In this paper, we propose a new incentive mechanism for hybrid access in cognitive femtocell networks. The purpose of the proposed incentive mechanism is to guarantee the QoS of macro user equipments (MUEs) and to increase femtocell capacity. MUEs channel condition report triggers bidding procedure by neighbor femtocell base stations (FBS). Macro base station (MBS) can offer some subchannels as rewards to encourage FBSs to reliably support its MUEs. Simulation results validate the effectiveness of our proposed scheme.

In this paper, we propose a multi-level content transmission mechanism for intelligent quality of service (QoS) in social networking services (SNSs). Because existing SNSs and related work send image content to a client with a single fixed mechanism, they cannot consistently support content accessibility according to different conditions of QoS factors such as network congestion and throughput. In the proposed image transmission mechanism, our communication middleware (CM) provides an SNS developer with three transmission modes so that an SNS server or client can dynamically change the quality of images if required. In each transmission mode, an SNS server can send images to a requesting client with original high quality, thumbnail quality, or send only text information. With varying qualities of downloaded images, an SNS developed on top of CM can provide users with consistent QoS for access to SNS content.

Pulmonary system is a target organ and primary defense mechanism against environmental oxidants and polutants. Enzymatic and nonenzymatic antioxdant defense mechanisms undoubtedly protect the lung from oxidants even endogenous oxidative stress. In addition, new ways of augmenting pulmonary antioxidant defenses are developed, which can be used to support the intrinsic antioxidants. Therefore, improved understanding of antioxidant defense mechanisms will increase our knowledge of the cause and will suggest rational approaches for treating and preventing oxidant-induced lung injury. In this review, we discuss the formation and scavenging of free radicals, and the strategies for antioxidant defense of pulmonary system.

A mechanistic study on the chemiluminescence resulting from the reaction between bis(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)oxalate(TCPO) and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of fluorescent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in a viscous phthalate medium has been conducted. The rate determining step, decay rate constants, and relative quantum efficiencies yielded by varying the concentration of reagents generally support an existing mechanism. However, a reaction between TCPO and sodium salicylate was not observed.

Kinetic studies are carried out on the reactions of 2-chloro-2-propen-1-yl arenesulfonates with anilines and N,N-dimethylanilines in acetonitrilile at 45.0 ℃. The 2-chloro substituent is found to deactive the allyl moiety with considerable decrease in the rates. The sign and magnitude of the cross-interaction constant (ρxz 0.3) and the inverse secondary kinetic isotope effect (kH/kD 0.92) support an SN2 mechanism with a relatively tight transition state. The possibility of an SN2' mechanism can be safely precluded based on the ρxz values observed.

Human support systems, such as computers and robots, are required to be changed to a machine equipment independently operates and communicate with human, rather than non-sensitivity and obedient machine equipment Therefore, we notice nonverbal language that human recognizes naturally. In addition, we show the validity and constitution of mechanism that recognizes an intention of human using those several information to judge independently.

In this paper, we present a scheme for the improving reliable transport and the efficient multicast support in mobile environment. The proposed scheme solves a problem of TCP layer resulted from mobility by using a Representative FA. RFA has a mechanism like a snoop module which has a cache and can provide retransmission of a multicast packet lost and solve the rock implosion problem. Also, we present an additional IGMP message. By using it, We can remove a delay for IGMP query cycle and serve a multicast service more promptly.

The main purpose of this study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organizational and economic mechanism of development of the agro-industrial complex in modern conditions. Organizational and economic mechanism is presented as a complex organizational structure of the system type, which is aimed at performing specific functions, the characteristic feature of which is the constant support of process changes without which the organizational and economic mechanism can not exist. There are four components of the agro-industrial complex, represented by agriculture and the national economy, which ensure its operation, including industry, processing of agricultural products, its storage and transportation, sale and repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and more. It is proved that the organizational and economic mechanism of development of agro-industrial complex in modern conditions it is expedient to consider: from the point of view of system and process approaches; as a set of economic levers and organizational measures to influence the agro-industrial complex; constituent components of organizational influence on the development of the complex; a set of components, elements that are integrated into the system of economic relations of the subjects of the agro-industrial complex; a set of purposeful stimulators of agro-industrial complex development. The functions of the organizational component of the mechanism of agro-industrial complex include: redistributive, planning, interaction, control, integration and regulatory functions, the functions of the economic component include consumer, investment and innovation, social, incentive, monitoring functions of the mechanism. The symbiosis of the functions of organizational and economic components ensure the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism of the organizational and economic mechanism through its functionalities as a whole.
