  • PFCs는 독특한 사용감과 특성으로 인하여 화장품에 응용되어질 때 많은 특장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 화장품 제형에 적용하기에 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 즉, 물과 오일에 불용성, 높은 비중, 높은 증기압 등과 같은 원료의 특징으로 인하여 PFCs는 화장품에 적용하기 위하여 특별한 안정화 시스템을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서 PFCs를 안정화하기 위하여 gel network, spherulite lamellar, nanostructure 이상의 세 가지 시스템을 이용하였으며 사용된 세 가지 시스템 중 nanostructure system이 가장 안정함을 알 수 있었다.

  • The preparation of skin care gauze could be make to mixing separated cellulose from waste milk pack and degummed silk fibroin fiber. Also, its wound covering and anti-bacterial activity were investigated in order to find out the enhancement of their functionality. By the 30% silk fibroin fiber including skin care gauze, the anti-bacterial activity values of Staphylococcus strain are much 4 times higher than of 0∼10% silk fibroin fiber including skin care gauze. The average yield of cellulose from waste milk pack was obtained 50-60%, and their morphologies, physical properties, modulus and biodegradation ratios are studies, respectively.

피부미용실의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 전환장벽에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Service Quality on Switching Barrier and Customer Satisfaction in Skin Care Shop)

  • This study is conducted to verify out whether any important differences can be made with factors of service qualities by the population statistics and trait of skin care shops. And this study is conducted to find out the relation that service qualities may influence on switching barrier and customer satisfaction. For this study, 396 questionnaires were used which had been returned from the customers of the skin care shops of Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungchyung provinces from 15th April to fifth May, 2013. To analyze above data, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, regression analysis are carried out by using an SPSS 18.0 statistical package. The results are as follows : The features of services of the skin care shops are analyzed into four factors which were Assurance, Materiality, Responsiveness, Agreeability. The features of switching barrier are analyzed into three factors which are Alternative attractiveness, Interpersonal relationship, Switching cost. There are important differences in the concept four service qualities of skin care shops by the features of the statistics of population according to sex, marriage, monthly income and the types of job. The four features of service qualities of the skin care shops have positive influences on the three features of switching barrier - Assurance, Responsiveness, Agreeability and the three features of customer satisfaction - Assurance, Materiality, Agreeability. Through this study, We can have the conclusion that the switching barrier made by the building up the qualities of service can prevent the customers from dropping away.

대구 매일신문에 나타난 복식현상에 관한 연구(III) -1946년 이후의 악세사리, 피부미용 및 머리모양을 중심으로- (A Study on Costume Reported in the "Maeil Shinmun" (III) - Focused on Accessories, Skin Care and Hair Style -)

  • This study the changing aspects in accessories, skin care and hair style in 「Maeil Shinmun」 from Jan. 1, 1946 to Dec. 31, 2000, and the results are as follows. In the period of 1946 to 1959, articles were about how to select accessories and the role of skin-protection cosmetics for skin care, and the cases of people wearing color makeup in pursuit of beauty increased. The hairstyle trend began to gradually shift from long hair toward short. During the time of 1960 to 1969, how to select accessories an also how to match them with clothes were dealt with in articles, and how to massage face or use pack for healthy skin was introduce. From 1970 to 1979, as the number of working women increased, proper use of accessories according to each occasion was introduced, and, for hairstyle, the way to keep their hair healthy and shine, rather than a fashion of its style itself, was emphasized. In 1980∼1989, as casual wear became so popular worldwide and a variety of way to use shoes, mufflers, scarfs, shawls, and hats to go with it were highlighted, practical fashion got in vogue and use of accessories with which individuality can be expressed in a simple way prevailed. During the time of1990 to 2000, the trend changed to the pursuit of chic using accessories that reveal wearers'individuality, and especially came the boom of charming schools and makeup lesson for skin care. The prominent trend was that men and women of the new generation expressed their individuality by having their hair partly dyed or fully dyed in various colors and tried to resemble famous entertainers. In particular, as people get more and more interested in body shape, various ways to take care of body were introduced, such as body care products and aroma treatments.

일본 관광객의 한국 피부미용 서비스 만족 및 재방문 의도 (Korean Skin Care on Japanese Tourist's Satisfaction and Revisit)

  • 본 연구는 일본 관광객의 한국 피부미용 서비스 이용 후 만족 및 재방문 의도를 분석하기 위한 것으로 한국피부관리실 이용경험이 있는 일본인 남녀를 대상으로 분석하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 소비자의 피부관리실 이용동기 유형에 따른 선택속성의 분석결과, 이용동기 유형에 따라 선택속성 요인은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 선택속성이 피부관리실 소비자 만족에 미치는 영향의 분석결과, 피부관리실 선택속성은 부분적으로 소비자 만족에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선택속성이 피부관리실 이용 후 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향의 분석결과, 피부관리실 선택속성이 소비자만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과와 일관성 있는 결과를 나타내어 피부관리실 이용 후 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 선택 속성 요인은 서비스 및 가격보다는 시설 및 피부관리실, 피부관리실 이미지 및 부대서비스 요인을 더 중요하게 고려하는 요인임이 분석되었다. 넷째, 피부관리실 이용 후 소비자 만족은 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다.

팬데믹 시대의 피부관리숍 선택요인이 고객만족도와 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (Customer satisfaction and skin care shop selection factors in the pandemic era impact on revisit intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of skin care salons' decision factors on customer satisfaction and revisit intention during the COVID-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were 220 women in their 20s to 50s who reside in Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do area and are users of skin care salons. The data was statistically analyzed using SPSS V.25.0 and detailed research results are as follows. For the analysis of this study, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, independent sample T-Test, one-way analysis of variance, post hoc test, Duncan test, and regression analysis were conducted. First, as a result of examining whether skin care salon decision factors during the pandemic have a positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction, hygienic environment satisfaction and service environment satisfaction, which are sub-factors of customer satisfaction, had a significant effect on professionalism, kind service, and distance, which are sub-factors of decision factors, and are independent variables. Second, as a result of examining whether skin care salon decision factors during the pandemic have a positive (+) effect on revisit intention, decision factors, which are independent variables, including professionalism, kind service, price, and distance showed significant effects on human revisit intention, As for physical revisiting intention, only kind service, distance, and professionalism showed significant effects, while price did not have a significant effect. Third, as a result of examining whether customer satisfaction during the pandemic has a positive (+) effect on revisiting intention, the service environment satisfaction and hygienic environment satisfaction, which were sub-factors of independent variables, showed significant results for human and physical revisit intentions. In this study, service environment and hygienic environment satisfaction were important variables for skin care salon decision factors. Professionalism and kind service were important for human revisit intention. Therefore, overall service environment, hygiene, and safety should be prioritized to increase revisit intention and efforts must be made to retain and improve customer satisfaction

안면 마스크 착용에 따른 피부 스트레스 인식도와 뷰티 케어 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Skin Stress Recognition and Beauty Care Status due to Wearing Masks)

  • 본 연구는 안면 마스크 착용에 따른 피부 스트레스 인식도와 뷰티 케어 현황조사를 목적으로 2021년 3월 11일-3월 27일 까지 210명을 대상으로 온라인과 오프라인을 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 Cronbach's α, Frequency Analysis, chi-square test, One way Anova로 분석하였다. 코로나19 기간 중 일일 평균 마스크 착용 시간은 43.8%가 7시간 이상이며, 마스크 착용에 의한 피부 스트레스 인식도는 30대(M=4.27)와 서비스직(M=4.64)이 가장 높고 여드름, 피부 트러블(M=4.47) 고민이 있는 사람이 스트레스를 높게 인식하였다. 홈 케어 시 중요 요소는 클렌징(67.6%)이, 뷰티 케어 현황에서는 피부 관리(36.7%)가 가장 높았다. 뷰티 케어 선택 시 고려 사항은 서비스 및 고객관리 능력이 54.3%, 체형관리를 위한 방법은 운동이 45.7%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 안면 마스크의 장시간 사용으로 인해 피부 스트레스가 많이 인식되고 있으며 코로나 상황에 의해 피부 관리실 이용이 불안해짐에 따라 홈 케어 관리가 늘어난 것으로 나타났다.

  • With the improvement of economic status and the desire for beauty, the interest in health and skin care is increasing. For these demands, since ages medicinal plants are in vogue. A variety of plants, cosmetics and foods with novel bioactive ingredients for skin care and beauty are under constant research and development. Skin is influenced by various factors such as Ultra-violet rays, stress, hormones and aging which together lead skin to lose elasticity, changes in pigmentation and wrinkle formation. Many medicinal plants have proven effects in skin care and beauty treatment. From this list of medicinal plants, one which is famous for its beauty, flavor and fragrance is Rosa damascene. Rosa damascene has many therapeutic action and postulated pharmacological studies such as anti-arthritic, anti-microbial, cardio protective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic, immune-modulator, gastro-protective, and skin ameliorative effect. Research in the field of Cosmetology has proven the effect of Rosa damascene in rehydrating skin, reducing scars and stretches, acne management, lowering skin pigmentation, delaying wrinkling and is recommended as a skin vitalizing agent. In this review, the morphology, chemical constituents, and some pharmacological activity are discussed.

20대 여성의 스킨토너 도포 횟수에 따른 안면 피부의 수분함량 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Moisture Change of Facial Skin According to the Number of Skin Applications in Women in their 20's)

  • 본 연구는 만 25세 이하의 여대생을 대상으로 스킨 도포 횟수에 따른 안면 피부의 수분함량 변화에 대한 연구를 하였다. 수분함량(moisture contents)은 피부 수분 측정기(피부 유수분측정기, PRC, 중국)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 스킨은 I사의 블루베리 리밸런싱 스킨[대용량] 500ml를 임상실험재료로 사용하였다. 이마와 눈가, 볼, 턱 모두 도포 전 보다는 한 겹 도포 후가 수분함량이 더 높았으며, 한 겹 도포 후 보다는 열 겹 도포 후 수분함량이 더 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 결과로 세안 후 기초 제품을 도포할 때 가장 첫 번째 단계인 스킨의 횟수를 늘려 도포 한 후 로션과 수분크림 등 기초 제품을 바른다면 수분함량을 더욱 높일 수 있는 방법이다.

Mixture Toxicity of Methylisothiazolinone and Propylene Glycol at a Maximum Concentration for Personal Care Products

  • Methylisothiazolinone (MIT) has been used in combination with methylchloroisothiazolinone (CMIT) for cosmetic products such as shampoo, body lotion, and skin care products. The mixture of CMIT/MIT has been found to cause allergic contact dermatitis and is thus no longer permitted for use as a preservative in leave-on cosmetics. However, MIT itself was approved as a stand-alone preservative at a maximum concentration of 100 ppm as the toxicity was derived from CMIT rather than MIT. However, in many countries, allergic skin irritation caused by MIT remains a social concern. In this study, skin irritation was assessed for the presence of MIT, propylene glycol, and their mixture using a 3D human skin model $EpiDerm^{TM}$. Although non-diluted MIT causes serious skin toxicity, skin irritation was not observed at a concentration of 100 ppm, the maximum permissible level for cosmetics and personal care products according to European regulations. Propylene glycol, the most widely used vehicle for MIT, did not cause skin irritation in the 3D skin model. The results are expected to provide information for regulatory policies and guidelines on the use of biocides in consumer products.
