  • 제안제도 활성화는 과학적이고 종업원들에게 보상만이 아닌 내적 동기부여가 가능한 제안방법을 찾아야 한다. 제안 활동을 열심히 하는데 제안에 성공하지 못하는 회사나 비용절감에서 많은 효과를 보는데 정작 중요한 고객만족이나 시장 점유율은 커지지 않는다면 제안 방향을 돌아볼 필요가 있다. 경영자가 비용절감을 강력히 추진하면 종업원들은 정작 다른 방향의 제안을 하지 못한다. 따라서 전사적 제안활동에서 주체는 일선 실무자라야 하며, 소수의 스텝 주도는 큰 효과를 볼 수 없다. 좋은 제안은 모든 부서 간, 기능 간 협력이 필요하다. 필요한 정보를 공유하고, 관련된 종업원들의 노력과 협조가 이루어질 때 진정한 제안제도가 확립될 것이다.

우리나라 제안제도의 현황 (Status of Korean Suggestion System)

  • Recently, product life-cycles are shortening faster than ever before, and companies with a suggestion system are in better position to overcome this shortening life-cycle and thus promote customer satisfaction. Suggestion systems, however, are not actively utilized on the production floors in many firms. This study showed that small-sized and medium-sized firms where a suggestion system is properly functioning by a strong will of top management are not many in Gangwon-do area. In considerable number of companies, a suggestion system is informally and spontaneously applied by the workers on the production floors not by company-wide systems. A suggestion system is required as a means of creating future value-added and it is a matter of course that the role of top management, together with middle-class managements' influence is quite important in the course of the successful application of it. A suggestion system, to be successful, calls not only individual efforts but also positive corporate cultures.

암시가 정상인의 뇌혈류 속도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Suggestion on Cerebral blood flow velocity)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of cerebral blood flow velocity by different types of suggestion in normal subject. Methods : Suggestion of ascending qi inducement and descending qi inducement which were recomposed from autogenic training, was operated on 60 normal subjects individually. Then cerebral blood flow velocity was examined by Transcranial doppler ultrasonography(TCD) each 5 minutes before and after suggestion. Results : The result shows that cerebral blood flow(CBF) velocity was increased significantly in suggestion of ascending qi inducement and CBF velocity was decreased significally after 1 minute in suggestion of descending qi inducement. Conclusion : Suggestion could have affected to CBF velocity, and also different types of suggestion could have affected to the change of brain blood flow. Various clinical studies should be completed on patients in the future.

Effective Internal Marketing Based on Cooperation Perception and Relational Diversity

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine under what conditions suggestion programs conducted by organizations actually increase individual perception of their work effectiveness. Specifically, this study looks into the effects of cooperation perception and relational demography of employee on work effectiveness of suggestion programs. It does this by focusing on the interaction effect of organizational commitment. Research design, data and methodology: Data was collected from 1,872 participants who took part in the suggestion program of HCCP 6th DATA. This data was subjected to multiple regression analysis. Results: a) higher employee cooperation perception enhances work effectiveness of suggestion program, but relational difference of knowledge diversity between team members has no effect on work efficiency; b) Positive effect of cooperation perception, and difference in education level on work effectiveness become greater as commitment increases. However, organizational commitment decreases the positive effect of difference in organizational tenure on work effectiveness by suggestion program. Conclusion: The results point to the importance of broadening the current conceptual models of employee work effectiveness of suggestion program to include relational demography, as well as the utility of conducting additional cross-level research on suggestion programs.

  • An experience of suggestion system was reported in this paper for the purpose of investigating effective factors of suggestion system at the Suwon Plant of Samsung Corning, Inc. in Korea. Suggestion system is a formal attempt in which employees make suggestions from ideas and thinkings. With the effective system, the company can achieve goals on the improvement of the working processes and products. At Suwon Plant, TPM is connected to both corporate vision and suggestion system: the former is the management concept and the latter is an operational tool. Linked to TPM, suggestion system is found to be effective owing to the factors such as strong support of top management, high job involvement, extensive participation and speedy, convenient evaluation procedure.

An analysis of user behaviors on the search engine results pages based on the demographic characteristics

  • The purpose of this survey-based study is to make an analysis of search engine users' behaviors on the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) based on the three demographic characteristics gender, age, and program studying. In this study, a questionnaire was designed with 12 closed-ended questions. Remaining questions other than the demographic characteristic related ones were about "tab", "advertisement", "spelling suggestion", "related query suggestion", "instant search suggestion", "video result", "image result", "pagination" and the amount of clicking results. The questionnaire was used and the data collected were analyzed with the descriptive statistics as well as the inferential statistics. 84.2% of the study population was reached. Some of the major results are as follows: Most of each demographic characteristic category (i.e. female, male, under-20, 20-24, above-24, English computer engineering, Turkish computer engineering, software engineering) have rarely or more click for tab, spelling suggestion, related query suggestion, instant search suggestion, video result, image result, and pagination. More than 50.0% of female category click advertisement rarely; however, for the others, 50.0% or more never click advertisement. For every demographic characteristic category, between 78.0% and 85.4% click 10 or fewer results. This study would be the first attempt with its complete content and design. Search engine providers and researchers would gain knowledge to user behaviors about the usage of the SERPs based on the demographic characteristics.

제안제도를 활용한 RIA 발전 방향에 관한 연구 (The Study of RIA Development Direction using Suggestion System)

  • 기존에는 제안 내용을 검사 담당자가 필요에 의해 개인적으로 process개선을 하였다. 그러나 최근 병원에서 정책적으로 제안제도 활성화를 다양한 방법으로 추진하고 있어 핵의학과 혈액검사실에서도 체계적인 system이 대두 되었다. 이에 핵의학과 혈액검사실에도 제안제도를 활용하여 업무개선이 활성화 되었고 더 나아가 우수제안 사례를 타 병원과 공유하여 RIA 발전에 도움을 추구하고자 한다. 2007년 1월부터 2010년 3월까지 혈액검사실에서 제안한 총 124건의 제안내용을 분석하였다. 연구방법은 제안한 내용을 고객만족, 원가절감, 실험 방법개선, 장비, 환경개선, 전산 등으로 나누어 분석 하였다. 총 124건의 제안 내용 중 환경개선과 전산에 관한 제안이 각 33건씩으로 26.6%를 차지하였고, 고객만족에 관한 제안이 32건으로 약 25.8%를 차지 하였다. 그 중 우수제안 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. RIA-MAT280(핵의학 혈액검사 자동화 기기) washing part 소모품 제작에 따른 기기운용 효율성 증진 및 원가절감 방안 2. Fitting system을 이용한 aspiration line의 개선 및 유지보수 개선방안 3. 자동분주기기(automatic dispensing system, Hamilton) waste bottle cap개조를 통한 액체 폐액 관리 개선방안 4. Hamilton System을 이용한 검사용 검체 분주 시 error방지를 위한 개선방안 5. Air regulator를 이용한 측정성분 dry개선방안 6. 검사코드 순서 배열 수정에 의한 건별결과 입력 error 감소 방안 7. 접수시간 스티커 발행으로 재검사 수행할 모 검체 찾는 시간 단축방안 8. Hamilton 장비 QC 보안으로 정확도 향상 제안제도를 통해 관리자부터 검사실 직원에 이르는 업무개선 의식의 활성화를 유도하고, 전사적인 업무개선 시스템을 확보함으로써 일반직원에게도 아이디어의 생산 및 체계화를 유도할 수 있었으며, 나아가 실질적인 업무개선 효과를 통해 병원경쟁력을 높이고 병원 발전을 도모 하였다.
