최근 사회망 기반의 검색 서비스들을 중심으로 다양한 방법들이 제시되고 있다. 기존의 추천시스템들은 특정 영역의 전문가를 검색할 수 있지만 검색하고자 하는 전문가에 대한 프로파일과 전문가를 평가하는 항목이 한 시스템에 있어야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 지식베이스와 XMDR을 이용하여 서로 다른 시스템에 존재하는 전문가 프로파일과 전문가를 평가하는 항목 수집을 자동화할 수 있다. 또한 다양한 리소스들을 이용하여 사회망을 동적으로 구축하여 여러 전문가를 추천할 수 있는 시스템을 구성하고자한다. 그러나 다양한 리소스들은 지역적으로 분산되어 있고 이종의 데이터 소스들로 구성되어있기 때문에 사용자 의사결정을 위한 정보를 얻는 것은 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 효율적으로 해결하기 위해서 사용자에게 단일 인터페이스를 제공하고 이종시스템들 간에 구축된 리소스들에는 각각 독립성과 투명성을 제공할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분산되어있는 전문가 프로파일 추출을 위해 XMDR과 지식베이스를 이용하고 이러한 지식베이스를 사회망과 연계한 전문가 추천 시스템을 설계한다.

The purpose of the study was to explore the potential of the Social Network Analysis as an analytical tool for scientific investigation of learner-learner, or learner-tutor interaction within an Computer Supported Corporative Learning (CSCL) environment. Theoretical and methodological implication of the Social Network Analysis had been discussed. Following theoretical analysis, an exploratory empirical study was conducted to test statistical correlation between traditional performance measures such as achievement and team contribution index, and the centrality measure, one of the many quantitative measures the Social Network Analysis provides. Results indicate the centrality measure was correlated with the higher order learning performance and the peer-evaluated contribution indices. An interpretation of the results and their implication to instructional design theory and practices were provided along with some suggestions for future research.

With the rapid increase of information on the World Wide Web, finding useful information on the internet has become a major problem. The recommendation system helps users make decisions in complex data areas where the amount of data available is large. There are many methods that have been proposed in the recommender system. Collaborative filtering is a popular method widely used in the recommendation system. However, collaborative filtering methods still have some problems, namely cold-start problem. In this paper, we propose a movie recommendation system by using social network analysis and collaborative filtering to solve this problem associated with collaborative filtering methods. We applied personal propensity of users such as age, gender, and occupation to make relationship matrix between users, and the relationship matrix is applied to cluster user by using community detection based on edge betweenness centrality. Then the recommended system will suggest movies which were previously interested by users in the group to new users. We show shown that the proposed method is a very efficient method using mean absolute error.

웹 2.0 기술이 소개된 이후 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 미래 정보기술의 기초로서 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이에, 웹2.0 환경에서 소셜 네트워크를 구축하기 위하여 온톨로지 기반의 사용자 프로필 기술 도구인 FOAF를 활용하기 위한 다양한 연구가 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 FOAF를 이용하여 소셜 네트워크를 생성 및 관리하는 대부분의 방법은 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 사용자의 소셜 네트워크를 자동적으로 반영하기 어려운 단점이 있으며 다양한 소셜 미디어 서비스가 제공되는 환경에서는 FOAF를 동적으로 관리하기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 FOAF를 이용한 소셜 네트워크 추출방법의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 사용자 프로파일 기술 언어인 FOAF와 웹 저작물 출판 매커니즘인 RSS를 OLAP 시스템에 적용시켜 동적으로 FOAF를 갱신하고 관리하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 수집한 FOAF와 RSS 파일들을 스타스키마로 설계된 데이터베이스에 넣어 OLAP 큐브를 생성한다. 그리고 OLAP 연산을 이용하여 사용자의 연결관계를 분석하고 FOAF에 그 결과를 반영한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 이기종 분산처리 환경 하에서 데이터의 상호호환성을 보장할 뿐만 아니라 시간의 흐름에 따른 사용자의 관심 및 이슈 등의 변화를 효과적으로 반영한다.

IT 기술 발전과 스마트 기기의 보급으로 인해 다양한 웹 서비스가 개발되었다. 특히, 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 기존 웹 서비스와 달리 정보의 생산과 소비의 구별이 없으며 사용자들 간에 자유롭게 의사를 소통할 수 있게 한다. 그리고 정보 공유, 기존 인간관계와 새로운 인간관계들을 형성을 강화시켜준다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 제공하는 사회적 관계망을 사용하여 사용자들의 의사소통과 정보 공유에 사용되는 키워드를 수집하고 분석한다. 그리고 키워드에 적합한 영화들을 추천하는 시스템을 설계한다.

2006년부터 Facebook, Twitter, Blog와 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자가 급격하게 늘어나고 있다. 더욱이 스마트폰을 이용해 편리하게 도서를 검색하고 여러 대학이 소장한 자료를 공유해 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 소셜 도서 검색시스템에 대한 요구도 급증하고 잇다. 하지만 현재까지 국내에서 소셜 도서 검색 서비스에 알맞은 보안서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 소셜 도서 검색 서비스를 위한 안전한 사용자 인증시스템과 부분 Filter 기법을 적용해 스마트폰 환경에서 응답성을 높일 수 있는 새로운 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안시스템은 소셜 도서 검색 서비스를 부정적으로 사용할 수 없도록 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 스마트폰에서도 소셜 도서 검색 서비스를 사용하는데 효과적인 응답시간을 제공할 수 있음을 보인다.

Because military weapons systems for special purposes are small and complex, they are not easy to maintain. Therefore, it is very important to maintain combat strength through quick maintenance in the event of a breakdown. In particular, naval ships are complex weapon systems equipped with various equipment, so other equipment must be considered for maintenance in the event of equipment failure, so that skilled maintenance personnel have a great influence on rapid maintenance. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed maintenance data of defense equipment maintenance information system through text mining and social network analysis(SNA), and tried to identify the naval ship maintenance expertise. The defense equipment maintenance information system is a system that manages military equipment efficiently. In this study, the data(2,538cases) of some naval ship maintenance teams were analyzed. In detail, we examined the contents of main maintenance and maintenance personnel through text mining(word cloud, word network). Next, social network analysis(collaboration analysis, centrality analysis) was used to confirm the collaboration relationship between maintenance personnel and maintenance expertise. Finally, we compare the results of text mining and social network analysis(SNA) to find out appropriate methods for finding and finding naval ship maintenance expertise.

휴대 장치용 개인 무선 통신 기술로서의 블루투스(Bluetooth)는 저전력 저비용의 장점을 가진 IEEE 802.15 계열 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) 기술의 대표적인 예로서 많이 사용되고 있으나 매우 제한된 통신 범위로 인해 넓은 지역에 분포되어 있는 사용자간의 네트워크 구성이 어려운 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 움직임을 이용하여 인프라(infra)가 없이도 넓은 지역에 분포되어 있는 구성원 간 모바일 소셜네트워크 시스템(Mobile Social Network System, SNS)을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. 또한 SNS 환경에서 사용자 움직임 기반 정보확산 기법의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 실제로 블루마켓 응용을 구현하였다.

Business diversification is inevitable to survive under the current competitive business environments. The advent of new businesses makes corporate governance more complicated through corporate combinations. Recent introduction of new accounting standard, International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS), accelerates the need for corporate governance analysis. This study analyses the complex corporate governance system and its relation to the business performance using social network analysis. Corporate inter-governance networks can be visualized easily in a social network diagram. 552 corporate governance data are empirically analysed in the Korean stock market. The changes in In-Degree between networks are positively related with the changes in corporate sales volume. We can find the same results using operating profits as corporate performance proxy. The results show that social network analysis technique can be applied to investments in the stock markets.

본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 최근에 가장 인기 있는 인터넷 비즈니스 모델로서 여러 나라에서 서비스되고 있는데 외국에서는 페이스북이 한국에서는 싸이월드가 유명하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 소셜 네트워크 서비스들들 조사하고 분석하여 새로운 웹 2.0 개념에 충실한 오픈유 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 제시한다. 이는 실시간 채팅으로 서로 대화가 가능하고 협업 기능에 의해 실시간으로 자료 공유 및 자료를 보면서 대화가 가능한 차세대 인터넷 플랫폼 시스템이다. 오픈유의 주요 특징 및 기능을 화면 설계 및 구현을 통해 설명하고 다른 소셜 네트워크 서비스 시스템과의 비교를 통해 오픈유의 우수성을 제시하고자 한다.
