빅데이터 분석 교육의 문제점과 개선 방안 -학생 과제 보고서를 중심으로 (Problems of Big Data Analysis Education and Their Solutions)

  • 본 논문은 빅데이터 분석 교육의 문제점을 고찰해 그 개선 방안을 제시한다. 빅데이터의 특성은 V3에서 V5로 진화하고 있다. 이에 빅데이터 분석 교육도 V5를 감안한 데이터 분석 교육이 되어야 한다. 작금 불확실성의 증대는 데이터 분석의 리스크를 증가시키기에 내적 외적 구조화/비구조화 데이터를 비롯해 교란 요인마저 분석할 때 데이터의 신뢰성은 증가될 수 있다. 그리고 평판분석을 활용할 때 범하기 쉬운 오류가 가변성과 불확실성에 대한 상황 인식이다. 가변성의 측면을 고려해, 다양한 변수와 옵션에 의한 불확실성의 상황을 인식하고 대비한 데이터 분석이 이뤄질 때 데이터에 대한 신뢰성과 정확성은 증가할 수 있다. 사회관계망 분석에서 학생들과 일반 연구자들이 주로 활용하는 것이 텍스톰과 노드엑셀의 노드 분석이다. 사화관계망 분석은 매개중심성에 의한 상황 분석을 통해 다크 데이터를 찾아 이상 현상을 감지하고 현 상황을 분석하여 유용한 의미를 얻고 미래를 예측할 수 있어야 한다.

  • 본 연구는 대구시의 대표적인 주공혼재지역인 북구 노원1 2가동을 사례로 산업지역사회의 관점에서 주공혼재지역으로의 형성과정과 영세제조업체의 존립기반을 분석하였다. 연구대상지역은 1993년 준공업지역에서 준주거지역으로의 용도지역 변경을 계기로 영세 제조업체 및 관련 서비스업과 주택이 혼재하고, 생산활동과 생활활동이 공존하는 전형적인 산업지역사회로 급속하게 변모하였다. 산업지역사회 기반으로서의 영세제조업체의 핵심적 존립기반은 중소 생산자본을 중심으로 한 생산과정상의 수평적이고 역내 통합적 네트워크 생산체계와 그 보완장치로서의 사회적 네트워크를 매개로 한 산업환경으로 집약된다.

Korean Customer Attitudes Towards SNS Shopping

  • As a new format of retailing, social shopping on SNS has rapidly grown in recent. Although there is much literature associated with customer behaviours in the academic world, little attention has been paid to identifying the shopping patterns of SNS shoppers. This paper will, thus, identify how perceived value has an impact on the buying intention of SNS shoppers, after illustrating what kind of factor influences the formation process of perceived value in the Korean marketplace. Given that SNS shoppers are for the most part 20s as well as 30s, the authors handed out questionnaires to them. Furthermore, based on literature review results, the conceptualised research model was developed. Despite lack of literature, the authors developed five constructs like price reduction, quantity- and time-limited message, product ranges, information-sharing, and required number of shoppers. The researchers made a considerable effort to identify the relationship between research concepts and each variable, based on a few research analysis methods such as frequency analysis, the Varimax rotation technique used orthogonal rotation, Cronbach's Alpha, PCA (Principle Component Analysis), and the like. Amongst the 5 variables used to measure the degree of influences on the perceived value as a social shopping characteristic, it has been evident that price cut, required minimum shoppers, product variety, and information-sharing have a positive impact on the perceived value formation processes of SNS customers. Also, this research implies that SNS retailers can differentiate themselves from other retailers by differently using the above factors. From a practitioner's point of view, these factors should be strategically used to increase the social shopping opportunities of SNS users. It is, furthermore, evident that the perceived value formed by the above 4 factors have played an important role in the buying decision process of SNS customers. In a sense, whether customers are aware of higher price cut rates, information-sharing, required minimum shoppers, and product variety has a positive impact on making buying decisions. From a retailer's point of view, online shopping mall operators are able to use blog as well as twitter to improve the buying intention as a marketing tool of social network, because the business activities provided by social shopping retailers, like the rapid, accurate responses to customer requirements, the provision of a variety of information, and the communications between customers are closely related to buying intentions. There are a few research limitations to conduct this empirical research. It was not easy to review prior papers, due to its lack. In spite of the increasing number of SNS shoppers in Korea, little research attention has been paid to this kind of research topic by academicians, because buying products or services through SNS is in its infancy. With regard to research populations, it would be difficult to generalise the research findings in Korea, owing to unbalanced respondent distribution. Considering the above research limitations as well as the growth of social shopping, many authors should pay considerable attention to SNS-related issues in the future, and develop the more sophisticated criteria to measure the characteristics of SNS shoppers.

한국 노년층의 사회자본에 대한 인식 유형화 및 영향요인 (Factors and Categorization of Perception toward Social Capital for Korean Older Adults)

  • 본 연구는 노인들의 개인수준에서 사회자본을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지에 대한 유형을 분류하고 이러한 차별화된 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 2014년 전국거주 만 65세 이상 1,060명 노인을 대상으로 조사한 '노인문제 및 지역사회자본 조사연구' 데이터를 활용하여 K-평균 군집분석과 다항명목 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요변수인 사회자본은 신뢰, 규범, 네트워크, 사회참여로 측정하였고 영향요인으로는 인구학적, 사회계층적, 정치종교적, 그리고 주거환경적 변수들을 선택하였다. 분석 결과 노인의 사회자본 인식에 대한 3가지 유형(사회자본 잠재형, 사회자본 단절형, 사회자본 풍족형)이 발견되었다. 3가지 유형들은 서로 다른 외재적 특징(나이, 교육, 생활수준, 주택소유, 정치성향, 종교, 거주지역, 주거형태)을 가지고 있었다. 사회자본 잠재형과 비교하여 나이가 젊을수록, 정치 성향이 진보적일수록, 종교가 없다고 응답할수록, 농어촌에 거주하지 않을수록 사회자본 단절형에 속할 확률이 높았다. 반면, 여성일수록, 학력이 높을수록, 연립과 다세대 주택에 거주하지 않을수록, 생활수준이 높을수록, 기독교를 믿을수록, 농어촌에 거주하지 않을수록 사회자본 풍족형에 속할 확률이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 기반으로 하여 실천적 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

대구 약령시 지구 내 가로 체계의 공간구문 분석 (Space Syntax Analysis on Street System in Yakryeong Market District in Daegu, Korea)

  • This study examines the properties of spaces where historical and cultural resources have been preserved in the street system of Daegu Yakryeong market district, by using Space Syntax methodology. The results were obtained through ASA(Angular Segment Analysis) on each node (spatial unit) in the street network. An overall characteristic of spatial configuration in street system of the surveyed district is that nodes in the street network tend to form socially integrated spatial structure to allow easy access to each space in the system. There are a small number of socially isolated spaces in the street system, which are located at nodes in narrow streets adjacent to the roadway outside the district, or in narrow alleys between early modern Korean buildings. More than half of the surveyed spaces have high levels of social integration, which contain buildings playing a central role of the community, a traditional street market, symbolic landmarks. In conclusion, it is expected that the achievements of this study will contribute in leading to rational land use planning for sound and sustainable development of historical and cultural resources in an urban district.

  • Reforming social relations requires changing the system of relations between state executive bodies, institutions subordinate to them and a citizen, which is characteristic for most of the country, in which the latter is a petitioner even if his indisputable rights and legitimate interests are satisfied. One of the most important areas of public administration reform is the formation and development of a system of administrative services and appropriate information support. The result of the implementation of this direction should be the creation of such a legal framework and its real implementation in administrative and legal practice, in which consumers of administrative services will have broad rights and powers and will not be passive subjects manipulated by civil servants.Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the normative legal aspects of information support for the provision of administrative services in the field of public administration.   • 본 연구는 공공연구기관에서 선도적으로 추진되고 있는 사회문제 해결형 연구개발 사례를 분석하고 그 의미를 논의한다. 사례 분석의 대상은 위생과 환경문제에 대응하여 자원순환형 음식물쓰레기 처리시스템을 구축하는 연구개발사업이다. 사례연구를 통해 드러난 특징은 다음과 같다. 동 사업에서는 빠른 시스템 개발을 위해 C&SD(connect and solution development) 전략을 사용하였다. 그리고 시스템의 경제 사회적 수용성을 높이기 위해 시민, 기존 업체, 지자체와 밀도 있는 네트워크를 형성했다. 또 법 제도 개선 문제도 작은 문제부터 해결해나가는 접근을 취했다. 하향식으로 새로운 시스템을 개발하는 방식보다는 문제해결을 빠르고 쉽게 하기 위해 기존의 기술과 주체들을 활용하는 재조합 혁신 방식을 택했다.

AHP를 이용한 인플루언서 속성 연구 (A Study on Influencer Characteristic Factors by Using AHP)

  • Focusing on the emerging influencer market of SNS (Social Network Service), This study attempts to clarify the priority of Influencer characteristics when the customer decided to purchase products through the promotion of influencers. Since the influencer marketing differs from the Online information source marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the Online information sources and the characteristics of SNS contents. For this purpose, through the literature research on Information sources and Influencers, the characteristics of influencers were reconstructed and priorities were derived using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. The upper layer of the AHP structure was set to expertise, trustworthiness, social attractiveness, and content attractiveness, and the lower layer structured the model with 13 subfactors. The results are summarized as follows. First, in the result of combining the importance of the $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ classes, the detailed factors of expertise and trustworthiness, ranked from the top to six, are largely influenced in purchasing decisions in influencer marketing. Second, content attractiveness is the third rank in the $1^{st}$ layer. Influencer marketing shows that content is more important than social attractiveness. Besides, the $7^{th}$ to $9^{th}$ positions of the overall rankings accounted for visual information, storytelling, and external attractiveness, which are the details of content attractiveness, and it is confirmed that it is more effective for influencer marketing to emphasize content attractiveness than social attractiveness. Although the influencer marketing differs from the existing information marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the source and the characteristics of the contents.

  • South Korea's solar energy industry has been made vertical integration and specialization as part of the restructuring in the downturn of the world economy and the oversupply situation of raw materials. This study is to understand the characteristics of the solar energy industry, using data to systematic approach. In this study, it was defined the major business of firms as 22 business types and classified into 5 enterprise groups as technology and business strategy. After that, It was deduced features of Enterprise group by the statistical analysis and looked to draw a map of the industrial structure by social network analysis using the information on companies' demand and supply.

Detection for JPEG steganography based on evolutionary feature selection and classifier ensemble selection

  • JPEG steganography detection is an active research topic in the field of information hiding due to the wide use of JPEG image in social network, image-sharing websites, and Internet communication, etc. In this paper, a new steganalysis method for content-adaptive JPEG steganography is proposed by integrating the evolutionary feature selection and classifier ensemble selection. First, the whole framework of the proposed steganalysis method is presented and then the characteristic of the proposed method is analyzed. Second, the feature selection method based on genetic algorithm is given and the implement process is described in detail. Third, the method of classifier ensemble selection is proposed based on Pareto evolutionary optimization. The experimental results indicate the proposed steganalysis method can achieve a competitive detection performance by compared with the state-of-the-art steganalysis methods when used for the detection of the latest content-adaptive JPEG steganography algorithms.
