Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a mobile health lifestyle program for university students and to verify its effectiveness. Methods: The program was developed based on Jung's teaching-learning system design model. The research used a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest non-synchronized design. Data were collected from October 20 to December 5, 2018. To verify the effects of the program, the knowledge, self-efficacy, and intention to plan health lifestyle and health lifestyle behavior were measured. A two hour health lecture and a mobile health lifestyle program were delivered for 3 weeks to 23 students in the experimental group. 19 students in the control group received only a two hour health lecture. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher scores on knowledge (F=4.63, p=.038), intention to plan health lifestyle (F=14.44, p<.001), and health lifestyle behavior (F=46.80, p<.001). However, the score on self-efficacy was not significantly different (F=2.65, p=.112). Conclusion: It was confirmed that the mobile health lifestyle program can be useful in increasing the level of knowledge, intention and behavior of health lifestyle among university students. Therefore, the mobile health lifestyle application can be used as a supporting resource to enhance the health promotion for university students.

The purpose of this research is to provide fundamental data, which is essential to develop counselling and educational program for autistic family, analyzing family stress and coping strategies of severely autistic child family, mildly autistic child family and normal child family. The result of this research is as follows: There are significant differences among severely autistic child family, mildly autistic child family and normal child family applying to three types of family stress. Also there are significant differences among severely autistic child family, mildly autistic child family and normal child family applying to religions supporting methods and relatives and friend's supporting methods. This research is not discussed that autistic child family with not education. Therefore the follow-up studies need to know that difference between with education and not with education.

Spherical storage tank for chemical plant is analyzed for the loads and their combinations in accordance with Section Ⅷ, Division 2 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Design Analysis of Butene storage tank is carried out by utilizing 3-dimensional plate and beam elements of a general purpose finite element program. Two separate 3-D finite element models are used; one for the global analysis of the entire spherical storage tank, the other for the local analysis of junction part and its vicinity of shell-to-supporting structures. The analysis is focused on the equator plate in the shell and the junction part of shell-to-supporting structures.

The South Korean Government had supported the IT implementation of 30,000 SMB(Small and Medium-sized) enterprises from '2000 to '2003 for the purpose of the competitiveness of SMB enterprises. However, the utilization rate of If package is very low. This paper recommanded the improved suggestion of the existed policies of the following service of the SMB industry's information technology implementation. There are industry-university cooperation program, efficient on-offline integration system, the development of SMB industry's IT performance measure evaluation index and so on.

Excessive emission of greenhouse gases from fossil fuels usage has become a major cause of climate change. As an alternative to reduce the greenhouse gas emission, renewable energy has been highlighted around the world and UK government also established the Climate Change Act 2008 and policies for response the climate change. Those of them has been supporting many practical actions for reducing greenhouse gas emission and community energy projects is representative program to supporting security of energy supply and helping the country to reduce its carbon footprint. Rural Community Energy Fund (RCEF) which is one of community energy projects supports rural communities to develop renewable energy projects which provide economic and social benefits to the community. The review of UK's renewable energy policies and action plan can be useful to promote in Korea policies for becoming low-carbon society.

The national long-term R&D program, updated in 1997, requires Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute(KAERI) to complete by the year 2006 the basic design of Korea Advanced Liquid Metal Reactor(KALIMER), along with supporting R&D work, with the capability of resolving the issue of spent fuel storage as well as with significantly enhanced safety. KALIMER is a 150 MWe pool-type sodium cooled prototype reactor that uses metallic fuel. The conceptual design is currently under way to establish a self-consistent design meeting a set of major safety design requirements for accident prevention. Some of the current emphasis includes those for inherent and passive means of negative reactivity insertion and decay heat removal, high shutdown reliability, prevention of and protection from sodium chemical reaction, and high seismic margin, among others. All of these requirements affect the reactor design significantly and involve extensive supporting R&D programs. This paper summarizes some of the results of conceptual engineering and design analyses performed for the safety of HAMMER in the area of inherent safety, passive decay heat removal, sodium water reaction, and seismic isolation.

An adaptive algorithm for the acoustic echo canceller is presented. This paper proposes a modified LMS algorithm for the adaptive filter and applys the algorithm to he acoustic echo canceller, An objective of the proposed algorithm is to reduce the hardware complexity. In order to est the performances, a model of the echo path is established, and a program is described. The impulse reponses of the echo path have the length of 125msec or ore, and then the FIR filter with 1000 taps is required. he results from simulations show that the acoustic echo canceller adopting the proposed algorithm achieves the ERLE of 25dB or more within 1sec. If an echo canceller is implemented with this algorithm, its computation quantity s reduced to two times less than the one that is implemented with the normal LMS algorithm, without the degradation of performances.

Recently, interest in renewable energy is rising in rural areas in order to reduce heating and air-conditioning costs which are directly connected to farmhouse income. Thus, in this paper, I study renewable energy supporting projects in rural area: I analyze distribution of the Agriculture & Fishery Energy use Efficiency Project and 1 Million the Green Homes program by using project performance data and the data of Korea Energy Handbook. The results of my analysis of the two programs show that, while annual average increase of the 1 million Green homes prgram is 15.6%, the distribution rate of heating and air-conditioning facilities using geothermal heating and cooling system of the project has decreased by average 37% every year.

There was heavy rains that happened for 23 days consecutively in 2006. Many regions have suffered because of rains and among them In-Je and Pyung-Chang area are the most suffered areas at that time. I conducted field survey at those two regions. The case of other damaged regions also reviewed in this paper and volunteer activity of volunteer groups is reviewed. I intended to make clear the volunteer activity system through analysing need capacity of volunteers. Main suggestions are as below. In management system, the nexts are discussed. Improving the ability of village headmen and volunteer groups that manage relief stuffs at the first level and cooperating method with companies are discussed. Supporting system for isolated regions and necessity about developing operating manual are suggested. In education system, specialized education for different disaster areas, field orientation education, and training managerial positions are suggested. In supporting system, improving NDMS(National Disaster Management System), computerized program for volunteer management, insurance for volunteers, issuing a confirmation of volunteering activity, securement of emergency communication system, budget for prevention and donation are also suggested.

Recently, government agencies such as MKE Ministry of the small and midsize businesses and technology development requirements, technical difficulties to solve the Institute of Cast cooperation by establishing a network hub system Institute of Cast diffusion and commercialization of the R & D and are encouraged to promote. SME supporting with the experting technologies required to small and medium-sized businesses through "A comprehensive support program production site" of ISTK(Korea Research council Industrial Science & Technology) having been performed from 2010 to 2012, a pilot project in 2009. In this paper, customized technology services program in the past two years run will be discussed with the performance and improvement. Comprehensive support program that ends the production site in 2012 onwards the needs of maintenance difficulties of the railroad companies to build a support system and its ongoing research about the future plans to do.
