A human resource/labor management is a management activity to achieve the goal of an employee. To do this, it is required to measure the time of diligence/indolence effectively. However, existing diligence/indolence systems have the problems which require high costs for building the systems and have many unnecessary functions for small business or self-employed business. In this paper, we design and implement the diligence/indolence system using a smart phone of an employee. To measure the data of the diligence/indolence, the implemented system exploits the MAC addresses of both a smart phone and a access point of WiFi.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the Mobile Smart-Work IT resources on the work efficiency based on moderating effects of the perceived usefulness in the Resource Based View. The study has academic meanings and practical implications that studied widely based on moderating effects of the perceived usefulness through the Hierarchical regression furthermore on the existing study on hypothesis by standard multiple regression. The results showed that IT Infrastructure in the Mobile Smart-work IT resources by moderating effects of the perceived usefulness was found to bring positive effect on individual work efficiency and teamwork efficiency. On the other hand Business Application was found to bring positive effect on teamwork efficiency. Therefore, we expect that business firm and employees actively use the effects of the perceived usefulness with the trust that Mobile Smart-work IT resources bring positive effects on the work efficiency. It can improve this work efficiency and lead to strengthening the firm competitiveness.

Korea's port infrastructure is rapidly aging, with old port facilities with more than 30 years of public life expected to surge from about 23% in 2019 to 47% in 2029. Traditional, aging ports lose competitiveness in logistics processing, reducing development around the port and increasing human casualties due to the human resource-based maintenance of the facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to solve this problem by establishing systematic management technology based on a digital twin. This research aimed to present the specific implementation steps of a digital twin reflecting smart port technology through cases of port infrastructure disasters, aging status, and smart ports. The study analyzed the port infrastructure linkage system and created and mapped scenarios essential for digital twin implementation. Three-dimensional (3D) modeling and simulation data for disaster and aging management among existing port infrastructure systems were collected. A digital twin port was implemented with 3D modeling. It implements a port digital twin simulation that links data such as sensing data and image data acquired from the port infrastructure in real time. Implementing a digital twin port for port infrastructure disasters and aging management can secure predictive port infrastructure management and disaster safety

Road accidents not only caused loss of human lives but also costed 3% of gross domestic product in most of the countries. The road accidents pose significant challenges to public safety and urban transportation management. There is a need to identify the high-risk area of accidents along with the critical day of week and vulnerable time period in order to implement effective preventive measures and optimizing the resource allocation. We collected 5,012 accident data from 대구교통종합정보. This study identified the high-risk locations, days of week, and time periods for accidents in Daegu and estimated the conditional probabilities of accidents occurring based on combinations of location, day of the week, and time period. The result is visualized in the form of dashboard in Tableau. This study holds substantial practical significance for urban planners, transportation authorities, and policymakers in Daegu to strategically allocate resources for traffic management, law enforcement, and targeted safety campaigns.

Diligence/Indolence records are the key data for a human resource management and the basic data to measure the salaries of the employees. However, existing mechanical or electro-magnetic diligence/indolence management systems have the problems that the systems are often incorrect or require much cost to build them. In this paper, we design and implement the diligence/indolence management system using a smart device of an employee. To measure the data of the diligence/indolence, the implemented system acquires the location data of the employee using the MAC addresses of both a smart device and access points of the WiFi and transfers the data of punching-in/out based on the acquired location to a server. The benefit of the proposed system is that it is easy for small business to use the proposed D/I management system with low cost because the system exploits smart devices and WiFi access points installed previously.

Entering the convergence education era, the emergence of smart devices removed the constraint of time and space for study, so if we use smart devices appropriately for education, it will strengthen students' abilities and cultivate creative human resource. Therefore the current study analyzed the general application condition of the smart devices through surveys targeted to students and proposed a measure in applying the smart device as an educational information. In relation to information application, a test was proceeded after carrying out education targeted to experiment group students by naming the group information search, communication, cooperation, sharing, report generation, data storage, online assessment and project management activity. Through the test and survey analysis, it was discovered that the experiment group students displayed higher self-efficacy and ability in applying the smart device as information compared to the control group.

The technology of the SWG (Smart Water Grid) as one of most important national projects results in significant assignment that is closely associated with systematic management and effective operation. The individual component technics are required to establish directory and classification for the purpose of effectively managing their information related to research and development (R&D). The national science technology (S&T) standard classification tree which results in the representative example has been established with an intention to manage R&D information, human resource, and budget. It has been also revised every five years and then used in the various fields related to the evaluation, administration, and prediction of the national R&D projects. In addition, the standard classification system for R&D projects has been widely used in the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and EU (European Union) since the Frascati Manual was established in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Therefore, it is necessary for SWG techniques to develop the standard S&T classification tree for research management and evaluation. For this, it is essential to draw the core techniques for the SWG, which are incorporated with IT (Information Technology), NT (Nano Technology), and BT (Biology Technology).

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of employee engagement as a mediator between the High-Performance Work System and the Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Service-Oriented OCB). Furthermore, work-life balance as a moderator, the impact Service-Oriented OCB on customer satisfaction will be investigated. This study employs a quantitative methodology for which questionnaires were distributed to sixty restaurants in Karachi, and a sample of 418 responses was collected for structural equation modeling analysis. Smart PLS software was used to analyze the structure model. The results show that HPWS has a positive impact on Service-Oriented OCB. It is assumed that the role of work engagement as a mediator between HPWS and Service-Oriented OCB is significant. This study found that Service-Oriented OCB has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Work-life balance was also found to have a moderating influence. The findings confirmed the black box mechanism and the HPWS procedures in restaurants. This study suggests implementing effective HPWS practices to influence employees' work engagement, which leads to Service-Oriented OCB and employees being able to optimize their performance to influence customer satisfaction. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge in human resource management.

Diligence/Indolence records are the basic data at a human resource management and the essential data for measure salaries of employees. However, since the D/I systems using RFIDs or biometric sensors require hish costs to build and operate the D/I systems, it is difficult for to small business or self-employed business to use them. In this paper, we propose the Diligence/Indolence system to use the location identification of a smart phon. To locate the position of an employee, the WiFi signal of a smart phone and the wireless access point are exploited. Because the pre-owned hardware resources are used and initial building costs are low, it is easy for small business to use the proposed D/I system with low cost.

Purpose: Business agility is an important key to survival for SMEs in Indonesia, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesian local product distribution and service distribution are mostly served by SMEs. Agile businesses will be able to assist them in the proper distribution of products and services. This research examines how the direct and indirect influence of IT capabilities on business agility through organizational learning and business intelligence for small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. Research design, data and methodology: This research uses SEM method with SmartPLS tool. The sample of this research was conducted on small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. The sample obtained in this study was 202 SME owners or managers (strategic level). Results: Business intelligence plays a key role in improving business agility. The results of IT capability can directly and indirectly affect business agility through organizational learning. Conclusions: Business intelligence has the biggest role in increasing business agility in SMEs in Indonesia. IT capability has an indirect effect on business agility through organizational learning. The findings of this study prove that IT capabilities do not indirectly affect business agility through business intelligence.
