This study attempted to estimate the amount of expenditure per capita of visitors to the Mongsanpo fishing village tourism festival, and quantitatively measure how much the festival contributes to the local and national economy through input-output model. The analysis data used 302 questionnaires, excluding missing questionnaires, surveyed on festival visitors from April 21 to May 7, 2018, during the 9th Mongsanpo port webfoot octopus and seafood festival. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, analyzing the average expenditure per person of festival visitors, it shows that the average one-person festival visitor consumes KRW 129,519: entertainment costs KRW 5,672 (4.4%), accommodation costs KRW 16,860 (13.0%), food costs KRW 74,791 (57.7%), transportation costs KRW 21,646 (16.7%), shopping costs KRW 6,788 (5.2%), and other costs KRW 3,762 (2.9%). Among the expenditures of festival visitors, the proportion of food expenses was the highest, and transportation costs and accommodation costs were in order. Second, based on the actual expenses spent by visitors at the fishing village tourism festival, the direct economic effect of the Mongsanpo fishing village festival was estimated be approximately KRW 14.8 billion. Third, as a direct and indirect economic impact effect of the Mongsanpo fishing village tourism festival in 2018, the amount of production induced in the local and national economies was estimated at KRW 33.3 billion, and the amount of value-added inducement was estimated at 11.3 billion won, and employment inducement reached 272 people, which is considered to contribute greatly to the national economy. This study quantitatively analyzes and provides the extent to which the fishing village tourism festival using local specialized fisheries directly or indirectly contribute to the local and national economy. Thus, it is expected to serve as useful information by providing basic information on business feasibility required for budgeting for local fishing tourism festivals.

As more consumers have turned to online shopping since the COVID-19 pandemic, communication through offline channels has also entered a new phase. Young consumers recognize offline channels as a play space for enjoying various experience elements. Applying Pine and Gilmore's (1998) experiential economy theory, this study initially explores the structure of experience factors in the context of experiential fashion stores (RQ1). Next, we investigate the effect of experience factors on consumer loyalty by mediating store attachment (RQ2). In addition, the moderating effect of fashion innovativeness was verified (RQ3). This survey targeted members of the MZ generation who have visited experiential fashion stores. A total of 225 survey responses were analyzed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. First, as a result of factor analysis, the experience factors of experiential fashion stores were classified into education, escapism, and aesthetic entertainment. Secondly, as a result of structural equation modeling (SEM), all three experience factors positively affected store attachment, and increased attachment positively enhanced consumer loyalty. Finally, as a result of multigroup SEM analysis, consumers with low fashion innovativeness considered educational experience as an important factor in inducing store attachment, while consumers with high fashion innovativeness value escapism and aesthetic entertainment experiences.

This study was conducted to provide a solution to the problem of sizing errors occurring in online purchases due to discrepancies and non-standardization in clothing sizes. This paper discusses an implementation approach for a machine learning-based recommender system capable of providing personalized sizes to online consumers. We trained multiple validated collaborative filtering algorithms including Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (NMF), Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), k-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Co-Clustering using purchasing data derived from online commerce and compared their performance. As a result of the study, we were able to confirm that the NMF algorithm showed superior performance compared to other algorithms. Despite the characteristic of purchase data that includes multiple buyers using the same account, the proposed model demonstrated sufficient accuracy. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to reducing the return rate due to sizing errors and improving the customer experience on e-commerce platforms.

In spite of the lack of critical analysis of this high-profile writer s interest in such quotidian matters as shopping, fashion and appearance, which would be informed by a hierarchy of value within literary criticism, it seems that they are inextricably intertwined with her quest into more serious-minded topics that revolve around the twin pillars of her literary project: feminism and modernism. Her essays, in particular, suggest this point in one way or another, mirroring her extraordinary susceptibility to such concerns. For Woolf, street sauntering is synonymous with an act of creative mobility, by which she plays with the notion of shifting identities, rediscovers the urban rarities and splendors, and ultimately pins them down in her literary output. By adopting the identity of a masterly rambler/observer/explorer with an omnipotent gaze, she firmly anchors herself as an active interpreter of urban modernity and viewer of its spectacle. She thus challenges the idea of public space as a male domain, which is central to the classic androcentric discourse of loitering, spectatorship and urban modernity.

This study was initiated by focusing on the characteristics of 3D virtual clothing utilized by fashion brands aiming for sustainability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of fashion brands that utilize 3D virtual imagery to mitigate environmental pollution caused by the fashion industry from the perspective of green design. The research methodology draws on green design literature and analyzes three hypothetical cases. These include experiential immersive design, design that rewards engagement, and design that delivers economic benefits that were utilized by fashion brands from 2019 to 2023. The findings and conclusions are as follow. First, the for the commercialization of virtual clothing, offline stores are reproduced in the digital world to provide an immersive shopping experience, similar to reality. These promote fashion products in a virtual space without the constraints of space and time, and creates profits and sustainable value. Second, virtual clothing promotes playfulness. Games and events utilize branded virtual worlds and characters to attract users. Rewards are given for achieving goals, and it is a practice of green marketing that uses virtual items to express products and minimize resource waste. Third, virtual clothing is affordable and can reduce the financial burden on consumers by digitally reproducing expensive products as physical brand collections at an acceptable price point. This reduces environmental pollution, saves physical resources, and increases the utilization of virtual clothing by providing a convenient way to purchase. This study is a basic study that examines the current status and characteristics of fashion brands' use of 3D virtual imagery from the perspective of green design based on literature and case analysis, and follow-up studies are expected on empirical virtual imagery activation measures through interviews or surveys with users for each case.
The purpose of this study was to identify the correlation between the factors influencing on housewives' decision-making processes of organic foods and the relating variables, and the 5 stages of decision-making processes of the EBK model is utilized in this study. The sample was selected from 411 housewives living in Seoul from 1st of September through 20th of September, 1993. Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Factor analysis, One-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, t-Test, Correlation, Multiple regression analysis and Path analysis were measured. Major results are as follows: 1. Purchasing motivation of the organic foods were in order of the health care, nutritive value and taste care. 2. The major informations source for the knowledge of organic foods were in order of TV/radio, newspaper/magazine, recommendations informations and advice through a family/friends/acquaintances. 3. Evalution criteria in shopping of organic foods, the total degree of consideration over the purchasing factors of organic foods was fairly high level: consumers thought much of the sanitation/freshness, nutritive value and the food safety. In this regard opinion leaders was dominantly mass media. Consumers have a tendency to purchase organic foods in consideration of their children and husband. 4. Major place to purchase organic foods are super markets and department stores. And When shopping organic foods, housewives by all means confirm the check points in their own mind, which were expiry date, manufactured date and packing condition, but unexpectedly manufactured company was out of concern. 5. Housewives usually satisfy with decision after purchasing organic foods, while they were fairly unsatisfied with the price, quality, incomplete description for ingredients and manufactured date. 6. The variables influencing to the sincerity when selecting the most desired organic foods is how be cares about the natural freshness of the foods and the types of residents in order. Another interesting tendency is the richer they are very considerate to decide. It is to say the people who cares more about the natural freshness is the sincerer when making decision and also the class who lives in the apartment house enjoying high income do not easily accept the product quality.

The purpose of this study is to provide the strategic implication of the Korean open air market by examining the factors affecting customer loyalty for various market segments as their competitive environment becomes more turbulent. We have undertaken empirical research that uses the methodology of a mixture regression modeling, as a way to ascertain the determinants of customer loyalty toward the Korean open air market, which should form the base of strategy for each segment. We construct a mixture regression model which uses perceived the Korean open air market value dimensions as explanatory variables, an income as a covariate variable, and a customer loyalty as a dependent variable. The analysis of results show that customers are statistically divided into four segments: 'Accessibility'(33.7%), 'Price'(29.7%), 'Shopping environment,'(22.0%), and 'Merchandising,'(14.5%) groups. The findings also showed that parameter estimates are different for each group, which indicates that the sensitivity to changes in the Korean traditional market perceived value and the income variable affecting customer loyalty vary among segments.
Digital TV broadcasting's resolution or tone quality is very excellent than analog broadcasting and has many advantages including various multimedia functions such as home shopping, home banking, internet search, telecommuting, VOD, etc. In this study, it is essential to analyze the regional electromagnetic environment before Digital TV broadcasting, and therefore we analyzed Busan area's limitation using ETRI propagation model. For maintaining high-quality Digital TV signals, we measure electric field intensity wide and far in Busan including mountains area and high-rise buildings. Generally, it has lower value by a standard ETRI propagation model than simulated value about standard model, but distribution pattern are similar with it. Compared theoretical values with the measured results, they have similar values for flat area but very different values for crowded city area and mountains area So we conclude that ETRI propagation model and theoretical model are not suitable for Busan in a free space.
Purpose - This study investigated the effect of the negative affect on compulsive buying and the interaction effect of the negative affect depending on the level of mindfulness. Compulsive buying is defined as chronic, repetitive purchasing that becomes an overlearned and automatic way to cope with negative feelings, and compulsive buyers may be particularly susceptible to cognitive narrowing when shopping. Mindfulness may be defined as a coordinative regulatory process to increase the level of attention by recognizing the present experiences non-judgmentally. Hence, mindfulness can be related with negative psychological results such as general mental distress, especially compulsive buying. The purpose of the current study is to examine the relationship between compulsive buying and mindfulness. In another words, this study investigated the effect of the internal regulatory mechanism (that is, mindfulness) on the mental disorder resulting from negative affect in the area of consumption (that is, compulsive buying). Research design, data, and methodology - One hundred and twenty-five college students were recruited for this study. The subjects were classified into two groups according to the degree of the negative affect (High Negative Affect Group vs. Low Negative Affect Group) by the mean value of negative affect (=2.47). The subjects were classified into two other groups according to the degree of mindfulness (High Mindfulness Group vs. Low Mindfulness Group) by the mean value of mindfulness (= 3.47). To analyze the effect of negative affect on compulsive buying, the degree of compulsive buying of the High and Low Negative Affect Groups were compared. To examine the moderating effect of mindfulness by using factorial design, the interaction effect of the negative affect (High vs. Low) and the mindfulness (High vs. Low) were analyzed. Results - The degree of the compulsive buying was higher when the degree of the negative affect was higher than lower (3.06High Negative Affect Group vs. 2.87Low Negative Affect Group, p=.014). The difference in the degree of the compulsive buying was larger when the degree of the mindfulness was lower than higher. In other words, the interaction effect of the negative affect and the mindfulness on the compulsive buying could be found (F(1,124)=10.098, p<.01). Conclusions - The results of the current study showed that the compulsive buying is influenced by the negative affect and that the effect of the negative affect on the compulsive buying varies depending on the level of the mindfulness. These results can be interpreted to imply that consumers who are in a state of high mindfulness pay attention to every minute of experience and activate the coordinatory function and that, eventually, habitual and reflective responses such as compulsive buying are restricted. It is concluded that consumers' mindfulness can facilitate the self-regulatory responses and alleviate the influence of negative affect on compulsive buying. Based on these results, the theoretical and practical implications of this research were discussed and the limitations and future research areas were suggested.
Previous studies show that VR images can influence consumers' attitudes and behaviors by evoking imagination. In this study, we introduce a reality-based closed-loop 3D image (hereafter Virtualgraph). Then we try to see whether such image would increase evocativeness in a mobile commerce environment and whether higher telepresence of the visual image of a product can increase the purchase intention of that product. In order to find the above, we developed a model comprised of constructs containing telepresence, perceived value price, perceived food quality, and vividness of visual imagery questionnaire (VVIQ). We used Virtualgraph application to conduct an experiment, and then conducted an interview as well as a survey. As results of the experiment, survey and interview, we found the followings. First, users evoke imagination better with Virtualgraph than with still images. Second, increased evocativeness affects purchase intention if the perceived quality of fresh food product is satif actory. Third, increased evocativeness makes users value products higher and do even much higher when the perceived quality of fresh food product is good. From the interview, we could find that the experimental group had higher purchase intentions and perceived products as more expensive ones. Also, they perceived images of products clearer and more vivid than did the control group. We also discuss the strategic implications of using Virtualgraph in mobile shopping malls.
