교사의 통계적 추론과 사고를 개발하는 것은 예비교사 대상의 통계교육에서 이루어져야 하는 중요한 역할이다. 본 연구에서는 특히, 예비초등교사들이 통계의 핵심 아이디어에 대한 추론을 발달시키기 위한 방안으로서 두 자료집합 비교하기 과제의 활용에 주목하였다. 24명의 예비초등교사들이 4명씩 6개 모둠으로 과제를 수행하고 이를 발표하게 함으로써 자료를 수집하였고, 두 자료집합 비교 활동에서 확인된 Pfannkuch(2006)의 추론 모델을 바탕으로 이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 연구 참여자들은 두 자료집합 비교하기 과제를 통해 통계적 문제해결을 위해 분포와 변이성에 주목하였고, 의사결정을 위해 맥락적 지식을 고려하는 모습을 보였다. 또한, 통계적 의사소통을 위한 주된 참조물로서 통계량과 그래프를 활용하였는데, 이는 절차적 지식에 고착화된 전통적 통계교육을 개선하기 위한 주요한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 이를 통해, 두 자료집합 비교하기 과제가 예비초등교사교육에서 지니는 가능성을 확인함과 동시에 활용 방안에 대한 제언을 도출하였다.

가능성의 종류를 부족하게 책정하기도 하고, 특정 가능성에 너무 크거나 작은 가치를 부여하기도 하고, 앞서 고려했던 바와 관련짓지 못하기도 하고. 불충분한 논의 끝에 곧바로 다음 상황에 적용하기도 하는 등, 우리가 가능성에 관한 판단을 할 때 범하는 실수는 너무나 많다. 확률ㆍ통계의 역사로 걸어 들어가면 이와 같이 특정한 상황에서의 가능성에 대하여 우리가 범하는 것과 본질적으로 같은 오류를 많은 과학자, 수학자가 범하고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 가능성에 관한 판단의 오류를 수정하기 위하여 노력하는 과정에서 바로 확률ㆍ통계의 이론화가 이루어졌다고 보고, 그 이론화 과정을 중심으로 확률과 통계의 역사적 배경을 살펴보고자 한다.

Purpose : This study is conducted to analyze the safe awarenece, its related health education and the employee's requirements in a prime supplier and its subcontractor company, suggesting the proper measure in employee education program. Method : The employees of 'S' construction company and its subcontractor are surveyed during the period of April 15 from May 15 in 2016. The 324 questionnaires are statistically analyzed with the version 21.0 of SPSS. The general characteristics were calculated through the frequency analysis and descriptive statistics. The difference in safe consciousness between prime and subcontractor employee group was analyzed using t-test. Result : The statistics shows the employees in the prime company tend to observe the safe rules rather than the subcontractor employees(p<.005), but the latter are more conscious of safety in working environment than the former(p<.005). In addition, the subcontractor company did not provide his employees with the site for the safety-health education. Conclusion : The small-sized subcontractor company should identify its employees' requirements and supplement the lack of the safety and health education for the prevention of the industrial disasters. In details, the hand-on and practice-oriented leaning and teaching program development are suggested.

자녀의 사교육비 지출은 정치, 경제, 사회 등 국민 생활 전반에 걸쳐 막대한 영향을 미치고 그 부작용이 심각하여 한국사회의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 통계청에서 수집한 2008년도 사교육비 실태조사 자료 중 일반사교육비 지출과 방과후 프로그램 참가비의 두변수에 대하여 지역, 초 중 고 등 학교급 구분, 가구소득, 학생 성적, 별, 사교육 참가시간 등의 인구동태적 변수들의 영향을 알아보는 다중 선형 회귀분석을 수행 하였다. 분석결과 일반 사교육비 지출과 방과후 프로그램 참가비에 뚜렷한영향을 미치는 요소로는 지역과 학교급구분이고 나머지 변수들은 의미있는 영향력을 보여주지 못하였다. 일반 사교육비 지출에 대한 지역의 영향을 보면, 서울지역>광역시, 중소도시>읍면지역 순으로 지출에 상당한 차이가 있음을 보여주었다. 방과후 참가비에 대한 지역의 영향을 보면 서울지역, 광역시, 중소도시>읍면지역 의 순으로 지출이 많았는데 서울과 기타도시의 차이가 없다는 것이 일반 사교육비의 경우와 다른 특징이다. 학교급 구분에서는 일반사교육비의 경우 일반계 고교생에 대한 지출이 초 중생이나 전문계 고교생에 비하여 약 17% 지출이 더 많았다. 이는 대학입시 위주의 교육 풍토와 사교육 시장이 관련이 있음을 보여준다고 할 수 있다. 방과후 학교 참가비의 경우 일반계고, 초등학교> 전문계고> 중학교 의 순서이다. 초등학생은 사교육비의 부담을 덜기 위해서, 그리고 일반계 고등학생의 경우는 방과후 학교에서 내신에 도움을 주는 프로그램을 제공하기 때문으로 추측할 수 있다.

Few studies are found in literature on estimation of population quantiles using the method of ranked set sampling (RSS). The optimal RSS strategy is to select observations with at most two fixed rank order statistics from different ranked sets. In this paper, a near optimal unbalanced RSS model for estimating p^th(0 < p < 1) population quantile is proposed. Main advantage of this model is to use each rank order statistics and is distributionfree. The asymptotic relative efficiency (ARE) for balanced RSS, unbalanced optimal and proposed near-optimal methods are computed for different values of p. We also compared these AREs with respect to simple random sampling. The results show that proposed unbalanced RSS performs uniformly better than balanced RSS for all set sizes and is very close to the optimal RSS for large set sizes. For the practical utility, the near optimal unbalanced RSS is recommended for estimating the quantiles.

The purpose of this study is to develope a program for statistics education. This program deals with simulation which is helpful in understanding some elementary statistical concepts. This program under multimedia environment which includes sound video animation etc. doesn't show only the result but make it possible for students to execute the program by stages. This type of dynamic learning is efficient to overcome the limits of teaching materials or classroom work. Also it can interest students greatly. By executing it the students can understand the method and meaning of simulation and acquire concepts of probability and statistical inference naturally.

The purpose of this paper is to show how much the subjects based on the mathematics and statistics contribute to the curriculum and the education of the students majoring in engineer of the Computer-Software department, and to recognize the roles of mathematics and statistics in the Computer-Software department. In order to advance the world-class Computer-Software department, it is necessary for Math/Stat to ensure the role as a basis for the Computer-Software majors as well as to extend its role to relate the core studies of the Computer-Software majors. Consequently, the recognition of Math/Stat in the Computer-Software major will enable to establish the short or/and long-tern plan for student education.

In Korea, many local university mathematics faculty knew that the institution faced serious student shortage problems and the restructuring and cut actions for such a mathematics major programs. In general, undergraduate mathematics education in korea is in the crisis. In general, lots of mathematics departments in korea was not prepared for such a severe risk. In this article, university mathematics education and research business are studied in the context of the size of korea-usa population, economy(such as GDP), SCI indices. Korea-usa university mathematics education profile data are presented to compare korea-usa university mathematics education business. Lots of precious data on mathematics education are being helped to prepare for the university mathematics education crisis.

Given a set ${\Omega}$, the notion of an ${\Omega}$-bifuzzy subsemigroup in semigroups is given, and some properties are investigated. Homomorphic image and inverse image of an ${\Omega}$-bifuzzy subsemigroup are considered.

통계 학습에서 자바 애플릿의 활용은 통계간을 직관적으로 이해할 수 있어 학습의 효과를 높일 수 있다. 통계 영역의 그래프를 공부하는데 통계값의 의미를 눈으로 보면서 이해하고 직접 조작하며 학습을 하면 보다 능률적일 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 통계 영역의 교육과정을 분석하여 그래프 객체를 정의하고, 객체의 속성과 메소드를 분석하여 클래스를 구성한 후 클래스 사이의 관계를 파악하여 클래스 계층구조를 설계하였다.
