국내 붕괴특성을 고려한 암반사면의 평면파괴 조건 연구 (Consideration of the Plane-Failure Condition of Rock Slopes according to Failure Characteristics in Korea)

  • 암반사면의 붕괴형태는 원호, 평면, 쐐기 또는 전도파괴로 구분하며, 각각의 붕괴는 역학적인 안정조건을 벗어날 경우 붕괴가 발생하는 것으로 평가한다. 특히, 암반사면 평면파괴는 절리면의 방향성에 대하여 일반적으로 '활동가능성이 있는 면의 주향과 절취사면의 주향의 차이가 약 20$^{\circ}$ 이상일 경우에는 발생하지 않는 것으로 알려져 있고 설계되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 안정조건을 만족한 경우라도 사면의 붕괴가 빈번히 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 안정된 사면조건에도 불구하고 현장 지형여건상 붕괴가 발생한 사례를 중심으로 국내 암반사면의 평면파괴조건을 제시하였다.

양돈장 발생 악취의 확산특성 연구 (A Study on Dispersion Characteristics of Odor from Swine Farms)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the dispersion prediction of odor from swine farms in Korea. Gaussian Plume model used in considering of farm size, wind velocity, atmospheric stability and threshold odor unit to prediction of odor dispersion based on the survey on current state of odor emission and control from 48 site of swine farms. Farm size, wind velocity and atmospheric stability were affected the distance of odor dispersion, showed longer distance in cases of large farm, low wind velocity and stable atmospheric condition. We will suggestion the adjusted distance of odor dispersion according to farm size was estimated to 180 m in small farm and 320 m in large farm when apply the 3 OU, 5 m/s wind velocity and stable atmospheric condition.

  • 일부궤한 제어시스템이 안정화되는 비례보상기의 이득의 구간을 연구한다. 이 논문에서 제어시스템이 연결된 구간에 대하여 안정화되는 조건을 구한다. 연결된 구간은 그 구간에 있는 어떤 임의의 두 실수를 취할 때 두 실수 사이의 모든 실수가 그 구간에 속하는 경우를 말한다. 조건은 페루프 전달함수의 분자나 분모의 주파수를 매개변수로한 부등식으로 표현된다. 또한 이산 시간 제어시스템과 시간지연 연속시스템에 관한 조건도 구한다.

  • This study is concerned with an effect of frictional condition in a forward/backward combined extrusion process. Generally, the material flow of the billet is influenced by the corners of the die cavity, the ratio in reduction in area, and thickness ratio of backward can thickness to forward can thickness. In addition, the frictional condition in contact area between the billet and the punch/die also affect the material flow. This paper investigated the effect of frictional condition for variable friction factors. The FEM simulation has been carried out in order to examine the effect of frictional condition. Deformation patterns and flow characteristics were examined in terms of design parameters such as extruded length ratio etc. Die pressure exerted on the die-workpiece interface is calculated by the simulation results and analyzed for safe tooling. Therefore the numerical simulation works provide a combined extrusion process of stable cold forging process planning to avoid the severe damage on the tool.

  • Many research of elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) has been performed under the condition of steady state loding. However, mechanical elements undergo severe high loads that are fluctuating in general. Conventional numerical method for the circular contact of EHL study has a difficulty in converging the film pressure and thickness especially in high load of steady state. In this work, multigrid multilevel method expels the convergence problem under the condition of high load and very stable convergence is obtained under the dynamic loading condition over 1.0GPa. Several results of dynamic loading condition are shown and compared with those of steady state condition.

평형하상 이론을 이용한 청미천 구하도 복원 대상구간의 안정하도 평가 및 설계 (Stable Channel Analysis and Design for the Abandoned Channel Restoration Site of Cheongmi Stream using Regime Theory)

  • 하천 복원 설계는 하천 수리 및 유사 수리학적, 하천 지형 및 형태학적, 그리고 생태환경적인 측면까지 모두 고려하여 인위적이지 않고 자연 상태에 가까운 평형하천의 형태를 갖도록 안정성을 최대화하면서 유지 관리 작업은 최소화하는 방향으로 수행해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 우선 평형하상 이론을 고려한 복원 하천 및 하도의 안정성에 대한 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 이러한 평형하상 이론 방법은 일반적으로 크게 해석적 방법 또는 경험적 방법의 형태로 발전되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 청미천 구하도 복원이 실시되는 구간에 대해서 해석적 방법의 대표적인 Copeland 방법을 기본 모듈로 채택하고 있는 SAM 프로그램을 이용하여 안정하도를 설계하였으며 경험적 방법의 평형공식(하류하천 수리기하 공식)들을 이용하여 현재하도의 안정성을 평가하고 분석하였다. 해석적, 경험적 방법들로 분석된 결과들은 구하도 구간의 하도 형태 설계를 위한 자료로 활용하기 위한 것이다. Copeland 방법을 이용한 분석 결과, 청미천 대상구간의 안정하도는 현재하도보다 폭이 좁고 수심이 큰 그리고 경사가 완만한 하도인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수리기하공식을 이용하여 복원 하천의 하폭 및 경사를 예측한 결과, 예측된 평형하도의 하폭은 현재 하도의 하폭보다 폭이 좁은 것으로 예측되었으며, 특히 Julien and Wargadalam 방법으로 예측한 결과 현재하도가 평형상태에 도달하기 위해서는 경사가 현재상태보다 더 완만해져야 되는 것으로 나타났다.

음성의 안정적 변수 추출을 위한 SOP 개발 연구 (Study of Developing SOP for Extracting Stable Vocal Features for Accurate Diagnosis)

  • Voice can be widely used to classify the four constitution types and to recognize one's health condition from extracting meaningful features as physical quantity in traditional Korean medicine or Western medicine. In this paper, we proposed the method to update the standard operating procedure (SOP) to acquire and record voices for extracting stable vocal features since they are sensitive to the variation of a subject's utterance. At first, we obtained pitch frequencies from vowels and the sentence and intensity form the sentence as features with voices acquired under subjects' utterance conditions and then the deviation ratios of features from median values according to the utterance conditions were obtained and the condition to minimize the ratio was selected as a new SOP. As a result, we decided the SOP for a subject to utter vowels with the length of 2s~1s and sentences with over 2s interval between them after practice, in consideration of the deviation and qualitative requirements. Stable voice features obtained from updated SOP produce accurate diagnosis, which will be developed and simplified for using in the u-Healthcare system of personalized medicine.

산업용 가스화 용융로를 위한 산소 버너의 개발 (Development of Oxygen Combustion Burner for Industrial Gasification and Smelting Furnace)

  • Multi-hole type oxygen combustion burner was developed for industrial gasification and smelting furnace. We investigated characteristics of flame, radiation transfer, and soot emission in the convectional oxygen burner with respect to the feeding condition of fuel and oxygen. Regarding the results of the conventional burner, we designed new burners which have larger fuel consumption rate and radiation heat transfer. We changed the size and hole number and shape of the exit plane of the burner. In addition, the performance of the burner was tested with respect to the feeding condition of the fuel and air: Normal Diffusion flame(NDF) and Inverse Diffusion Flame(IDF). We investigated the flame configuration, radiation heat transfer, and soot formation by using a CCD camera, heat flux meter, and Laser Induced Incadescence(LII), respectively. The stable operating condition was obtained by the flame configuration and the flame of the burner which has dented exit plane was more stable in whole operating conditions. The characteristics of radiative heat transfer were sensitive to the feeding condition of reactants and the flame of 75% primary oxygen and 25% secondary oxygen of the IDF case shows maximum radiation heat transfer. The soot volume fraction of the flame was measured in the axial direction of the flame and the amount of soot volume fraction is proportion to the radiation heat transfer. As a result, we can get the optimal operating condition of the newly designed burner which enhances the characteristics of flame stabilization and radiation heat transfer.

관형막을 이용한 혐기소화조의 전처리 농축공정으로써 적용가능성 연구 (Application of tubular membrane to thickening process as a pre-treatment of anaerobic digester)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the applicability of a stable anaerobic digester using a separator membrane to the preprocessing thickening process. The results of the experiments showed about a 47.16% weight loss rate for the sludge under anaerobic condition, and about 41.17% under intermittent aeration condition. The concentrations of rejection water were $SCOD_{Cr}$ 25 mg/L, T-N 16.6 mg/L, and T-P 1.4 mg/L on the average under the intermittent aeration condition, which were lower than the concentrations of rejection water under an anaerobic condition. As for the factors affecting the reduction of the flux, correlation analyses of TTF, MLSS, $SCOD_{Cr}$, and $EPS_{Protein}$, $EPS_{Polysacchride}$ resulted in -0.97, -0.95, -0.84 and -0.86, -0.95, respectively, which showed that TTF had the highest correlation to the reduction of the flux. In addition, it was concluded that MLSS, $SCOD_{Cr}$ and $EPS_{Protein}$, $EPS_{Polysacchride}$ also have close correlations. The results are considered to show that, in the case of the process using a tubular membrane in the preprocessing process of an anaerobic digester, an intermittent aeration condition of the thickener considering the contamination of the membrane and load of rejection water is appropriate for the stable preprocessing process.

Robust Stability Condition and Analysis on Steady-State Tracking Errors of Repetitive Control Systems

  • This paper shows that design of a robustly stable repetitive control system is equivalent to that of a feedback control system for an uncertain linear time-invariant system satisfying the well-known robust performance condition. Once a feedback controller is designed to satisfy the robust performance condition, the feedback controller and the repetitive controller using the performance weighting function robustly stabilizes the repetitive control system. It is also shown that we can obtain a steady-state tracking error described in a simple form without time-delay element if the robust stability condition is satisfied for the repetitive control system. Moreover, using this result, a sufficient condition is provided, which ensures that the least upper bound of the steady-state tracking error generated by the repetitive control system is less than or equal to the least upper bound of the steady-state tracking error only by the feedback system.
