직교다항식을 이용한 자동차 압축기용 가변 사판의 구조최적설계 (Structural Optimization of Variable Swash Plate for Automotive Compressor Using Orthogonal Polynomials)

  • 자동차 압축기는 연비 개선효과를 위해 가변 사판형 압축기를 사용한다. 가변 사판의 회전 토크와 피스톤에 작용하는 압력은 사판의 형상과 변형에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 본 논문은 Chebyshev 직교다항식과 최적화 기법을 이용하여 가변 사판의 최적 형상을 결정하였다. 사판의 설계 요구사항은 정상 운전상태에서 최대 응력과 변형을 최소화하면서 체적을 감소시키는 것이다. 직교배열표, 분산분석과 반응표면최적화 방법은 최적 설계변수를 결정하고 주효과를 찾는데 사용하였다. 최적설계 결과로부터, 사판의 유의한 설계변수를 확인하고 이의 최적해와 설계요구조건 만족에 대한 유용성을 설명하였다.

  • Recently, it is required that the automotive air conditioning system must keep the cabin temperature comfortable in spite of engine speed, and Improve the fuel consumption during all the seasons. To satisfy these requirements, the variable displacement swash plate type compressor with control pressure valve is developed. In this study, the effects of two type valves, suction pressure control valve and differential pressure control valve, on the performance of swash plate type compressor has been investigated experimentally.

자동차 에어컨용 압축기 사판의 표면 형태에 따른 마찰 마모 거동 (Wear and Friction Behavior on the Surface of Swash Plate of Compressor for Air Condition System of Automobile)

  • The tribological characteristics of the swash plate surface of a compressor which is for automobile were investigated. For surface treatments, PTFE and $MoS_2$ are used as a solid lubricant, together with copper alloy. Test condition is set considering actual driving condition. Wear testing is conducted using pin on disk type tester, and the coefficient of friction and the temperature on friction surface are measured. Also, to determine the wear patterns, cross-section of friction surface is analyzed by SEM(scanning electrode microscope). The $MoS_2$, both at dry and lubricated conditions, friction surface and the coefficient of friction maintained rather stable results. But, the PTFE, at oil less condition, sample resulted in rather unstable condition. In case of copper alloy, quite higher friction coefficients(higher than 0.1) were obtained at dry condition. At the temperature of $125^{\circ}C$, seizure has occurred.

  • 최근들어 자동차에어콘 콤프레셔의 전기마그네트식 콘트롤밸브는 내부형 스워시 프레이트형을 사용하고 있다. 이 시스템은 외부로부터 공급되는 전류량(신호)에 의하여 작동되며 동시에 스워시판 작동에 의한 압력은 냉매가 흐르는 비율에 의하여 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 압축기의 크랭크케이스 압력이 전기마그네트 콘트롤 밸브 전기 흐름량에 따른 유량의 값을 측정하여 엔진의 효율을 향상시키고자 한다.

  • This paper was studied to design Process considered flexibility and reliability of suction and discharge valves. Flexibility and reliability of valves are main important factors in compressor valves design. And they are incompatible with efficiency of compressor. In this study, we have performed the optimal design of CO2 compressor valves to consider these factors. At first, we analyzed performance simulation of compressor to obtain optimal flexibility level of valves. From this simulation, we could get some important data at valve design like the optimal natural frequency and the height of retainer. After that we studied to reliability of valves corresponding to optimal flexibility level by finite element method. For each case bending stress and natural frequency were obtained by it. Also we investigated the fatigue stability to obtain optimal valve shape that ensured to reliability.

자동차용 에어컨의 단품 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Component Performance for Automotive Air Conditioner)

  • For successful design of component, performances of one-tank plate type evaporator, gas-liquid separation type condenser, swash plate type compressor and thermostatic expansion valve for automotive air conditioner are investigated experimentally. Heat transfer characteristics in the evaporator are examined by means of air temperature, relative humidity, air volume flow, outlet refrigerant pressure and superheat, and heat transfer characteristics in the condenser are examined by means of air temperature, air velocity and inlet refrigerant pressure. Pressure drops for both evaporator and condenser are measured arid empirical correlations are derived. Volumetric efficiencies and isentropic efficiencies for trio types of compressors with different capacity are measured and compared. Thermostatic expansion valve is tested to investigate the pressure variation according to temperature changes.
