온라인 소비자의 의류 제품 및 가격 속성에 대한 쇼핑성향 차이와 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on On-line Consumer's Shopping Propensity and Satisfaction based on Apparel Product Attributes and Price Attributes)

  • This study explores the attributes of the on-line shopping products and prices, and their effects on the customer satisfaction. In doing so, the sample population has been segmented according to their shopping propensity of consumption on clothing to understand the group differences. Based on the previous researches, the researcher have chosen four important characteristics of the customer's shopping propensity. The number of iteration on factor analysis revealed that the sample population can be classified into three different groups; the convenience/pleasure-seeking group, the fashion/utility-seeking group, and the unconcerned group. The significant group differences resulted on the following study variables; the product assortment, the price rationality, and the value of the price. Also, from the product aspect, the characteristic, the assortment, and the expression in order, explained the significant portion of the Y variance. While, on the aspect of price, the rationality, and information in order, significantly contributed on the customer satisfaction.

  • The sophistication of technology information has led to a series of innovative activities in the economy, particularly in buying and selling products and services both conventionally and online. Currently online activities provide opportunities for customers to get the desired needs. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of website quality, hedonic shopping motivation, and impulse buying on customers' satisfaction of online shopping in Indonesia. Eight online marketplaces are the focus of this research. This study uses a quantitative approach. This is a structural equation research with data obtained from 177 students through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale; the selection criteria is having shopped online from various universities in Indonesia. The statistical testing tool used is SPSS 26.0, with the effect between variables determined using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The findings of this study indicate that the nine proposed hypotheses are accepted, positively and significantly, directly or indirectly, which are supported by previous research to reinforce the findings that have been found. The interesting attributes associated with this study are hedonic shopping motivation and impulse buying that mediate the relationship between website quality and customer satisfaction of online shopping in Indonesia's marketplace.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the traditional shopping model and virtual avatar fitting model with regards to credibility and favorable impression effects on shopping mall satisfaction, product preferences, and purchasing intentions of apparel e-commerce. Questionnaires are distributed to 10-30s years old consumers who live in Seoul. Data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and regression analysis. The results are that the provoked credibility and favorable impression from the traditional shopping model affects the consumers' shopping mall satisfaction and buying intention in descending order. In additional, the credibility from traditional shopping model affects the product preference. The provoked credibility from the virtual fitting model influences the consumers' product preferences, and buying intentions. The favorable impression from the virtual fitting model affects shopping mall satisfaction. In general, provoked credibility from virtual avatar fitting model and traditional shopping model play key roles which could influence the consumers' buying intention.

온라인 피드백 메커니즘으로서 상품평 게시판의 지각된 효과성과 신뢰, 만족, 이용의도간의 관계구조분석 (Analyzing the Relationships among Intention to Use, Satisfaction, Trust, and Perceived Effectiveness of Review Boards as Online Feedback Mechanism in Shopping Websites)

  • Internet shopping websites have offered comfort to consumers in shopping and built trust relationships with them by providing electronic agents for recommendation, escrow services, and customer centers etc. But as there is little big difference among the shopping websites in terms of technical competence, website design, operational policy, they recognize online feedback (reviews or recommendation of consumers or experts) and online feedback mechanism as important marketing tools. Based on online feedback related studies, this study explores antecedents (consensus, vividness of reviews, interactions in review boards) of the perceived effectiveness of review boards which are text-based feedback mechanisms and its consequences such as trust, satisfaction, and intention to use. The results show that the perceived effectiveness of review boards is significantly affected by vividness of reviews and interactions in review boards, and the impact of interaction in review boards on the perceived effectiveness of review boards is stronger than that of vividness of reviews. The results also show that the perceived effectiveness of review boards has a significant influence on trust and satisfaction with the shopping websites, and intention to use is influenced by both trust and satisfaction.

The Influence of the Experiential Marketing Factors of Restaurant on the Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty : Focused on Restaurants in Complex Shopping Mall

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of experiential marketing factors on: 1) brand image, 2) satisfaction, and 3) loyalty in context of restaurants located in complex shopping mall. In addition, the study clarified how these variables relate to each other. Survey were distributed to customers who have visiting experience(s) in a restaurants in complex shopping mall. Total 360 participants were distributed and 344 questionnaires were used for analysing. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(SEM) have been employed research methods for frequency analysis, reliability analysis and measurement model validation. The findings of this study identified that relation factor of experiential marketing elements was only significant factor on brand image Furthermore, sense and recognition were critical components of customer satisfaction. Last, present study also identified the significant relationship between satisfaction and customer loyalty. These findings may contribute to provide valuable marketing strategic for this business segmentation, and it can be utilized as a fundamental study to establish an efficient business plan to increase revenue especially for restaurant business located in complex shopping mall.

인터넷상에서 패션 라이프스타일에 따른 소비자 만족요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Consumer Satisfaction according to Fashion Life Style on the Internet Shopping)

  • To investigate the factors that contribute to consumer satisfaction with the purchase of clothing, questionnaires were distributed and then consumer groups were classified according to their fashion life style on the internet shopping. The results were as follows: 1. Consumers groups were classified into trendy, Indifferent, brand inclined, conservative, and practicality- minded group by the fashion life style of the internet users. 2. From the analysis of the satisfaction factors on the internet clothing shopping, the factors were product variety, shopping convenience, customer service, confidence in order filling. 3. The most important consumer satisfaction factors according to the fashion life style were as follows: the trendy group considered the variety of clothing design most important. As for the Indifferent group, the tn, diversified collection of the products, and the convenience of unlimited time and space access that the internet site provided, were highly appreciated. With regard to the brand-inclined group, the presentation of product information and the convenience of unlimited time and space factors were highly appreciated. For the conservative group, the time and space factor were highly regarded, As far as the practicality-minded group was concerned, product price and size, the convenience of unlimited time and space access, and punctual delivery schedule were focused.

  • This paper investigated the differences in the influence of visual merchandising on solo shopping consumers' store satisfaction and revisiting intention between Korean and American college students. Questionnaires were administered to 210 Korean(Pusan area) and 174 American students(Texas area) who had shopping alone in recent three month. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the store atmosphere and display of visual merchandising had a positive effect on solo shopping consumers' store satisfaction in both groups, whereas the convenience layout had a positive impact on store satisfaction in Korean group and the promotion did in American group. Second, the store atmosphere and display of visual merchandising had a positive effect on revisiting intention in Korean group, whereas the store atmosphere, display and layout had a positive impact on revisiting intention in American group.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 소비자의 관계혜택 지각이 관계의 질과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumer's Relationship Benefit Perception on the Relationship output in Internet Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consumer's relationship benefit perception on consumer's relationship quality and loyalty in internet shopping mall. The survey was limited to the respondents over 20 years old living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in internet shopping mall. Questionnaire was collected from November 1, 2011 to November 12, 2011. The structural equation model was constructed to verify hypotheses and 562 useful data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 19. The results of this study were as follows: First, consumer's relationship benefit perception was classified into economic benefit, psychological benefit, and informational benefit. Second, economic benefit and psychological benefit had a significantly positive effect on consumer's satisfaction and trust. Also both benefit dimensions showed a stronger effect on satisfaction than on trust. Third, informational benefit showed a significantly positive effect only on trust. Finally, consumer's satisfaction affected loyalty via trust more strongly than consumer's satisfaction affected loyalty directly. It suggested that internet shopping mall marketers need to provide the strategic method to make consumers have a trust for the internet shopping mall.

  • 최근 디지털 방송 서비스가 확산되면서 TV 기반 상거래 시장이 성장하고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구의 경우, TV 홈쇼핑과 T-Commerce 각각에 관한 연구만이 존재하며, 각각의 연구 역시 소비자의 만족을 높이기 위한 속성에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 TV 기반 상거래를 통해 소비자의 만족을 증대시킬 수 있는 품질 속성을 분석함으로써, 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 우리는 이를 위해 TV 홈쇼핑 및 T-Commerce의 특징을 선행연구를 통하여 선정하였고, 이를 기반으로 KANO 모델과 ASC를 기반으로 TV 기반 상거래의 고객 품질 속성의 만족도를 분석하였다.

  • Customer retention is more emphasized for internet business than off-line shopping-malls. The loyals not only purchase a lot but also recommend the mall to new customers quickly using internet media, and there have been many studies on this subject. In this study, customer satisfaction and trust are suggested as preceding variables that have an influence on customer loyalty, and switching gains are suggested as a moderating variable between customer satisfaction & trust and customer loyalty. Many people think it would be easier to change business connection and customer loyalty for internet shopping-malls would be very low. This study, however, concluded that customer satisfaction and trust had a significant influence on customer loyalty even in internet shopping-mall, and that switching gains had moderating effect between satisfaction-attitudinal loyalty and trust-behavioral loyalty. These results are meaningful in that customer satisfaction or trust should be emphasized even on internet business and that switching gains can be strategic focus in building up customer loyalty and retention.
