본 연구는 1990년대 'X세대' 담론과 2010년대 'C세대' 담론 한복판에 존재하는 '서태지와 아이들'(X세대)과 '방탄소년단'(C세대)의 을 심층적으로 비교한다. 특히 뮤직비디오 속에서 중요한 의미를 갖는 '집'의 성격을 탐색하며 사회문화적 함의를 추수할 것이다. 논지의 구체성을 확보하기 위해 시모어 채트먼의 서사 소통 모델과 토비아스의 플롯 유형론을 방법론으로 택했다. 분석 결과 서태지와 아이들의 원작은 계몽과 훈육의 수직적 소통 구조를 보여주며 '성숙'의 플롯을 따라 이야기를 전개됐다. 원작에서 '집'의 의미는 저항의 대상에서 내면화의 대상으로 변화해가는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 X세대의 당대 사회구성원으로서의 위치 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 방탄소년단의 리메이크 뮤직비디오는 공감과 연대의 수평구조를 보여주며 '추구/발견'의 플롯을 따라 사건이 전개되었다. 방탄소년단은 C세대를 대변하면서 팬덤의 참여를 이끌어내는 스토리텔링을 선보였다. 여기서의 '집'이란 자기 정체성을 전유한 자의 삶 그 자체로 파악된다.

A new capsule that has a unique structure in which the test environments including neutron flux and fluence, and irradiation temperature can be controlled precisely during irradiation, was conceptually designed. The capsule structure and instrumentation were successfully designed according to the JMTR's standard procedures of capsule design. Based on the target irradiation, the details of the irradiation such as neutron fluence and irradiation temperature ore calculated and the related capsule safety was evaluated. In addition, the effects of design parameters including the changes in inner-capsule configuration, heater capacity, and Helium gas pressure on the specimen temperature were analyzed with a computer program. Through these thermal and strength evaluations, this capsule was proved to be safe during the irradiation in the JMTR.

Relationship between medicine and iching is what has been followed to be inherited from the period of generation in iching. This writing examined the Thought of the Relation between Medicine and I- ching in Donguibogam. Donguibogam implies the thought that the principles in medicine and iching are same, and is the thought that is broadly spread in Donguibogam. Donguibogam is very rich in yi-yi-study(醫易學)-based contents, which are involved in research subjects of the relation between medicine and iching such as the theory of Taiji(太極) ba gua(八卦), the thought of human and nature, the thought of Yin and Yang, and sign system of gua(卦), and the theory of Image and Number.

This study proposes a temperature compensation method of the complex permittivities of biological tissues and organs. The method is based on the temperature dependence of the Debye model of water, which has been thoroughly investigated. This method was applied to measured data at room temperature for whole blood, kidney cortex, bile, liver, and heart muscle. It is shown that our method can compensate for the Cole-Cole model using measured data at 20 $^{\circ}C$, given the Cole-Cole model based on measured data at 35 $^{\circ}C$, with a root-mean-squared deviation of 3~11 % and 2~6 % for the real and imaginary parts of the complex permittivities, respectively, among the measured tissues.

This study reports the extraction behavior of $\alpha$-lactalbumin using bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate sodium (AOT) reverse micelles. Forward extraction of $\alpha$-lactalbumin in the reverse micellar organic phase from aqueous feed solutions was strongly dependent on the AOT concentration and the complete forward extraction of 0.03 mM $\alpha$-lactalbumin was successfully achieved at an AOT concentration of ca. 100 mM. A similar dependency of the forward extraction on the AOT concentration was obtained in isooctane, n-hexane, and n-octane systems. In the backward extraction from the micellar organic phase, the recovery of the protein as high as ca. 90% was obtained with pH control and/or salt addition.
