정보통신 중점기술의 표준화 우선순위 결정방법 (Prioritization of Information and Communication Technologies for Strategic Standardization)

  • 세계 각국은 지식재산권이 확보된 자국의 기술을 국제표준으로 제정하여 산업보호 및 해외시장 창출을 추구하고 있음에 따라, 우리나라도 국가 정책적 차원에서 효과적인 표준화전략을 수립하기 위해서 시장 및 이용자가 요구하는 기술 분야의 표준화 과제를 선정하고 우선순위를 정하여 선택과 집중전략을 운영하는 것이 필요하다. 표준화 분야의 우선순위를 결정하는 것은 학계, 연구계, 산업계, 정부 등의 이해관계가 존재하는 의사결정문제로 복수의 평가기준을 갖는 다기준 의사결정문제로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다기준 의사결정문제에 체계적인 이론과 절차를 제공하는 계층분석방법(AHP)을 이용하여 국내 민간 표준화기구인 한국정보통신기술협회에서 선정한 37개 표준화 분야에 대한 우선순위를 결정하였다.

  • An account book of medical treatment is a form of collection materials for diagnostic standardization, and it is a basis of standardization, standardization of medical records is a preconsideration of each standardization. But an account book of medical treatment is only a kind of form for recording medical treatment, therefore standardization of medical treatment eventually holds the key to the standardization of recording charts. However until now we have gradually reformed medical records in accordance with individual characters of medical treatment, and didn't have even standard sheme of medical records, also medical terms for medical records had an inconsistency of redescription and reiterative representation for an identical terms in all parts of the East learning, medical terms for medical records didn't unity. To make better this realities, standardization study used orginated system in the process of existing study, it can get ready the basis of discussion between O.M.D and O.M.D. it can make analysis of diagnostic course and can clearly understand usable information by diagnostic course. for that reason we hope that the basis of standardization is accomplished. And in advance of study for this standardization we have to analysis the course of medical treatment with demonstration of roof, first of all we have to study term definition by diagnostic course and prepare basis by diagnostic course. because this study have limits of indivisual study, it needs to long and synthetic investigation in Association levels. Although we cann't completely alternate with methods of measurement which relyed on individual mastery, if we exclude erroes of individual measurement through mechanization and verify results of diagnosis through keynotes, we can realize standardization of medical treatment with demonstration of proof and in this process we can use medical records as a tool collecting exact data, also we can realize standardization of drawing up medical records.

  • Under limited resources such as budgets and experts, it is essential to set promotion priorities for standardization work items on IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) multi-networking technologies. Opinions of domain experts are surveyed and analyzed utilizing a multi-criteria decision making tool, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Weights of ten evaluation criteria are identified and applied to calculating importance degree of eight work items. According to descending order of importance degree, priorities of work items are determined. The processes and results of this study may provide not only an approach of setting promotion priorities for standardization work items but also a practical guide of implementing of a multi-criteria decision analysis.

  • 본 연구는 자동차부품제조업의 전사적 자원관리(ERP : Enterprise Resource Planning)시스템 전체 모듈중 가용재고관리 프로세스에 대한 표준화 모델을 개발한다. 표준화 모델은 중소기업청 및 중소기업기술정보진흥원에서 제시한 정보화구축 개발 방법론에 준하여 단계별 방법론에 따라 시스템이 구축되게 된다. 표준화 모델은 가용 재고관리 프로세스를 위한 발주관리, 입고관리, 출고관리, 재고관리의 프로세스를 표준화 시키고 표준모듈을 개발한다. 본 연구로 ERP시스템 하에서 가용재고관리 프로세스를 구축하고자 하는 제조기업 및 관련 전문 IT업체 들이 표준화된 모듈을 적용하여 시스템을 보다 효과적으로 구축 할 수 있으며, 시스템에 대한 구축 용이성과 신뢰성을 제공한다. 본 연구 결과를 적용함으로써 기업의 원자재 및 제품의 과다보유를 방지하고 적정, 안전재고를 항시 보유할 수 있으며 실시간 재고파악, 고객납기 준수, 과다제품 생산 방지 및 재고비용 절감 등이 가능하다.

국제전자상무중적영소표준화화공사표현(国际电子商务中的营销标准化和公司表现) (Marketing Standardization and Firm Performance in International E.Commerce)

  • 市场营销的标准化已经成为有关国际市场营销的研究中最为关注的焦点之一. 全球营销这个术语常被定义为以国外市场的共同性为前提的国际标准化的营销战略. 营销标准化仅在传统的实体市场交易场所的背景中被讨论. 自从上个世纪90年代起, 联网上的电子市场交易场所开始兴起, 并成为全球化过程中为全球营销活动标准化开拓新机会的最重要的动力之一. 另一方面, 消费者由于更大程度的接受互联网而可能产生与标准化相比更高水平的定制化和产品的差异化, 这样的观点也很流行. 考虑这个分歧, 在全球电子商务的背景下关注营销标准化的综合的研究不能达到一定高度的这种情况值得注意. 在这个背景下, 本研究提出了两个基本研究问题: (1) 在国际电子商务中公司多大程度标准化了他们的营销? (2) 营销的标准化对公司的表现(或成功)有没有影响? 根据文献回顾提出了下列研究假设: H1: 从事国际电子商务的公司为营销标准化做了更多的准备. H2: 营销标准化在帮助公司在国际电子商务中获得成功的方面发挥积极的作用. H3: 在国际电子商务中, 营销组合标准化在公司获得经济的和非经济的成功方面比营销过程标准化发挥更积极的作用. H4: 国际电子商务公司获得非经济的成功越大, 获得经济的成功也越大. 本研究的数据是通过在2005年2月到4月间进行问卷调查获得的. 本调查包括了德国各种产业中的国际电子商务公司和国外电子商务公司驻德国的所有总部和分公司. 801家公司中的118家回复了问卷. 本研究为结构方程模型, 使用PLS‐Graph3.0版本中的偏最小二乘法. 数据分析结果支持所有的4个研究假设. 结果表明, 从事国际电子商务的公司在商标, 网页设计, 产品定位和产品项目上的标准化很高. 这些公司打算未来在营销组合标准化方面加大努力. 另外, 他们想提高营销过程标准化的水平, 尤其是和信息系统, 企业语言和在线营销控制程序一起. 在本研究中, 营销标准化对企业在国际电子商务中的表现起到了积极全面的影响. 营销组合的标准化在非经济的成功方面比营销过程的标准化发挥更积极的影响. 相反, 营销过程的标准化在经济的成功方面发挥了较积极的作用. 另外, 我们的结果明确的支持了在国际电子商务中非经济的成功和经济的成功是高度相关的这一假设. 实证结果表明, 国际电子商务公司的成功与营销标准化高度相关. 但营销组合和销售过程标准化以不同的方式帮助企业的经济和非经济的成功. 结果表明, 公司在互联网上使营销组合的众多因素标准化. 这种做法在一定程度上违背了 "划分标准化" 的经营理念, 认为营销组合的一些因素应该适应本土化, 其他的应该国际标准化. 而且, 发现表明, 相比一个特定的营销组合元素的标准化, 整体标准化营销为成功带来更积极的总体影响.

국내물류기기 표준화가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Logistics Equipments Standardization on Business Performance)

  • I think that there are few domestic enterprises that recognize standardization of logistics equipments is necessary, which causes a lot of waste in costs and also reduces their business competitiveness. The purpose of this paper is to make the companies be aware of this situation, to exactly analyze where the Korean logistics equipments status are, and further to provide practical directions of methods and activities for effective standardization. Through analysis in the study, there were some findings, as listed below. First, the standardization level of each company varies depending on its own corporate characteristics. Second, if a company adopted standardization process in logistics equipments, it would accelerate process of work efficiency or productivity. Third, when logistics equipment are standardized, it would boost efficiency in storage utilization. Fourth, the delivery services through this standardized logistics would be implemented at a higher speed than before due to the accelerated flow of materials. According to the above findings, it is confirmed that logistics standardization would greatly affect on business performance positively. For the domestic manufactures to facilitate logistics system more easily, as an easiest way, it is required to build logistics standardization teams and surveys. Then afterwards, to achieve it earlier than expected, the company-wide education and training for workers have to be followed to let them be aware of necessity and inevitability about standardized logistics.

한국 금융산업에서의 6시그마시행의 성공요인에 관한 실증연구 (An empirical study on the core factors of implementing 6-sigma in Korea Financial Industry)

  • This study has been attempted to find that factors for successful six-sigma implementation influence non-financial performance & financial performance in korean finance industry. In addition, goal of this study is to find out core factor in korean finance industry. To achieve the aim of this study, a document study and interview and an empirical analysis were performed. The collected questionnaires for the empirical analysis were processed statistically through data cording. Cronbach'a was conducted to get the construct reliability. To identify which factors for successful six-sigma implementation influence performances of six-sigma implementation, factor analysis was conducted to get the construct validity. After factor analysis, multiple regressions were utilized to identify the core factors (or factors for successful six-sigma implementation). The result of the study that has been derived through this process is summarized below. Firstly, by analyzing the effect factors for successful six-sigma implementation has on non-financial performance of finance industry, it shows that Process-integration & standardization variable has influenced. Secondly, by analyzing the effect factors for successful six-sigma implementation has on financial performance of finance industry, it shows that 'Process-integration & standardization' variables and 'Customer & Market mind' variables have influenced. The results of this study show that 'Process-integration & standardization' and 'Customer & Market mind' are core factors to influence non-financial performance & financial performance in korean finance industry

NIST Lightweight Cryptography Standardization Process: Classification of Second Round Candidates, Open Challenges, and Recommendations

  • In January 2013, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announced the CAESAR (Competition for Authenticated Encryption: Security, Applicability, and Robustness) contest to identify authenticated ciphers that are suitable for a wide range of applications. A total of 57 submissions made it into the first round of the competition out of which 6 were announced as winners in March 2019. In the process of the competition, NIST realized that most of the authenticated ciphers submitted were not suitable for resource-constrained devices used as end nodes in the Internet-of-Things (IoT) platform. For that matter, the NIST Lightweight Cryptography Standardization Process was set up to identify authenticated encryption and hashing algorithms for IoT devices. The call for submissions was initiated in 2018 and in April 2019, 56 submissions made it into the first round of the competition. In August 2019, 32 out of the 56 submissions were selected for the second round which is due to end in the year 2021. This work surveys the 32 authenticated encryption schemes that made it into the second round of the NIST lightweight cryptography standardization process. The paper presents an easy-to-understand comparative overview of the recommended parameters, primitives, mode of operation, features, security parameter, and hardware/software performance of the 32 candidate algorithms. The paper goes further by discussing the challenges of the Lightweight Cryptography Standardization Process and provides some suitable recommendations.

  • A variety of standardization methods between two near-infrared (NIR) spectrometers were investigated for the prediction of five constituents in trans-alkylation process. Spectra were collected by two different instruments (one is regarded as mater instrument, other on as slave instrument). Three well-known standardization methods of direct standardization (DS), piecewise direct standardization (PDS) and slope/bias correction of response variable were applied to trans-alkylation samples on the slave instrument. We have examined for a set of reliable standardization samples using smaller number of transfer samples in order to increase efficiency of standardization.

준현용 기록관리 표준화의 평가 (An Evaluation of the Standardization of Records Management)

  • 공공기록관리 혁신의 일환으로 표준화 정책이 수립된 이후 지난 4년간 기록관리 전 영역에 걸쳐 55개의 표준화 과제가 추진되었다. 이 연구는 그동안 추진된 기록관리 표준화 정책과 추진내용을 평가하여 중장기 표준화 전략 재구축에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 평가는 표준화 관련 정책 문서와 중앙행정기관 기록관리 실무자들과의 면담을 기반으로 수행하였다. 표준화 대상 선정의 적절성, 표준의 질적 수준, 표준화 절차, 표준화 정책 등 4개 영역으로 범주화하여 평가 기준을 설정하고 이에 따라 정성적 평가를 실시하였다.
