전주비빔밥 전문점의 서비스품질이 고객만족도, 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Service Quality on Customers Satisfaction and Revisit Intention to Jeonju Bibimbap Specialty Restaurants)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전주비빔밥 전문점에 대한 서비스품질이 고객 만족도와 재방문 의사에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 조사 표본 집단은 전주에서 가장 유명한 비빔밥 전문점 중에서 방문한 경험이 있는 방문객을 대상으로 하여 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과의 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가장 선호하는 비빔밥 전문점은 가족회관, 방문 이유는 가족들끼리 식사를 하기 위해서, 비빔밥에 대한 정보는 주로 주위 사람들의 구전을 통해서 정보를 얻는다가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전주비빔밥 전문점의 서비스품질에 대한 요인인 서비스반응성, 시설, 음식, 신뢰성 요인 중에서 서비스반응성과 음식 요인이 고객 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고객만족도가 재방문의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는지에 대한 결과는 방문 고객들의 고객 만족도가 높을수록 재방문 의사는 높아진다고 나타났다. 이와 같이 고객만족이나 재방문을 하려면 서비스품질이 중요한 요소임을 인식하여 운영자는 이에 대한 지속적인 개선과 노력이 필요할 것이다.

치과전문의제도의 나아갈 방향 모색 (A STUDY FOR THE DIRECTION OF THE DENTAL SPECIALIST SYSTEM IN KOREA)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the dental specialty system from the viewpoint of korean constitution. An attempt to introduce a dental specialty system has been repeated many times, but it was interrupted by the dispute of the interested parties, especially general practice dentists, trained dentists and the authorites concerned. The korean constitutional court decided on July 16th 1998 that the lack of the examination to be a dental specialist was against the korean constitutional law and the authority concerned should prepare the legal procedure for the dental specialist examination in proper time. Though the dental specialty system may be discussed in a variety of view, it should be established on the ground of the korean constitutionalism. According to the korean constitution, all the people can develop their abilities at the maximum and have their dignity, preciousness and right to seek their happiness. With the view of spirits of the constitution, dental specialty system should be more open widely to those who want to be a specialist. It should be also allowed to the dental specialists that they reveal their specialty and creativity. However, the representatives of the korean dental association(KDA) decided at the 50th annual meeting that the dental specialists should not reveal or annonce their specialties at the first step of the dental care and all the present dentists give up to be specialists. As conclusion of this study the proposals of the KDA seems to be against the korean constitution and hardly fulfills the needs of the times.

  • The purpose of the study was to identify customer patronage motives of female aged 20 to 29 for fashion specialty stores and purchasing behavior and make comparison of patronage motives and purchasing behavior according to patronage groups as determined by level of patronizing fashion specialty stores. The subjects were females aged 20 to 29, owned at least one fashion speciality store charge card, and resided in Seoul. A questionnaire was developed by the researcher and distributed to 450 females. A sample of 409 females responded to the questionnaire. Frequency count and percentage, factor analysis, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's test were used for statistical analysis. The respondents were classified into three groups (high, middle, low patronage groups) according to the level of patronizing fashion specialty stores. In patronage motives, the high patronage group rated store attributes, service and merchandise assortment important. The middle patronage group considered merchandise assortment and convenience of shopping and payment important. The low patronage group regarded service important. In buying behavior, the high patronage group showed a strong orientation of planned purchase and impulse buying by merchandise. The middle patronage group had significantly a strong orientation of impulse buying by sales promotion. The low patronage group showed a strong orientation of planned purchase.

Antioxidant Activity and Biological Activity of Specialty Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) Extracts

  • Specialty barley extracts were prepared and investigated for its antioxidant activity and biological activity. Hunter $L^*$ values of the Iksan 86 extracts had higher than that of the Iksan 87 and Zasoojeongchal extracts. The extraction yields of Iksan 86, Iksan 87, and Zasoojeongchal was 8.08, 6.62, and 7.30%, respectively. The contents of total phenolic compounds of the Iksan 86, Iksan 87, and Zasoojeongchal extracts were 16.24, 15.51, and 13.95 GAE mg/g of sample, respectively. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of Iksan 86, Iksan 87, and Zasoojeongchal extracts were 50.00, 33.27, and 7.56% at a 500 ppm, respectively. The samples showed an inhibition of xanthin oxidase. ACE inhibition effect of specialty barley extracts, Iksan 86, Iksan 87, and Zasoojeongchal, was 39.81, 41.06, and 27.78%, respectively. Tyrosinase inhibition rates (%) of Iksan 86, Iksan 87, and Zasoojeongchal extracts were 26.21, 24.57, and 20.00%, respectively. Results indicated that specialty barley extracts possesses various biological activities including antioxidative capacity, xanthin oxidase inhibition activity, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition activity, and tyrosinase inhibition activity.

개원의의 진료과목표방 및 진료환자 구성 (Displayed Subjects of Practice and Case-Mix of Private Practitioners in Taegu City)

  • To survey the specialties or sujects of practice displayed by the private practitioners the authors visited 691 clinics in Taegu from April 1 to May 18, 1991, At the same time, a mail questionnaire was administered to ask the number of displayed subjects of practice, and the reasons for displaying the subjects, reasons for not displaying in case of no specialty was displayed, composition of patients, and role as a specialist. The questionnaire was returned by 308(44.6%) practitioners. The distributions of private practitioners by specialty were 13.9% for internal medicine (IM), 11.7% for pediatrics(Ped), 13.0% for obstetrics '||'&'||' gynecology(OBGY), 11.1% for general surgery(GS), 10.0% for family practice(FP), and 5.3% for general practitioner(GP). Ninety percent of the specialists have displayed their specialty in their offices. Among all the private practitioners, 61.9% of them have displayed their subjects of practice and 23.7% have shown telephone number. Among private practitioners who displayed the subjects of practice, 80.6% have signs of 'subjects of practice'. Mean number of the displayed subjects of practice for the all private practitioners is 1.20, and 1.93 for the private practitioners who displayed subjects of practice. FP and GS have displayed their subjects of practice in 91.2% and 87.0% respectively and OBGY have displayed in 32.2%, the lowest percentage among all the soecuaktues. IM specialists displays pediatrics as a major subject of practice in 72.1% the pediatricians display IM in 88.9% the OBGYs display pediatrics in 77.8%, and the GSs display IM in 51.9%. Most commonly displayed subjects of practice are Ped and IM. Sixty-five percent of the private practitioners answered that they don't display their specialties because their clinics are "primary health care facility". The reasons for displaying the subjects of practice and its relevance with their own specialty(45.6%), and the difficulty in clinic management only with the patients for their own specialty(36.9%). The proportion of clinics whose patients of other specialty are than their own specialty accounted less than 10% was 52.8% and that accounted more than 51% was 16.0%. Specially, 51.4% of GS specialists cared more than 51% of patients of other specialty area than their own specialty. Most of the patients of IM, Ped, and OBGY specialists are the patients of their own specialty. However, 56.8% of GS care more of IM patients and only 24.3% of them care mostly GS patients, The respondents to the mail questionnaire who stated that they can not play the role of specialist well are 30.5% and especially 72.9% of the GS specialists state so. The proportion of respondents who do not suffort the private practice of specialists is 71.1%. Among the surgical specialists, 82.7% of them rarely perform operation. The reasons for not performing operation are insufficient insurance fee (76.9%), and risk of operation(58.0%), so as the OBGY specialists. Above finidngs suggest that most of the specialists, especially surgeons, in the private practice can not play their role as a specialist. It is necessary to develop a policy that facilitates the production of practice and the retention of the specialists in the hospitals.s.

데이터 마이닝 기반의 군사특기 분류 방법론 연구 (A Data-Mining-based Methodology for Military Occupational Specialty Assignment)

  • In this paper, we propose a new data-mining-based methodology for military occupational specialty assignment. The proposed methodology consists of two phases, feature selection and man-power assignment. In the first phase, the k-means partitioning algorithm and the optimal variable weighting algorithm are used to determine attribute weights. We address limitations of the optimal variable weighting algorithm and suggest a quadratic programming model that can handle categorical variables and non-contributory trivial variables. In the second phase, we present an integer programming model to deal with a man-power assignment problem. In the model, constraints on demand-supply requirements and training capacity are considered. Moreover, the attribute weights obtained in the first phase for each specialty are used to measure dissimilarity. Results of a computational experiment using real-world data are provided along with some analysis.

군대급식 취사장 운영 현황 조사 (Investigation of Military Foodservice Operation)

  • The present study attempted to investigate the military foodservice operation by conducting survey to foodservice managers. Surveys for managers of military foodservice operations were conducted in November, 2008 by visiting Consolidated Army Logistics School located in Daejeon during the time of training. Surveys for military foodservice officers and dietitian were sent by mail. The questionnaire was composed of the questions asking the general operation of military canteen, the self-concious specialty of military foodservice, and the needs assigning dietitian to each military unit. From the results of this study, it came up with the needs to draw up the plan to improve the foodservice specialty of canteen managers. One of the solution would assign dietitian to each military foodservice unit. Also, the facilities need to be equipped for various way of cooking to improve the satisfaction of soldiers. The results of this study would provide the data for making policy as well as arose academic interest to military foodservice.

Laboratory Project at Asian Institute of Technology Proves Valuable in Developing Specialty Chemical Applications for Asian Pulp Mills

  • The application of specialty chemicals in a pulp mill system for the purpose of problem solving or process enhancement is often demonstrated and supported by data produced in laboratory testing. Hercules Chemical Solutions Pte Ltd., a major specialty chemical supplier to the Asian pulp and paper industry, partnered with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) on several occasions to provide insight into the efficacy of proposed chemical treatments designed for local operating conditions and wood species. This paper presents an example of a chemically-assisted deresination project. The resulting surfactant chemistry proved to be a superior deresinator for plantation grown acacia wood and has been successfully implemented in an Asian pulp and paper mill.

  • 本文运用文献计量分析的可视化软件 CiteSpace 对 CNKI 数据库平台上收录的我国高校工程管理人才培养研究相关文献进行分析, 了解我国高校工程管理人才培养研究现状以及研究的发展轨迹。 研究结果显示: 我国高校工程管理人才培养研究持续活跃, 文献数量呈稳步上升趋势, 载文期刊分布广泛, 研究者多, 但各研究机构之间合作少; 研究热点主要集中在应用型工程管理人才培养,实践教学改革和课程体系改革等方面。 为此, 我国高校工程管理人才培养相关研究可加强学术团体间的合作, 拓展研究对象的范围, 丰富研究视角, 并进一步探讨 "新工科" 发展下的工程管理人才培养。

기상자료를 이용한 무피복 재배 감자의 수량 예측 (Estimating the Yield of Potato Non-Mulched Using Climatic Elements)

  • 1980년부터 2012년까지의 전국 92개소의 기상청 기상자료를 수집하고 전국의 감자 지역적응시험 성적을 수집하였다. 이 데이터들을 활용하여 기상요소가 감자수량에 미쳤던 영향을 평가하고 기상자료를 활용, 감자 수량을 예측해 보고자 하였다. 노지 무피복 재배 수미감자를 대상으로 전국 17지역의 86개 지역적응시험 성적을 추출하여 해당지역의 기상요소들간 상관계수를 조사한 결과, 감자의 상서수량은 파종일부터 50일간의 평균기온, 최고기온 및 일교차와 고도의 상관이 나타났고, 수확 50일전부터 수확일까지의 최고기온과도 고도의 상관이 있었으며, 수확 30일전부터 10일전까지의 강수량, 상대습도, 일조시간 및 강수일수도 높은 상관이 나타났다. 이들 시기별 기상요소들과 감자 상서수량간의 관계를 통계분석 프로그램 SAS를 이용하여 단계분석(Stepwise)한 결과, 다음과 같은 감자 수량예측 모형을 얻을 수 있었다. $$y=7.820{\times}Tmax_-1-6.315{\times}Prec_-4+128.214{\times}DR_-8+91.762{\times}DR_-3+643.965$$ 감자는 품종마다 기상에 대한 반응이 다르고, 기상 이외에도 토양, 비료, 재배방법 등 여러가지 가능한 요인들이 존재하므로 이 모형만으로 우리나라 지역별 감자수량을 정확히 예측할 수는 없겠으나, 기후변화에 적응하는 농업기술개발을 위한 지역별 감자 파종적기 재설정, 재배적지 탐색 등에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
