KSLV-1 1단 후방동체 상부 조합체 상세설계 (KSLV-1 1st stage Rear Fuselage Upper Compartment Detail Design)

  • KSLV-1 1단 후방동체 상부 조합체 상세설계를 수행하였다. 동체 사이징 프로그램으로 기본적인 형상을 결정했다. 체결류 기본설계를 통하여 스킨-프레임, 스트링거-프레임의 체결류 선정하였다. 유한요소 프로그램을 통한 프레임 구조해석 및 인터페이스 확인을 통하여 프레임을 설계하였다. 또한 유한요소 프로그램으로 컷 아웃을 고려한 부분을 해석을 수행하여 구조 안전성을 확인하였다. 전단체결류 설계를 위하여 최대 전단하중에 대한 최대전단응력을 유한요소 방법으로 구하였다. 이러한 동체해석 사이징과 유한요소 및 체결류 선정 프로그램을 사용하여 후방동체 상부조합체의 상세설계를 수행하였다.

Z-단면 복합재 스트링거의 크리플링 해석 (Crippling Analysis of Z-Section Composite Stringers)

  • 본 연구에서는 Z-단면 복합재 스트링거의 크리플링 응력 및 파손 거동을 비선형 유한요소법을 사용하여 해석하였다. 스트링거는 9절점 쉘요소를 사용하여 이상화하였다. 취성이 강한 재료에 적합한 완전제하 모델을 사용하여 초기 파손 이후 크리플링이 발생할 때까지의 점진적 파손해석을 수행하였다. 완전제하모델을 사용한 수치적 해석을 위해 수정된 Riks방법을 도입하였다. 해석의 타당성 검증을 위해 좌굴응력 크리플링 응력을 기존 시험결과와 비교하였다. 해석결과 Z-단면 스트링거의 크리플링 응력은 플렌지의 폭이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고,적층순서에 따라서는 $[{\pm}45/0/90]s$에서 크리플링 응력 및 부분좌굴 응력이 가장 높게 나타났다.

  • Structural acoustic modification method based on the structural mobility analysis is applied to reduce the structure-borne noise radiated from hard disk drive system. Sound intensity techniques and ODS(Operational Deflection Shape) techniques are also used in order to provide the structural acoustic information for the mobility modification. The sound intensity is for the acoustic visualization of the noise source locations, and the ODS is for the visualization of the vibration pattern and its dynamic characteristics of the noise sources. Using visualization information of sound and vibration, local structural input mobility is reduced in the frequency band of interest by designing asymmetrical wave-stringer structure in the wave-number domain as well as frequency domain. The overall sound pressure level is reduced by 4dB and its controlled sound power radiated from the disk drive is proved to under 2.8Bel in idle-spinning mode and 3.1 Bel in random-seeking mode, which are the lowest noise levels in the hard disk drive industry.

상용차용 SCR 머플러의 방사소음 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Radiated Noise in SCR Muffler of Commercial Vehicle)

  • This study presents the design modification for SCR muffler of a commercial vehicle. Its main objective is the reduction of radiated noise at SCR muffler. For this study, the research of five steps were achieved by experimental and CAE analysis. First step is the measurement of radiated noise using impact-acoustic test. Second step is the source identification using experimental modal analysis. The cause of radiated noise source is confirmed by the resonance of end plates at SCR muffler. Third step confirms the possibility of resonance avoidance using SDM analysis applied the mass control. Fourth step is the suggestion of design modification which is the change of mode shape by CAE analysis. Last step is the verification of design modification using SYSNOISE analysis. Finally, the prototype product applied the countermeasure of resonance evasion was manufactured and the reduction of radiated noise at SCR muffler was confirmed by pass-by noise test.

Structural damage detection by principle component analysis of long-gauge dynamic strains

  • A number of acceleration-based damage detection methods have been developed but they have not been widely applied in engineering practices because the acceleration response is insensitive to minor damage of civil structures. In this article, a damage detection approach using the long-gauge strain sensing technology and the principle component analysis technology is proposed. The Long gauge FBG sensor has its special merit for damage detection by measuring the averaged strain over a long-gauge length, and it can be connected each other to make a distributed sensor network for monitoring the large-scale civil infrastructure. A new damage index is defined by performing the principle component analyses of the long-gauge strains measured from the intact and damaged structures respectively. Advantages of the long gauge sensing and the principle component analysis technologies guarantee the effectiveness for structural damage localization. Examples of a simple supported beam and a steel stringer bridge have been investigated to illustrate the successful applications of the proposed method for structural damage detection.

  • 용탕의 온도는 탄소의 비율을 높이기 위하여 $1500^{\circ}C$ 이하로 해야 하며, 주입온도는 $1460^{\circ}C$ 내외가 적당하다. 주조상태에서 소지의 침상석출물은 orthorhombic $(Fe,\;Mn)_3C$로 판명되었다. 냉간압연비는 클수록 결정이 미세화되고 또한 경도도 증가하였다. 표면탈탄이 얼어 나면 표면층에 martensite가 형성되어 성형하기가 어려우므로 argon 분위기를 쓰는 것이 좋았다. 두께 1 mm 판재의 경우 수인처리 온도가 $950^{\circ}C$ 이하일 때 탄화물 stringer 가 나타났고, $1020^{\circ}C$ 에서 30 분간 가열했을 때 탄화물이 의 소지에 고용되었다. C 함량이 클수록 인장강도와 연신률이 증가하였다. Ni, Cr 및 V 을 미량 첨가했을 때 인장강도 및 연신률이 커졌으며 또한 굽힘성도 좋았다.

필릿 용접된 거더와 종통재 구조의 용접변형 예측 (Prediction of Welding Deformation for Fillet Welded Girder and Stringer Structure)

  • The block assembly of ship consists of a certain type of heat processes such as cutting, bending, welding, residual stress relaxation and fairing. The residual deformation due to welding is inevitable at each assembly stage. The geometric inaccuracy caused by the welding deformation tends to preclude the introduction of automation and mechanization and needs the additional man-hours for the adjusting work at the following assembly stage. To overcome this problem, a distortion control method should be applied. For this purpose, it is necessary to develop an accurate prediction method which can explicitly account for the influence of various factors on the welding deformation. The validity of the prediction method must be also clarified through experiments. This paper proposes a simplified analysis method to predict the welding deformation of panel block structure. For this purpose, a simple prediction model for fillet welding deformations has been derived based on numerical and experimental results through the regression analysis. On the basis of these results, the simplified analysis method has been applied to some examples to show its validity.

  • Carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) is applied as structural material. CFRP is excellent in plane strength / stiffness and don't haves rust. Lightweight, rigid and robust at the same time as transportation material. Aluminum alloy and reinforcement material The application is increasing rapidly. In this study, the prototype of a semi - Monocoque structure frame, Longeron, Stringer, Skin of the aircraft, restraining the rigidity Clips of the aircraft was designated as the target product and the experiment was conducted. ln the experiment, (1) For CFRTP 3 points, data on heating, transfer, and cooling were measured using Thermo Couple, and optimum temperature required for flexible state was obtained. Heating was performed at a temperature 15% higher than the provided temperature. (2) By using a pneumatic press during molding, by dividing LH, center and RH according to the cooling time, thickness parameter of the target product due to the load is measured, and thickness control and time-deviations were analyzed and cross sections were observed with a low magnification microscope.

파이프서포트(V6)의 좌굴특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Buckling Characteristics of Pipe Support(V6))

  • Among the accidents and failures that occur during concrete construction, many are formwork failures which usually happen when concrete is being placed. A system of formwork filled with wet concrete has its weight at the top and is not basically a stable structure. Slab formwork consists of sheathing, stringer, hanger and shore. There are several types of adjustable shores. In construction site, pipe supports are usually used as a shore of slab formwork. In this study, pipe support systems with/without horizontal connector were measured by buckling test. Buckling load of respective pipe support system was analyzed by structural analysis program(MIDAS). Buckling load of pipe support with/without horizontal connector was got by test and structural analysis. According to these results, we know that horizontal connector made pipe support system very safe. Buckling load of pipe support with horizontal connector is 56% higher than that without horizontal connector. So horizontal connector is important in slab formwork systems. Finally, the present study results will be used to design slab formwork system safely in the construction sites.

한중합작영화 리메이크 과정을 통해 본 중국영화계의 현주소 -영화<블라인드(BLIND)>와 <나는 증인이다(我是證人)>를 중심으로 (The Present Status of the Chinese Film Industry through the Remake of the Korean-Chinese Joint Film - The Case of the Movie 「BLIND」 and 「I am a witness」)

  • 근래 사드 미사일 배치 문제로 한중관계가 급격히 냉각되면서, 많은 한중합작영화와 엔터테인먼트 사업들의 기획과 제작이 무산되었다. 설상가상으로 중국내에서는 그간 합작영화의 결과를 통한 '한중합작 무용론' 까지 제기되고 있다. 필자는 그간의 한중합작영화들의 많은 실패 원인이 중국영화계에 대한 한국영화인들의 이해와 경험의 부족이라고 판단하였다. 이에, 필자는 본 지면을 통해 중국영화사를 개괄하여 현재 중국영화계의 특성이 형성된 원인을 밝히고, 여타의 장르보다 더욱 까다로운 검열을 거쳐야하는 범죄스릴러 장르인, 한국영화 <블라인드>를 라메이크한 <나는 증인이다>의 경우를 통해 중국영화계의 검열방식과 실제 적용된 사례를 소개하여, 중국영화계의 현주소를 파악하는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 또한 앞으로의 한중합작영화를 준비하고자하는 한국영화인들에게 드리는 제언과 함께, 한중합작 영화산업의 발전을 위한 필자의 의견을 간략하게 피력하고자 한다.
