통기형 방음벽의 음향감쇠 특성에 대한 실험적 분석 (An experimental analysis of the sound reduction characteristics of air transparent noise barriers)

  • 본 논문에서는 공기를 통과시켜 풍압을 저감하면서 소음을 제어할 수 있는 새로운 개념의 방음벽의 음향감쇠 특성을 분석하였다. 통기형 방음벽의 소음저감 특성을 조사하기 위하여 우선 개구부의 크기 및 공명기의 체적 등을 변화시켜 총 17가지 방음벽 모델의 음향감쇠계수를 측정하였다. 실험결과 공명기의 체적과 개구부의 면적에 따라 음향감쇠계수 값이 달라지고 있으며, 목표 주파수대역(400 ~ 1250 Hz)에서 단일 방음벽보다 이중 방음벽의 음향감쇠계수가 더 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 개구부 및 공명기의 물리적 특성이 통기형 방음벽의 차음특성에 영향을 미친다는 점을 밝혀냈다.

  • 철도 선로에 근접하여 설치하는 근접 저상 방음벽은 방음벽 높이를 저감시키기 위한 방안으로 외국에서는 많은 연구가 수행되고 있으나 국내에서의 연구는 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 근접 저상 방음벽의 음향특성을 파악하고자 축척 모형을 제작하여 성능평가를 수행하였다. 실험결과, 'ㄱ'자형 방음벽 설치 시에는 방음벽의 안쪽뿐만 아니라 상부에도 흡음재를 설치하는 것이 삽입손실의 개선효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 방음벽의 삽입손실 평가를 위해 단순한 경험식 대신에 경계요소법과 같은 보다 해석적인 방법으로 삽입손실을 예측할 필요가 있다. 또한, 흡음재를 부착한 근접 방음벽을 설치하면 승객 위치에서의 소음 증가현상은 미미한 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고, 근접 방음벽의 음향성능 예측을 위해 2차원 경계요소법을 이용한 소음해석을 수행하였으며, 측정결과와의 비교 분석을 수행함으로서 예측 프로그램의 활용 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • Transparent noise barrier panels have the advantages of transmitting light to nearby residents and allowing drivers to orientate themselves by providing views of the surrounding area. To develop guidelines on quality criteria for transparent soundproof panels, their sound transmission loss and weatherability were experimentally investigated. In Korea, the sound transmission loss of noise barrier panels should be more than 25 dB at 500 Hz and 30 dB at 1000 Hz. The transmission loss tests of transparent panels were performed in accordance with KS F 2808. Typically, plastic materials suffer from color changes when exposed to ultraviolet(UV) light over extended periods. Therefore, weathering of plastics is one of the most important properties for outdoor applications. Protection against UV radiation and weathering is usually accomplished by using UV stabilizer additives or coatings. Transparent materials for soundproof panels were examined through accelerated weathering tests and their weathering resistances were evaluated from changes in yellowness index.

  • The structure of hard disk drive(HDD) is excited by dynamic motion of a disk-spindle motor, and it makes sound noise. Therefore, the cover and the base of HDD should be designed to reduce noise and vibration induced by spindle motor. The prediction technique of sound pressure level(SPL) of a given structural shape enables us to design a cover and a base with much less vibration and noise. In this paper, we measured the force of disk-spindle motor and predicted SPL from HDD by computational simulation. To get a SPL of HDD by computational simulation, modal analysis and forced vibration analysis were performed with ANSYS, and sound radiation was computed using SYSNOISE. The calculated results were compared with experimental results and a good agreement was obtained. With this computer simulation procedure and design of experiment(DOE), optimal thickness of noise barrier and damper was calculated.

합성수지 방음벽의 성능예측 및 평가 (Performance prediction and measurement of the barrier)

  • The insertion loss of a noise barrier comes from the effects of diffraction, transmission loss, absorption coefficient and attenuation by direct propagation. The noise level after the noise barrier, differs reatly from the diffraction on the upper part of the barrier. Maekawa, furze and Anderson presented a empirical formula for calculating the diffraction of a semi infinte screen shaped noise barrier. In this syudy, Noise reduction performance software was developed for the proper design and assessment of new plastic barrier . Predicted sound pressure level from using the software is compared with the site-measurement results to verify the noise reduction performance and feasibility of prediction software for insertion loss of noise barrier.

펄라이트를 이용한 방음벽의 흡음소재 개발에 관한 기초적 연구 (A Study on the Development of Sound Absorption Material Using Perlite for Noise Barrier Wall)

  • 본 연구는 펄라이트를 이용한 흡음재료의 흡음성능을 개선시키기 위한 최적배합에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 결합재로서 폴리머 시멘트 슬러리와 무기질 결합재를 사용하여 흡음재료를 각종 배합조건에 따라 제작하여, 강도, 동결 융해 저항성, 그리고 흡음성능에 대하여 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과, 관내법에 의한 흠음재의 흠음계수는 배합에 따라 약간의 차이가 있으나 폴리머 디스퍼션을 결합재로 사용한 경우 흡음재의 감음계수 (NRC)는 $0.48{\sim}0.51$로 시멘트만 결합재로 사용한 경우에 비해 약간 크게 나타났으나, 방음벽의 환경부 고시 기준에서의 흡음재로서 감음계수 0.70에 비하면 낮은 수치이다. 그러나 잔향실법에 의한 흡음용 패널의 저주파수 영역($250\;Hz{\sim}500\;Hz$)에서 흡음계수가 $0.84{\sim}1.00$로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 고주파 영역에서도 $0.57{\sim}0.77$ 정도로 비교적 높은 흡음률을 나타내 감음계수가 0.77로 높게 나타났다. 폴리머 디스퍼션을 결합재로 사용한 흡음재는 압축강도, 휨강도 및 동결융해 저항성 등에서 방음벽 재료로서 적당한 성능을 발휘하였으며, 성능과 가격면에서 밸런스를 확보할 수 있는 배합을 도출할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is analyzing temporal flow about 20 detailed performance items in the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System". This study try to figure out situations according grade in detailed performance item and to analyze change item about 112 cases(2 cases in 2006, 15 cases in 2007, 46 cases in 2008, 49 cases in 2009), from January 9, 2006 which system is undertaken, to October, 2009. This system consists of 5 main performance section, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance items. 5 main performance parts are Noise and Acoustics(Light-weight impact sound control, heavy-weight impact sound control, sound control of toilet, sound control of party wall), Long-life(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), Landscape & Indoor Environment(landscape, formaldehyde control & ventilation, daylighting, thermal environment), Welfare & Barrier-free(playground and community center, welfare space, barrier-free design), Fire Safety(fire safety, safe place, fire-resisting quality). Total efficiency about housing can understand systematically of 20 perfomance items though this research.

주택성능등급표시제도의 활성화를 위한 가변성 성능범주의 현황 및 개선방안연구 (A Study on Improvement of Flexibility for the Activation of the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System")

  • The purpose of this study is a proposal about the flexibility of the performance category to revitalize the "Housing Performance Grading Indication System". This system consists of 5 main performance parts, 14 performance categories and 20 detailed performance lists. 5 main performance parts are Noise and Acoustics(Light-weight impact sound control, heavy-weight impact sound control, sound control of toilet, sound control of party wall), Long-life(flexibility, remodeling & maintenance, durability), Landscape & Indoor Environment(landscape, formaldehyde control& ventilation, daylighting, thermal environment), Welfare & Barrier-free(playground and community center, welfare space, barrier-free design), Fire Safety(fire safety, safe place, fire-resisting quality). The flexibility of the performance category is conformed to Long-life housing related grading and can realize the Long-life housing in response to resident needs about the space rearrangement. Now, The flexibility of the performance category is limited to the evaluation of the private space, that is, the Skeleton evaluation. This study would suggest alternatives to improve uppermost limits through analyzing 60 examples from January 9th 2009 to October 30th 2008. The flexibility of the performance category is possible to estimate not only the Skeleton evaluation but also the Infill evaluation in response to social changes.

경계요소법을 이용한 방음벽의 삽입손실 해석 (Analysis on the Insertion Loss of a Noise Barrier by the Boundary Element Method)

  • This paper investigates the use of boundary element method(BEM) to analyze the insertion loss of a noise barrier. To begin with the validity of the BEm for the analysis of noise barrier insertion loss in checked by both Lam's theoretical method and the measurements in the anechoic chamber for the scale-down models. Through simulation it is shown that using 2D BEM model is sufficient to the analysis for the barrier with large ratio of length to height. By using 2D BEM model the insertion loses are predicted for the real noise barriers in several cases which are the case that they are built parallel on both roadsides the one that there are multiple sound sources and the one that there is a gap between a concrete structure and a barrier plate.
