최적의 비개착공법 선정을 위한 계층분석법의 적용에 관한 기초연구 (A preliminary study on the use of analytic hierarchy process for selecting a optimum trenchless excavation method)

  • 도심지에서는 지속적인 지하 개발이 요구되고 있으며, 도심지공사는 주변구조물 및 기존 도로의 기능을 유지하면서 신속하게 진행되어야한다. 이러한 상황에서 비개착공법은 시공 시 주변 지반의 변위를 최소화하고 건설을 진행하기에 매우 유용한 공법이다. 그러나 비개착공법 선정을 위해서는 경제성, 시공성, 환경문제, 주변구조물 등 다양한 현장조건들을 고려하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의사결정기법을 활용하여 비개착공법의 최적 선정을 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다. 특히, 다중복합의사결정기법 중에 하나인 계층분석법을 이용하여 전문가 의견을 반영한 합리적인 공법선정의 평가기준과 규칙을 설정하였다. 분석 결과, 비개착공법을 선정하는데 있어서 필요한 고려항목들의 중요도를 도출하였고, 지반조건별로 가장 효과적인 비개착공법들이 제시되었다.

  • Main elements in definition of space value were physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics in the past. Howener recently, definition of space value is changing by being advanced about study concerned with human's cognition and thinking way in definition and analysis of space. As you see, cognitive psychologists have emphasized the importance of human's cognitive structure and process and studied diverse aspects of human's thinking ; consciousness, perception, memory, image, language, decision-making, inference, and so on. Therefore main elements in definition of space value are five-dimensional, psychological, symbolic, mental, emotional characteristics above physical, formal, and reasonable characteristics. As mentioned above, the conversion of thinking focused on reason to thinking focused on human's spirit and emotion is achieved in contemporary architecture and 'human's experience' in space becomes a very important factor. For that reason, the purpose of this study is consideration of human's cognitive process in space by conversion of thinking and gives a definition about experience. And, I would like to define 'experience design' whose main attribute is experience in space and establish theoretical basis of experience design through theoretical researches about experience. This study on experience design that induces users to participate in space and stimulate human's spirit is a important point in definition of space value not only contemporary interior architecture but also prospective generation.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction and recognition for applying to component of Emotion of the elementary school space with characteristics of child development. For the accomplishment of the study is to deduce types of emotional component and characteristics of child development based on literature and advanced research related to 'Child development and behavior', 'The elementary school space', and concept of 'children' and 'emotion'. In addition, The level of recognition of teachers and students about creation plan of school space by types of emotion component and preference and relationships of students on emotion component of elementary school space is investigated. The space environment has great influence in childhood going through big changes in physical, cognitive, emotional and social ways, Providing space environment built with emotion component such as 'affordance', 'diversity', 'territoriality', and 'relationships' considering characteristics of child development is most important of all, In particular, when building indoor space in elementary schools where students going through various development stages live, providing friendly environments for emotion of children put top priority on students in the decision-making process and guaranteed the participation of students is expected.

  • As development of Information Technology and Internet are available, many industries are creating a lot of values through extension from physical space to virtual reality. However, use of Information Technology and Internet in real estate appraisal is unprepared. As a result, There is necessity of appraisal information system development based on GIS and Internet for pratical use of Information Technology. Therefore, in this study, presented development model which present a basic design of appraisal information system to fulfill information request in appraisal and use GIS and Internet.

  • Seismic fragility analysis is a probabilistic decision-making framework which is widely implemented for evaluating vulnerability of a building under earthquake loading. It requires ingredient named probabilistic model and commonly developed using statistics requiring collecting data in large quantities. Preparation of such a data-base is often costly and time-consuming. Therefore, in this paper, by developing generic seismic drift demand model for regular-multi-story steel moment resisting frames is tried to present a novel application of the probabilistic decision-making analysis to practical purposes. To this end, a demand model which is a linear function of intensity measure in logarithmic space is developed to predict overall maximum inter-story drift. Next, the model is coupled with a set of regression-based equations which are capable of directly estimating unknown statistical characteristics of the model parameters.To explicitly address uncertainties arise from randomness and lack of knowledge, the Bayesian regression inference is employed, when these relations are developed. The developed demand model is then employed in a Seismic Fragility Analysis (SFA) for two designed building. The accuracy of the results is also assessed by comparison with the results directly obtained from Incremental Dynamic analysis.

A Filter Lining Scheme for Efficient Skyline Computation

  • The skyline of a multidimensional data set is the maximal subset whose elements are not dominated by other elements of the set. Skyline computation is considered to be very useful for a decision making system that deals with multidimensional data analyses. Recently, a great deal of interests has been shown to improve the performance of skyline computation algorithms. In order to speedup, the number of comparisons between data elements should be reduced. In this paper, we propose a filter lining scheme to accomplish such objectives. The scheme divides the multidimensional data space into angle-based partitions, and places a filter for each partition, and then connects them together in order to establish the final filter line. The filter line can be used to eliminate data, that are not part of the skyline, from the original data set in the preprocessing stage. The filter line is adaptively improved during the data scanning stage. In addition, skylines are computed for each remaining data partition, and are then merged to form the final skyline. Our scheme is an improvement of the previously reported simple preprocessing scheme using simple filters. The performance of the scheme is shown by experiments.

장수명 공동주택 설계 프로세스 구축을 위한 보금자리주택 계획사례 연구 - 내곡지구 현상설계를 중심으로 - (A Study of the Bogeumjari Nae-gok District for Advanced Design Process in Long-life Housing)

  • Recently, apartments have had several fundamental problems in planning uniformity caused by fixed space programs and difficulties of maintenance. So decision-makings become more important in design process which were essential to performance realization of long-life housing. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the plans of the Bogeumjari Nae-gok based on the applied designs, and suggests improvements for advanced design process of the long-life housing in the domestic market. This research procedure are as follows: (1) Analyze design guide, district land development plan and local code which have influence on design limitation. (2) Compare partial plans of joined designs and analyze each design characters (3) Implement case studies of design process due to design timetable and design elements of Nae-gok. In result, this study suggests significant fundamental materials for advanced decision-making in design process of long-life housing: details credibility and noise control, etc. This research could be useful in making integrated design process applied for long-life housing.

  • 정보기술 발전과 함께 GIS(geographical information system) 기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 GIS를 이용한 공간분석(spatial analysis)에 관한 수요가 증대되고 있다. 특히 GIS의 일반기술에 관한 연구보다 GIS를 이용한 공간분석연구가 많아지면서 이를 다양하게 응용하여 활용하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 GIS연구는 밀도기반 군집화 방식인 DBSCAN 또는 개개의 데이터에 가중치를 부여하여 군집화한 DBSCAN-W 등 공간적 현상을 다루고 있으며 시간차원의 합리적 의사결정의 중요성은 간과되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같이 GIS를 기반으로 한 최적 공간선정을 위해 시간차원의 도입을 위해 시스템 다이내믹스(system dynamics) 이론을 접목하여 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제공하고자 한다.

태양극대기 대비 위성통신망에 관한 재난안전관리시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Disaster Safety Management Systems on the Satellite Communication Networks for Solar Maximum)

  • 본 연구는 2013년 우주기상 극대기에 가시화 될 수 있는 재난에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다. 우주기상 극대기는 지구상에 크나큰 재앙을 초래할 것으로 예견되고 있다. 특히 근년에 들어 지자기 폭풍에 의한 손상과 가시화 될 수 있는 조짐을 보이고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부와 학계에서는 태양폭풍의 피해우려에 따른 분야별 우주통신과 지상통신망에 대한 워닝시스템 중심으로 규명되고 있을 뿐 우주기상 폭풍 대비 관리 및 운영시스템이 현실적으로 부재하다. 본 연구에서는 이상에서 제시된 문제점에 대한 피해분석에 따른 궁극적인 우주기상 통신망에 대한 피해 저감 대비방안을 제시하였다. 구현방법으로는 GIS기반 우주기상극대기 대비 통신망피해관리시스템 구현은 우주폭풍에서 방사되는 우주복사폭풍(flare), 우주입자폭풍(solar proton event), 우주자기폭풍(geomagnetic storm) 등에 대한 지자기권 및 이온권과 지상권의 분야별 폭풍피해를 분석하여 유형별 전파피해 대응방안에 대비할 수 있도록 하였다. 이로서 공간정보기반의 우주폭풍 통신망 피해대비 운영관리시스템 구현은 GIS기법에 의한 의사결정지원시스템으로 피해예측 및 방재환경을 스마트 IT환경과 융합한 첨단 정보시스템으로 구현하여 인명과 재산을 보전할 수 있는 수단으로 기여될 수 있을 것이다.
