN: Public Switched Telephone Network)은 장기적으로 인터넷으로 흡수 통합되고, 현재는 이들간의 연동이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이처럼 인터넷에서의 전화 서비스는 인터넷 응용 서비스 중 가장 활용 가치가 높고, 기대를 모으고 있는 서비스이다. 그러나 높은 기대와 적은 서비스 이용료에도 불구하고 인터넷 전화 서비스의 보급이 부진한 이유는 낮은 서비스 품질에 있다. 지금까지 VoIP(Voice over IP) 서비스 품질 평가를 위해 송수신되는 음성에 기반 한 다수의 통화 품질 측정 알고리즘들이 사용되어 왔지만, 이러한 알고리즘들은 음성 샘플에 따라 그 결과가 다르고, 일부 알고리즘은 음성 전송 경로의 네트워크 환경 요소를 반영하지 못하는 단점이 있다. E-모델은 이러한 알고리즘들의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 VoIP 단말의 통화 품질은 물론, 음성 전송 경로의 네트워크 품질 손실 요소들을 체계적으로 분석할 수 있는 E-모델의 다양한 분석을 통해 인터넷 전화 사업자나 망 운용자의 VoIP 계획(planing)에 대한 가이드라인과 통화 품질 평가 방법 및 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

한국 돌봄노동의 실태와 임금불이익 (An Empirical Analysis Of The Care Work in Korea)

  • 경제적, 사회적, 인구학적 변화에 따라 전세계적으로 돌봄노동의 규모와 중요성은 상당히 커졌다. 그에 따라 한국을 포함한 많은 나라들에서 돌봄노동자는 노동력을 구성하는 의미있는 부분으로 자리잡게 되었다. 그러나 여전히 돌봄노동은 다른 노동에 비해 임금수준이 낮고 열악한 노동으로 평가되고 있다. 이 연구는 한국 돌봄노동의 실태를 조망하고, 성향점수매칭법을 통해 임금불이익을 실증적으로 추정하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 돌봄노동에 대한 실태분석을 통해 돌봄직업이 학력, 연령, 근속기간과 관련하여 위계화되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 성향점수 매칭법을 활용하여 돌봄노동의 임금불이익을 추정한 결과, 돌봄직업 근로자는 다른 직업 근로자보다 시간당 임금수준이 9.2% 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 돌봄노동조건의 열악함과 임금불이익은 사회서비스 확대와 관련하여 우선적으로 해결해야할 과제이다. 적절한 보상체계 없는 돌봄노동의 안정적 재생산은 어려우며, 사회서비스의 원활한 공급과 적절한 질 유지 또한 불가능하기 때문이다.

  • According to the use of electric power increases, the fire which ignited by electrical causes increases too. In this thesis electrical fires which occurs in the country for the past ten years are analyzed and developed the technology to identify the electrical fire. The focus of study is method to identify the electrical fires. The causes of electrical fire, it is analyzed a short-circuit and a over current, which take the highest ratio compare with other causes. The rationalization of identification, an electrical operating status is continuous monitored and the status can be accessed, black-box for identification electrical fires. The results of the study are the causes of electrical fire are found out logically, and the developed black-box for identification fires.

작업환경측정 제도 운영 실태에 관한 고찰 (Assessment on Work Environment Monitoring Program in Korea)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate work environment monitoring program(WMP) under Industrial Safety and Health Act in Korea. WMP was evaluated by focusing on five key elements, such as purpose, subject, scope, method and workers' participation. The operation status of WMP was evaluated by using questionnaire to workers and data published by Ministry of Labor(MOL). Compliance rate of WMP was less 13 % in manufacturing workplaces. Over-exposure rate was steady state by annual trend. The degree of workers' satisfaction to WMP was just 24 %. A critical problem with the current WMP is that the employer and workers are not acting as main players. For a fundamental improvement in working condition to take place, participation of workers should be expanded and be guaranteed by law.

  • This study used a slightly modified version of contingent valuation questionnaire designed and developed by Krupnick et al.(2000) to estimate the value of mortality risk reduction for environmental policy. Because that environmental policy, especially air pollution policy with some latency main effect on mortality risk reduction of old people with some latency period, respondents were asked about their current WTP for 5/1,000 mortality risk reduction being to take place beginning at 70 over the course of ten years. The annual mean WTP is 233,370 won (standard error 32,570 won) in spike/continuous/interval data model. The implied VSL is 466 million won. The 95% confidence interval is 339 million won~594 million won.

  • Even though we have greater chances to accomplish successful collaborative design by utilizing recent proliferation of networks, current practices do not fully take advantage of the information infrastructure. There are so much data over the networks, but not enough knowledge about the data is available to users. The main objectives of the product data interface system proposed in this paper are to capture more knowledge on managing product data and to provide users effective search capability. We define the metadata model for product data defined in STEP AP 203 and manage the metadata from product data in a repository system. Because we utilize the standard formats such as STEP for product data and RDF for metadata, the proposed approach can be applied to various fields of industries independently on commercial products.

  • This lecture will begin by tracing some of the history behind techniques that we nowadays take for granted in the practice of embryo transfer, and in the application of the technique to various animal biotechnologies. It will be argued that an appreciation of such history can teach us a great deal about how we need to study and teach the subject, and about the best ways to conduct and finance the research that is essential to further progress. Examples in support of this argument will be taken from the changes that have occurred in the way embryos, particularly bovine embryos, have been collected, maintained in vitro, subjected to a variety of manipulations (sexing, division to produce identical animals, combination into chimeras, transfection with foreign genes), frozen and thawed, and transferred over the past 50 years.
