심호흡 운동과 흉추가동성 운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 폐기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Pulmonary Function with Thoracic Mobility Exercise and Deep Breathing Exercise in Stroke Patients)

  • Background: To evaluate the effect of thoracic mobility exercise and deep breathing exercise applied to stroke patients on pulmonary function. Methods: The subjects were divided into two group. Twenty-five patients with stroke were randomly assigned to DB (deep breathing exercise) group (n=13) and TM (combination of deep breathing exercise and thoracic mobility exercise) group (n=12). During four weeks, DB group were carried out deep breathing exercises for 5~10 minutes twice a day and TM Group were carried out deep breathing exercises for 5~10 minutes and thoracic mobility exercise for 20~30 minutes twice a day. All tests were completed before and after experiment. The pulmonary functions were measured by PowerBreathe K5 (Hab International Ltd, England) and tape measure respectively. For each case, the experimental data were obtained in 4 items; average of inspiratory load, inspiratory flow speed, inspiratory flow volume and chest expansion. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1. In DB group, the statistically significants were shown on average of inspiratory flow speed, inspiratory flow volume and chest expansion (p<.05). 2. In TM group, the statistically significants were shown on all items (p<.05). 3. There was a statistically significant difference on all items between DB group and TM group (p<.05). Conclusions: The above results revealed that DB and TM group can be used to improve pulmonary function in stroke patients. In comparison of DB and TM group, TM group was more improved. In conclude, thoracic mobility exercise helped improving function of vital capacity and chest expansion in stroke patients.

실제 작품 분석에 기반한 스케치 효과 생성 기법 (Sketch effect generating technique based on real painting analysis)

  • 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠 생성 기술은 최근의 컴퓨터 및 태블릿 PC의 발전으로 더욱 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 화가의 스케치 작품을 분석해, 그와 유사한 스케치 효과를 생성하는 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 우리는 반 고흐의 실제 드로잉 작품을 분석하고, 각 객체별로 사용된 스케치 스트로크의 패턴을 분석하고 DB를 구성한다. 그리고 이를 기반으로, 각 오브젝트별로 해당 스트로크 패턴을 적용하여 스케치 효과를 재현하였다.

  • In the 4th industrial revolution, changes in the technological paradigm have had a direct impact on the maintenance system of ships. The 2-stroke low speed engine system integrates with the core equipment required for propulsive power. The Condition Based Management (CBM) is defined as a technology that predictive maintenance methods in existing calender-based or running time based maintenance systems by monitoring the condition of machinery and diagnosis/prognosis failures. In this study, we have established a framework for CBM technology development on our own, and are engaged in engineering-based failure analysis, data development and management, data feature analysis and pre-processing, and verified the reliability of failure mode DB using LSTM algorithms. We developed various simulated failure mode scenarios for 2-stroke low speed engine and researched to produce data on onshore basis test_beds. The analysis and pre-processing of normal and abnormal status data acquired through failure mode simulation experiment used various Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) techniques to feature extract not only data on the performance and efficiency of 2-stroke low speed engine but also key feature data using multivariate statistical analysis. In addition, by developing an LSTM classification algorithm, we tried to verify the reliability of various failure mode data with time-series characteristics.

고혈압 환자에서 한방의료기관 이용과 심혈관 위험 요소와의 관계: 국민건강보험공단 표본코호트 DB (Association between Korean Medicine Hospital Utilization and Cardiovascular Risks in Patients with Hypertension: a National Korean Cohort Study)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate the effects of Korean Medicine Hospital Utilization (KMHU) on major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), myocardial infarction (MI), stroke, and death in hypertensive patients taking antihypertensives. Methods: Using the Korean National Health Insurance Service-National Sample Cohort database, this study identified and diagnosed 68,457 hypertensive patients taking antihypertensives between 2003 and 2006. They were divided into KMHU and non-KMHU groups. The follow-up period ended with the diagnosis of myocardial infarction, stroke, or death. After propensity score matching (PSM), there were 18,242 patients each in the non-KMHU and KMHU groups. We calculated the incidence rate, hazard ratio (HR), and 95% confidence interval (CI) for MACE, myocardial infarction, stroke, and death in patients with hypertension using a stratified Cox proportional hazard model. In addition, secondary outcome analyses for stroke and cardiovascular mortality were performed. Results: After PSM, the HRs for MACE (HR: 0.84, 95% CI: 0.81-0.87), all-cause mortality (HR: 0.75, 95% CI: 0.72-0.79), and myocardial infarction (HR: 0.90, 95% CI: 0.83-0.97) were significantly lower in the KMHU group than in the non-KMHU group. Moreover, the HRs for stroke-related mortality, haemorrhage and ischaemic stroke-related mortality, and ischaemic heart disease-related and circulatory system disease-related mortality were significantly lower in the KMHU group than in the non-KMHU group. Conclusions: On long-term follow-up observation, this study supported the effect of KMHU for managing hypertension and reducing the burden of cardiovascular diseases.

  • In this paper we are to explain the development of circuit breaker characteristic tester for 25.8kV Gas Insulated Switchgear. Because of hermetically sealed cubicle, we have the difficulties of installation and usage of tester. Therefore we developed measuring tester and software. This tester can measure CB close/trip time, coil current, stroke, chattering time. And it has CB positive/ negative discrimination program, trend management program, DB management program.

제2형 당뇨 마우스 모델에서 청혈플러스의 항고지혈 및 항산화효과 (Hypolipidemic and Anti-oxidant Effects of Chunghyl Plus in Type II Diabetic Mice Model)

  • This study was perfomed to investigate the effects of Chunghyul-plus(CHP) on oxidative damage and hyperlipidemia in db/db mouse. After treatment with CHP, safety in cytotoxicity, heavy metal toxicity, production of reactive oxygen species(ROS), nitric oxide (N0) and proinflammatory cytokine IL-Ib, TNF-a, IL-6 in RAW 264.7 cells. Serum total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglyceride, insulin, GLP-1, glucose, food intake, body weight, organ weight, AST, ALT, ALP, BUN, creatine and histologic change of liver and aorta were measured in db/db mouse after oral administration of CHP. CHP showed safety in cytotoxicity and toxicity of liver and kidney for logn time administration. CHP increased the DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity. CHP showed significant inhibitory effect on reactive oxygen species (ROS), and showed inhibitory effect on nitiric oxide(NO) compared to control group. CHP decreased cytokine IL-6 production significantly, and decreased IL-1β and TNF-α compared to control group. CHP decreased body and organ weitht, intake food, and glucose levels compared to control group. CHP decreased total cholesterol and triglyceride significantly, and decreased LDL-cholesterol levels and increased HDL-cholesterol levels compared to control group. CHP decreased atherogenic index and cardiac risk factor significantly. CHP increased serum insulin and GLP-1 compared to control group. In histologic examination, lipophagy in the liver and aorta decreased in CHP treated mice and the cell was regular and boundary of vessel wall was clear compared to control group. These results suggest that CHP is effective in antioxidation activity and treatment and prevention of hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, diabetes, ischemic heart disease, stroke and other cardiocerebrovascular disease.

암, 심뇌혈관 질환자의 소득수준에 따른 사망 및 이차 질환 발생 위험 (Risk of Death and Occurrence of Secondary Disease of Cancer and Cardiovascular Disease Patient by Income Level in Korea)

  • 본 연구에서는 국민건강보험공단 코호트를 이용하여 한국의 사망원인 1, 2, 3 위에 해당하는 질병이자 4대 중증질환에 포함되는 암, 뇌졸중, 심근경색 환자의 소득수준이 사망에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한다. 또한 발병 1년 이후 이차적으로 암, 심뇌혈관 질환에 발생할 위험을 확인하고자 한다. 2007년 해당 질환으로 신규 발병한 환자를 대상자로 하여 2015년까지 관찰하였고, 분석은 Cox 확률비례위험모형과 경쟁위험모형을 이용하였다. 소득수준은 2007년 발병 당시 정보를 사용하였으며, 소득분위 수 1~3/4~7/8~10으로 나눠 각각 low/mid/high로 범주화하였고 '의료급여'군은 low군으로 분석에 포함했다. 연구 결과에서 소득분위 수준에 따라 암, 뇌졸중, 심근경색이 발병한 환자의 사망 위험이나 추가 발병 위험에 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 저소득층의 초기 사망을 낮추기 위한 사회적 안전망이 필요하다는 것과 더불어 현 정책과 같이 중증질환에 대한 보편적인 보장성 강화도 지속해서 필요하다고 보인다.

수종에 따른 스트로크 하베스터의 벌도⋅조재작업 생산성 및 비용 (Productivity and Cost of Mechanized Felling and Processing Operations Performed with an Excavator-based Stroke Harvester by Tree Species)

  • 체인톱에 의한 인력위주의 임목수확작업은 안전사고 문제에 직면하고 있으나, 기계화작업을 통해 작업자의 위험성을 줄이고 생산성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구는 국내 수종에 적합한 굴삭기 기반의 스트로크 하베스터을 이용하여 리기다소나무(Pinus rigida)와 신갈나무(Quercus mongolica)를 대상으로 벌도+조재작업, 벌도작업과 조재작업으로 구분하여 생산성과 비용을 분석하였다. 스트로크 하베스터의 효율적인 운영을 위한 작업생산성 예측모델 개발과 직경 및 기계이용률에 따른 작업비용 변화를 분석하였다. 벌도+조재작업에서 리기다소나무와 신갈나무의 생산성은 각각 6.53 m3/SMH와 4.02 m3/SMH이고, 비용은 각각 17,983 won/m3과 29,210 won/m3으로 나타났다. 벌도작업에서 리기다소나무와 신갈나무의 생산성은 각각 40.9 m3/SMH와 23.0 m3/SMH이고 비용은 각각 2,667 won/m3와 4,743 won/m3으로 나타났다. 조재작업에서 리기다소나무와 신갈나무의 생산성은 각각 8.25 m3/SMH와 7.75 m3/SMH이고, 비용은 각각 15,296 won/m3와 16,283 m3/SMH으로 나타났다. 스트로크 하베스터를 이용한 벌도+조재작업, 벌도작업과 조재작업의 생산성에 대한 중요인자는 흉고직경, 이동거리와 절단횟수가 선정되었으며(p<0.05), 이를 이용하여 작업생산성 예측모델을 개발하였다. 따라서 스트로크 하베스터를 이용한 벌도 및 조재작업에서 다양한 조건과 수종을 고려한 DB 구축으로 생산성과 비용 예측의 정확성을 높이기 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

기계학습 기반의 장애 음성 검출 시스템 (Machine Learning based Speech Disorder Detection System)

  • 본 논문에서는 기계학습 기반의 분류 방법을 이용하여 장애 음성을 검출하고자 한다. 음성 장애 중 마비말 장애는 뇌성마비, 파킨슨 질환, 뇌졸중 등 주로 뇌질환에 의해 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 장애 음성을 검출함으로써 뇌졸중 등의 급성 뇌질환 발생에 대한 조기 처치가 가능하다. 장애 음성 검출은 입력 음성에 대한 특징벡터 추출과 기계학습을 이용한 분류과정을 통해 이루어질 수 있다. 실험을 위해서 장애 음성 DB인 TORGO 데이터를 사용하였으며, 10가지 기계학습 알고리즘과 다양한 특징벡터 스케일링 방법에 대해 장애 음성 검출 성능을 평가하였다.

사상체질의 Cholecystokinin 유전자 단일염기다형성 연구 (Genetic Polymorphism of CCK Promotor Region and Sasang Constitution)

  • Objectives : Sasang Constitutional Medicine is based on the diversity of human beings and medically developing a variation of responses to diseases and medicines. This diversity is categorized into four concerning morphology, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology. It is supposed that sasang constitutional medicine is related the genetic diversity of individuals. Single nucleotide polymorphism is the basic tool to research genetic polymorphism as a landmark of genomes. Each constitution has different processes of pathophysiology and metabolisms to herb medications. In clinical research, the stroke incidence is significantly different by constitution. Methods : We researched whether the polymorphic expression of CCK (rs=2241997) depends on sasang constitution. The [c/t] polymorphism site of promotor region of CCK gene on 3p22-p21.3 was investigated. Results : The allele frequency of [c/t] polymorphism of CCK promotor region was different in constitution groups compared to the average allele frequency of SNP DB. The allele frequencies of Soeumin and Soyangin groups were (c:0.70/t:0.30). and (c:0.71/t:0.29), that of Taeumin group was (c:0.57/t:0.43) and of Taeyangin group was (c:1.00/t:0.00) Conclusions : It was regarded the [c/t] polymorphism of CCK promotor region is available to classify the constitution. However, it is necessary to research about CCK gene polymorphism and more constitution population groups. It is also necessary to research the more functional gene's polymorphism and sasang constitution.
