Over the past couple of years, tremendous progress has been made in applying deep learning (DL) techniques to computer vision. Especially, deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) have achieved state-of-the-art performance on standard recognition datasets and tasks such as ImageNet Large-Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC). Among them, GoogLeNet network which is a radically redesigned DCNN based on the Hebbian principle and scale invariance set the new state of the art for classification and detection in the ILSVRC 2014. Since there exist various deep learning techniques, this review paper is focusing on techniques directly related to DCNNs, especially those needed to understand the architecture and techniques employed in GoogLeNet network.

This article describes a state-of-the art review in nano-biomanipulation technologies. Nanomanipulation of biological objects enables an in-depth study of single molecules such as DNA and RNA, and of biophysical events at the molecular level like molecular motors. Controlled nanomanipulation is challenging but essential for precisely engineering biomolecules or cells and for manufacturing functional nano-biosystems. In this paper, we summarize several contact, non-contact and hybrid methods available for nanomanipulation of biological objects. Advantages currently available methods and their limitations are also compared. Finally, we discuss possible applications of nano-biomanipulation technologies to life science and molecular medicine including cell biology, genetic engineering, biophysics, and biochemistry.

In this paper, we surveyed state-of-the-art health and wellness platforms. The motivation of this paper is to review the state-of-the-art health and wellness platforms and their maturity with respect to adoption of latest enabling technologies. The is review is classified into four categories: healthcare systems, AI-assisted healthcare, wellness platforms, and open source health and wellness initiatives. From this comprehensive review, it can be stated that the contemporary healthcare systems are well-adopting wellness due to the concentration shift towards prevention. Thus, the gap between health and wellness is slowly yet carefully entering gray area. Where both the domains can freely invoke each other's services, and supporting enabling technologies. Furthermore, the biomedical researchers and physicians are no longer carrying the myopic views of trusting their knowledge for diagnosis. AI-assisted technologies based on machine learning and big data are influencing today's prognosis with trust and confidence.

The postmodern culture since the later 20C breaks downa tradition a relation between the reality and languages or sign images expressing it. It develops in the way to review the meaning on the object's imitation or the representation to have been followed since Plato and represent the new state and concept of expressed things. Also, The visual art leads an change of paradigm by images giving up the visual resemblance or the function of representation and endowing them with the new sense. This essay has a purpose to study an important discussion about this change centered on Baudrillard and Lacan. A sociologist Baudrillard promotes the concept of 'simulation' through detecting the reality and the social and historical state of the image. Studying on the course of this change, he calls the step that the image escapes from the stage to reflect the reality and become the pure imitation by itself simulation. The image in the stage of simulation is called 'hyperreality' because it doesn't have any an indicator or a substitute and happens by models without the original or the reality. So he asserts that art is not to contain some absoluteness or transcendency as the past, but to be as the spectacle with characteristics of meaningless, emptiness, contingency. Lacan dismantles the concept of the absolute Cogito to have become the center of the western ideology, and creates the concept of 'Other'. He concludes also the reality exists but can't be captured, and it's impossible for the thinking subject can reach it. The concept of new image which can be thought as the Symbolic in Lacan is 'Signifier without Signified' since it isn't possible to be the transcendent Signifier fixing the meaning finally in it. His 'Gaze' theory is which to be emitted in other's area determines the subject. Equally Baudrillard and Lacan sets up the new state of the image through the end of representation system As for Baudrillard, art intends to the worthlessness and is nothing but imagination. But in Lacan a picture represents the subject being in process by the dialectic of desire.

Compared to Korea's recently expanding art distribution market, the difficulty of securing the authenticity of art is hindering the healthy development and growth of the market. In this regard, the current situation of the emotional system in the UK and France's art distribution process are examined as excellent cases in foreign countries. In the UK, there is a full autonomous appraisal system by art experts without state intervention. In France, the judiciary and the administration of art have an appraisal system for art works, so the appraisal work has reliability and objectivity. Through the above system, this study suggests measures to strengthen transparency in art trade and to break unfair practices in order to secure the authenticity of the domestic art distribution market. In addition, this study proposes the establishment of a professional appraisal system and the improvement of administrative law regulations to explore the possibility of ensuring fairness through mediation through the example of an international arbitration body.
