생애사를 통해 본 중산층 기혼 여성의 첫 자가마련을 위한 주거경로 (Housing Pathways of Middle-class Married Women Toward Owning the First Home Through Life History)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the housing pathways of middle-class married women toward owning a first home. In doing so, an in-depth interview as a qualitative method was conducted, life history was utilized to track down the path to first-home owning, and all the interviews were transcribed for analysis. The research participants were well-educated middle-class full-time housewives owning a home. The findings indicated that family formation through marriage and child birth was a primary driving force to buy a home. It was shown that owning a home was perceived not just as a stepping stone for building both family wealth and social capital but as one of the most important pillars to reinforcing traditional family values. In spite of some intergenerational distinctions on the path toward home owning, commonalities across generations included that home owning was considered to be a social icon for middle-class, it became almost impossible for younger generations without parental support which stimulated the intergenerational transfer of wealth, and it was greatly determined by both family income (affordability) and home finance options(borrowing capacity). This research implies that the changing social landscape transforms the value on homeownership and could undermine the socioeconomic strengths of home owning. Nonetheless, it's of importance to strategically assist first homebuyers who are likely to be a member of middle-class.

  • South Korea, which has seen economic growth at a rapid pace and the number of the old people on the rise, is facing challenges, including social problems resulting from the aged society, lack of work force supporting the elderly and needs of renewing residential environment for them. The old people in the process of senility are forced to experience a wide range of physical, mental and social difficulties and problems when they are living in existing houses. This study was conduced with a sample group consisting of the elderly who were living in detached places of multiplex houses and a plane which was developed as a tool for a workshop, the one that is a collective residence model, also known as one of an alternative housing for the old in the future. This study finds that in order to get rid of negative images of the collective residence for the old, residence surroundings for the aged should be created not as uniform space formation but as aging-in-place, and specifically, considering that the quality of life for the aged remains to continue is needed. Findings can be a reference to create ideas of developing residential environment for the aged.

장애인 실업의 원인 : 생산성 또는 차별? (Causes of high unemployment among the people with disabilities : productivity, or discrimination?)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the causes of high unemployment among the people with disabilities, focused on productivity and discrimination. In order to pursue such goal this study adopts human capital theory, screening theory, job contest theory, taste theory and statistical discrimination theory as theoretical background. The major findings are: (1) Among the human capital variables Education degree and job training are not statistically significant on employment. Only degree of activity limit has significant effect. (2) Among the discrimination related variables only discrimination experiences variable has negative effect on employment. (3) Between degree of activity limit and discrimination experiences, both have similar effect on employment. But the degree of activity limit can be thought as discrimination related element. Because' not giving resonable accommodation' is regarded discrimination in ADA or DDA. These mean that it is important for society to compel the employment of the disabled and to put focus on eliminating prejudice rather than accomplishing education and job training programs to improve the employment of the disabled. In order to accomplish this it is necessary to increase the levy for disabled persons' employment promotion of the disabled persons' employment promotion act and to establish the disability discrimination act. Also, integrated education starting from infancy is necessary. Education system should be changed, and Job training must focused on industry which demand more labor force.

Critical Factors Affecting Employers' Satisfaction with Accounting Graduates in Hanoi

  • In recent years, many firms have built a good recruitment policy, focusing on the requirements set for candidates to meet the employers' satisfaction; they often have certain requirements for each accounting job's position. The study aims to identify and measure factors affecting the employers' satisfaction with accounting graduates in Hanoi, the important locus of firms' labor force. We conducted a questionnaire consisting of 16 observation variables with a 5-point Likert scale. Independent variables were measured from 1 "without effect" to 5 "strongly". Based on the literature review and results of interviews, a total of 150 questionnaires were sent to participants; 135 of them met the standards and were subject to be analyzed. The results of Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) identify three main determinants influencing the employers' satisfaction with accounting graduates in Hanoi, including students' experience before graduating (SEG), reputation of universities (RU), and university's recruitment support policy (RSP). Based on the findings, some recommendations have been proposed to help universities design training programs for creating better satisfactions for employers in the future. On this basis, the authors propose a number of recommendations to improve the employers' satisfaction with accounting graduates in Hanoi.

  • 이동전화는 언제 어디서나 소통을 가능케 한다는 뜻에서 이동성의 통신매체이며, 또한 개인적 통신수단을 넘어, 사적 공간을 의미하는 개개인의 독립적인, 그리고 배타적인 소통행위의 영역을 만들어 낸다는 의미에서 사인주의적 매체이다. 이동 전화에서 볼 수 있는 이같은 이동성과 사인주의적 성격을 우리는 대체로 이동전화의 기술적 특성, 또는 편리함 정도로 이해하고 있다. 그러나 이동성은 이동 그 자체만을 의미하는 것이 아니며, 사인주의 또한 사인주의 그 자체가 목표는 아니다. 이동성과 사인주의에는 우리로 하여금 그렇게 생활하고 생각하게끔 요구하는 특정한 정치경제적, 사회적 조건들이 존재한다. 이동전화는 우리에게 이같은 이동적이며 사인주의적인 방식의 삶을 강제하는 오늘날의 사회적 질서체계를 상징하는 정보통신 매체이다.

  • This study purpose is the consideration of the processing evolution historic of the Educational Facilities 20s century at the grand view in the region Ile-de-France. Specially, by thepart of Educational Politic, Urban Geographic and the Urban Planning. This study purpose is to take a data base and study direction on 'A study of the role educational facility in the urban development'. So I was arrived these conclusions, First, the educational politic of the france was aimed for the democratization of the education and the popularization. After execution of the decentralization in the 1986, high school facilities was more popularized. Second, in the view point of the urban geographic, before 1975 years, high school facilities in the region ile-de-france was unbalanced in the situation regional and in the division social on the urban space. But after law of the Decentralization(1986) in the France, by effort of the regional conseil has take the regional balance. Third, high school facility has a potential force as a center of the development of the city. Forth, the facility has a possibility potential for a working of the important role in the urbanization. specially, the movement of population, the augment prix of the terrain, appartement and the division social in the urban space. as element that important relation with a development of the city.

A Study on Factors Affecting Chatbot Service Using Intention: Applying Value-based Adoption Model

  • Purpose - This study aims to investigate factors affecting Chatbot service acceptance attitude. For wide use of Chatbot service, firms need to find barriers or obstacles for customers, if any, not to use Chatbot service. Research design, data, and methodology - We apply value-based accept model to investigate the quality of Chatbot, to verify the meaning of service value of Chatbot and to find the relationship among variables. To test hypotheses, we conducted survey. We collected 300 questionnaires. SPSS version 2.0 is used. Regression analysis, moderating effect test is conducted. Results - 4 Qualities of Chatbot, Ease of use, Usefulness, Enjoyment, Interaction are affecting acceptance attitude, and 5 service values, only interaction does not affect emotion. Trust, Specialty, Necessity, Social, Emotion moderating Chatbot service to accepting attitude. Regarding moderating effects by personal characteristics and personal tendency, innovation resistance, innovativeness, and social effects are turned to have influence while regulatory focus, construal level does not have moderating force. Also, the auxiliary service like Chatbot service affects customers' evaluation on the main service quality. Conclusions - Service firms adopt Chatbot service for various purposes. The results imply that customers are generally recognize the merits of Chatbot, but there are some barriers such as innovation resistance characteristic especially uncomfortable.

경력지향성이 창·재취업의도에 미치는 영향연구: 사회적자본의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Career Orientation on the Entrepreneurial·Reemployment Intention: Focused on the Mediating Effects of the Social Capitals)

  • 본 연구는 주된 일자리에서 은퇴했거나 은퇴를 앞둔 베이비붐 세대 직장인들을 대상으로 은퇴 이후 창 재취업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 사회적자본의 매개효과를 규명하고자 한다. 2010년 이후 베이비붐 세대의 대규모 퇴직이 시작되고 있으나 경제적 노후준비를 충분히 확보하지 못한 상태에서의 대규모 은퇴는 노동시장의 불안정과 사회복지비용 지출증가 등 사회 경제적으로 커다란 이슈가 되고 있다. 퇴직 후 30년 이상의 새로운 커리어를 시도할 수 있는 준비를 하도록 개인의 인식변화와 제도적인 지원이 구체화 되어야 한다. 따라서 잠재적 은퇴자인 베이비부머 직장인들이 재직하는 기간 동안에 개인의 경력지향에 맞는 교육, 훈련, 재취업 프로그램을 체계적으로 지원받고, 네트워크나 신뢰 등 사회적자본을 강화하여, 은퇴 후 상대적으로 폭 넓은 창 재취업의 기회를 얻고, 퇴직 후에도 노동시장에 오랜 기간 머물도록 함으로써 경제적 안정과 공적연금 등 사회적 비용증가에 대한 해결책이 될 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

금융기업의 관계지향적 소셜 미디어 마케팅 성공 전략 -IBK 기업은행 사례를 중심으로 (Relationship-oriented Social Media Marketing Strategy in Banking Service Company - Focusing on Industrial Bank of Korea)

  • 금융계는 고객과 기업 간의 거래관계가 타 산업에 비해 경직되어 있고, 기업의 조직문화 또한 보수적 성향이 강하게 나타난다는 특징을 가진다. 그러나 고객 서비스와 디지털 미디어 채널이 다양화되는 시장환경의 변화 안에서 금융기업들은 과거와는 다른 적극적인 고객지향적 입장에서 어떻게 소셜 미디어 마케팅을 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는지를 고민하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 관계지향적 소셜 미디어 마케팅을 성공적으로 추진하고 있는 IBK 기업은행의 사례를 통해 소셜 미디어 마케팅의 성공 요인을 밝히고, 이를 통해 금융기업들의 성공적인 소셜 미디어 마케팅 활용 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 '신뢰구축(Trust)', '감정이입(Empathy)', '가치공유(Shared Value)', '유대(Bonding)', '고객 커뮤니케이션(Communication)', '상호의존(Reciprocity)'로 구성된 6가지 관계지향적 서비스 요인을 통해 은행의 체계적이고 효과적인 관계지향적 소셜 미디어 마케팅 전략에 대한 구체적인 시사점이 논의된다.

노인일자리사업의 교육만족도가 사업효과성에 미치는 영향과 직무만족도의 매개효과 (The Influence of the Educational Satisfaction on the Project Effectiveness of Employment Promotion Project for the Elderly - A Mediating Effect of Participation Satisfaction -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리사업의 사업효과성에 미치는 교육만족도의 영향력을 검증하고 이 관계에서의 직무만족도의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 연구에 활용된 자료는 한국노인인력개발원에서 실시한 2010년 노인일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사 원자료이며, 1,220명이 분석대상이다. 연구방법은 기술분석과 단순상관분석을 실시하였으며, 다중회귀분석으로 연구모형을 검증하고, Sobel test를 통해 직무만족도의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 노인일자리사업의 교육만족도는 직무만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교육만족도는 사업효과성에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 직무만족도를 매개로 하여 영향을 미치는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 노인일자리사업의 사업효과성을 높이기 위해서는 참여 노인에 대한 교육의 중요성을 인식하고 향후 교육프로그램의 발전방향에 대해 제언하며, 직무만족도 또한 고려해야 함을 제시하였다.
