본 논문은 에이전트기반 다구찌 실험계획 의사결정지원 시스템의 개발에 관해 다루고 있다. 다구찌 실험을 구성하는 네 개의 단계 중 실험계획단계는 실험목적, 품질특성, 인자선정 등과 같이 실험의 근간이 되는 가장 중요한 의사결정을 포함하고 있으면서도 지금까지 그 중요성이 간과되어 왔다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 에이전트를 기반으로 하는 두 개이 의사결정지원 메커니즘을 통해 실험설계자의 다구찌 실험계획을 지원한다. 첫 번째로, 도메인 지식제공 메커니즘은 수집 에이전트라는 인터넷 에이전트를 이용하여 분산된 지식제공자들로부터 실험의 대상이 되는 분야의 지식을 수집하고, 보고 에이전트를 이용하여 이를 정리 및 가시화하여 실험설계자에게 보고함으로써 다구찌 실험계획의 의사결정을 지원한다. 이 메커니즘을 이용하면 시간적, 지리적으로 회의를 갖기 어려운 지식제공자들도 동이란 실험팀을 이루어 브레인스토밍을 통한 실험계획의 의사결정에 기여할 수 있다. 두 번째로, 상황감지 도움말 메커니즘은 도움말 에이전트라는 지능형 에이전트를 통하여 실험설계자의 설계 행위를 관찰하고 그 상태를 파악하여 상황에 알맞은 도움말을 적절한 시점에 제공하다. 상황감지 도움말 메커니즘은 도메인 지식제공 메커니즘과 더불어 실험설계자의 의사결정오류를 줄여 실험의 신뢰성을 증가시키며, 불필요한 시간과 자원의 낭비를 막을 수 있다.

이 논문의 목적은 데이타베이스로의 정보 시장에 관한 작업을 담당하는 FLA(Flont-end Language Analyzer)와 여기에서 추출된 데이타베이스의 일관성과 완전성을 쉽게 검사할 수 있고 사용자의 요구에 따라 다양한 형태의 문서를 생성해 주는 BIS(Back-end Information system)를 구축함에 있다. 앞으로 본 시스템음 소프트웨어 시스템 개발에 실제로 사용됨으로써 소프트웨어의 생산성과 신뢰성 향상에 기여할 수 있으리라 예상된다.

In port and its approach channel, traffic accidents such as collision, aground, minor collision have reached about 77% of total marine casualty in the area. In this paper, an attempt to enhance the safe navigation was proposed by offering marine traffic supporting system which helps VTS operator assist vessel effectively with the quantitative assessment on difficulty of each vessel. The system collects navigation data from onboard AIS, assesses the data in assessment mode to analyze the navigation difficulties of each vessel and displays the degree of danger of each vessel on the ECDIS in real-time to decide the intervention time or order of priority for VTS operator. The effectiveness of the system was verified by the VTS operators in Korea.

In this paper, we say the shading correction system supporting multi-resolution for camera. The shading effect is caused by non-uniform illumination, non-uniform camera sensitivity, or even dirt and dust on glass (lens) surfaces. In general this shading effect is undesirable [1]. Eliminating it is frequently necessary for subsequent processing and especially when quantitative microscopy is the fine goal. The proposed system is available on thirty nine kinds of image resolutions scanned by interlaced and progressive type. Moreover, the system is using various continuous quadratic equations instead of using the piece-wise linear curve which is composed of multiple line segments. Finally, the system could correct the correct effect without discontinuity in any image resolution. The proposed system is also experimentally demonstrated with Xilinx Virtex FPGA XCV2000E- 6BG5560 and the TV set.

This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system for venture company and provides the directions for developing tax support system related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax support for venture company are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

The dynamic performance design of catenary-pantograph system which collects current for the next generation Korean high speed train(KHST) was considered. Used was the same dynamic model of the catenary-pantograph system as that of TGV-K which will be introduced for Kyung-bu corridor. Using the model , sensitivity analysis fer design variables were made to improve dynamic performance of KHST system. The results of sensitivity analysis and performance improvement are as follows: (1) It was found that aerodynamic force, tension of contact wire, mass of contact strip, mass of supporting contact strip, mass of clamp, mass of steady arm, and stiffness of plunger were the design variables most influencing the dynamic performance of the system. (2) Pantograph with reductions of 20% aerodynamic force, 34% weight of supporting contact strip, 20% spring constant of plunger, and 34% equivalent mass of steady arm was very possible system for the KHST which will be running at maximum operating speed 350 km/h.

Multicasting over mobile IP network becomes more important with the increasing needs of supporting multimedia services in mobile network. The IETF has suggested two approaches which are remote subscription and bidirectional tunneling for supporting mobility management in multicasting over mobile IP. But these protocols have problems - the frequent reconstruction of multicast delivery tree, packet less during handoff, convergence problem, and so on. In this paper, we propose to use preconfiguration of multicast delivery tree when mobile host enters the foreign network. It will decrease the frequency of multicast delivery tree reconstruction, and reduce the packet loss during handoff, Also the multicast delivery tree maintained by Keep Alive messages makes the signaling overload of networks diminished.

A recent High Court's decision regarding the withdrawal of life supporting medical treatment (artificial ventilator) from an elderly female patient in the terminal stage has opened up a new era of the "euthanasia dispute" in Korea. With this decision, the legitimate withdrawal of life supporting treatment became possible under certain conditions and the Korean Medical Association is working toward the establishment of practical guidelines for the terminal-stage patients. However, there are still very few debates on the cases of pediatric patients in the terminal stage or suffering from fatal diseases. For pediatric patients, the core principle of autonomy and following procedure of "advance directives" are hardly kept due to the immaturity of the patients themselves. Decisions for their lives usually are in the hands of the parents, which may often bring out tragic disputes around "child abuse", especially in Korea where parents have exclusive control of the destiny of their children. Some developed countries such as the U.S.A., the U.K. and Canada have already established guidelines or a legal framework for ensuring the rights of the healthcare system regarding children suffering from severe illness, permitting the withdrawal of Life supporting medical treatment (LSMT) in very specific conditions when the quality of life of the children is severely threatened. For the protection of the welfare and interest of the children, we should discuss this issue and develop guidelines for the daily practice of pediatricians.

본 연구는 장기요양보험제도의 인식여부가 중장년층 성인자녀의 노부모 돌봄에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 임의표집에 의해 A시에 거주하는 중장년층(55년생~63년생) 성인자녀 331명을 대상으로 장기요양보험제도 인식여부가 노부모 돌봄에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 설문조사 하였다. 회귀분석을 통해 나타난 결과는 사회경제적 수준을 나타내는 학력과 소득수준이 높을수록, 노부모와의 정서적 친밀성이 높을수록, 장기요양보험제도를 인식할수록 노부모에 대한 전체적인 돌봄(경제적 돌봄, 정서적 돌봄, 신체적 돌봄)수준이 높게 나타났다. 특히, 장기요양보험제도를 인식할수록 노부모에 대한 신체적 돌봄이 높게 나타났다. 이는 지속적으로 노령인구가 증가하는 현상을 고려할 때, 장애노인을 돌보는 가족을 지원하는 제도적인 정책지원방안을 도입할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop basic data for the efficient space plan of the Department Store focusing on users by survey of preference to methods of plan considering the functional phase, the economical phase and the adaptable phase. The results are as follows : First, we could know that users had the low degree of satisfaction to the adaptable phase of space plan for Supporting Facilities in department stores at the present time. Second, we must have the appropriate space size by using structure, doors and windows for user's satisfaction. This is the method of plan considering the functional phase for Supporting Facilities. And we could think that the methods of using the center flow plan and the arrangement of two or three facing are good for user's satisfaction. Third, it will be efficient plan if we find methods to be cleaned the structure easily and to be changed and repaired the system furniture easily for management. that methods are to be considered the economical phase for Supporting Facilities. Forth, methods of plan considering the adaptable phase are to change the size of space by using the movable type furniture and the form of space by changing structure.
