The study investigates factors affecting the loyalty of Food Delivery Application (FDA) service in Thailand. This study employs quantitative research methodology with a non-probability sampling method to draw 510 FDA samples from the FDA users in Thailand. The online questionnaires with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.886 were used as a research tool to collect data from samples. By using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data, the results show that trustworthiness, social influence, system design, and task-technology fit affect the user's technology acceptance, which also show the significant relationship with the loyalty of FDA users in Thailand. The study checks the harmony with the statistics; χ2 = 258.686, df. =160, χ2/df. = 1.616, p-value = 0.050, CMIN/DF = 1.616, GFI = 0.960, AGFI = 0.969, TLI = 0.953, CFI = 0.965, RMSEA = 0.047, significant level at 0.05, along with testing the weight factor. In conclusion, the research model was harmonious with the empirical data at the significant level 0.05. The finding of this study suggested that the FDA service provider might apply this research finding to develop a greater understanding of the FDA's customer loyalty, as well as determine marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and create a competitive advantage in the future.

Mobile devices have become attractive learning devices for education. The digitalization of the higher education system in Sri Lanka by 2020 is part of the government's effort to modernize and enhance the country's overall education system particularly in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. Theoretically, this study contributes to the M-Learning model in higher education institutions via the integration of literature on technology adoption (TAM and UTAUT) with the variables of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Condition. The attitude towards M-Learning amongst higher education students was gauged via an online questionnaire survey. The convenience sample comprised 344 students from the Advanced Technological Institutes (ATI) in Batticaloa District, Sri Lanka. Descriptive statistics, a measurement, and structural model, and hypotheses testing were used to analyze the derived data. The findings indicate that mobile learning is significantly affected by perceived ease of use, social influence, effort expectancy, and facilitating condition, but negatively affected by attitude and perceived usefulness. The exhaustive literature review revealed that there are very few M-Learning studies related to digital learning in the context of higher education in the Batticaloa district.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of uncertainty-related factors on the health behavior of individuals with coronary artery disease (CAD) based on Mishel's uncertainty in illness theory (UIT). Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study and path analysis to investigate uncertainty and factors related to health behavior. The study participants were 228 CAD patients who visited the outpatient cardiology department between September 2020 and June 2021. We used SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 software to analyze the data. Results: The final model demonstrated a good fit with the data. Eleven of the twelve paths were significant. Uncertainty positively affected danger and negatively affected self-efficacy and opportunity. Danger had a positive effect on perceived risk. Opportunity positively affected social support, self-efficacy, perceived benefit and intention, whereas it negatively affected perceived risk. Social support, self-efficacy, perceived benefit and intention had a positive effect on health behavior. We found that perceived benefit and intention had the most significant direct effects, whereas self-efficacy indirectly affected the relationship between uncertainty and health behavior. Conclusion: The path model is suitable for predicting the health behavior of CAD patients who experience uncertainty. When patients experience uncertainty, interventions to increase their self-efficacy are required first. Additionally, we need to develop programs that quickly shift to appraisal uncertainty as an opportunity, increase perceived benefits of health behavior, and improve intentions.

This study focuses on a comprehensive set of potential determinants of teachers' attitude and efforts for preventing students' piracy of digital contents. The proposed model is based on the theory of reasoned action, developed by Ajzen and Fishbein. The model was tested using responses from 177 teachers. Partial least square method was used to analyze the results. The hypothesized model was largely supported by this analysis, and the overall results indicate that intention for preventing students' piracy of digital contents is mostly influenced by the attitude and the social influence. The perceived level of recognition as well as the punishment for digital contents piracy has also been found to have some direct and indirect impact on the intention. But, on the contrary to our expectation, the teachers' efficacy has no influence on either the attitude or intention. As a conclusion, the academic and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine what motivates users to adopt one of the emerging applications for collaborative consumption of sharing economy. Using the self-determination theory, motivation theory and TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) as the theoretical framework, this study illustrates important factors that influence adoption of collaborative consumption service. We develops the ICTs(Information and Communications Technologies) initiatives and motivation model to collaborative consumption. Design/methodology/approach This paper makes use of a quantitative methodology using survey questionnaire that allows for the measurement of the eight constructs(System Availability, Contents Quality, Design & Personalization, Security & Privacy, Emotional & Social Value, Economic Value, Attitude, Adoption & Consumption) contained in the hypothesized theoretical model on the basis of the prior literatures. Data collected from a sample of 227 respondents who have used the collaborative consumption services and provided the foundation for the examination of the proposed relationships in the model. Findings This study has the following implications for the users and providers of CC platforms and services. The ICTs initiatives (System Availability, Contents Quality, Design & Personalization, Security & Privacy) are the influential factors that motivate the emotional and social value to CC. On the other hand, The ICTs initiatives (System Availability, Contents Quality) are not very significant factors of economic value to CC. The empirical analysis result indicate that there are significant causal effect among emotional & social value, economic value, and adoption to CC. This study provides important theoretical implications for innovation adoption research through an empirical examination of the relationship between ICTs initiatives, motivation factors to collaborative consumption in the sharing economy.
Recently, as the number of smart-phone users has been rapidly increased, enterprise managers have a keen interest in business application of social media. Most previous studies have focused on perspective of the individual unit of analysis instead of enterprise level unit. The study is focused on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention (and use) about social media application. The purpose of this study is to develop the model of small and medium enterprises' social media application, and to find the factors affecting their behavioral intention or use behavior. The moderating effects of four corporate characteristics on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention are also examined. We surveyed 900 corporate staffs and received 203 responses. After questionnaires with unreliable responses had been excluded, 182 effective samples were used in the final analysis. The findings suggest that Performance Expectation, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions significantly affect Behavioral Intention of social medea, and Behavioral Intention affects USE. Furthermore, some corporate characteristics have moderating effect on the relationship between recognition of social media and Behavioral Intention.
Purpose - This study aims to understand the relationship between Chinese local SNS usage and social capital building through Chinese international students in South Korea. A research model that illustrates the relationship between the SNS usage (i.e., intensity, communication and social capital building is proposed. Based on the analysis, this study will provide responses to the question of if SNS really presents the danger of trapping international consumers in their local comfort zone or enhance social capital for the users. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey questionnaire is circulated among the WeChat (a Chinese local SNS) users who are the Chinese international students studying in South Korea. The collected data is analyzed by structural equation method using SPSS and AMOS. Results - Proposed hypotheses of the positive relationships between the attachment of SNS use and both individuals' bridging and bonding social capital are supported. It's also supported that (1) interpersonal communication, (2) interpersonal communication with old friends, and (3) interpersonal communication for making new friends on SNS positively influence individuals' bridging social capital. Conclusions - This paper demonstrates the importance of intensity of WeChat use and interpersonal communication that impact Chinese international students' bridging and bonding social capital on WeChat.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze factors that influence farm managers' intentions to use an agricultural farm management information systems. It focused on "LFcenter System," a leading information system operated by the Rural Development Administration for farm management. Participants of this study are classified into two groups: a group of leading farm managers and a group fo regular farm managers. A total of 192 survey samples on users' intentions are collected; 85 samples from leading farm managers and 107 from regular farm managers. The theoretical background of this study is developed based on Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA), Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), Diffusion of Innovation(DOI), Social Cognitive Theory(SCT), and Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB). Partial Least Squares(PLS) method is used to test a proposed Structural Equation Model(SEM), including nine hypotheses. The differences between two groups are investigated using Smith-Satterthwait test. The findings from this study are: First of all, in terms of average comparison of most variables used in this study, a group of leading farm managers shows higher value that the other group in most cases. Second, hypothesis tests how that "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of leading farm managers. However, "subjective norms", "goal to study", "perceived ease of use", "perceived usefulness", "perceived enjoyment", and "intention to use" turned out to significantly influence the intention to use an agricultural management information system in the group of regular farms managers. Based on the results of Smith-Satterthwait test, compared with a group of leading farms managers, the impact of "goal to study" on "intention to use" is significantly stronger. On the other hand, in the group of leading farms managers, "perceived usefulness" and "perceived enjoyment" turned out to be main drivers of "intention to use."
This study aims to examine the relative effects of social support and resilience on retirement readiness in the prudent male and female generations through hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study first, As a result of verifying the difference between men and women in social support, resilience, and retirement readiness, there was a significant difference between the overall social support and the subvariables of emotional, intelligence, material, and retirement readiness, the physical. especially, Women had higher averages of social support, resilience, and retirement readiness than men. second, The relative impact of social support and resilience on retirement readiness is In model 1, men have family type, living conditions, and final education, and women have living conditions, average monthly income, In Model 2 and Model 3, both men and women showed the same trend. Model 2 shows living conditions, average monthly income, social support, Model 3 had a significant effect on living conditions, social support, and resilience. Namely, Both men and women recognized that social support and resilience had the greatest relative effect on retirement readiness, which was the main variable. Through this study, the middle-aged generation especially, It is significant in suggesting the need to find ways of social support for women and to increase resilience.
Given the prevalence of mobile social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Kakaotalk, it has become important to understand user's continuance behavior in a mobile SNS environment. Although trust and privacy concerns play a key role in SNS users' decision-making processes, most studies on SNS have shed little light on the effects of trust and privacy concerns on SNS continuance intention. In this regard, this paper developed an integrated model to deeply understand the key antecedents of user's continuance intention to use mobile SNS by incorporating trust and privacy concerns into extended expectation-confirmation model. The proposed research model was tested by using survey data collected from 170 users who have experience with Kakaotalk. The findings of this study found that the proposed theoretical framework provides a statistically significant explanation of the variance in continuance intention of mobile SNS. The analysis results indicate that trust serves as the salient antecedent of continuance intention to use mobile SNS. However, it was found that privacy concerns negatively influence trust, whereas it is not significantly related to continuance intention of mobile SNS. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings were described.
