본 연구는 트위터를 대상으로 트윗 공간 데이터에서 지리적 의미를 탐색하기 위한 방법을 모색하였다. 트윗 공간 데이터의 구축 과정 및 지리적 분석의 프레임워크를 정립하고 지리적 연구 방법론을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 제주도의 GPS 좌표 참조 트윗(geotweet)을 대상으로 트윗의 내용적 특성과 트윗 발생 위치의 공간 분포 특성을 확인하였다. 제주도 좌표 참조 트윗에서는 지명 또는 장소명이 많이 출현하였는데, 이는 자신의 위치를 알리고자하는 의도로 파악하였다. 트윗의 공간 분포는 제주공항을 중심으로 한 일부 관광지 주변으로 핫스팟이 확인되었고, 이는 제주도 유동인구 핫스팟과 유사한 패턴을 보였다. 주제 중심의 트윗 분석을 위해 본 연구에서는 토픽 모델링 알고리즘을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 주제의 지리적 위치와 트윗의 내용은 서로 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 토픽 모델링 분석을 통해 방대한 트윗 데이터의 내용에 상응하는 지역 분포 특성을 직관적으로 확인하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 예비 수학 교사들의 수학적 모델, 수학적 모델링 및 수학적 모델링의 교육적 활용에 대한 인식을 조사하고 그들 간의 관계에 대하여 탐색하였다. 210명의 예비 수학 교사들의 설문에 대한 응답을 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 양적 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 예비 수학 교사들의 수학적 모델 및 모델링에 대한 인식은 수학적 모델링의 교육적 활용에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 대한 연구 및 교육적 함의점을 논의하였다.

Metaverse is an immersive 3D virtual environment, a true virtual artificial community in which avatars act as the user's alter ego and interact with each other. If we do not manage the hype for the metaverse, which has recently been receiving a surge in interest, the metaverse will fail to cross the chasm. In this study, to provide stakeholders with insights for the successful introduction and growth of the 3D immersive next-generation virtual world, metaverse, we analyzed user-side interest, media-side interest, and research-side interest. For this purpose, in this study, search traffic, news frequency and topic, and research article frequency and topic were analyzed. The methodology and results of this study are expected to provide insight for the stable success of metaverse transformation and the coexistence of the real world and the virtual world through hyper-connection and hyper-convergence.

현재 모바일 쇼핑 시장의 빠른 성장에도 불구하고 주요 사업자들은 심한 경쟁 속에서 지속적인 영업적자를 기록하고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 모바일 쇼핑 시장은 과도한 경쟁보다는 고객만족도와 고객충성도를 높이기 위한 연구들이 요구된다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 기술수용 모형과 문헌연구를 기반으로 요인을 추출하고 있어 고객의 직접적인 요구를 반영하는 데 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 모바일 쇼핑 앱 사용자들의 직접적인 요구사항을 도출하기 위하여 사용자 리뷰 토픽분석을 시행하여 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 구체적이고 다양한 요인들을 도출하였다. 그리고 미국 고객만족도 지표 모형을 참조한 구조방정식 연구모형을 수립하여 도출된 요인들이 고객만족도에 미치는 중요도를 평가하고 고객만족도가 고객 불평과 고객충성도에 주는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 토픽분석과 구조방정식을 연계한 연구 프레임워크는 다른 모바일 서비스의 고객만족도 연구에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Customer satisfaction is becoming an increasingly salient topic in many firms and in academic research. One main rationale behind this interest is that customer satisfaction is believed to be associated with fruitful customer re-visit from the firm's point of view. Some country already had index models which can measure the degree of customer satisfaction. But, such models are ordinary models which used generally the scope of nation-wide /industry. Therefore, we needs some modifications to measure customer satisfaction for specific product & service and to provide the valuable feedback to specific firms. In this Perspectives, this study will evaluate the customer satisfaction index about automobile company and analyze it's result for valuable feedback. This study will present a model for an integrated customer satisfaction evaluation system which used structural equation modeling. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about customer satisfaction and some guideline for product design process.

본 연구에서는 텍스트마이닝을 활용해 한국과 미국의 온라인 뉴스와 포럼에서 산업수학과 관련한 이슈를 파악하고, 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위해 한국의 주요 포털 사이트인 네이버의 뉴스 기사, 클리앙의 게시글과 댓글, 그리고 미국의 New York Times와 CNN의 뉴스 기사, Reddit의 게시글과 댓글에서 산업수학과 관련한 텍스트 데이터를 수집하여 구조적 토픽모델링 분석을 수행하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국의 뉴스는 산업수학의 필요성과 정부의 지원 측면에 대해, 미국에서는 산업수학이 활용되는 다양한 분야에 대해 다루는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국에서는 온라인 뉴스와 포럼에서 각기 다른 주제로 동일한 개수의 이슈가 나타났지만, 미국에서는 온라인 포럼보다 뉴스 기사에서 더 많은 이슈를 다루고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 한국에서 산업수학이 정착하는 데 있어 연구자들에게는 학술적, 그리고 정부에는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹 상황이 심각하였을 때, 대중들의 관심도가 높은 코로나19 백신과 관련한 대량의 언론 보도 프레임을 분석하여, 위기커뮤니케이션의 핵심 요소로서 바람직한 언론의 역할과 방향성을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 기간은 코로나19 백신 개발이 가시화되기 시작한 2020년 11월부터 2021년 6월까지 8개월이며, 연구 대상은 대중 신뢰도 및 이용도 순위에 따라 조선일보, 중앙일보, 동아일보, 한겨레로 설정하였다. 결과의 정확성 및 효율성을 제고하기 위해 최신 빅데이터 연구 기법인 구조적 토픽 모델링(STM) 및 의미연결망 분석 기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 구성 단어들의 명확한 군집도 및 중심성 분석값을 기반으로 각 언론사 당 16개 프레임, 총 64개의 유의미한 프레임이 도출되었다. 또한 프레임의 구성 정도 및 내용에 대한 차이를 확인하기 위해 4개 언론사를 비교 분석하였으며, 모든 언론사마다 유의미한 차이가 없음을 확인하였다.

For the modern aircraft, uncertainty has bee an important issue to its aeroelastic stability. Therefore, many researches have been conducted regarding this topic. The uncertainties in the aeroelastic system amy consist of the structural and aerodynamic uncertainty. In this paper, we suggest a parametric uncertainty modeling and conduct the aeroelastic stability analysis of a typical wing including the uncertainty.

본 연구에서는 토픽 모델링과 주제어 네트워크 분석 방법을 활용하여 국내 플랫폼노동에 관한 학술논문 288편을 분석하였다. 다양한 학문 분야의 플랫폼노동에 관한 연구 동향을 양적, 질적 두 가지 방법을 혼합 활용하여 분석 방법의 한계를 보완하고, 연구의 근간이 되는 주요 이론을 도출하여 종합정리함으로 플랫폼노동에 관한 양면성을 고찰하였다. 학문 분야별로는 법학, 경영학, 경제학 순으로 연구가 많이 진행되었고, 플랫폼노동 보호방안, 공유경제의 직·간접적 영향에 관한 주제 연구가 다수 이루어졌다. 핵심 주제어로는 기반이 되는 인프라, 구조적인 변화를 촉진하는 두 가지 측면에서 디지털, 가치, 산업, 노동을 선정하였다. 주요 토픽은 플랫폼 노동자 보호, 공유 서비스 가치, 디지털 패러다임, 공유경제 모델, 플랫폼 규제가 도출되었다. 분석 결과를 토대로, 거시적인 맥락에서의 구조적인 분석 프레임 완성과 플랫폼노동의 다양한 유형을 포함한 사례 분석과 기술 보완의 일반화, 지속성과 공유경제의 본질적인 공생 가치 실현을 위한 개인 수준의 역량 개발 탐구, 맞춤형 직업교육훈련 프로그램 설계를 제언하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate healthcare consumers' interest in patient safety on social media using structural topic modeling (STM) and to identify changes in interest over time. Methods: Analyzing 105,727 posts from Naver news comments, blogs, internet cafés, and Twitter between 2010 and 2022, this study deployed a Python script for data collection and preprocessing. STM analysis was conducted using R, with the documents' publication years serving as metadata to trace the evolution of discussions on patient safety. Results: The analysis identified a total of 13 distinct topics, organized into three primary communities: (1) "Demand for systemic improvement of medical accidents," underscoring the need for legal and regulatory reform to enhance accountability; (2) "Efforts of the government and organizations for safety management," highlighting proactive risk mitigation strategies; and (3) "Medical accidents exposed in the media," reflecting widespread concerns over medical negligence and its repercussions. These findings indicate pervasive concerns regarding medical accountability and transparency among healthcare consumers. Conclusion: The findings emphasize the importance of transparent healthcare policies and practices that openly address patient safety incidents. There is clear advocacy for policy reforms aimed at increasing the accountability and transparency of healthcare providers. Moreover, this study highlights the significance of educational and engagement initiatives involving healthcare consumers in fostering a culture of patient safety. Integrating consumer perspectives into patient safety strategies is crucial for developing a robust safety culture in healthcare.
