기숙사와 자가의 주거환경 만족도에 따른 특목고의 기숙사 환경개선 요구도 및 학교생활 스트레스 (Need of Dormitory Environment Improvement and School-life Stress in the Special-purpose high school according to Residential Satisfaction in Dormitory and Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence the need for improvements to dormitory environments and to study the stress from school-life according to residential satisfaction in dormitories and housing. For the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted including a questionnaire consisting of a residential satisfaction scale, a need of dormitory environment improvement scale, and a school-life stress scale. The subjects were 453 special purpose students in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do who all live in a dormitory. Factor analysis, Cronbach' $\alpha$ and MANOVA were employed for data analysis, and Scheffe test was used for post-hoc analysis. First, the lower group the satisfaction of a physical residential environment in a dormitory, the more likely it is that the dormitory environment need improvement. The result of this study suggests that dormitory students are much more sensitive to conditions relating to physical residential satisfaction than to sociopsychological residential satisfaction. Also, the residents believe that change to these physical residential conditions facilitate an improvement to sociopsychological residential satisfaction. Moreover, when the satisfaction of a physical residential environment is lower group, more perceptive stress occurs from academic, health and personal factors while a lower satisfaction for the sociopsychological residential environment results in a more perceptive stress from the environment. The result of this study suggests that dormitory conditions indicate the necessity of improving the environment to adapt well to school-life, thus reducing stress. Also when simply providing a supplementary physical residential environment the sociopsychological residential environment should be considered, as this can cause conflicts between roommates. Second, the lower group the satisfaction for a physical residential environment in housing, the more likely it is that the dormitory environment need improvement. The result of this study suggests that for environments of inadequate housing there is a strong urge towards needing more independence and a better living environment. Third, when group feel there is a more substantial difference in the physical residential environment between dormitories and housing, it is more likely it is that the dormitory environment need to be improved. Also, when they feel there is more substantial difference in the sociopsychological residential environment between dormitories and housing, a more perceptive stress is detected from the environment. The result of this study suggests that dormitory students want to have the same level of conditions as those provided in housing. Also, dormitory students want to need more physical environment improvement than sociopsychological environment improvement.

LISREL을 이용한 주거환경 평가 측정모델 개발 -대전시 저소득층을 대상으로- (The Development of Measurement Model for Evaluation of Residential Environment in Low Income Families by LISREL Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement model for evaluation of residential environment in low-income families. Residential environment means the housing unit itself and neighborhoods and community characteristics. Based on the previous research on housing environment, six factors (comfortable environment in indoor and outdoor, facilities environment in complex and community, sociopsychological environment, management and economic environment) were selected to evaluate residential environment and to provided a foundation for exploring the multidimensional factors of this research. As s confirmatory study, an Analysis of Linear Structural Relationships(LISREL) was utilized to develop the model. Despite of some measurement errors, the goodness of fit of an overall model was acceptable. Facilities environment in complex and sociopsychological environment were the most important factors in residential environmental evaluation of the low income families. the findings showed that housing policies and programs to improve the quality of homes in low-income families seemed to be beneficial to improve residential satisfaction of the residents.

게임 이용자들의 자아 존중감, 게임 효능감, 사회 자본이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 헤도닉과 유다이모닉 행복 관점을 중심으로 (The Influence of Players' Self-Esteem, Game-Efficacy, and Social Capital on Life Satisfaction Focused on Hedonic and Eudaimonic Happiness)

  • The current study explores a possible mechanism through which game users' integrated sociopsychological factors lead to a higher level of life satisfaction, based on desire-fulfillment theory as well as hedonic and eudaimonic approaches to happiness. Using data from a survey of 789 game users in South Korea, we tested the relationships of psychological variables (self-esteem and game and life-efficacy), social variables (bonding and bridging social capital), and demographic variables (age and gender) with life satisfaction. Results show that self-esteem and game efficacy were an important antecedent to the degree of users' life satisfaction. Both bonding and bridging social capital increased life satisfaction. The importance of perspectives as well as their implications for game users and further associated research is explored.

노인복지시설의 급식서비스 품질 요소 규명 및 급식서비스 만족도 향상 전략 (Strategies for the Improvement of Customer Satisfaction on Foodservice through Identifying the Foodservice Quality Factors in Senior Care Facilities)

  • This study was designed to develop the strategy plans for the customer satisfaction on foodservice in the senior care facilities. For this, we examined the level of the customer satisfaction and foodservice quality. Additionally, the association between service quality, customer satisfaction, and social, psychological, physical factors of the aged were tested. Data from convenience samples from 3 senior care facilities were collected by using a questionnaire. Exploratory factor analyses were completed on 20 attributes for the food and service quality and 7 items for the social and psychological states of the aged, respectively. Cronbach's a was estimated for reliability, and Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used for statistical analyses. The level of the satisfaction on foodservice was 4.01 of 5.0. The satisfaction on foodservice did not show the significant differences by gender, education level, BMI, and socio-psychological satisfaction. But the foodservice quality and the satisfaction showed significant difference by income and physical problem, and the goal of life of the eldely, respectively. Multiple regression analyses revealed that the determinants of the customer satisfaction on foodservice were the core quality of product, confidence, professionalism of employees and secondary quality of products. Especially, the kindness of employee is the most important attribute of the foodservice. Based on these results, we can set the strategy plans as follow: (1) the introduction of the foodservice evaluation system (2) the deployment of the event activities for offering fun to the customer (3) the continuous training of employees for ensuring the professional and kind service system, and (4) the introduction of selective menu system and take-out service of menu.

종합병원 사무직 여성의 직무 및 사회심리적 스트레스가 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of work and psychosocial stress on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention in general hospital female office workers)

  • This study tires to examine affects that job and socio-psychological stresses of female office workers influence job satisfaction, organization commitment, and leaving intentions. A complete data are collected by conducting a survey with 240 female office workers from 9 medical institutions regarded as almost general hospital in Seoul. It is analyzed that the relation between socio-psychological stress and job satisfaction, organization commitment, and leaving intentions by using t-test; analysis of variance; correlation analysis; principal component analysis; linear structural equation modeling; etc. The results of this study are summarized as following. First, as it was comprehended by specific characteristics of subjects that the female office workers' level of job and socio-psychological stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention, there were statistically significant distinctions from their age, marital status, presence of children, position in the organization, type of employment, and monthly average income. Second, this study regarded relationship between the female office workers' level of job and socio-psychological stresses, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention. Job and socio-psychological stresses were negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the stresses were positive with leaving intention. Third, after evaluating effect that 8 features related to the job stress could influence job stress, the most effective valuables were in order to unfairness in organizational structure, workplace culture, inadequate compensation, and relationship conflict. Fourth, when looking at the overall effects of the job and sociopsychological stresses on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention, work autonomy was the most influencing factor of work stress levels. The level of the job stress seemed to be a prevalent impact on the leaving intention and it showed the most negative relationship that path coefficient from leaving intention to organizational commitment and also from organizational commitment to job satisfaction. Based on these findings, it can be defined that the job and socio-psychological stresses strongly influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and leaving intention.

멘토의 역할기능과 인성특성이 초임 치과위생사의 역할 스트레스와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of role function and personality characteristics of mentor on role stress and organization effectiveness of newly appointed dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the role function and personality characteristics of mentors on the role stress and organization effectiveness of newly-appointed dental hygienists. Methods : The data were analyzed by the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, and structured equation model(SEM) using AMOS 18.0. The subjects were 214 newly appointed dental hygienists in the hospitals and clinics in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province from January to May, 2013. Results : The hypothesis model proved to be appropriate for high validity. A significant results were observed in sociopsychological function and role ambiguity, personality characteristics and role ambiguity, role ambiguity and role conflict, role ambiguity and job satisfaction, role ambiguity and organization commitment, role ambiguity and turnover intention, and career function and organization commitment. Conclusions : It is important to help manage the job-related role stress of newly appointed dental hygienist and increase organizational effectiveness by developing and applying the 'standardized role functions of mentor' which can increase the adaptability of newly appointed dental hygienists.

청소년 리더십 관련변인 메타분석: 입학사정관 리더십 전형에의 시사점 도출을 중심으로 (A Meta-Analysis of youth leadership related variables: focus on implication of leadership selection by admission officer system)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 메타분석을 통해 청소년 리더십 관련 변인들을 알아보고 효과의 크기를 비교함으로써 현행 입학사정관 리더십 전형제도를 위한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선행되었던 청소년 리더십연구는 주로 어떤 변인들을 다루어왔으며, 이들 변인들을 선행연구의 범주대로 분류할 수 있는가? 둘째, 청소년 리더십 관련 변인군의 효과크기는 어느 정도인가? 셋째, 관련 변인군의 하위 요인들의 효과크기는 어느 정도인가? 이를 위해 본 연구는 10년간의 청소년 리더십 관련 연구 20편을 수집하여 메타분석을 통해 각 영향변인의 92개 효과크기를 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 리더십 관련 변인은 인구학적 변인, 조직 활동 변인, 가정환경 변인, 사회심리적 변인으로 분류될 수 있었고, 둘째, 가장 큰 효과크기를 보인 변인은 사회심리적 변인군이었으며(ES=.9624) 셋째, 하위 요인으로는 자아존중감(ES=1.3231), 생활만족도(ES=1.1737) 순으로 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 근거로 앞으로 국내 입학사정관 리더십 전형의 학생선발방법을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
