링거 주입 IoT 시스템 개발 및 시험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Testing of Ringer Injection IoT System)

  • 본 논문에서는 환자에 링거액 주입 시 주입 완료 상태, 잔여량, 주입 중 상태 및 환자의 긴급 상황 알림 등 링거 주입을 제어하고 상태를 감지하여 이를 무선으로 간호사에 알려주는 링거 주입 IoT 시스템을 위한 설계 및 시험 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 링거액 센서 및 스위치, 상태 표시 및 무선 통신 기능을 갖는 회로를 설계하고, 스마트 링거 주입 IoT의 센싱 및 알림 정보를 제어하며, 이를 서버측에 알려 모니터링하기 위한 제어 및 모니터링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 링거 IoT 시스템의 적합성을 시험하기 위해 링거액 감지 시간, 링거액 감지 거리, IoT 모듈 동작 온도, IoT 모듈 입력 파워, IoT 모듈 소비전력, 무선통신 속도 등의 시험기준을 설정하고 시험 결과를 분석한다.

T-scan III® system을 이용한 일부지역 노인의 교합양상과 인지기능의 관련성 (Evaluation of relationship between cognitive function and occlusal status in elderly individuals using the T-scan III® system)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between cognitive function and occlusal status in elderly individuals. Methods: A total of 162 individuals aged 65 years and older, who attended the senior citizen center in Daegu city, were included after consent for participation in the study was obtained. The Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-K) was used to evaluate the level of cognitive function. Occlusal status was determined using the T-scan $III^{(R)}$ system. All collected data were analyzed by ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, one way ANOVA, and linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. Results: There was a significant relationship between the cognitive function and the use of dentures. Individuals with posterior occlusal status had higher MMSE-K scores than those with anterior occlusal status. There was a positive correlation between the cognitive function and posterior occlusal force. Conclusions: These results suggest that occlusal status was associated with cognitive function in the elderly individuals. Active national policies to improve occlusal condition in the elderly population are needed.

  • 최근 Internet of Things (IoT) 기반 Wireless Networked Control System (WNCS)에서 Sensor의 Status Update 및 Actuator로의 Actuation Update 분석을 위해 정보의 신선도를 측정하는 지표인 Age of Information (AoI)가 고려되고 있다. 또한 WNCS에 Edge Computing (EC)이 도입되면서 기존의 Cloud Computing 기반 아키텍처보다 낮은 AoI를 보장할 수 있다. 하지만 Controller가 관리하는 Sensor의 수가 증가하면서 Controller에 부하가 증가하여 AoI 요구사항을 만족시키지 못하는 문제점이 발생하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 Actuator의 컴퓨팅 능력을 활용하여 Sensor의 Status Update를 해당 지역의 Actuator가 가용할 때 직접적으로 전송하여 Actuator가 직접 Actuation Update를 수행함으로써 AoI 요구사항을 만족시키고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 AoI 분석을 위한 분석 모델을 제시하였고 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 방법이 기존 방법 대비 AoI를 줄일 수 있음을 보였다.

환경분야 자격제도 운영현황과 발전 방안 연구 (A Review on the Qualification System of the Environmental field : Current Status and New Directions)

  • The purpose of this study was to review the current status and problems of the national qualification system in the Environmental field focusing on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of environmental professional including the Environmental control Professional Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Environmental Industrial Engineer and Environmental field. An overview of the environmental field, its current status, domestic qualification items and training conditions in environment-related areas, laws of environmental field, and data of the job analysis were reviewed. The concrete and extensive development plans for the qualification system of the Environmental field are as follows: First of all, a job analysis should be made of on the introduction of new systems or policy modification to reflect technical changes and national policies about the environmental field in the qualification exam. Second, it is essential to prepare policies that are suitable for the qualification system in the Environmental field and that improve its effectiveness. Third, the appropriate policy measures should be taken in order to elevate the social standing of Environmental field qualification holders.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 지식정보사회가 요구하는 전문사서직의 한 유형으로서 교수사서제의 의의와 적용의 문제 그리고 그 발전 요소들을 논의하는데 있다. 대학사서에게 교수지위를 부여하게 된 배경과 발전과정을 개관하고, 현재 교수지위를 부여하고 있는 미국의 현황을 중심으로 교수사서제가 대학도서관의 발전에 미치는 긍정적, 부정적 영향을 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 대학도서관의 교수사서제가 적용, 발전되기 위해서 검토되어야 할 문제점들을 교수사서의 직위체계, 자격, 평가 그리고 교육의 측면에서 논의하였다.

  • In this paper, a black box, which is provided the reliability and user safety of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation, is developed. In the developed scheme, a status and diagnosis data of battery management system, power conditioning system, solar energy generation and grid is measured. This status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in the developed black box. In addition, this status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in a monitoring system and a smart phone of user. A performance evaluation of the developed black box is carried out using emulator of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation. Consequently, the developed black box is proved its superiority of the reliability and user safety.

고압 회전기 고정자 권선의 절연진단을 위한 중앙 집중 감시 시스템 개발 (Development of Central Monitoring System for Insulation Diagnosis of High-Voltage Generator/Motor Stator Windings)

  • The central monitoring system with on-line diagnosis of high-voltage generator/motor stator insulation is developed. The system is capable of remote diagnosis and monitoring partial discharges of high-voltage generator/motor stator insulation. GOMS(Generator On-line Monitoring System) with maximum of 9 input channels can measure and analyze the status of high-voltage motor stator insulation by on-line. The measured and analysis data are brought to the central monitoring system via modem to build database. The central monitoring system can diagnose and monitor the insulation status of several high-voltage generator/motor at any time. The insulation status of those machines can be enhanced by the database on partial discharges.

졸음 방지 시스템을 위한 눈 개폐 상태 판단 방법 (A Method to Identify the Identification Eye Status for Drowsiness Monitoring System)

  • This paper describes a method for detecting the pupil region and identification of the eye status for driver drowsiness detection system. This program detects a driver's face and eyes using viola-jones face detection algorithm and extracts the pupil area by utilizing mean values of each row and column on the eye area. The proposed method uses binary images and the number of black pixels to identify the eye status. Experimental results showed that the accuracy of classification eye status(open/close) was above 90%.

  • This work presents an estimation for stress status using biosignal and fuzzy theory. Stress is estimated by 'coin-build' experiment with two type, relax and stress status. The estimator uses five biosignals, fuzzy logic to combine these signals and physiological knowledge. The system was tested in 10 records of healthy indivisuals and acheived a template of a stress progress. This work presents an estimation for stress status using biosignal and fuzzy theory. 폐지수집 노인의 주관적 건강에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Subjective Health Status among the Elderly Collecting and Selling Wastepaper)

  • Although the elderly collecting and selling wastepaper is one of the most vulnerable groups in society, this group has not been studied specifically. Subjective health status is an important aspect of quality of life in old age. The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting subjective health status among the elderly collecting and selling wastepaper. Analyses are based on data from 2014 Korean Elderly Survey. Multiple regression analysis showed that gender, depression, and fear of falling were associated with subjective health status. The results of this study suggest that gender and mental health aspects should be considered in making intervention plan for assessments and providing services for health among the elderly collecting and selling wastepaper. The study findings also indicate that efforts to improve safety in worksite of elderly persons collecting and selling wastepaper are needed.
