In this paper, the FIDO (Fast IDentity Online) transaction certification platform was proposed for applying the DID (Decentralized ID) of blockchain with home shopping channels to the IPTV service providers based on the Remocon (Remote Control). In this case, the DID based smart remocon applies biometric identification techniques for personal identification. These individual DID smart remote controls apply distributed ID blockchain, enabling home shopping viewers to conduct reliable ratings surveys through the detection of channel changed information. In addition, this smart remocon utilizes the product purchased information history on home shopping channels, allowing IPTV's home shopping viewers to compare the same broadcasted production information on all channels by blockchain technique and their production characteristics. IPTV service providers can process home shopping order/authorization informations in one-stop service via a number of home shopping broadcasting companies, and DID smart remote controls for home shopping viewers with the checking results of their real-time online access to confirm the FIDO2.0 transaction certification homepage. Thus, the FIDO transaction authentication platforms of IPTV service provider(Telecommunication company) can be expected to improve the benefits of home shopping customers, and to reduce the broadcasting companies' burden of payment, too.

This study aims to verify the psychological evaluation that consumers undergo when accepting virtual fitting services while shopping online. The Theory of Interactive Media Effects (TIME) was applied to determine the impact of the perceived affordance of media on consumer response through immersion. An online survey was conducted targeting female consumers in their 20s and 30s, and 271 responses were collected and used for empirical analysis. The results of the analysis showed that interactivity and immediacy had a positive effect on telepresence. Telepresence, in turn, affected perceived usefulness and enjoyment, which then significantly affected purchase intention. In addition, some paths confirmed the moderating effect of consumer innovativeness. In consumers with high innovativeness, interactivity was found to have a greater influence on telepresence and perceived usefulness had a more significant influence on purchase intention than in consumers with low innovativeness. Conversely, in consumers with low innovativeness, perceived enjoyment was found to have a greater influence on purchase intention than in consumers with high innovativeness. The significance of this study is that it expands research on customer perception of virtual fitting services within online shopping platforms.

A new way of shopping based on virtual assistant, so called voice shopping, is drawing attention. The voice shopping market is growing around the world, and Korea is on the verge of full-scale commercialization of this new shopping. For the development of voice shopping-related industries, it is necessary to research on specific issues related to this new shopping methods, such as the quality of services, efficient processes tailored to new ways, and ways to build customer relationships. As part of such an attempt, the study seeks to determine the factors that affect consumers' perception and attitudes toward voice shopping. The study conducted the analysis based on survey response data of 171 online shopping users. In addition to the typical factors of the technology acceptability model(TAM) such as perceived usefulness and ease of use, the impact of perceived playfulness was included for analyzing the intention on the acceptance of voice shopping. In particular, this study focuses on the impact of user attributes. For the spread of voice shopping, it is necessary to set up a valid target customer and understand users for establishing an effective customer relationship. Therefore, this study tries to analyze how the perceptions on the voice shopping(perceived usefulness, ease of use, and perceived playfulness) are affected by users' attributes, such as user innovativeness and user knowledge level. The result of analysis shows that user innovativeness have a positive relationship with all of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and perceived playfulness. The user knowledge base, however, was not significant to all these three variables. The user knowledge base is shown to have a positive effect on user innovativeness which is the source of positively significant factor for the variable of the perceptions on the voice shopping. Meanwhile, among the variables of extended technology acceptance model, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness have positive effects on the acceptance of voice shopping, while ease of use has no significant impact on the voice shopping acceptance. Ease of use has a positive relationship with perceived usefulness and playfulness. This study is meaningful in providing implications on the development of voice shopping platforms and related services, and establishment of customer relationship.

Social commerce, integration of social media and e-commerce, provides potential opportunities for consumers to talk about their ideas and exchange product-related information on online shopping platforms. Given the substantial prospects related to business opportunities and consumers' perceptions, this study explores the factors driving fulfillment of the psychological contract in social commerce platforms. This research proposes, examines, and proves a theoretical model for the post-purchase behavior of the consumers, through an empirical investigation of online questionnaire-based data, gathered from 367 consumers in a cross-sectional setting. Results show that the fulfillment of psychological contract, consumer loyalty, and affective commitment fully mediate the impact of consumer trust on platform and repurchase intention. The level of commitment toward the consumer by the platform is strongly related to the degree of consumer trust, which is reciprocated through re-purchase intentions. This study offers essential theoretical implications with regards to the social exchange theory, attribution theory, and an moderating effect of the platform empathy on consumers' trust-psychological contract fulfillment relationship. Likewise, this research has significant implications for practitioners and managers.

Recommendation systems research is a subfield of information retrieval, as these systems recommend appropriate items to users during their visits. Appropriate recommendation results will help users save time searching while increasing productivity at work, travel, or shopping. The problem becomes more difficult when the items are geographical locations on the ground, as they are associated with a wealth of contextual information, such as geographical location, opening time, and sequence of related locations. Furthermore, on social networking platforms that allow users to check in or express interest when visiting a specific location, their friends receive this signal by spreading the word on that online social network. Consideration should be given to relationship data extracted from online social networking platforms, as well as their impact on the geolocation recommendation process. In this study, we compare the similarity of geographic locations based on their distance on the ground and their correlation with users who have checked in at those locations. When calculating feature embeddings for users and locations, social relationships are also considered as attention signals. The similarity value between location and correlation between users will be exploited in the overall architecture of the recommendation model, which will employ graph convolution networks to generate recommendations with high precision and recall. The proposed model is implemented and executed on popular datasets, then compared to baseline models to assess its overall effectiveness.
Recently, the utilization of geospatial open platforms has been constantly increased and the interest in 3D geospatial data such as terrain, building and shopping mall has been increased significantly. In particular, rather than simplified 3D geospatial data, interest in high-precision 3D geospatial data which similarly represents the real world objects has increased significantly. In order to satisfy the demand for such the high-precision 3D geospatial data, various kinds of 3D geospatial open platforms has been developed and has provided services on the web. However, most of the 3D geospatial open platforms have been used plug-in module in order to ensure a fast 3D rendering performance on the web, despite the many problems such as difficulty of the installation, no supporting of cross browser/operating system and security issues. In addition, recently, the existing 3D geospatial open platforms based on plug-in module are facing a serious problem, by declaring the NPAPI service interruption in Chrome and Firefox browsers. In this study, we presents the design and implementation of a new 3D geospatial open platform based on HTML5/WebGL technology without the use of plug-ins. Such the new 3D geospatial open platform based on HTML5/WebGL may support cross browsers such as IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and cross OS platforms such as Windows, Linux, Mac and mobile OS platforms.
This study aimed to identify messages that induce positive product attitudes and purchase intentions among luxury consumers in online luxury sales. Message types elicited from luxury products were classified as quantity-limited, time-limited, sustainability, and personalization. A total of 150 participants were recruited through a Google survey, and all respondents were randomly assigned to respond to one of five stimuli (quantity-limited, time-limited, sustainability, personalization, and control). Participants were informed that they would be engaging in luxury online shopping and read a description about it. Results showed that message attitude, product attitude, and purchase intention were positively formed with the quantity-limited and personalization message types. Furthermore, we discovered the underlying mechanism for quantity-limited and personalization messages increasing favorable message attitudes and it affected the product attitude. Finally, it increased the purchase intention of the product. By confirming purchase intentions according to message types for luxury brands, we have expanded the scope of advertising research to include online luxury sales platforms. Since luxury online shopping is inevitable, this study suggests that the effective use of message types such as quantitylimited and personalization would improve online sales.
In China, E-commerce live broadcast has emerged as the most popular and innovative online shopping form for today's consumers, and its "real-time interactive" feature can compensate for the communication delays of general online shopping. Based on the author's previous research it has been demonstrated that, in the E-commerce live broadcast environment, Internet Word of Mouth (IWOM) has become an important reference for consumers when making purchases. In this paper, we reconstructed the "IWOM-Purchase Intentions" model and use interaction (Auchor-Audience and Audience-Audience) as a mediating variable to empirically investigate the impact of IWOM on purchase intentions in E-commerce live broadcast. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of individuals who had experience in E-commerce live broadcast and 250 valid data were obtained and analyzed by SPSS21.0. The results show that: the interaction (Auchor-Audience) acts as a mediator between IWOM (strength of relationship; word-of-mouth quality and word-of-mouth timeliness) and purchase intention; And the interaction (Audience-Audience) acts as a mediator between word-of-mouth timeliness on purchase intention, but has no significant mediation on the impact on the strength of relationship and word-of-mouth quality to purchase intention. On this basis, recommendations are made for the implementation of IWOM marketing strategies for E-commerce live broadcast platforms and anchors.

Purpose: As one of the continuous studies on the offline distribution industry, the purpose of this study is to find ways for offline stores to respond to the growth of online shopping by identifying research trends on department stores. Research design, data and methodology: To this end, this study conducted word frequency analysis, word co-occurrence frequency analysis, BERTopic, LDA, and dynamic topic modeling using Python 3.7 on a total of 551 English abstracts searched with the keyword 'department store' in scienceON as of October 10, 2022. Results: The results of word frequency analysis and co-occurrence frequency analysis revealed that research related to department stores frequently focuses on factors such as customers, consumers, products, satisfaction, services, and quality. BERTopic and LDA analyses identified five topics, including 'store image,' with 'shopping information' showing relatively high interest, while 'sales systems' were observed to have relatively lower interest. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that research related to department stores has so far been conducted in a limited scope, and it is insufficient to provide clues for department stores to secure competitiveness against online platforms. Therefore, it is suggested that additional research be conducted on topics such as the true role of department stores in the retail industry, consumer reinterpretation, customer value and lifetime value, department stores as future retail spaces, ethical management, and transparent ESG management.
This study aimed to investigate the perceptions and preferences of foreigners residing in Korea towards K-fashion. It sought to provide suggestions for the future development of K-fashion targeting this growing demographic. The results revealed that the longer foreigners had lived in Korea, the more positively they rated Korean fashion, shopping, and culture. The majority of foreigners purchased K-fashion items online, with popular choices including T-shirts, jackets, shirts, and jeans. Both men and women identified shoulders as a common problematic area when wearing clothing, with some issues also reported in the lumbar region. In terms of preferences, younger males (teens and twenties) were more inclined towards fads and celebrity wear compared to older males (thirties and forties). Similarly, younger females (teens and twenties) showed a higher preference for functionality and celebrity wear compared to older females (thirties and forties). These findings suggest that men tend to prioritize aesthetic factors when choosing K-fashion, while women prioritize practical considerations. To better cater to foreign consumers, suggestions for the development of K-fashion include promoting it through K-pop stars, considering dimensions related to foreigners' shoulders when designing top items, diversifying colors, sizes, and patterns, and providing English versions of online shopping platforms.
