탄소복합재 브레이크 디스크의 통풍구 형상에 따른 유동특성에 관한 해석적 연구 (Numerical Study on the Flow Characteristics according to the Ventilation Holes Shape of the Carbon Composite Brake Disk)

  • In this study, the flow characteristics at the ventilation holes was analyzed by using numerical method when carbon composite brake disk was rotated at a constant speed. In order to ensure the validity of the analysis results, grid dependency test was performed by considering the accuracy and appropriateness, and 4mm mesh size was selected for decrease of the maximum error rate 63.6%. As a result, the outside air flows in the clearance between the disk and shaft in case of B model. whereas, the outside air flows in the clearance or the outlet of the ventilation holes in case of A and C models. And also average static pressure at the outlet was changed depending on shape of the ventilation holes and rotational speed of the disk in case of A and C models. Besides, in the B model, intake air according to the clearance goes with side surface of ventilation hole, and so increased by mean velocity of 4.64m/s and mean pressure of 0.58pa in the ventilation hole outlet, in case of disk rotational speed of 146.21rad/s.

  • 영구정지후 해체가 계획된 고리 1호기 원자력발전소는 해체과정에서 다양한 종류의 방사성폐기물이 대량으로 발생될 것으로 예상되고 있으며, 이 중 원자로 및 내부구조물은 방사능 수치가 높으므로 1차측에서 적절한 크기와 중량으로 해체된다. 고리 1호기 해체시 원자로 및 내부구조물에서 발생되는 방사성폐기물에 대하여 기존 폐기물의 자체처분 현황 및 법적 제한 사항 분석 등을 통해 적절하고 효율적인 처분방법을 마련하는 것은 중요한 사안일 것으로 판단된다. 원자로 및 내부구조물에서 발생되는 폐기물은 중준위에서부터 자체처분까지 다양한 준위의 폐기물들이 발생되며, 이 중 자체처분 준위에 해당되는 폐기물은 방사화 평가 결과, 원자로 상부 헤드와 상부 헤드 인슐레이션에서 발생되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 방사화 평가 결과를 바탕으로 자체처분 준위에 해당되는 폐기물을 자체처분 평가 코드인 RESRAD-RECYCLE 코드를 사용하여 자체처분 안전성 평가를 수행하였다. 대상 폐기물의 자체처분 시나리오를 선정하고 자체처분시 개인 및 집단별 최대선량을 계산하여 국내 원자력안전법에서 규정하는 자체처분 기준 제한치의 만족 여부를 판단하였다. 평가 결과, 전체적으로 상당히 낮은 결과값을 보이며 기준 제한치를 만족하는 결과를 나타내었으며, 핵종별 자체처분 허용농도를 도출하였다.

천음속 회전익에서의 누설유동 (Tip Leakage Flow on the Transonic Compressor Rotor)

  • It is known that tip clearance flows reduce the pressure rise, flow range and efficiency of the turbomachinery. So, the clear understanding about flow fields in the tip region is needed to efficiently design the turbomachinery. The Navier-Stokes code with the proper treatment of the boundary conditions has been developed to analyze the three-dimensional steady viscous flow fields in the transonic rotating blades and a numerical study has been conducted to investigate the detail flow physics in the tip region of transonic rotor, NASA Rotor 67. The computational results in the tip region of transonic rotors show the leakage vortices, leakage flow from pressure side to suction side and their interaction with a shock. Depen ding on the operating conditions, toad distributions and the position of shock-wave on the blade surface are very different close to the blade tip of the transonic compressor rotor. The load distribution and the shock-wave position close to the blade tip had the close relationship with the starting position of leakage vortex and the direction of leakage flow.

  • An analysis method for calculating motion accuarcy of double sides hydrostatic table is proposed in this paper. In this method, profiles of each rails are assumed as periodic function, therefore it is represented as the sum of spacial frequencies. Bearing clearance at any position rail is depended on the variation of linear, angular motion error of table and the form errors of both sides of a rail. Finite element method is applied to calculate pressure distributions in bearing clearance. In order to simplify the analyzing process, double sides table model is converted into equivalent single side table model. Results calculated by the proposed modeling method agree well with the results directly caculated by double sides modeling method, and also agree well with experimental results. From the theoretical and experimental analysis, it is verified that the proposed analysis method is very effective to analyze the motion accuracy of double sides hydrostatic table.

  • In roll forming process, a sheet metal is continuously progressively formed into a product with required cross-section and longitudinal shape, such as a circular tube with required diameter, wall-thickness and straightness, by passing through a series of forming rolls in arranged in tandem. In this process, each pair of forming rolls installed in a forming machine play a particular role in making up the required cross-section and longitudinal shape of the product. In recent years, that process is often applied to the bumper rail in the automotive industries. In this study, a optimal SILL SIDE manufacturing technology, model deign and proper roll-pass sequences can be suggested by forming number of roll-pass and bending angle. And also effects of the process parameters on the final shape formed by roll forming defects were evaluated.

리드 프레임 블랭킹 공정의 마찰특성에 관한 연구 (Friction Characteristics on the Sheet Metal Blanking of Leadframe)

  • IC leadframe needs precision shape for good efficiency. Friction conditions also have a significant impact on blanking deformation. Therefore, studying the friction produced by the tribology between die and materials becomes necessary. In this study, in order to measure mechanical properties and frictions for leadframe materials such as Ni alloys and coppers, tensile test and straight pulling friction test are executed. In particular, the effect of clearance on the blanking characteristics depending on friction coefficient is examined by finite element simulation. From the finite element simulation, the metal flow, side pressure of punch and crack initiation are evaluated according to the leadframe materials.

랙 & 피니언 기어를 이용한 소형 자동차의 직접 조향 방식에 관한 연구 (Study on the Direct Steering System using Rack and Pinion for Ultra-Small Vehicles)

  • This study present a direct steering system using rack and pinion for ultra-small vehicles. The traditional small vehicles for special use had the limitation of space by reason of short wheel tread. These vehicles has adopted a indirect steering system or a center arm system for steering. The disadvantages of these system were deterioration of gear efficiency and increase of parts. For direct-linkage to both knuckles, steering system is made up of out-side tie rods, tie-rod ends, and gear box. Thus, the proposed system has a minimum number of parts. The experimental results show a maximum efficiency at minimum steering angle and a minimum clearance circle. These effects were accomplished by adopting a Ackerman-Jantaud theory.

개의 신내 혈류에 미치는 Dopamine의 영향 (Influence of Dopamine on Intrarenal Blood Flow in Dog)

  • In order to certify the diuretic mechanism of dopamine, this study was performed in dog. The following results were obtained. Dopamine, when given intravenously, produced diuresis, and increased glomerular filtration rate (GFR), renal plasma flow (RPF), and amount of sodium excreted in urine. When infused directly into a renal artery, dopamine elicited a marked diuresis confined only to the infused side, with concomitant rises in osmolar clearance and sodium excretion as well as a slight increase in free water clearance. Simultaneously total renal plasma flow and medullary plasma flow increased markedly with a increase of glomerular filtration rate and renal plasma flow. Medullary concentration gradient of sodium also markedly lowered in the infused kidney. These changes were not observed during mannitol diuresis and renal action of dopamine were not apparent in dog pretreated with haloperidol. From the above experimental results, it is thought that dopamine, when given into a vien or infused directly into a renal artery, induces diuresis, and the mechanism of its action is due to dual actions which are hemodynamic effect along with glomerular filtraction rate, and the increased response in the medullary blood flow.

인삼이 신 질환 환자에서 신 기능에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Ginseng on Renal Function in Patient with Renal Injury)

  • There are many mechanisms that mediate progression of renal injury, such as abnormalities of nitric oxide (NO) regulation, increased Platelet aggregatlon, and oxygen free radical injury. Ginseng has been known to have NO dependent vasorelaxant effect and antioxidant effect, also inhibit thrombin stimulated platelet aggregation. And these effects of ginseng may have some roles in prevention of renal injury. So we studied 24 patients with mild pathologic proteinuria and hypertension to evaluate the effect of ginseng on progression of renal injury. After 1 month treatment, creatinine clearance was significantly increased especially in the patient group with normal serum creatinine level without specific side effect. The result of this study suggest that ginseng may pre vent or retard the progression of renal injury especially in early stage.

딜티아젬과 페니토인과의 약물상호작용 (Drug Interaction Between Phenytoin and Diltiazem in Rabbit)

  • Pharmacokinetic drug interaction between phenytoin and diltiazem was investigated following i.v. administration concomitantly to rabbits. Diltiazem was coadministered at doses of 1, 2 and 3 mg/kg, respectively, with phenytoin (5 mg/kg) to rabbits. Plasma concentration and AUC of phenytoin were increased significantly, but volume of distribution and total body clearance were decreased significantly (p<0.05) at doses of 2 mg and 3 mg/kg of diltiazem. From the results of this experiment, it is desirable that dosage regimen of phenytoin should be adjusted and that therapeutic drug monitoring should be practiced for reduction of side or toxic effect when phenytoin should be administered with diltiazem in clinical practice.
