On account of Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) deterioration by reason of high isulation and air tightness for energy saving, absence of energy efficiency ventilation system development that can be domestic existing window system, the cost increase and the energy addition loss by mechanical ventilation for IAQ improvement the ventilation obligation making design standard was prepared by a social and technical background and the necessity. In this study, open module type natural ventilation window system for energy saving included a fixed and continuous quantity ventilation was developed. The purpose that indoor thermal comfort environment evaluate of indoor resident.

The demands for large-scale construction projects such as Mega-projects are largely increasing due to the rapid growth of increasing populations as well as the need to replace existing buildings and infrastructure. Increasing costs of materials, supplies, and labors require the first cost estimates at the preliminary planning stage to be as accurate as possible. This paper presents the results obtained from the survey on evaluating nine critical success factors that influence the accurate first cost estimates for large-scale projects from practical experiences. It then examines the current cost structures of construction companies for large-scale projects, followed by the causes for cost and schedule overrun. Twenty completed surveys were collected and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied to analyze the data. The results indicate that technology issues, the contract type, and social and environmental impacts are the significant leading factors for accurate first cost estimates of large-scale construction projects.

이 논문은 정보커뮤니케이션 기술을 통하여 정보교류가 활발히 이루어지는 조직내의 지식창출에 있어서 웹블로그 장르분석의 유용성을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 오늘날 지식창출은 지식 중심 업무환경에서 경쟁력 우위를 확보하는데 필수적인 요소이다. 이를 위해 기업들은 지식관리시스템에 막대한 투자를 하고 있다. 그러나 분산지식관리시스템의 하위 정보시스템이 배치된 부서들의 서로 다른 사회문화적 환경으로 인하여 전체 지식관리시스템은 기대했던 성과를 거두지 못하는 경우가 많다. 보다 나은 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 하위부서간의 사회문화적 차이를 조절하는 것이 중요하다. 웹블로그 사용자들이 사회적 규범을 공유하는 점을 고려한다면 웹블로그가 이러한 사회문화적 차이를 줄이는데 긍정적인 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 이 논문은 웹블로그의 장르분석이 조직내의 하위부서들 간의 사회문화적 차이를 줄일 수 있는 중요한 단서를 제공한다고 주장한다. 따라서 이러한 분류 행위가 지식관리시스템의 높은 실패율 문제를 해결하는 하나의 방법이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이 논문은 조직 지식창출이론과 기술의 사회구성론적 관점을 복합적으로 이용하여 사회화가 적용된 분산정보시스템과 그렇지 못한 시스템을 비교하여 보다 나은 지식관리를 구현하는데 유용한 프레임워크를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.

As Korea's economy is entering a period of gradual growth, rate of growth on the construction market is becoming slow like that in developed countries. Remodeling construction market will be gradually expanded due to change in the social environment and diversification of individual demand. This study aims to promote the status of building equipment field with corresponding strategies based on the current situation that the importance of building equipment field is emphasized. Although it is desirable that building equipment construction companies lead remodeling construction, the building equipment part of general construction companies take the important role may be a advisable way, because the technology of building equipment construction companies is a little insufficient. Though building equipment field has become more important, the number of credits and professor of the field is still small than other fields of architectural engineering. More practical curriculums are necessary to meet the expectation of companies. Mechanical part of building equipment construction does not have independent law otherwise the other parts of building equipment construction. Establishing the independent law is urgent to promote the remodeling construction technology.

지오웹의 발전은 공간정보가 과거 일부 전문가만이 사용할 수 있었던 것에 반해 일반인들도 누구나 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 기반을 만들어 놓았다. 교육현장에서도 이러한 공간정보 기술과 관련 자료들을 보다 쉽게 창의적으로 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 외국의 경우 구글을 비롯하여 국가적 차원의 공공기관에서 기 구축한 공간자료들을 교육목적에 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 관련 사이트를 구축하고 활용사례를 제시하며, 참여를 유도하기 위한 다양한 전략을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초 중 고등학교 수준에서 공간정보를 교육에 활용하여 융합적이고 창의적이며, 탐구중심의 교육이 이뤄질 수 있도록 그 기반을 마련하고 이를 활성화할 수 있는 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 학교현장의 환경변화와 교육 분야에서 공간정보 활용에 대한 연구들을 조사하고, 해외의 공간정보기반 교육 사이트 분석 및 국내 공간정보분야 현황분석을 토대로 공간정보기반 교육을 위한 전략을 제시하였다. 전략은 구체적으로 첫째, 수업모듈 구축, 둘째, 학습용 데이터베이스 구축, 셋째, 공간정보기반 수업모듈 저작환경 구축, 넷째, 공간정보기반 교육 활성화를 위한 지원서비스 부분으로 나누어 제시하였다.

Science & Technology(S&T) is the most important thing to attain competitiveness in the 21st century. Our traditional S&T policies have been forcused on hardware infra structure. We should consider software of S&T to enhance effectiveness. S&T Should be had a correct understanding method of the creation for S&T culture. It implies that S&T policy should consider nonmaterial factors which include social, environmental and culture. Under this background, The purpose of this paper is to seek new S&T policy. Therefor this paper deals with how we can prepare for the future S&T policy and classify the change of S&T policy of korea. In addition, Recent construction sector integration and fusion technologies in various areas of research and planning system is being maintained by the system. Past experience of conservative management in this emerging technology-driven technology commercialization in management of technology through the convergence of various technologies and to find synergies to secure the future of construction technology because it is a need.

Research collaboration is an important strategy to improve research output, and virtual academic communities (VACs) have become an important platform to collaborate on. This paper reveals the influencing factors of researchers' collaboration intention in VACs from two attributes: individual, and inter-members. On the basis of the Social Cognitive Theory, Social Exchange Theory, social network theory, and Five-Factor Model, this paper constructed a model demonstrating the influencing factors of VACs researchers' collaboration intention. A self-administered questionnaire was employed on members of four VACs in China to collect data; subsequently, 558 usable responses were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The result showed that openness, conscientiousness, reciprocity, trust, and the social network characteristic had a significant influence on the collaboration intention of researchers in VACs, while self-efficacy, agreeableness, extroversion, neuroticism, and experience had no significant effects on the collaboration intention of researchers in VACs. This model plays a positive role in promoting the research collaboration intention of Chinese VACs researchers and in guiding the construction of VAC platforms.

Sustainability continues to gain traction in all industry sectors as people become aware of the advantages of green products. The voluntary use of green products in buildings in the United States continues to grow due to long-term cost saving and the ecological benefit to nature. The voluntary installation of green products is associated with end-users' expectations and perceptions including cost saving, sustainable behavior, and social responsibility. Although involuntary use of green products has similar expectations and perceptions, the installation decision is not based on the goodwill from end-users. This paper surveys college students to capture current experience levels, expectations, and perceptions in regard to green products and/or sustainability and to understand their attitudes about involuntary use of a green product. The installation of low water pressure showerheads in a dormitory provides data to support perception, expectation, and future direction of adoption of green products in public buildings. This information may be used to facilitate sustainable behaviors among involuntary groups regarding to the adoption of green products. The primary objective of this paper is to investigate the college students' perception of a green product, particularly when the students are involuntarily exposed to the green products. As a secondary objective, the paper also attempts to address the college students' general understanding on sustainability and green products. The findings of this study could support the growing importance of sustainable behavior among higher education beyond social responsibility and provide a benchmark against which to improve future change while fostering sustainable behaviors over time among the public.

최근 가변성능에 관하여 공간, 재료, 구조, 공법 등 건설 산업 전반에 걸쳐 많은 연구가 진행 중이며, 이와 더불어 공동주택의 노후화 문제로 인하여 건축요소기술의 개발이 가속화되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 최근 사회적으로 부각되고 있는 가변성능에 관한 공동주택의 요소기술 선정 및 대상사례를 중심으로 한 설문조사와 전문가 의견을 거쳐 건축요소기술의 평가항목을 1차적으로 선정하고자 한다. 그리고 선정된 건축요소기술 항목 중에서 타당성 및 객관성 검증절차를 통하여 건축요소기술을 재정립 및 분류하고, 최종적으로 적용 가능한 다양한 건축요소기술 가운데 우선순위가 높은 항목들을 결정하여 분석 및 평가함으로써 향후 장수명 공동주택의 가변성능향상을 위한 지침을 제시하고자 한다.
