The works of the special economic zone for regional development(SEZone) have been promoted for developing the regional economy corresponding with its own peculiarities by not national, but local level of government. Namely, those set the goal at specialized development of regions through an appeasement policy against regulations. So local governments. must originate the local works, get financial sources by itself, and then revitalize the regional economy. The policies of many local governments aim at increasing farmers' income by developing rural society to cope with open economy system. By the way they have tried to revitalize agriculture and rural society by promoting actively the works of SEZone through an appeasement policy against regulations. And it is important to search for specialized factors based on regional resources, and to make connected with them together so as to obtain good results in the works of SEZone. This study examined regulations related to environmentally friendly agriculture and green tourism. And it researched about the effect of SEZone works on regional economy and develops indices of result estimation. So schemes for strategies for increasing demand and development issues were presented.

본 연구는 한국경제의 장기발전모델로 한반도의 어느 구역에 “특구형 국제물류센터”를 설립하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 이 제안의 요체는 인류(人流)와 물류(物流)가 원활히 흐르는 “물류 경제 특구”를 건설하여 한반도를 동아시아의 물류거점으로 재탄생시키자는 것이다. 설문조사로 물류센터 유치에 있어서의 한국의 경쟁력을 분석하였고 설문 조사시 수집되었던 각종 아이디어를 정리하여 “물류센터”의 성공적 지정 전략을 제시하였다.

Through 'Local Theme Science Museum' aid program that is one of emphasis promotion strategic project by 2007 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan', raises status of scientific technique by national core ability because all people expand base that understand and support scientific technique, and forms a social atmosphere which is scientific technique is important which scientific technique can be spread widely on national life and society whole, and proceeds target that expand local science museum facilities by a base of local science culture spreading and popularization. Accordingly, to plan balanced regional development and utilize to an advanced base of local science culture spreading because offer a science culture experience opportunity to local inhabitants, 'Local theme science museum' project is doing for that establish more 100 science museums for national.public.private institution in whole country until 2012 year. Support 39 projects to 2008 from 1999 thereby, in January, 2009, 13 'Local theme science museum' is opened and operated. This study examined arrangement preferentially about 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan' that is background of 'Local theme science museum' project. Since surveying science museum which is on opening and operation at the present and analyzed actual conditions and facilities and investigated specification necessity and direction of 'Local theme science museum'. Hereafter, to seek plan for propriety of project by characteristic and difference of 'Local theme science museum' is purpose of this study. Now, need set and promotion of following specification direction for right activation of proceeding 'Local theme science museum' by each area. First, differentiation of theme and justifiability of building, Second, propriety of site position, Third, maximization of synergy effect by mixing concept of 'Specialized Economic Zone for Regional Developmental Policy' and Ecomuseum's 'Theme center'.

동남권 경제구역은 중소·중견 제조업 중심이었으나 산업변화와 코로나19로 지역경제 침체의 원인이 되었다. 본 연구는 동남권 지역경제 활성화를 위해 항공특화산업과 연관 기업들의 애로사항 제시 및 지역 경제 활성화 방안을 제시 하였다. 첫째, 항공특화부품 기업들은 수동적인 산업의 구조적 문제를 개선하기 위해 다양한 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 동 산업 분야는 국제적 표준에 부합하는 제품과 기술을 개발하고 체계적 프로젝트 수행을 위해 전문 인력을 양성하여 안정적인 인력 수급을 지원하도록 국제적 인증 교육을 수행하는 체계적 교육시스템이 필요하다. 셋째, 동 산업분야는 고도의 표준화 기준을 충족시킬 수 있는 기술 및 제품 개발을 위해 정부의 재정적, 행정적 지원이 필요하다. 이외에도 중소·중견기업들의 거래처 발굴과 확대, 원가절감을 위한 투자지원 등 기업이 안고 있는 한계와 애로사항을 체계적으로 개선하기 위한 지원이 필요하다.

2016년 9월 12일 발생한 $M_L5.8$ 경주 지진과 2017년 11월 15일 $M_L5.4$ 포항 지진은 국내에 지진 예측가능성에 대한 관심을 불러일으켰다. 지진 예측의 가능성에 대한 회의적인 의견이 있음에도 불구하고 세계적으로는 지진 발생 전 이상 변동을 보이는 인자들의 관측과 평가가 지속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 양산단층대의 지하수위 정밀 관측을 위해 시범 운용 중인 양산 지하수 정밀관측공에서 2015년부터 관측된 지하수의 비정상적인 상승 사례를 보고하였다. 이 이상 변동은 다양한 수리지질학적 인자들을 고려하였을 때 지진 전조일 가능성이 높다고 판단된다. 그럼에도 불구하고 단일 관정의 단일 요소에서 나타난 자료만으로 지진 전조를 섣불리 판단할 수 없다. 장기적으로는 전조 현상 연구와 평가를 위한 전문기구의 설립이 필요하다.
