본 논문은 벽면 이동 로봇의 진공흡착을 위한 Mechanism의 개선에 관한 연구로서, 시뮬레이션을 통해 로봇의 무게에 따른 중력을 견딜 수 있도록 흡착의 효율을 높이고, Mechanism의 여러 조건들을 고려하여 실험을 통해 가장 적절히 부합하는 조건을 판단하며 벽의 수직방향으로의 미는 힘과 챔버 내의 저압영역등과의 상관관계를 고려하여 흡착 능력을 개선하기 위한 방법을 판단하기 위해 실험을 진행하였다.

The magnetic anisotropy of amorphous wires plays a decisive role in the giant magnetoimpedance(GMI) behavior. The magnetoelastic anisotropy caused by internal stress, that are frozen in during the fabrication process, results in an axial easy axis in the core region and in a circular easy axis in the shell region [1]. It leads to a simple domain structure consisting of circular domains in the shell and axial domains in the core. For a more realistic domain structure, it has been suggested that the helical anisotropy exists due to an internal helical stress [2]. (omitted)

Proteomics is an emerging powerful tool in studying protein expression and function. At present study, proteomics was employed to evaluate the antigenicity among Escherichia coli O157:H7 strains using 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and immunoblotting, SDS-PAGE and immunblotting analysis revealed no big differences among E coli O157:H7 strains. 2-DE analysis, however, revealed common antigens as well as specific antigens. The immunoblotting analysis revealed 20 common antigenic spots among E coli O157:H7 strains. In addition, there were 3 and 13 spots as common antigens between ATCC 43894 and KSC 109, and between ATCC 43894 and ACH 5, respectively. Antigenic spots specific for individual strain were also identified as 15, 8 and 22 for ATCC 43894, ACH 5 and KSC 109, respectively. The common antigens would be useful by employing either vaccine development or diagnosis marker, or both, whereas the specific antigens of individual strains would be applicable for epidemiological study. This study suggest that proteome analysis, representative as 2-DE, is valuable tool in exploring the E. coli antigenicity.

Objective: To improve customer satisfaction through accurate information using computerized automation of the test reservation system and by performing all fasting tests on the same day with one fasting. Methods: Quality improvement activities of the test reservation system of Seoul National University Bundang Hospital improves internal and external customer satisfaction at the time of test scheduling by having the reservation system reflect test order and test time automatically and making the system to increase the same day test reservation rate. Results: Test process was smooth due to accurate test reservation and information based on test priority due to the introduction of the computerized test reservation system. Internal and external customer satisfaction improved due to the marked reduction in time required for making a reservation thanks to the improvement of work process. Conclusion: Building a computerized test reservation system was an effective measure to improve external and internal customer satisfaction.

Platinum (Pt) nanoparticles were prepared by the liquid-phase reduction of tetraammineplatinum (II) chloride $([Pt(NH_3)_4]Cl_2)$ using Nafion as a stabilizer under various conditions of the Nation phase. This method is novel in its use of electrostatic interactions between the Pt complex ions and sulfonic groups in the hydrated Nation molecules. The synthesized Pt nanoparticles of the recast film system had a cubic shape. In the case of the Nation solution system, the Pt nanoparticles mainly had a spherical shape. The shapes and sizes of the Pt nanoparticles were strongly influenced by the Nation phase.

도시 컴퓨팅에서의 파일 시스템은 하나의 메타 데이터 서버와 여러 개의 데이터 저장 서버로 구성되어 있다. 이 데이터 저장 서버의 자료구조를 사용자의 두 가지 질의에 맞게 구성함으로써 미리읽기의 성능을 향상시킨다. 또한 데이터의 손실을 방지하기 위해 복사본을 만들 때, 두 가지의 형태로 바꿔 저장함으로써 데이터의 손실을 막고 여러 질의에 대응하여 좋은 성능을 낼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the efffcts of science instruction using argumentation, with Tolumin's structure of argument, on students' learning motivation and scientific attitude. In the instruction, well-structured problems selected to be argument, in which interactions among students are stressed. The subjects were classified into two groups: One group is composed of sixty-seven students (experimental group) who were participated in solving processes of the scientific argument tasks, and the other is composed of sixty-nine students (comparative group) who were participated in the traditional teaching method. The results of this study implied that experimental group has a positive effect on students' learning motivation and scientific attitude.

The researchers attempted to develop a way to extract a near real-time online nation image using social media. Referring to previous studies about nation images and the categories defined in Wikipedia, an ontology considering the characteristics of nation image was constructed. Separately, data sets from various social media were compared and the click view of Wikipedia English-edition was selected. The ontology was applied to the recent six years of the data extracted of the three big exporting countries of the east Asia, China, Japan, and Korea. To compare the nation images, correspondence analysis was employed to show images in the area of politics, society, culture, and economy. The nation images extracted are indeed the reasonable representation of them. The researchers verified them to a few known government policies and confirmed that it could be used to help government officers to make foreign policies to boost nation's export and to employ as a key performance index for them.
