Twenty-two species of Echinodermata collected from 11 localities in Chindo Island, Korea in September, 1990 and July, 1994 are recorded. One asteroids, Luidia quinaria, five ophiudoids such as Astrocladus coniferus coniferus, A.c.dofleini, Ophicatis affinis, Stegophiura sladeni, Amphipholis sp., four echinoids such as Temnopleurus toreumaticus, T. hardwicki, Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus, anthoicidaris crassispina and two holothuroids such as Protankyra bidentata, Stichopus japonicus are unrecorded species by this time in Chindo Is. One asteroid species, Asterina minor is newly recorded in Korea water and its taxonomic characteristics are redescribed.

In this paper, we report for the first time on a species of Eupithecia from Korea. Three females of Eupithecia praepupillata Wehrli, 1927, were collected from the northeastern part of South Korea. With this addition, a total of 53 species of Eupithecia from Korea have been recorded. Diagnosis and description of the species are provided with figures of the genitalia.

깡충좀벌과의 무늬날개깡충좀벌속(Epitetracnemus)을 우리나라에서 처음으로 보고하며, 또한 이 속에 속하는 1신종, E. kosef sp. nov.를 기재·보고한다.

1983년 5월부터 1989년 5월까지 남한의 각종 담수역 총 141개 지점에서 채집하여 서울대학교 동물학과에 보관중이던 검물벼룩류의 표본들을 검토한 ㅕㄹ과 검물벼룩과에 속하는 2아과 12속 25종 및 아종을 동정하였다. 이중 한국미기록종으로 밝혀진 17종에 대하여는 재기재를 하고 도판을 작성하였다.

한국산 투구반날개아과의 분류학적 재검토를 수행하였다. 국내에서 처음으로 보고되는 Eleusis coarctata Sharp와 Mimogonus microps(Sharp)를 포함한 6종의 검색표, 생식기 그림, 표본사진을 작성하였다.

한국산 해산해면동물의 분류학적 연구의 일환으로 한국해양연구소의 1987년부터 1988년까지 남해안일대에서 채집된 60표본을 동정한 결과 Spirastrella insignis과 Spirastrella abata 그리고 Carninus awashimensis 3종이 한국미기록종으로 밝혀져 이것들을 간단히 기재한다.

국내에 분포하는 이팝나무의 외부형태학적 형질을 재검토하여 기존 문헌과 선행 연구와의 차이를 파악하였으며, 식물상 문헌 및 표본정보를 통해 국내 분포도를 작성하였다. 또한 잎 표피 미세구조학적 형질과 엽병의 해부학적 형질을 추가하여 간략히 기재하였다.

The Aphis solanella, had been classified as a subspecies of Aphis fabae, is currently recognized as a separated species with A. fabae. The A. solanella is morphologically similar to A. fabae and has the same primary host, but there are differences in the range of the secondary host, physiological and ecological traits, so it has been suggested as a separated species. Since it had not been covered when recording the A. fabae at least including three subspecies in 2006 from South Korea, we recently collected and reconfirmed A. solanella in Busan. Therefore, we report the Aphis solanella as a new record with its description and illustrations.

Scaeosopha속의 1종을 신종으로 기재, 발표한다. 이 속은 구북구지역에서 처음으로 기록된다. Scaeothyris Diakonoff은 Scaeosopha Meyrick의 synonym으로 정리한다.

가는잎말이나방족의 백색가는잎방이나방 [Stenodes hedemannina (Snellen)], 얼룩무늬가는잎말이나방 [Phalontdta chlorolitha (Meyrick)], 왕줄가는잎말이나방 (Phalonidia latifasciana Razowski) 및 끝검은가는 잎말이나방 (Eupoecilta inouet Kawabe)등 4종이 우리나라에서는 처음으로 보고된다.
