비행교관의 변혁적 리더십과 학생조종사의 심리적 안정감 관계에서 지도자 신뢰의 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of Leader's Trust in the Relationship between Flight Instructor Transformation Leadership and the Student Pilot Psychological Stability)

  • This thesis researched student pilots at certified flying school to prove several things as follows. First, this study tried to find out the influence of instructor's leader trust to student pilot. Second, this study also tried to investigate the influence of student pilot's psychological stability from leader trust. Third, this study tried to prove the mediation effect of leader trust between flight instructor's transformation leadership and the student pilot psychological stability. The result of empirical research are as follows. First, the result of the verification of the relationship between transformative leadership and trust of leader showed that transformative leadership has a positive (+) influence to trust of leader. Second, the result of verification between leader trust and psychological stability relationship showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. Third, the result of verification between transformative leadership and psychological stability showed that trust of leader gives positive(+) influence to psychological stability. I discussed implication from this study at the end and presented future research direction.

  • In this study, when structure which is combined by welding is receiving internal pressure, finite element analysis to confirm stability of structure and reliability of welding part is achieved. And we analyze the results. Also, if stability of the structure and reliability of the welding part are not defined, research that look for method to change design to receive stability and reliability is achieved.

  • Modeling and verification for stability analysis of axially oscillating cantilever beams are investigated in this paper Equations of motion for the axially oscillating beams are derived and transformed into dimensionless forms. The equations include harmonically oscillating parameters which are related to the motion-induced stiffness variation. stability diagram is obtained by using the multiple scale perturbation method. To verify the accuracy of the modeling method, several points in the plane of the stability diagram are presented and solved. The present modeling method proves to be as accurate as a nonlinear finite element modeling method.

  • This paper is intended as an verification of moving load simulation techniques. The concern with dynamic problem of railway bridge caused by the moving train loads has been growing. Over the past few years, several studies have been made on dynamic stability of railway bridge analytically. But very few attempts have been made at experimental research. From the dynamic stability view point, the moving train loads simulation test is revolutionary idea. It can be replace restrictive filed test with new laboratory test. This study investigates minimum specifications of hardware and basic parameters. it is used 12m girder and high performance actuator for experimental verification.

  • The purpose of this paper is to explain the techniques of the data verification module achieved while developing a transient stability program which is suitable to korean power system. It concentrates on the concrete explanation about modeling of the dynamic models and the method of the data verification. This proposed module enhances the performance of the developing program. This developing module has been tested with the KEPCO system, and the simulation results obtained from the program are compared to those of commercial programs.

  • Relaxed static stability(RSS) concept has been applied to improve aerodynamic performance of modern version supersonic jet fighter aircraft. Therefore, flight control systems are necessary to stabilize an unstable aircraft, and provides adequate handling qualities and achieve performance enhancements. Standard FCSDVP (Flight Control System Design and Verification Process) is provided to reduce development period of the flight control system. In addition, if this process is employed in developing flight control system, it reduces the trial and error for development and verification of flight control system. This paper addresses the flight control system design and verification process for the RSS aircraft utilizing design goal based on military specifications, linear and nonlinear system design and verification based on universal software, handling quality test based on HILS(Hardware In-the-Loop Simulator) environment, and ground and flight test results to verify aircraft dynamic flight responses.

  • 본 논문에서는, 오류가 발생되어 심각한 피해와 문제의 우려가 있는 하드웨어에 대한 안정성 및 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 PC에서 결함 주입 방법을 이용한 검증시스템의 구현 방법을 제시한다. 검증시스템은 PC에 디지털 I/O 카드를 연결하여 대상 하드웨어 시스템에 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어 방법으로 신호를 입력할 수 있으며, 결함을 생성하여 입력할 수도 있다. 그리고 대상 하드웨어 시스템에서 출력되는 신호를 디지털 웨이브폼 그래프로 모니터링이 가능하도록 구현하여 입력 신호에 따른 출력 신호를 비교하여 신뢰성을 평가할 수 있다. 검증시스템을 이용하여 원자력 발전소 시스템 계통장치 FPGA 펌웨어를 테스트 및 검증하였으며, 소프트웨어 방법과 실장테스트 방법에서의 문제점을 해결하여 신뢰성 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

분해도 및 작업시간 산정을 통한 균형잡힌 조립공정계획에 관한 연구 (Line Balanced Assembly Sequence Generation Based on a Verification of Disassemblability and Work Time)

  • This paper presents a method of a line balanced assembly sequence generation based on the verification of a disassemblability and a work time. To derive the disassemblability for a part to be disassembled, first we inference collision free assembly directions by extracting separable directions fur the part. And we determine the disassemblability defined by the separability and stability cost. The separability cost represents a facility of the part disassembly operation, and the stability cost which represents a degree of the stability for the base assembly motion. Based upon the results, we propose a new approach of evaluating work time using neural networks. The proposed assembly sequence generation provides an effective means of solving the line balancing problem and gives a design guidance of planning assembly lay-out in flexible manufacturing application. Example study is given to illustrate the concepts and procedure of the proposed schemes.

  • This paper presents a method of an automatic work time evaluation based on the verification of a disassemblability and assembly configuration. Even though a work time evaluation is an important field of concern for planning assembly lay-out, there are some limitations using cumbersome user query or approximated work time data without considering assembly condition. To overcome such restriction, this paper presents a method to mathematically verify assembly conditions based on the disassemblability, which is defined by the separability and stability cost. The separability cost represents a facility of the part disassembly operation, and the stability cost which represents a degree of the stability for the base assembly motion.
