스마트폰의 확산과 정보통신기술의 발전으로 스마트워크가 가져올 개인과 기업 측면의 변화에 대한 기대가 높다. 특히 스마트워크를 통해 시간과 공간에 제약을 받지 않은 채 일과 가정 두 영역에서의 역할을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 하지만, 스마트워크에 대한 근로자의 수용 의도가 낮고 실제 활용률도 떨어지는 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 이와 같은 현상에 주목하면서 본 연구에서는 스마트워크 환경에서 기대성과가 나타나는데 있어 중요한 변인으로 근로자의 유연경계추구의도를 설정하고 심리적 기제가 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하고자 했다. 연구의 목적에 맞춰 기술수용모델 관점에서 스마트워크 유용성 지각과 일-가정 갈등 사이에서 유연경계추구의도가 매개변인으로 작용할 것으로 예상하고 연구를 진행했다. 한 편 근로자의 스마트워크에 대한 활용 의도가 있더라도 일-가정 갈등이 높아지는 현상에 있어서 현재의 조직 상황에서의 역할 방해 요인이 있을 것으로 보고 과업상호의존성과 과정통제의 조절효과에 대한 검증도 함께 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 유연경계추구의도의 완전 매개효과가 검증되었고, 과업상호의존성과 과정통제의 조절효과의 경우, 과업상호의존성만이 조절효과의 경향성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

The stdy of this study is to explore whether there is a social class difference in the relationship of mother and daughter-in-laws. The findings and summarized as follows. in the upper class the relationship of mother and daughter-in-laws seems 'fictitious one' In the middle class when her husband's occupation status is higher than his father's the relationship of mother and daughter-in-laws seems 'the relationship which is trobultesome only on daughter-in-law's behalf. When her husbands' occupation status is similar to his father's and her family is living together with in-laws and she and her mother-in=law are housewives the relationship of mother and daughter-in-laws seems 'the troublesome relationship for the both parts of mother and daughter-in-laws' In the same situation as above except the fact that the mother-in-law is housewife and daughter-in-law working the relationship between mother and daugther-in-laws seems apper to be 'interdependence' When her husband is self- mployed the daughter-in-laws keeps the interdepen-dent relationship with the mother-in-law. In the low class the relationship of mother and daughter-in-laws seems 'neglect' or 'conflicting'.

The paper tests the above socio-cognitive model with four empirical case studies of leading Korean science and technology research and technology transfer organizations. The case studies demonstrate clear differences in individuals' frames about the technology transfer process and arising conflicts. As a result, technology transfer process is not fully controllable and is highly contextual. We argue, whereas public policy in countries approaching technology frontier provides essential support for defining and exploiting best practices (routines/pathways) for technology transfer at organizational level, they have not matured enough to support the timely identification and resolution of conflicts between individual actors, hence the inefficiencies. Therefore, among others, public policy for technology transfer could consider allowing an inclusive approach to recognition of best practices for technology transfer and innovation processes, increased social interactions between technology transfer actors, and their training on resolution of individual level cognitive conflicts.

본 연구는 상향 사회비교를 통해 발생 되는 긍정과 부정의 감정을 균형 있게 살펴보고 발생 된 감정의 결과가 SNS 이용자의 게시 행태에 미치는 영향을 탐구한다. 특히, 본 연구는 상향 사회비교가 SNS의 팔로워와 게시자의 SNS 이용행태에 미치는 영향력과 팔로워가 다시 게시자가 되는 소셜 네트워크 순환의 구조적 원리를 체계적으로 규명해보고자 한다. 분석 결과, 상호작용 성향의 팔로워는 부정적인 상향 사회비교와 긍정적인 상향 사회비교를 하였으며, 부정적인 상향 사회비교는 독립 성향 게시를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 긍정적인 상향 사회비교는 독립 성향 게시와 상호작용 성향 게시 모두를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 SNS에서 사회비교 이론이 부정적 상향 비교에만 치우쳐져 있던 선행 연구의 결과를 긍정적 상향 비교까지 확장 시켰다는 데 의의가 있다. 더불어, 본 연구는 SNS 플랫폼 운영자들에게 SNS 이용자들이 다른 플랫폼으로 이탈하지 않는 방안에 대한 실무적 전략을 제시하였다.

최근 빈곤에 대한 사회지리학적 연구는 빈곤문제를 완화하고 해결하려는 의지를 반영하여 사회복지서비스와의 연계적 측면에서 이루어진다. 빈곤계층의 기본적인 욕구를 충족시키기 위한 다양한 사회복지서비스의 제공에도 불구하고 서비스제공자와 서비스수혜자의 공간적 불일치로 인하여 발생하는 접근성의 문제는 결과적으로 사회복지서비스의 공간적 불평등으로 이어진다. 부산시를 대상으로 빈곤계층과 사회복지서비스의 연계성을 사회지리학적 입장에서 연구한 본 연구의 결론도 이와 같은 사회복지서비스의 공간적 한계에서 크게 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 1980년대 이후 급성장한 사회복지서비스의 양적 증대에도 불구하고 빈곤계층과 사회복지서비스시설간의 입지적 불일치는 상대적으로 복지서비스 공급에 있어서 과잉 및 과소지역을 초래하였다. 복지서비스의 과소공급지역을 중심으로 빈곤계층의 기본적인 욕구를 충족시키고 사회복지서비스의 공간적 불평등을 해결하기 위해서는 빈곤계층의 공간적 수요를 감안한 사회복지서비스시설의 유연적인 입지적 재분배가 요구된다.

본 연구는 빈곤과 실업의 결정요인과 상호관계를 살펴보고, 복지정책의 효과를 분석해 본다. 특히, 빈곤가구와 가구주의 특성, 가구주의 경제활동상태 변화 및 이들 변수에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 분석해 본다. probit 모형과 bivariate probit 모형을 이용한 실증분석 결과, 빈곤의 주된 원인으로 실업이 작용했고, 가구월수, 가구주의 연령 및 저학력 등도 원인으로 작용했음이 밝혀졌다. 사회보험 수급 등을 포함하는 복지정책은 이러한 실업이 빈곤에 미치는 영향을 축소시키는 요인으로 역할하고 있음이 추정 결과 나타났다.

This study aimed at examining the mediation effects of depressive symptoms on the association between social activity participation and marital satisfaction among couples in later life. The study included 1,196 married couples aged 65 or above who participated in the 7th Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging in 2018. The study variables were husbands' and wives' social activity participation, marital satisfaction, and depressive symptoms. Covariates were individual age, education level, subjective health, couples' household income, and number of children. The Actor-Partner Interdependence Mediation Model (APIMeM) and bootstrapping techniques were used to test the significance of the mediating impacts of depressive symptoms based on the dyadic data structure. The results showed that for both husbands and wives, active participation in social activities had significant effects on increasing marital satisfaction through lowering depressive symptoms. However, only the participation of husbands in social activities was positively associated with their own marital satisfaction by reducing their own and their partner's depressive symptoms. These findings suggest that the active social participation of individuals salient for promoting the quality of marital relationships in later life, particularly for preventing their own and their spouse's depressive symptoms.

암환자에게 부부적응은 심리적인 안녕 뿐만 아니라 치료경과 및 생존율에 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되고 있어 이들의 부부적응을 도모하기 위한 사회복지 노력과 관심이 절실히 필요하다 하겠다. 이에 본 연구는 암환자와 배우자의 커플자료를 수집하여 이들의 부부적응에 대해 조사하였으며, 기초자료가 미비한 실정에서 부부관계의 지표로 부부적응에의 필수고려 요인으로 지목되고 있는 부부의사소통의 영향을 조사하였다. 또한 암환자와 배우자의 상호의존성을 고려하여 부부의사소통이 부부적응에 미치는 영향을 자기 자신에게 미치는 영향(자기효과), 상대방에게 미치는 영향(상대방효과)을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 부부적응에 긍정적 부부의사소통의 중요성을 제시하였으며, 부정적 의사소통 유형인 요구-철회의사소통에서 환자의 배우자에 대한 상대방효과가 유의한 것으로 나타나 환자에 대한 의사소통 교육에의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 상실과 의존으로 표상되는 치매인의 경험세계에서 인간 존엄은 어떻게 유지되는가에 대해 논의하였다. 치매인을 연구대상으로 하거나 연구대상에 포함하여 수행된 국내외의 질적경험연구를 검토한 결과 발견된 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치매인의 몸에 체화된 역량과 동력은 치매인의 잔존기능에 기반한 행동, 몸을 통한 비언어적 상호작용, 과거 역할의 수행으로 상호정동의 형태로 나타난다. 둘째, 치매인의 정체성 존엄은 자기감, 인간임, 커플임을 훼손하지 않는 방향으로 커플, 타인, 사회환경과의 상호작용이 조율되는 가운데 유지되고 있었다. 정체성 존엄은 인간 존엄 중에서 타인과의 관계 및 사회와의 상호작용 속에서 구성되는 것으로서 개인적 존엄에 해당한다. 결론적으로, 몸에 체화된 역량 및 동력의 활성화와 상호정동을 통한 상호의존과 상호연결의 맥락은 치매인의 정체성 존엄 유지를 위한 중요한 조건이었다. 치매인의 인간 존엄은 정동적 측면을 고려할 때, 개별성과 독립의 근대적 정의를 넘어 상호의존과 상호연결성 속에서 재구성되고 있었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the actor and partner effects of self efficacy, marital adjustment and family support on Yangseang in infertile couples using the actor-partner interdependence model. Methods: The participants were 108 infertile couples. Data were collected using the Yangsaeng Scale, Infertility Self Efficacy Scale, Revised Dyadic Adjustment Scale, and Perceived Social Support Scale from March to April in 2016. The Actor-Partner Interdependence Model was used to analyze the actor and partner effects of self-efficacy, marital adjustment and family support on Yangsaeng. Results: The fit indices for the model were Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 0.99, Normed Fit Index (NFI) = 0.99, Tucker-Lewis Index (TLI) = 0.90, and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.01, which met the criteria. We found that only self efficacy had an actor effect on Yangsaeng. Marital adjustment and family support of infertile husbands had an actor effect on the Yangsaeng. In addition, marital adjustment showed an interaction effect. Conclusions: The findings of this study indicate that the level of Yangseang in infertile couples was positively associated with the levels of self efficacy and martial adjustment. Partner effects may be hidden due to much stronger actor effects on Yangseang.
