비특이적 통증 환자에서 마사지 로봇이 체표면 온도, 통증, 근긴장도, 관절가동범위에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Massage Robot on Skin Temperature, Pain, Muscle Tone, and ROM in Patients with Non-specific Pain)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on skin temperature, pain, muscle tone, and ROM after applying the massage robot "PIRO-ZERO" to 6 men and 4 women in their 20s who complained of non-specific pain in the shoulder or back for more than 12 weeks. As a result of the study, there was a significant increase in skin temperature not only in the area where the massage was applied, but also on the opposite side and throughout the body due to increased blood flow. Pain in the upper trapezius, rhomboid, and erector spinae muscle was decreased, and muscle tone in the erector spinae muscles was significantly decreased. There was a significant increase in ROM of neck and trunk flexion, which is thought to be because the massage reduced muscle tone around the spine, increasing flexibility. In the future, as the safety and effectiveness of massage robots are further verified and the pressure, speed, and path become more diverse, satisfaction is expected to increase.

미세다륜침을 이용한 인삼추출물의 피부개선 효과연구 (A Study on the Skin Improvement Effect of Ginseng Extract with Microneedle Therapy System)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to find out the efficacy of ginseng on the skin by comparing the difference effect between only MTS (microneedle therapy system) and the ginseng solution application after MTS treatment. Methods : The present author performed once a week and total 3 times of MTS treatment. The treatment time took about 5~10 minutes and the depth of the needle was adjusted according to the participant's skin condition. In the control group, skin toner was applied after MTS and in the experimental group, ginseng extract dissolved toner was applied. One week after each treatment, the change of skin condition was measured. Two weeks after the end of the clinical trial, the skin condition was checked again. Results : In the case of t-zone oil, there was a significant decrease in the test group and in the case of pores and pigmentation, there was a significant decrease in both the test group and the control group, but the degree of significance was greater in the test group. In the case of skin tone, there was an increase, but no significance. Conclusion : The MTS treatment itself showed good effects on t-zone oil, pores, pigmentation, and skin tone. But the effect was much better when the ginseng extract solution was applied to the skin after MTS treatment. This study suggests that ginseng solution increases the efficacy of MTS.

미세다륜침을 이용한 율피의 피부개선 효과연구 (A Study on the Skin Improvement Effect of Castanea crenata Inner Shell with Microneedle Therapy System)

In the control group, essence base was applied after MTS and in the experimental group, CCIS powder dissolved essence was applied. One week after each treatment, the change of skin condition was measured. Two weeks after the end of the clinical trial, the skin condition was checked again. Results : In the case of the test group and the control group, there was a significant decrease in thermography temperature and there was a significant increase in skin tone. In the case of pores and pigmentation, there was no significant difference on both group. In the case of moisture, there was a significant increase only in the test group. Conclusion : The MTS treatment itself showed good effects on thermography temperature and skin tone. But in the case of the moisture effect, it was much better when the CCIS essence was applied to the skin after MTS treatment. This study suggests that CCIS essence increases the efficacy of MTS on the point of moisture.

Role of linking parameters in Pulse-Coupled Neural Network for face detection

  • In this work, we have investigated a role of linking parameter in Pulse-Coupled Neural Network(PCNN) which is suggested to explain the synchronous activities among neurons in the cat cortex. Then we have found a method to determine the linking parameter for a satisfactory face detection performance in a given color image. Face detection algorithm which uses the color information is independent on pose, size and obstruction of a face. But the use of color information encounters some problems arising from skin-tone color in the background, intensity variation within faces, and presence of random noise and so on. Depending on these conditions, PCNN's linking parameters should be selected an appropriate values. First we obtained the mean and variance of the skin-tone colors by experiments. Then, we introduced a preprocess that the pixel with a mean value of skin-tone colors has the highest level value (255) and the other pixels have values between 0 and 255 according to normal distribution with a variance. This preprocessing leads to an easy decision of the linking parameter of the Pulse-Coupled Neural Network. Through experiments, it is verified that the proposed method can improve the face detection performance compared to the existing methods.

미세다륜침 자극과 자극부위에 시행된 자하거추출물 도포에 의한 피부개선 효과연구 (A Study on the Skin Improvement Effect of Microneedle Therapy Treatment and Application of Placenta Extract on the Treatment Area)

One week after each treatment, the change of skin condition was measured. Two weeks after the end of the clinical trial, the skin condition was checked again. Results : In the case of moisture and elasticity, significant increases were observed in both the experimental and control groups. In the experimental group, skin temperature significantly decreased one week after the second treatment, and pore size significantly increased one week after the third treatment. In the case of skin tone, there was a significant temporary decrease after the first treatment in the control group, and in the experimental group, the skin tone showed a total decrease. Conclusion : When placenta extract was applied after MTS, skin temperature decreased and pores enlarged in the second and third treatments, and side effects such as rash and itchiness appeared. The final result showed a significant increase in skin moisture and elasticity. When animal-based ingredients containing high fat content are applied to the skin, the effect on the skin is good, but hypersensitivity reactions may occur, so use them with caution.

자하거저온숙성비누의 6주간 세안효과에 대한 연구 (A Study on the 6-Week Cleansing Effect of Placenta Cold Process Soap)

  • Objectives : Many people use natural soap instead of commercially available bar type general soap for skin care. They tend to prefer cp (cold process) type soaps that go through a sufficient maturation process in formulation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of PCPS (placenta cp soap). Methods : The researcher selected 36 subjects, 28 as the experimental group and 8 as the control group. I asked participants to wash their face twice a day in the morning and evening, and the period was set for 6 weeks. The researcher had the people who were selected as the control group use a commercially available foam cleanser, meanwhile the experimental group use PCPS. They performed a skin test before the start of the test, and the change status was continuously investigated after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks after using the soap. Results : In the case of U zone oil and pores, there was a significant decrease and in the case of skin tone, there was a significant increase in the group of using PCPS. In T zone oil change, there was no significant effect in both the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion : In the case of PCPS, it is recommended to use it in the effect of reducing the size of pores and increasing skin tone, but it can reduce u-zone oil content.

하이드로겔 팩을 이용한 피부개선 효과 및 사용감 평가 (Evaluation of skin improvement effect and feeling of use by a hydrogel face mask pack)

  • 본 연구는 히알루론산을 함유한 온도 감응성 하이드로겔 마스크 팩을 이용하여 피부개선효과 및 사용감을 평가하였다. 임상시험 기준에 적합한 30~40대 여성 10명의 시험대상자에게 4주간 주3회 하이드로겔 마스크 팩을 적용하고 수분, 유분, 피부 톤을 측정하였다. 그 결과 피부 수분량은 1회 사용 후 11.3%, 4주 사용 후 58.36% 증가하였고, 유분량은 1회 사용 후 67% 증가 후 일정 값을 유지하고 더 이상 증가하지 않았다. 피부 톤은 4주 사용 후 좌우 뺨 모두 피부 톤이 밝아졌고 사용감 및 체감효능 평가는 87.6% 이상의 긍정적인 답변을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 하이드로겔 마스크 팩은 피부개선에 도움을 주는 우수한 소재로 판단된다.

피부-색상 공간 테이블을 이용한 얼굴 검출 (Face Detection using Skin-tone Color Space Table)

  • 본 논문에서는 실험 영상으로부터 학습된 피부색상 정보를 이용하여 컬러 공간테이블을 생성한 후. 입력된 영상의 컬러와 공간정보를 학습된 피부색상 공간테이블로부터 비교, 분석하여 얼굴후보영역을 찾고자 하였다. 또한 추출된 후보영역의 레이블된 특징정보를 이용하여 지역적 특징을 찾아낸 후 얼굴 특징점의 위치에 따른 형태정보를 이용하여 신뢰할 수 있는 얼굴 영역을 검출하고자 하였다. 제안된 피부색상(Skin-tone)공간테이블은 변환하기 쉽고 계산이 빠른 RGB컬러 공간에서 실험, 평가되었으며, 실시간으로 입력된 영상의 정규화된 책상 값을 유사성 정도에 따라 레이블링하여 보다 빠른 얼굴 후보 영역의 검출과 검증을 할 수 있도록 하였다.

개인의 색채이미지 유영에 의한 국내 색조화장품의 스토리 개발과 색채 계획 (A Development of the Color Story and Color Scheme for Domestic Makeup Product Based on the Personal Color Images)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the makeup color range for developing the new makeup product line of domestic cosmetic brand, and suggest the special color stories and color palettes appropriate to characteristics of brand image For this study, personal color images are analyzed and classified through the literature survey of Korean womens' skin rotor like korean PCDS and japanese PCS. Also, a total of 3879 colors were selected from the 18 cosmetic brands and were analyzed by hue/tone color system. Based on the color analysis, the color range for makeup products are determined, and the typical colors of 4 personal color images are suggested. As a results, personal color images are classified into 4 types: DEW of p, lt, b tone; FLASH of s, v tone; MIST of ltg, g, sf, d tone; TERRA of dk, dkg, dp tone. we developed the color stories through five senses and lifestyles based on the consumers' emotion, and the rotor palettes suitable to each type of personal color images are developed.

컬러영상에서 Pulse-Coupled Neural Network를 이용한 얼굴 추출 알고리즘 (Face Detection Algorithm Using Pulse-Coupled Neural Network in Color Images)

  • 본 논문에서는 컬러영상에서 Pulse-Coupled Neural Network를 이용한 얼굴 추출 알고리즘의 성능을 향상시키는 방법에 대하여 논의하였다. 색상정보를 이용한 얼굴 추출 알고리즘은 얼굴의 기울어진 정도나 크기 등에 영향을 받지 않으므로, 형태정보를 이용한 얼굴 추출 알고리즘에 비해 비교우위를 가진다. 그러나, 조명의 변화가 심하거나 피부색과 유사한 배경이 포함되어 있을 경우 적절한 성능을 내기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 실험을 통해 피부색의 평균과 분산 값을 미리 구한 후, 전처리 과정을 거쳐 피부색의 평균값을 갖는 픽셀이 255값을 갖고, 나머지 픽셀 값들이 255를 중심으로 정규분포를 이루도록 하였다. 이러한 전처리 과정을 통해 Pulse-Coupled Neural Network의 linking coefficient를 보다 쉽게 결정하도록 하였다.
